The City of Denver is housing homeless in this hotel. If I were homeless, I'd get a $140 per night luxury hotel for free! Why am I working again?! Denver, you are creating a bigger problem...

The service at check-in on Thursday, January 11, was probably the best experience of many at Marriott properties. He went above and beyond!! He deserves recognition and probably a pay increase. It would be a shame to lose such a wonderful employee. Tonight, Gabby blew us away with her service! She was absolutely wonderful! Great drinks, great service, and a great personality. Again, something very deserving of recognition of rewarding. I joked with her that she should be at a craft cocktail bar. She, too, is amazing... she humbly responded that she was happy here at Aloft. She praised her GM, who apparently by the service here is also doing a great job. If I had one negative thing to say about the drinks, it is that the whiskeys were served on chipped ice and not on cubes or balls of ice as would be expected with an Old Fashioned, especially. Hopefully, you can give Gabby the tools to make this bar more extraordinary! After you read this, please understand that my husband is a Titanium Elite member, and as such, we have stayed in many nice Marriott hotels and resorts, and therefore, please don't take this review lightly. The service here has been among the best! Great job!

This is an all men's temporary housing and they assist with the locating of permanent housing. They are quite proficient at this.

This hotel is perfect for a quick night's stay! The staff is amazingly attentive and friendly. Everything was very clean, even the elevator was spotless and smelled wonderful! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The only downside is the windows don't open so you have to rely on your AC unit for air flow. But again I can't believe how clean everything was!

It took 45 minutes to check in while the rest of our party checked in one after another because they lost our reservations. Not a great first impression. Thankfully they were able to find us a room even though they said they were sold out for two nights. Won’t be coming back here.

Was booked on points for a concert weekend towards the end of August. Got an email from the Assistant General Manager stating that their property is closed for reservations and will be cancelling my stay. Keep in mind this is two weeks out from a sold out concert at Empower Field and forced to rebook at another property for at least another 33% increase in points due to how soon it will be. Called the Titanium Line and they did not see any indication that this hotel is closed or notes that it is undergoing renovations. I replied back to the email asking for a transfer to another property and dead silence with no reply. They know the did wrong and conduct horrible business practices. I stay 100+ nights a year at Marriotts and never write a negative review even after minor negative experiences and this was my first one...stay away.

Stayed for a work event. The staff was super friendly. Ben, the valet, was awesome, took great care of my car, and was pleasant to chat with. Keri, the bartender, was likewise awesome, made great drinks, very friendly to the our large crowd. The desk staff was super accommodating and made coordinating during our stay very easy. The rooms were clean and the hotel is centrally located for walking to a lot of Denver spots.

The staff, especially Dennis, Cheyenne, and other people as well, are so professional and helpful! They helped me keep my luggage and responded to my questions and requests very nicely. The room is very clean, and I love how it is equipped with clothes iron, hair dryer, body lotion… I especially love that this hotel has ditched plastic water bottles and one-time-use bath products: they have water refiller with different water temperature in the lobby, and they refill shampoo and body wash in their reusable containers! The hot food in their Refuel station can be improved though. I wish they gave out food for dine-in on reusable plates and with reusable utensils rather than single-use ones. The oatmeal is very plain and only has raisins. But I appreciate them having the plant-based sandwich β€” it was tasty!

Had an absolutely WONDERFUL stay this past weekend. The staff, especially Nicki and Dennis, were so friendly and helpful. They worked with us and our wacky airline schedule to get us checked in early and let us leave our bags so we could explore the city before our plane left. The room was so nice and clean. The hotel is very centrally located. There's a ton of amazing food places nearby and multiple stores. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough!

My dad and I stayed at the Aloft Downtown Denver for a night while attending an event at the Convention Center. This location is super convenient for that. All of the employees were great. Dennis was super helpful, the afternoon and night ladies were also great. I didn’t get their names. Ben met us with valet and he was extremely helpful and professional. The other valets were also great. I will stay here again. Keep up the good work.

The rooms are loud. Lots of outside noise and a very loud air conditioner. Could not sleep! The bed is not the quality I am used to at hotels. The plug ins were hard to use and I could not plug in my computer. I used all my strength but it would not go! There is also no USB. The staff was exceptional.

This was a fun eclectic hotel! Small rooms that have everything you need. Exceptionally clean. Fun bar and the breakfast was great! Convenient to airport and lots of eateries nearby. Value prices and all the staff was super friendly.

The staff was remarkably friendly and helpful. And the rooms were better than I expected. 10/10. And it was in a great location for all downtown plans.

If youre a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you. Thin walls! I really enjoy the aloft hotels, and usually look for them when traveling to New places. This location however is one of the worst I've stayed at. Primarily due to the thin walls. I night long I could hear the entire city. Even 5 stories in the air, i could hear every car that drives by, every horn honk, people talking in the streets. Voices in adjacent rooms.

Staff was super awesome! Everything was clean. SUPER NOISY HOTEL. Sheesh. I could hear the occupant of the next room messing with their hangers FOREVER. I could hear everything outside my window. Apparently there are a million dumpsters being handled between 4-5am in the alley on the West side of the hotel. I will definitely NOT be staying here again.

This is a small, clean, friendly hotel. There is nothing glamorous. No free breakfast. Just a comfortable small room for the night. It does have a bar!

I’ve been staying at this specific hotel every time me and my boyfriend visit Denver. I’ve never had any problems, the room is always kept nice and clean, the breakfast is amazing. And I love the location, restaurants, bars & the mall are all walking distances. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I want to give a specific shout out, to Jessica, who helped so much with our recent stay, who was very helpful and helped us meet all our needs to make our stay amazing. Will definitely continue coming here :-)

Large bed, private shower, small safe in room. But, No microwave, mini fridge, parking, guests. They say they provide three meals a day, but are more like snacks, no drinks

They will not provide HOT water. Avoid if you like to shower. These cheapskates will not give rooms hot water. The sent a guy up twice but he fiddled and we still have lukewarm water.
