I'm not one to write reviews but after becoming a marriott bonvoy member and staying at this hotel I feel compelled to do so. The only reason this hotel is getting two stars is because the room was okay and the employee working breakfast was friendly. Other than that, my wife and I were glad we didn't have to spend too much time at the hotel. Upon check in we were asked if we would like to receive housekeeping services every other day. We said yes. We stayed five days and did not have our room cleaned once. After asking for housekeeping again on our third day we were told that we could put our dirty towels in a bin and bring new towels to our room. I did not pay $922 for a 5 day stay to do what I could do at home. We also ran out of body wash which we had to ask for more at the front desk. Although the breakfast was complimentary, it was nothing to write home about. We stuck to prepackaged cereal and stale muffins. The coffee was decent. Anytime we asked the staff questions about housekeeping etc. They didn't seem to know how to help us. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this hotel. We are hoping for better Marriott experiences in the future.

We enjoyed our stay!place is great for families and we had the upper floor and we love it! The place had everything. Free breakfast near the office and they have a laundry room and parking was good but it was $11 a day and security deposit was $150 and other then that was good! We don’t mind coming back when we are in town for a car show or vacation

I stayed here recently and I had an enjoyable time! The rooms are similar to apartments, within their own individual building groups. Very unique. The location is great - close to the highway, restaurants, and a brewery. The rooms were clean and fully-loaded. The staff were nice and the free breakfast was good. A few more breakfast options would have been nice, though. Overall, I would stay here again. I would also recommend it to others. Zero issues!

We went there and were only there for 8 hours. Did not check out this morning because no one was at the front desk at 5am, attempted to call 5 times and no one answered. We were there, stayed 8 hours and had to pay that additional 150 which is almost as much as the room itself and due to not being able to check out, we should hopefully get that back soon. If not I will be calling corporate. Rooms were spacious, didn't like that the 2 beds were all upstairs.

This hotel is just gross. Cigarette butts outside the room in the sidewalk, linen and trash cans sitting on the sidewalks. Location is decent, walking distance to a up and coming area. We were awoken multiple times with loud people - walls are paper thin. I would not stay here ever again and Marriott needs to shut it down and clean it up.

It seems this hotel is in a downfall spiral. I've been there few times on business trips and this year, after the pandemic, everything Is worse: Less services (No Shuttle, Poorer Cleaning....), poorer breakfast as well, and no dinner. But the worst thing is the feeling of lack of security: Disturbs, screams, police... That's being said, I'm pretty sure in my next trip to Denver I will make my reservation on a different hotel.

Very clean hotel….pool was nice and warm, hot tub was nice and toasty, rooms were spotless and the breakfast (for the price) filled us up until after lunch time. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay!

I am a Marriott employee in another state and we traveled here for the holiday, when we checked in we had been on the road for 15 hours so pretty much passed out. After we got up we had bed bugs in our bed, there was food on the walls and floors, our sheets and top cover were all stained up and food running down our headboard. Though not all bad the breakfast was great and the staff were very nice and tried to help us but there were no other rooms available to put us into. They were extremely friendly there and honestly this hotel is setup awesome.

My family traveled from Georgia to spend the Holidays in Denver. The room suites were very spacious and accommodating . I had an upstairs 2br suite plus a regular one. But for our entire four day stay not a single housekeeper came and tended to our rooms. We had to call for fresh towels and have trash removed. With it being flu and covid you'd think cleaning would be a top priority. The check in process was smooth and the agent was professional. Just highly disappointed with the lack of housekeeping.

been living my most of the time with Marriot. and i checked in with Residence inn for the first time. it is really a great experience with this chain as well. i really liked the experience. They do add up a parking fee for every day. so it might gonna impact your budget if you planning to live for a longer time.

This hotel is perfect for those that want to feel at home. The Bi-level lofts are spacious, and clean. The breakfast was plentiful, and they even kept out items for guests who may have gotten a late start to the morning. The pool is crystal clear and they have grills around the property for use. Parking is plentiful and I felt that it was secure as they monitor their lots. I definitely would recommend this hotel for those who want to be close to downtown, but don't want to struggle with parking.

I'm a visitor from Seattle, and I was reading the reviews and it's not what others said... I already stay in expensive hotels before; and locations, rooms, food and the worst parking it's awful... comparing with anothers this was good for me...

Staff was very friendly and the room was nice. We only stayed one night but it would be great for extended stays. Location is fine, I'm just a country girl and don't enjoy the city.

It's around some bad streets, and some people are not what they appear to be to staff. All together, it's a good place to sleep. Just mind your business.

The manager is very attentive and helped me immediately with a minor issue. Great location! Nice Marriott property. I'll stay here again.

My experience is from July 29th through July 31st in the 2-Bedroom Bi-Level Loft. It has a full kitchen with everything needed to cook and eat (bring your own food and drinks). The location is 5 mins away from all the family activities we had planned. The outside looks weathered but the suite itself was well maintained on the inside. My daughter had a blast being able to have ample space. The pool was clean and we used it twice until closing. The free continental breakfast was great, they had a large variety of items to choose from and loved the french toast. The entire hotel staff was great. From Consuelo to Javi and the laundry guy (they have a laundry room available too)! Special shout out to Ella for helping me retrieve my forgot device and having it shipped to my home. She was the only one able to help me after numerous calls, voicemails and emails to upper management.

Location ok Police are johnny on the spot as in someone needed police at this location around 10pm. No towels at all in room. Room needs updated. Breakfast was hot & ok. Give this hotel a 3star at best. It’s really not downtown because it’s on the West side of I-25

Good location, nice facilities, helpful staff. This hotel really stands as a great value relative to some of the nearby hotels. Has very slow wireless internet, even with "premium" option. Most chain hotels do, though.

We reserved a room a few months ago. Between then and our stay last weekend, my wife was in a car accident and is temporarily wheel-chair bound. I called a few weeks ago to request an ADA room so she could shower and get around with the wheel chair. We got there to check in and they said our room was on the second floor. I said that's fine, where's the elevator. They said there are no elevators. I asked how a person in a wheelchair is supposed to get to the second floor. After a few moments we were told there was an ADA room on the first floor but we'd have to wait for it to be cleaned. After wandering around the block for a while, we came back. We got the key, luckily it was close to the office. However, it WAS NOT wheelchair accessible. There were lips of 3/8" to 3/4" to get into the room and the bathroom. And there was no roll-in shower. Basically, these are old apartments that they're using as a hotel room. This place was dirty too. There was brown stuff leaking down the bathroom sink, the freezer was dirty, there were brown marks on the inside of the freezer door and the tub was gross. If we didn't NEED an ADA room, it probably would have been ok. The people working the front desk were very nice and tried to help as well as they could. I will be filing a complaint with the Colorado ADA Commission.

I had a perfect experience here during my stay. Large rooms, new furniture, everything clean. I would definitely book this place again.

Nice, spacious room with full kitchen and nice sized desk for working. Proximity to Ball Arena and Empower Field was excellent, both being about a mile walking distance. Downtown, the 16th Street Mall is just a couple miles away and worth visiting for sure. The rooms could use updating, especially the bathroom, but overall a great value and superior location! Would definitely recommend and will stay here again in the future. Great customer service too!

Stayed there for 5 nights and asked several times for our room to be freshened up and they never once provided this service. Room reeked of cheap cologne, walls are paper thin, and furniture has stains and tears. On top of all this, they sneak in a parking charge after your stay that was NEVER mentioned at any point in the stay. Not at check in or check out. I called their front desk to ask about this charge and their General manager Tiffanie was very rude regarding this charge. "well, the hotels across the street charge $30 a night". She was also unapologetic about our room never getting cleaned. Customer service is truly dead at Residence Inn!

I did not stay here but I needed some help today and I would like to say a big thank you to Mckenzie for your help today. I was the one that came in for the phone. This review will be a reminder that when I am in town to stay at your hotel. Amazing customer service, like exceptional.Thank you!!! Words cannot explain my gratitude.

If you want the WORST customer service, this is the place to stay. I have lifetime Platinum status with Marriott and I have never experienced such bad customer service. I was helping my daughter with an issue at the hotel and the front desk clerk hung up on me and I was calm during my discussion. I called back and the clerk immediately hung up again without saying a word...she picked up the phone and immediately disconnected the line. I would not stay at this hotel if they had the last available room in Denver.

Nice rooms with kitchenette- would be nice if the dishes were put away out of the dishwasher. The staff are all super friendly. Stayed here because my friend and I were going to a Broncos game and it was near Mile High. Giving a 4 star because the people above us had dogs and woke us up barking at 7am and proceeded to bark for an hour until the owners returned.

You have to book 2 night minimum, there’s such a hefty deposit & the nightly rate is hefty as well. The rooms are big, they’re old apartments or condos converted to residence inn. However they’re suuupee outdated & have funky smells. They are really squeaky… from the floor boards to the cupboards to the doors opening and closing… just needs to be given a face lift and it’d be the besttttt location and by far favorite. Perfect location from downtown and shops, places to be in Denver. Just a little TLC is all it needs :)

Thank you for the reminder that loyalty is a fickle thing. First, let me say the people were incredibly friendly and helpful. That's where the good news ends. As a Platinum for Life Envoy member, I expect Marriott to maintain the pre-pandemic service quality. They failed. From pubic hairs in the bathroom to numerous breakfast snafus (waffles with no syrup, cream cheese with no bagels, coffee with no cups, disgusting doughy biscuit egg concoctions, cups with no coffee, horribly laid out breakfast area), to an extended stay hotel with a stove but no pots, pans, skillets, or baking dishes, to completely eliminating room refreshes, there is little here to earn my continued loyalty. Prices went up, service went down. I'll be shopping for a hotel chain that favors service.

The place is a little aged. There were some minor problems with the room, but the service was great. Once I spoke to the front desk about the issues, they sent maintenance over to fix them right away. The location is convenient, walking distance to Ball Arena. Check out Mexican bar Cantina and Dave's hot chicken near by.

Great location, studio room was comfortable, the bed was clean and soft. The kitchen was a little dated and it could smell fresher. Otherwise no complaints.

Visited Denver twice now and stayed here both times. Super friendly and helpful staff, great amenities (the free breakfast is very good), and the location is fantastic and walking distance to tons of great bars and restaurants. Also, very well priced for the area and room sizes. I plan to stay here again the next time I visit Denver!

First anyone saying this isn't a fantastic place to stay with decent pricing, location and amenities needs to get their life in order. Great staff and super friendly, people in this area is nice and the General and Assistant manager will go out their way to make sure you have a pleasant experience and you would like to stay again. A long time stayer for work and it was like living in a upscale Denver apartment.
