Sensitives, mediums and empaths should not stay here. Nothing wrong with the room, the service or staff. They were all great and very accommodating and willing to help. However if you are a sensitive, or believe in the paranormal, do not come, and stay here, with your guard down. There is a negative entity here, and it crosses boundaries. I was in for business, and had booked to stay for a week. It affected me on my first night/early morning here, and I ran from my room on the top floor, demanding a different room. It actually followed me to the new room, and I felt safer in the lobby, then in the room that had a deadbolt. I had to unfortunately leave after the second night, and bunk with a coworker at a different hotel, due to how this thing made me feel, even though I really wanted to stay in the nice rooms provided. To management and staff, I really do hope something like this doesn’t happen again, you guys are on your service game, and handled my being scared extremely well; but if it does, please get a Priest in there to bless EVERY room. No matter if guests enter them or not.

Clean hotel. Breakfast is not bad; what you expect from a 3-star hotel. It's clean and the staff pay attention to the requests in a timely manner (requesting paper towel, body wash, etc.). Close to several iconic places in the city on foot or using The Ride.

I stayed here back in May 2022. Got a very reasonable rate. The room was very spacious and clean. Almost a bit too much for one person. Location isn't the closest to the train station but still walking distance. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Stayed a few nights to catch the nuggets game. Good location, close to 16th street mall, bus stops, restaurants. About a 15-20 min walk to either union station or ball arena. Free breakfast included was a huge plus. Free wifi available but only good for checking emails and such, will need to pay a few bucks per night to upgrade to a faster wifi for streaming videos but I was able to get by with 5g on my phone. No daily hotel room service unless requested by phone but i found it wasn’t needed. Everything was stocked, clean room, full kitchen was a nice plus. This was one of the lower priced hotels but it was definitely a good experience for me on my stay. No complaints at all.

Our stay was unimpressive. We requested to be added to the wait list for early check-in, but never heard from the hotel that our room was ready. In our room itself, the refrigerator made strange noises throughout the day/night, waking us up at random hours. The lighting in the room was terrible, making working from the room quite a challenge. The chairs were uncomfortable, and the desk chair in particular was broken and torn open at the seams. The pillows, while containing different fillings, completely flattened under the weight of a human head. This led to stiff necks and shoulder pain throughout the stay. The bathroom to sink area was awkward because the door to the toilet/shower room was so large and opened into the sink area. This made it near impossible to functionally use the sink area unless the bathroom door was closed. The bar of hand soap provided was quite possibly the most drying soap ever created. Our toilet seat was broken and moved around if you sat on it. The shower curtain appeared to have been washed and dried multiple times, resulting in it shrinking to the point that it was too small for the shower. As a result, water splashed out from the shower, pooling up on the floor. There appeared to be mold forming around the bathroom as a result. The vent in the bathroom was filthy, covered in a thick layer of dust. Needless to say, all the biohazards in the room made for a fun time dealing with allergies during our stay.

Friendly enough staff, parking that is cheaper than many other big cities AND doesn’t require valet. VERY quiet rooms, good layout for families. Never Negatives: No ice machine, bring CASH if you want to do laundry (front desk won’t charge against the room and suggests you pull out money at the 7-11 ATM). Laundry cost as of July 2023: $3 for the washer $1 for the dryer

Definitely not worth the price. You are better off staying at the Hyatt across the street. This Marriott is not up to par with others in the collection. They had this going for them: their night staff was phenomenal. They gave us over the top service. Unfortunately, the morning shift (came in right before breakfast), was the opposite of accommodating. Additionally, their breakfast was paltry and was at the same level as a Super 8 (but at least I’d expect that at the latter). Their parking was incredibly overpriced. And the fold out sofa was dirty. I DO NOT recommend staying here unless you see a room available for less than 70-80 dollars. Also, parking is 40 dollars, fyi, so if you get a deal for less than that, I would take it.

Room is very clean, the free breakfast is amazing. The hallways are chilly, but rooms are comfortable. We were able to order Door Dash and WALMART delivery with no problem. Staff was polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again. *four stars because the bed is hard as a rock! *location is in a business district, any tourist stuff is a little ways away. Outside of comfortable walking distance.

Our family of 4 had a 2 room suite which fit us nicely. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was hot. Staff was attentive, kind! The breakfast attendants and front desk staff were knowledgeable of the local area and nice. Brad the GM was very personable and helped us when we had an issue with our room. I’d give the rooms a 3 star and staff a 5 star.

Unfortunately, we experienced a very bad stay at this hotel. I typically love a Marriott but we had a bad toilet that kept backing up and we had to plunge repeatedly. We did speak with the manager after a few days of plumbing. He was gracious and did comp some of our 7 day stay but did not call to give me an update while we were working 12 hour days. I had to call him to see if it was fixed. He assured me that it was fixed. The toilet flushed okay that night but we ended up having to request the plunger again the very next morning. We did speak to the manager again but this time he seemed annoyed that we were still complaining about it and said he saw it flushing appropriately. He acted like we were making it up. Really? Because plunging is what I want to be doing before 7am? They did finally allow us to move rooms and the toilet was fine in the new room. The manager assured us that we have plenty of time to transfer our things as we were working the morning of the move. Housekeeping showed up before we had all our our things out before 9:30am and the keys stopped working. The bed is SO small. I know they call it a queen but I have my doubts because it was so small. More like a full. Very crowded for two adults. Stays over a few days should include a housekeeping. I get that we can set the trash and dirty laundry out but a fresh change of the bedding would have been nice. Dog barked continuously on the one morning we came and ate breakfast. I know there are two levels of wifi....free and enhanced. Here it should be labelled......not working and working. The bathroom door swings out - right into the cabinet or another person that happens to be brushing their teeth. Very poor design. I could go on but you've read enough. I won't be going back to this hotel. Close walking distance to the Convention Center was about the only saving grace here. The parking garage is SO expensive. When I reserved the hotel it said $35 per day. When we got there, they said it for $39.00 per day

I stayed here overnight when traveling through the area and picked it for the mix of convenience and affordability. There were lots of choices in downtown Denver and the Residence Inn had warm breakfast, comfy bed and great access to the 16th st mall.

My partner and I stayed here and we really enjoyed our stay! The views were beautiful in the city view suite. It was clean and the staff was very accommodating. It was in a very convenient location, close to transit and restaurants. It is in a great part of town too! The free breakfast was really helpful to us as well and the food options were delicious!

I had a leak in the bathroom (coming out of the toilet seat) and the shower tub where you stand is torn and when you step on it, brown water comes out (Disgusting). You have to schedule a room service a day before (They don't do it daily unless you schedule) and when I did, they couldn't accommodate. In general it was ok and convenient for the location. The staff are nice and breakfast is good.

We arrived late in the evening. I had booked with a third party, and they still authorized my card for room and tax. She wouldn't even check into it. I will say that Ross at the front desk the next morning was very helpful and courteous. She found my reservation from the third party, canceled the previous Auth and authorized for just incidentals. Parking is horrendous.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful, they held my bags for me after check out due to my flight departing late in the day. The manager even emailed me a day or two before my stay to see if I needed anything, never had that happen before. Honestly, room was very spacious and clean. Not too far of a walk from places. Would definitely come back and stay here.

First off I need to say Brad the manager went above and beyond. The staff was always great to interact with. My room was clean and spacious. It really would be difficult to find a better value than this one.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, good prices at the bar. Centrally located in downtown Denver. Price is actually really good for the product. Patio on 8th floor is cool! I'd stay again.

Friendly and accommodating staff. I arrived for a two night stay two weeks ago, and due to travel plans I would be arriving early. Most places won't allow you to check-in until the afternoon at the earliest. They were able to accommodate my early morning check-in without issue. I really appreciate this and I will be back! If you are looking for a solid place to stay in downtown Denver this is the spot.

When we were checking in online, we were informed that housekeeping would only come by every other day, which for a long term-intended hotel made sense to us, for the benefit of having a kitchen and living room area. When we got there though, the hotel staff that checked us in remarked that housekeeping never came in the room, and that you would have to put trash and towels out for them to take them. If this had been advertised on the website I probably would have been fine with it (and likely decided this wasn’t the place I wanted to stay on vacation), but unfortunately it was something that came as a surprise. That said, when we did need things sent to our room that we were lacking because of the no housekeeping policy, the staff were incredibly quick and kind. The place itself was decent, if a little dated in style, and we spent a good amount of time appreciating the fact that we had a separate living space and kitchenette. Everyone we encountered on the staff was nice and helpful, and overall it was an okay value for the price given the amenities.

Very nice hotel. Very clean room. Nice kitchenette. Very attentive staff. When my key didn’t work the gentleman came up with me to ensure it worked the second time. I will stay again.

It is very obvious this location is suffering from staffing issues, as it is just not up to the Marriott standard. I have been staying here for the last several days and there have been multiple issues with the elevators, sometimes they take you to your floor, sometimes they don’t….. There has been a bag of garbage sitting on top of the table on the 12th floor elevator lobby for the past 3 days, as they appear to clan the hallways once a week. On Monday, there was a fire alarm around 4pm that went off on all floors, except mine. Another guest and I thought we heard something but couldn’t place it. It wasn’t until the elevator arrived on our floor did we even know that we needed to vacate the building. That cannot be safe in a hotel where guests have access to stoves in every room. The people working here have all been friendly and they are really helpful but you can tell they are completely understaffed, and overwhelmed.

Very conveniently located in the city center. 15min walk from Union station, about a 1hr trip to the Airport via walk+ A line. Very clean and well managed, the suites are spacious and the kitchens actually us we fully equipped. I enjoyed their breakfast service and the lounge area is very handsomely appointed and a pleasure to relax and do a little work or have breakfast in.

Only thing good about this hotel is location and the fact that Rooms were clean. Not very comfortable stay.Their AC and heater is limited so you do not get to pick your temperature to sleep. Lady at front desk was condescending and unfriendly and not very welcoming during check-in. Thank god we were staying only one night here. Less than mediocre breakfast ( no bread for toast) no nuts for oatmeal. Not many vegetarian or vegan friendly options for breakfast. Only thing we could eat was bagel.luckily we did not have a car to park.

Very nice place. Fair price. Quiet! Great Location. Beautiful art in the lobby and room. Love the decor of the room. Comfy bed. Very clean room! but my room did smell like the previous people cooked an entire 5 course feast in there. I don't know what it was but it mustve tasted good. The scent was so strong I could almost taste the flavors in the air. Haha. I've stayed in places before that come with a little kitchen but this was literally the first time my room ever smelled of food. It was slightly off putting at first but within a short time you no longer smell it. Your nose will adjust. It's to be expected really and truly because you're renting a room with a kitchen there to be utilized, it's not for decoration. I read the other review about paranormal activity here. Wow. Glad I didn't experience that although the person did mention it was a warning for those sensitive to that sort of thing. Said the staff handled it well when requesting to change rooms. That's awesome.

The room itself was good. The check in process however was a nightmare. We booked our room with a 2pm arrival time. We got there around 1:50pm room was not ready and no eta was available at the time. We were put on a list and told we would receive a phone call. After 2 hours of wondering around we still had not heard back from the hotel. We walked back to find a massive line of very unhappy people. After about an hour and a half of waiting and back and forth nonsense we finally got into a room. The woman at the front desk was very sweet and doing her best to help, however the man with long grey hair was so rude to everyone he spoke to and was very rude to the other employees he was working with.

Our stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott was nice. The staff we interacted with were friendly and we didn't run into any problems. The room was mostly clean, with dust found around some of the fixtures, bits of wood in one of the cabinets as if someone has just drilled a hole in there and hard water buildup on the shower head. The tricky part was finding our room, the plaque with the room number was missing. Everything else was good and we enjoyed our stay, just not five stars.

The good: Lobby and bar/restaurant area bright, open, with ample seating. Bar is nice to have with decently priced beverages. Fitness center: good cardio options and weights; towels and water available The not so good: The rooms here need updating and deep cleaning. ( See attached photos). Stuffy nose the entire stay likely from these air vents that need a deep clean and mold in shower ceiling with water damage. Unless you stay longer than 5 days, you will not get daily service to your room... No clean towels or emptied trash. Had to go to desk daily to get fresh towels and trash bags to empty our own trash. Just not typical Marriott at $400/night. Our room was street facing, and the noise from it was crazy loud until about 130 a.m.

This place is Awesome! Not only did I stay here once when I traveled to Denver, I lodged at this establishment for a second time. Arlisa customer service is exceeding, there's never been a moment where she hasn't showed me great hospitality! She has gone out of her way numerous times to make sure the customer stay is Amazing and I appreciate that! Also Jake is a great individual with it being my first time in Denver he was knowledgeable about things to do in the area and at the hotel. I only have three issues that should be addressed: The pillows there are way to soft, I normally had to stack pillows on pillows to get that comfort that I was looking for. The lighting in the rooms could be a lot brighter.
