The rooms were big, and clean. The beds were comfortable. We could hear the people above us and beside us which was a down fall. When we arrived at the hotel they told us our one room was not ready (it was one hour after the check in time) and that there was a parking fee if $10. The fee was not disclosed anywhere and I have stayed in Denver multiple times in the last month at different hotels and have not been charged a parking fee anywhere else.

Easy access from the road, plenty of restaurants and places to shop nearby if needed. There are a couple grills on the patio if you want to grill, our room also had a cooktop and large fridge. The room was huge and easily accommodated our family of four. The property is very clean and the pool and fitness center are both nice. Dumbells and 4-5 cardio machines in the fitness center and the pool goes to 4 1/2ft deep. The breakfast was pretty decent, lots of hot options, cereal, bagels, and pastries. Juices, coffee, and milk to drink. Definitely would stop here again.

The staff was extremely professional and polite , when we stayed they were changing the system they use for locking and unlocking the room doors electronically, so you would need to request that a staff member open your room for you with a master key. This sounds like a burden but the staff never made us wait and were always quick to assist. The issue with the doors was resolved by the second morning of our stay and worked flawlessly till our departure. This location is also a 15-20 minute drive from the airport, we experienced little to no traffic on our. 3 round trips to and from.

Really nice hotel. I hate hotels but this was nice! The halls of the hotels are small and the elevators will small. Overall, their breakfast was good and I was going to a convention (LeakyCon, a Harry Potter convention) and they let us keep our luggage for us to go to the convention! The breakfast was standard for a hotel breakfast other than the fact they had a waffle maker and bagels. Overall I think the breakfast was pretty good.

Stayed here for a night because my flight got cancelled. Very nice and warm reception. There's a welcome note personalized on the TV to make you feel welcome. I got the studio room (I don't know if it's standard). It came with a half kitchen and really nice decor. My room was clean and the bathroom was clean as well. Wish I could have stayed longer. It's about 12 mins from the airport.

Said that we were smoking in the room cuz they found a Doobie and some ashes. I have lived most of the last year in hotels I do not smoke in the room I roll my blunt and go outside to smoke even in the snow so to be charged because a house keeper found a Doobie is ridiculous. I will never stay here again.

The place is very clean. The breakfast is amazing and a variety of items. The rooms are clean and the bed and pillows are so comfortable. The towels are soft smell so clean. This place is amazing. There is a patio with grills which is so nice. I have never stayed in a well maintained and clean place. If you want to stay at a outstanding place book your room here. I love the gym and pool

Stayed here one quick night after a late flight into Denver and before heading to the Rockies the next morning. Super easy “check-in” with keyless entry. No welcome desk needed. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Plenty of water pressure. Decent complimentary breakfast and coffee. Not much else you can ask for in basic accommodations. Would stay here again.

I was unaware of the accommodations including a full kitchen and even a gas BBQ grill for use by the guests. In the future this will be a prime feature when we travel with our kids.

We needed a place after a long day of traveling. While close to the airport and interstate, it was far enough away to not be noisy. Clean, reasonable and quiet. That's all I ask from a hotel and this place delivered.

Very unfriendly customer service. I went to pick up a letter from the front desk. 10/21/22 1:45pm No greeting whatsoever by anyone. A guy in a blue uniform came to the front desk, he went and got a lady. She was rude as well. This is customer service and I did not get any of that. Seemed more like an attitude that I disturbed her somehow

I enjoy my stay at the TownePlaceSuites. It is a comfortable and relaxing place to rest. The overall staff is amazing with kindness and respect. They go beyond to make your stay excellent. They also make sure you have everything you need to make you feel at home. I would recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends that's how much the service is appreciated and earned.

Very nice extended stay hotel near the airport. Easy access to both I-70 and Pena Blvd. Near restaurants and there is ample parking. Breakfast was typical of most hotels. Only gripe is that if you stay on a higher floor the elevators are very slow.

Great stay at the Town Place Suites near Denver airport. The location was very convenient for my flight. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping clearly is doing a great job keeping the rooms clean. My room and bathroom were both immaculate. Very convenient having a full kitchen in the room. The parking at the hotel is not free, it's $15 per night. This was in the fine print in the hotel, I unfortunately did not notice it. I didn't mind since I was just staying for one night, but if I was staying for several nights I might search for different accommodations. The parking fee can add up quickly. They did have a business center which was very convenient for printing my boarding pass. Key cards were not required to enter the front door after hours, which I prefer. Overall an excellent stay and would stay again

Pretty poor quality service. Check in was ok - as expected. Room was extremely small - nothing like the pictures. Said they would either do a daily full clean or a refresh but they did neither. On day 4 of a 7-day stay - I ask for them to bring clean towels and empty the trash, it didn't get done. The desk clerk I talked to was on her cell phone at the time (many of them often were) so she likely forgot. The evening of day 4 - I ask the person on duty about it and they said I was not in the "system" for cleaning. After two calls, they did finally clean the room. Seems to be a lot of workers standing around and talking. They have the audacity to put a sign in the room with a QR code should you want to tip the room cleaners for a job well done. Bed was very uncomfortable - matresses need replacing. When I checked out a day early due to pending bad weather. I checked out at (0715am I was heading for the airport) , I ask for a receipt showing when I checked out as I was leaving early. She said it would be blank because I booked through the airlines. So she printed a blank receipt, showing I checked out late (1:00pm normal checkout is 12:00). I ask her about and she said I could come back in the morning and talk to the manager and walked away. Poorly trained personnel or just intentionally falsifying the receipt.

I stayed here while attended a conference at Crown plaza which was an easy 10 min walk away. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bright. There was good coffee in the lobby and water and fruit available too.

I paid for this room through Expedia at the end of September. After checking in I was charged over 400 DOLLARS, taking ALL of my funds for my weekend trip. When I contacted the front desk, they told me there was nothing they could do until the following morning. Even IF they were to refund, it will not post back to my account until after I am home most likely. Due to THEIR mistake my trip to Denver has been ruined. Please make sure you know EXACTLY what they are charging you. Extremely disappointing and will NEVER be staying here again.

This hotel was incredible. It appeared to be brand new, was spotless, the staff was very friendly and helpful, our King suite was great, the bed was comfortable, the wifi worked great, it had a full fridge, cooktop, microwave, coffee, hide a bed couch, nice bathroom with fancy soap and shampoo. The pool was heated, clean, had towels…was very nice. There’s an exercise room but I didn’t go in there. The breakfast was very good, cheese omelets, sausage patties, waffles, just about everything. It’s close to the Children’s Hospital and plenty of restaurants. We hit the mother lode on this one.

Surprise parking fee We only stayed one night in passing to our final destination. Parking fee was a surprise ($15/night). I booked directly on the Marriott website. Silly if you are renting a room there. Room and halls had a faint musty dog smell. Other than that, service was friendly, breakfast was nice and the entire hotel was very clean. Was nice to be able to pick up a little bite to eat with the frozen selection in the lobby after a late night flight.

This place was great. Super clean and easy check in and check out. We played games in our room and had a nice stay.

Someone was banging around upstairs at 3am and I couldn't get back to sleep. They should use the gym for their banging around on the first floor.
