This hotel is super clean and convenient. It's only a short drive from the airport. We were able to park our car and walk to several restaurants including Ruby Tuesday's, an Italian place and Renegado Tacos. It is a nice area of town and we never felt unsafe. The staff here were all super friendly. My only comment is the bar area is very small and the bartender was frequently no where to be found. We usually just walked over to one of the restaurants for evening cocktails. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again on our next trip.

DON'T leave your car here. We paid to park our car here and use their airport shuttle to get to the airport. We came back to pick up our car and it had been stolen. The front desk staff could have cared LESS. When I asked if they had towed our car, their response was, "It was probably stolen. The hotel is not liable. Call the police." We waited in the lobby while waiting for the police to come and you would think someone would have had the decency to at least offer us water? To offer our exhausted toddler a snack? They were simply indifferent which just makes me think this happens all the time. The bonus comment, "We don't have cameras in the parking lot so that the hotel is not responsible for any theft or damage." And don't let anyone lead you to believe they monitor the parking lot. Great, thanks for the help!

Clean room with plenty of space to relax and work. Staff helpful and polite. Breakfast was as expected. Would have appreciated an office area with more noise control since I was traveling with family and had morning meetings.

The free shuttle from the airport is great. The people at the front desk were friendly. The room was nice. The bed and sheets comfortable. Nice location and can easily walk to get dinner.

Not to go there but i am Top tier in their point’s program. I stay at Marriott A lot around the country. I had a late flight and asked for a later checkout. These are always granted as a perk. The lady at the desk was very short and refused. I had to sit in parking lot several hours until it was time to head to airport. This is bad CS. There’s no way I would’ve held up housekeeping had i got my late checkout.

Got in at 2:30AM and housekeeping woke me up slamming the doors at 9:10AM right next to my room. The whole reason I stayed here was to avoid driving home early. Spoke to the manager and he seemed not to really care. Rooms are worn out as well.

Great experience 3 years in a row during our annual ski trip. We always fly in and stay overnight at SpringHill Suites Denver Airport before making our way to the mountains. Kids love the breakfast.

Do NOT Park there, organized crime in vehicle theft and break-ins at this location. (($900+ in vehicle damage)). We parked for the extended stay from end of November to beginning of December 2023. Our Ford Truck was broken into. Yes, we signed the waiver, which does not allow the hotel to be liable for any damages. The criminal was there to steal our truck but was unsuccessful in the theft of the vehicle. However, they did over $900 of damage breaking in via the door handle on the drivers side. The door does not shut or lock. They also stole the center console and stuff in it. We notified the night clerk at the hotel once we realized it was broken into... he did not tell his manager. Spoke to manager Tom, who kindly told us to file a claim on our insurance. Our insurance will not cover it because it is below our deductible (yes, bummer for us). So, if you have excellent insurance and a deductible you can afford, it would be good to park, otherwise, beware. Yes, we did do a police report, that doesn't do much either. The hotel is nice and clean. This was however a bad and expensive stay for us... $900 and counting.

Accommodations were comfortable, but I am extremely disappointed, bc I accidentally left my (expensive) prescription eyeglasses on the bedside table and they were not ‘found’ - even though I called just a few hours later. I cannot fathom that they were overlooked: unless the housekeeping service did not clean the room, make the bed, or clean surfaces. Apparently, I’ve since been told by others that eyeglass frames are easy to sell on the internet, so DON’T LEAVE YOURS BEHIND AT THIS HOTEL! Ugh.

No hot water! Had 5 people that wanted to shower but not in cold water. Hotel and room were nice. Staff was good.

Not one of the nicest Marriott’s I have stayed in. First they put me in a wheelchair accessible room which I didn’t request. Then the first day was there the shower didn’t work. Requested firm pillows but front desk agent refused to have housekeeping find firmer pillows. Saying since room already had 4 pillows. Hotel shares shuttle with several other hotels and only drops one side of airport.

Never trust this place. We left the parking lot paid for a week because it was going to be well taken care of. They stole more than $3,500 from me, including many tools and other personal belongings. THEY WERE NEVER TAKEN RESPONSIBLE FOR ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING. Apart from all that, the cost of repairing the truck. Detestable experience in this place!

I’ve stayed here twice in the past two years and had a great experience both times. Rodney help me with the double booking issue after I made a mistake using the Bonvoy app. Highly recommend this place if you need quick, efficient service, and a friendly staff. Platinum member.

Clean rooms, excellent service, comfortable beds, complimentary shuttle to and from airport, safe location. Everything about this hotel is just right. We enjoyed our stay here.

I stayed here a few times for work and I love this hotel! Located close to the airport. Rooms are very clean. The staff is wonderful. The free breakfast is great. I will definitely stay here again.

Newer property but handicapped room had small shower that spread water all over the room. Extremely small and crowded breakfast area. Nice to be next door to Ruby Tuesday's. Shuttle driver needs to be reminded of speed limits, turn signals, tailgating, and talking on phone while driving.

Good people who helped out when needed and conference friendly check out times as well. Standard fare breakfast, nothing to eat for dinner at their bar. Thankfully Ruby Tuesday is in the parking lot and available for lunch and dinner.

This place was lovely! The room was so clean and well set. The bathroom had a lot of complimentary towels and toiletries to use. Breakfast provided in the morning was also great. Definitely recommend for anyone who just got to Denver from the airport, lol!

The hotel itself is fine. Employees have always been very kind here. Some outlets in the room don’t work which put me in a really bad situation with my phone dying + a 6am hotel departure to the airport. I don’t think this hotel is worth the $240+ per night they’re trying to charge right now. It’s a $100 a night hotel. The main reason for my two stars is the airport shuttle. Pick up only runs every 20 minutes and they only pick up and drop off on one side of the airport. There are no clear instructions for this shuttle pick up unless you hunt them down. I waited outside for an hour in 100 degree heat with a morbidly exhausted and hungry 10 month old. It’s Western Shuttle but there are no signs saying which hotel it’s taking you to. I’d give this shuttle service negative stars if I could. I’ll never use the parking there again. Last thing I needed was the shuttle stress after a very long and painful travel day with a baby. Will trek to Park DIA or Fine instead. Again, the staff at the hotel is phenomenal. Rooms are decent for what it is. Shuttle service is trash!! Use a long term parking lot instead.

I stayed here a number of times since 2017 except for the last two years and always found it to be clean, comfortable with a decent breakfast. The front desk staff are great, especially Ann. I took off one star for two simple reasons. 1. The internet was slow and intermittent. For an airport hotel in a major city, I would expect faster, more reliable connection than a run down motel in Lamar. I lost the connection completely when I sat on the bed. I had to hot spot it with my cell phone which was closer to the desk. 2. In the three years since I had been there, I was hoping for a better selection on the TV. There's not much to do in the area, so when you're waiting around to leave at noon for a flight, the selection is pretty bleak. I tried to access some of the streaming channels but none worked for me or asked for my account info. That same run down motel in Lamar had 150 channels so there was always something to watch. Hopefully you can improve on this before I come back next year.

Great location by the airport. Friendly staff. Tom ( I think Manager) working bar Friday night was great. Had people talking and laughing. Check in process was nice and friendly. Will be back on next trip through Denver.
