Friendly staff at the front desk. Check-in was very quick. We reserved 3 nights for the weekend. Room was very spacious and clean. Beds were small, description said “queen beds” but they’re more like full size. Bathroom is spacious but the doors didn’t lock and not much privacy. TV kept updating channels and would change on its own. Breakfast was included but more like coffee and a heat up burrito. Pool was closed for maintenance. We went down the street to swim at another hotel. Key cards worked when it wanted to. Overall stay was okay but we wouldn’t stay here again.

The 'breakfast' wasn't much. No fruit. They put out yogurt and scramble eggs sparingly. PARKING is NOT included in the STAY. No hotel should ask for money for parking in addition to the paid room. Kudos on being green but a NEW cardboard cup is needed for every drink. The room was Clean. The hotel was quiet.

Our flight got canceled the lady at the front friendly, our room decent. The walls so thin we could hear everything. I heard people outside our window at 1:30am. Our window did not have a screen nor did our window lock. At this point I can't sleep I do NOT feel safe the people outside stayed there for an hour 😒 called front desk. Nothing. I have a early flight and can't sleep. The TV kept going going back to the TV guide annoying. I wouldn't stay here again.

The rooms were nice. They're a bit of an odd shape with the bathroom diagonally set from the entrance but otherwise great. The desk phone was broken so we had to go down to the desk. When I called the desk from another room to get more blankets, they asked if I could be on hold and then waited 15 minutes with no response. I went down to the desk and they were friendly however. When we called to check about the shuttle a few days ago, the receptionist was rude and I never got off hold after they talked to me for two minutes. The service at the hotel was definitely sub par. The lady who checked me out in the morning was much more friendly, especially at 2:45 am. The pool was nice and the hot tub was great. I would stay here again, especially because parking is $5/day for the first week and then $10/ day after. The shuttle was perfectly on time and the driver was friendly. Keep in mind that it only comes every half an hour 24/hours day and there are only 14 seats I believe. The breakfast wasn't open at 2:45 am, but if it's like the other La Quinta I've stayed at, it's decent.

Pleasant, modern, fresh looking hotel at Denver International Airport. They have every comfort and the staff is friendly and courteous: super! A plus is that breakfast is included, but there is not enough variety. One minus is that we were woken up during the night by slamming doors of other rooms. Good hotel near the airport, before having to take your plane early the next morning.

I was the victim of a cancelled flight at Denver airport and needed a place to stay. I'm a loyal Wyndham Rewards person and choice La Quinta on the Wyndham website. Was able to do the booking on my phone. The room was clean and comfortable, though the mattress was a little soft for my back. Breakfast was not great so I opted to eat at the Airport and spent a small fortune. My biggest complaint about the hotel was the nasty smell that was present in the lobby and public hallways. It smelled like an open septic tank. Pretty gross. Probably will choose another hotel next time.

This is a lovely hotel. We had a large room with a good sized refrigerator, a microwave, a large desk, numerous outlets for charging devices, plenty of lighting, friendly hotel staff, and an efficient check-in process. The buffet breakfast was pretty good. Our big problem is that there was no hot water in our shower. We called the front desk and they said to let it run for 10 minutes. It was still fairly cool after 10 minutes but became warm enough (barely) after 15 minutes. The problem was the same on the next day. Also the room has very thin walls. It was easy to overhear conversations in the next room and we were awakened when the next room got ready to check out about 4:30 pm.

Typically I always enjoy staying at La Quinta Hotels, but this one left me disappointed, overall. What is great is the location to DIA and the street noise was minimal. The team member that served/took care of breakfast was nice and helpful (because of this employee the service rating is 2 instead of lower). I will say that breakfast was also well laid out and fulfilling. You can choose one large waffle or four mini waffles; with regular or sugar free syrup. They also had cereal, scrambled eggs, toast and bagels. I belive the hours it is served was 5am (or 5:30) to 8am, and it is promptly cleared. Customer service at the Front Desk is lacking, as we asked for blankets, sheets and pillows for the pullout couch, plus additional towels....while it is understandable that they may lack the resources to bring the items to your room (you go to the Front Desk), it is not understandable how one agent informed a member of our party that they would need to bring us a blanket, because they were full, and at least 25 minutes went by with no word. Upon going back to the desk the two agents were casually chatting, personally, and seemed annoyed that we came back....shockingly one simply was able to hand over what was needed, as if it had never been in short supply as first suggested. A number of guests were having issues with their keys not working, it took us at least 5 minutes before our key worked to initially get in. Our room did not have a bar of soap and the shampoo bottle that was in the bathroom seemed used. Debris was in the corners of the bathroom floor and pink mildew could be found at the bottom edge of the shower. The shower and bathroom in general did seem to have had an upgrade recently and the room overall was very spacious, to include a desk, coffee maker, microwave and desk-height refrigerator in the wet bar area. Parking is $10/night per vehicle, please remember to register....I noticed some complaints, in other reviews, were about paying for parking, but they have signage and really this is a very minimal and reasonable overnight parking fee.

There's so much potential in this hotel. It has a nice curb appeal and the location is fantastic if you have a red eye. Moving across the country has my family of 5 staying in a lot of hotels and this one was the worst one. Let me start of by saying that besides the 3 am front desk lady, the staff was really nice! The shuttle driver was nice and the 24 shuttle is awesome. But the elevator was dirty and BARELY worked. It started going back up as we were stepping off and the doors were open. We had to move rooms because the keycards didn't work at all and the handles was super floppy. Our second room the door only opened maybe 25% of the time, someone had to stay in the room to make sure we could get back in. It didnt feel safe. The walls and doors are so thin I could hear full conversations happening when I walked down the hall and everything someone remotely near our room flushed their toilet, you heard it loud and clear. The TV shut off constantly. And the master switch that controlled power to the TV, fridge and microwave was also the switch to the entryway so if we wanted to sleep with the TV on (which we do) you couldn't turn off that light which was so inconvenient. The rooms were pretty clean and the thermostat and shower worked fine for us. Overall I wouldn't recommend

This is one of the worst experiences I have had traveling in years! We had to drop our son off for an 11p.m. flight at DIA. There was a winter storm warning in the area. We decided to stay the night instead of driving back to Pueblo. We are on SS and on a tight budget. We found the price within our budget. Our first annoying surprise: we had to pay an unadvertised parking fee of $10.00. First time for me. Next when we got to our room it was very cold. We asked for a blanket at the front desk,. Almost two hours later they brought one to our room. My wife decided to shower to get warm. Next problem was the shower went right to hot and would not adjust or turn off. We told the person at the front desk. They told us we needed to move all our stuff to another room. After we moved I decided to go to the pool area to swim and soak in the hot tub. Of coarse no towels on the two racks marked towels. The hot tub was cold and the air adjustment control knob was missing. When I finally got the knob stem to move there was no air coming out of the jets. I went back to my room very disappointed. I got down to the breakfast area about five minutes before closing hoping to maybe grab a bagel, donut, or banana for the road. No such luck the area was completely bare. This one I will put on me because I was a little late, hut I was still disappointed. I was in retail management for over 35 years and I understand things happen. But if you only tell management when things go well these reviews are of no value. We had a terrible experience and we never plan to darken a La Quinta doorway again.

Excellent customer service! The rooms are nice, it was meticulously clean, both in public areas and room. Great breakfast, huge indoor pool. Negatives are the doors. Every single one needs to have key slots cleaned out. The back security door worked for nobody we met, and we had to get new keys 4x daily for our room. Please fix this!

Front desk was unreliable. We were told the shuttle was arriving 5:12am but the driver actually was about to leave at 5. They called us at the lobby otherwise we’d definitely miss it. We have two ski bags but they cannot fit the back of the shuttle. They only allowed normal size luggages. We had to sit with the ski bags in the front. The room was ok.

So this hotels by the airport it's a decent hotel. Rooms are nice and clean the staff is decent depending on which one you're talking to. But the only kicker if you're going to stay at this hotel it is a very very high crime rate of auto theft I got my truck stolen out of the parking lot they have no cameras on the outside of the hotel neither do any of the other hotels that are around here and when you call the police they just seem like it's an everyday thing so they don't really care. There's no sympathy whatsoever the first night we stayed here in the back of the parking lot was lit up by lights and then four nights in a row after that it was pitch dark like dark dark. There is nothing but Fields behind you so there's no street lights or anything it is just completely blacked out it's a free for all pretty much people are just coming in stealing cars stealing things out of cars and nobody seems to care the hotel would have got a four-star rating if this wasn't an issue or if they had cameras or if they were more sympathetic to people's situations when they do get their car stolen. I'm not a rich person or am I a dirt poor person but that set me back quite a bit to have my truck stolen with a lot of my belongings in it so just a heads up when you book here. Also we have stayed 9 night and most hotels will give you a discount for singing for a week or so this place hasn't.

Rather suprised by recent less than acceptable reviews; we had no such issues with the Lodging itself. Our room was very clean and all amenities were in working order. Bed, sheets and pillows were extremely comfortable, bathroom was large, well lit, and modern. Easy parking (no cost), restaurants within walking distance, no excessive airplane noise (we were on top floor), and rooms/hallway were quiet. Staff were friendly and courteous. Only 4 stars for service because our shuttle driver seemed to think his classic rock station on the bus needed to be heard for blocks around. Way too loud, to the point we couldn't even hear him when he talked to us. I told him it was too loud but he ignored me. No tip for you dude.....

The overall experience was good. Near the Airport. 24 hours free Airport shuttle service from west side gate no 512. They should mention the shuttle service location on the website. However the front desk is pretty good and cooperative. Some suggestions: 1. They should add some items in the complimentary breakfast. 2. Free wi-fi should be password protected. Thanks to all the stuff of the hotel.

The door to our room was unlocked when we first arrived. There was a dirty wash cloth left in the bathroom. The side entrance doors did not work with the room card. The breakfast only eggs - no other protein. No Bacon. No sausage. No biscuits and gravy. No oatmeal. No milk. No cereal. The TV signal was unstable.

Rooms are EXTREMELY clean , the staff are efficient and friendly, the entire property is super well kept. We stayed in 3 different hotels which one of them was a “4” star , this hotel was 10 times better. It is a great feeling to sleep on a comfortable bed, perfectly white sheets, walk on perfectly clean floors, and a white bath tub! It has a beautiful courtyard and it is extremely quiet. We used the laundry facilities as well which were supper clean and if you download the app for the first time your laundry is free !

Very nice room. Great accommodation for me and my little Bichon. Animal friendly which I love! Clean, shuttle left really early in the morning, right on time.

I stayed here recently for one night. The customer service provided by Mimi and Jennifer was outstanding! They were both incredibly friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the area and were happy and quick to make recommendations for me. I appreciate good customer service, especially in a time where it is scarce. Jennifer and Mimi provided it with smiles. If I'm ever traveling through Denver again, I will definitely stay here.

The front desk staff was awesome and welcoming. The only problem was I never got my room cleaned AFTER I checked in. They never replenished my coffee which meant I had to go to the front desk for that. Overall, I was incredibly happy with this location and if I ever go back to the area, I will look forward to staying here.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable! I needed to catch a shuttle to DIA 3 hours after my arrival and the front desk scheduled my ride for me, got me in and out quickly with a swift arrival at DIA to catch my flight. I would recommend this hotel for any stay!

Double full size beds-one with dirty sheets. Reported and gave us the sheets to change it. Spa didn’t work despite them trying. Key cards deactivated every time we left over four days - they didn’t care-we had to go to front desk every day to get new cards. TV-automatically reorganized channels every 10 minutes-had to look thru all channels to find what you were watching. Outside doors and pool doors were locked and covered with tape so key cards wouldn’t work on most doors. We were constantly going to front desk for help. Miserable stay over four days. Never again.

Had an early flight out of DIA so stayed near the airport for the night. The space was clean and quiet. Definitely more of a budget hotel, but the accommodations felt nicer than the price. Airport shuttle was free and on time. There is a free breakfast, but my flight left before that started so can't speak to the quality. Would definitely stay here again if in a similar situation.

Awesome hotel. Clean and spacey. Safe and secure location. Next to places to eat (restaurants) and shopping area. Greatly Recommend. Would rate highly but shuttle service was disappointing. If you stay, make sure you are down in the lobby 10-15 before time. We scheduled a shuttle to the airport at 330, got down at 325 and the shuttle left, almost missed our flight- a lot of running. Really enjoyed our experience. Huge breakfast area- awesome food selection. Again, outside the shuttle, great place to stay.

Excellent, new hotel with comfortable rooms and a great outdoor space. We especially loved the hot tub, as it’s accessible with a chair lift in/out as well as has shallow steps if you can use those. Only thing to note is if you get a room with two beds, the beds are closer to full than queen. Not big enough to comfortably share.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Great breakfast, airport shuttle and customer service. This building is pretty dilapidated. Walls are thin, you can see light through the room doors, cracks in the tile flooring, missing paint on the bathtub, and a sewage smell in the lobby. The room keys had to be changed because they'd stop working. I woke up to my neighbors cell phone going off with how thin the walls are. Can't have a phone conversation in your room without someone down the hall hearing it. I highly recommend spending $20 more per night and staying down the street. Also this area is not safe to leave anything in your car. Car break ins, thefts, and catalytic converters get stolen around this part of town often.

Room was clean, bed was decently comfortable. Airport shuttle was on time. The only downside was that guest laundry was a mess, Dryers didn’t work properly. The pool was a great size but it was cold. Breakfast was nothing to rave about. We wouldn’t wanna stay here for more then a night or two but it was just fine for our stay.

The hotel is nice- looks recently remodeled. The staff was friendly accommodating and capable. The breakfast was yummy. I only gave 3 stars because the air conditioning was so loud we couldn't even turn it on and the bed made a loud noise every time I moved.

My husband and I were visiting Denver to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Before I was able to even get to the room the staff was helpful. The young lady guided me through the airport and on to the shuttle. And once we arrived she remembered me and made my check In super easy. The hotel was very clean and in a wonderful location for getting around Denver. If I ever return this will definitely be the hotel I choose again!

The room was cheaper than most in the area, but as nice as one you'd happily have paid more for. Very clean and comfortable. And most important, Tully approved. (Pet friendly with good walking area. Well lit) Q bed, microwave and fridge .

I was shocked at how rude the front desk here was last night. I booked a room there because they offered a shuttle and I had my toddler with me, but no car seat due to unforeseen travel issues. They directed me to where the shuttle would pick me up and said it would be there in 20 minutes to get me. I waited out there with my daughter for 30 minutes at 11pm and then called to find out where the shuttle was, and the woman at the front desk said it wasn’t coming and was incredibly rude about it. She didn’t have any kindness or understanding or compassion at all. She didn’t even offer an apology or anything. Honestly, she was so rude I cancelled the reservation even though I knew most hotels in the area were booked. It just wouldn’t be worth it to stay there.

  • 5/5 Kimber M. 2 years ago on Google
Place was clean, with very friendly staff. I was pleased to see how well kept the hotel is. Breakfast consisted of typical waffles, premade breakfast burritos, cereal and oatmeal. Not a bad spread. I would easily stay at this property again. May be an accessibility issue as the hotel only had one working elevator at the time. As well if you arrive later, there may not be any parking as it seems the lot does not support the nunber of rooms.

I had to check in at 1am, the staff were friendly. Broome is OK, there hair in the shower and the ice machine next to my room kept me from sleeping all night. I would not recommend room 350, or this hotel. I asked before leaving if there was anything they could do to compensate me. I was told a manager would need to be involved in that seemed like a process that was going to take too long so I left and told them this review would be the outcome. If you can’t fix a problem quickly for a customer that don’t be surprised when you get a negative review. The response from the hotel: we don’t have a room 350. So maybe I forgot my room number. But I did stay here and didn’t sleep a wink in the room next to the ice maker. The room wasn’t clean and evidently management here is not concerned about the customers experience. I won’t stay here again. Bad way to reply to a customer that spent $180 on a room that I couldn’t sleep in. F-

A great stay! We flew in late to the Denver Airport, and were given clear directions to find the shuttle, which we were loaded and on quickly. The shuttle driver was 🔥!! Quick check in, decent breakfast. Beds were…alright. Sleepable. Kinda what you expect. Pro tip: reserve your spot on the hotel to airport shuttle early, as the spots filled up fast.

The staff is extremely helpful and polite! The room is amazing and smells fresh and clean! The pool is beautiful as well as the hot tub! Not to mention the view! Highly recommend for a stay by the airport! The only down side is no food or bar on the grounds! Bummer!
