This place is not safe!! I stayed at this hotel after a long flight from South Florida. The flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until after midnight. Imagine the HORROR of waking up at 840 AM to the sound of someone trying to enter your room!! Thankfully we had the deadbolt on the door and they couldn't fully enter but it was definitely scary! We realized it was housekeeping (at 840am, like really) and we told them we were not checked out and told them that the room 2 doors down contained children and not to disturb. Of course they tried to barge into that room as well. The worst part is that the manager told me that I should've put the "Do.Not Disturb" sign on the door. Like who expects housekeeping to barge in before 9am!! I'd definitely skip this place!

I am a long-time local who frequently takes staycations with my wife at the various hotels in our area. Because we live in Green Valley Ranch, we are 15 minutes from DIA, there are a LOT of choices! I will often, as a gift to my older children and their families, pay for weekend stays at the area hotels. This was such an occasion. I reserved a room for my daughter and her 3 children with my card. At check in, they had asked for her card to cover incidentals, which I could completely understand and is customary. They then proceeded to bill my daughter's card, the full amount. Is the room considered an incidental? I gave my daughter a gift and the hotel charged her for it. No one said anything about charging her card for the room. Imagine the embarrassment. When I called to complain, the manager just said, that is how we do it. While the place is decent, take it from one who visits hotels frequently(within 20 miles of DIA), there are better!

The location of this hotel is prime. Conveniently situated near a ton of hotels and the airport, it makes for a great spot to catch an early flight or for a bed on a late night in. The bed was just okay but that could’ve been my room 3/5 Didn’t see the fitness room as I left at 3am and didn’t workout first. Staff was helpful. Location was clean .

It may seem updated but the room was nice, and clean. It was very pretty! The mirror in front of the toilet gives a weird vibe but overall it was a nice room. But- and this is a recurring theme in these places so I hope at least one facility sees it and changes it. The pillows are terrible. They’re gnome sizes pebble bags. As soon as your head hits them - they sink into the mattress with absolutely zero support. Putting them together is too much. But paper sized pillows are not the answer to a restful night sleep. The king bed is lumpy and hard. Sort of reminds me of a plywood trailer that has a blanket on it to give it the mirage of comfort. Truly, there were no restful shut eyes. Finally, the AC was not running at complete capacity. Couldn’t get lower than 74 in the room & I am not an iguana so it was sweltering but not as humid. Great room, but for the price I feel like these things could be improved.

I have three rules when I stay in a hotel: it has to be safe, clean, and comfortable. This hotel seemed to be safe. It was mostly clean but the remote, which wasn't working properly, was disgusting (see photo). As far as comfort: the shower curtain was missing and the pillows and mattresses were some of the worst I have ever slept on. There's no excuse at more than $180/night for a hotel to not update mattresses and pillows on an appropriate schedule. Really disappointing to start our vacation exhausted. Breakfast was okay. Fresh fruit was appreciated.

I’m a flight attendant and have been to over 100 hotels this year alone. I was pleased by the accommodations, but most pleasantly surprised by the customer service. Richard, the shuttle driver, was extremely attentive and helpful. I landed around 10PM and he went out of his way to mention restaurants and describe the area as we were pulling in. I can tell he does that for each passenger each trip. Then I was met by Ken at the front desk— and equally pleasant human being who you can tell has service at the forefront of his core values. Although it was late and he most likely had been on shift many hours, his warmness and genuineness shined through. I seriously felt so special, and so unexpectedly too. They make me want to provide that type of service in my own career and industry. Seriously, if everyone were as kind as Richard and Ken, this world would be a better place. Thank you guys so much. Coming off of a 15 hour shift late at night— I really appreciated it.

Maria provided fantastic customer service at check in by going above and beyond to find a room that would accommodate a family member who has mobility issues. I SO appreciate her efforts and hope that the management is taking very good care of such a valuable team member. The hotel was clean, the beds comfy and the breakfast yummy. Highly recommend!

Loved the clean, spacious suite. The pool and hot tub were refreshing, the breakfast was good. We chose this hotel because of a local event our family was attending.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn Denver Gateway Park , and I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service I received, particularly from Ken, one of the staff members. My arrival at the hotel was quite late due to a late flight, and I had an early morning flight the next day. Despite the late hour, Ken went above and beyond to ensure that I had a convenient and satisfying experience. He prepared a to-go breakfast for me knowing that I would be leaving early, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. However, the next morning, when I was scheduled to take the 4:30 am shuttle to the airport, I encountered a minor hiccup as the shuttle was already full and the 5:00 am shuttle driver was going to be late. This situation could have been potentially stressful, but Ken's incredible problem-solving skills came to the rescue. He took it upon himself to find a solution, even though it was not a part of his usual duties. Ken arranged for an Uber from his account to make sure I didn't miss my flight. This level of commitment and dedication to ensuring my travel plans went smoothly was truly remarkable. Ken's actions clearly demonstrate his genuine care for the well-being and satisfaction of the hotel's guests. His resourcefulness and willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression on me. Thanks to Ken's quick thinking and exceptional service, I made it to the airport on time without any further stress. I highly commend Ken and the Hampton Inn DEN Gateway Park for their outstanding customer service and their commitment to ensuring their guests have a positive and stress-free experience. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again in the future and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you, Ken, and the entire staff, for making my stay a memorable one.

Beautiful Hampton conveniently located. Stayed here after a long day on the road. Service was great, room was perfect. Breakfast was as expected the next morning. As a bonus for travelers there was an EV charging station in the parking lot. That is a huge bonus for the Tesla owners out there. This one is well worth your time to consider. You won’t regret it.

People underestimate the value of these lower star hotels. This one in particular is amazing. I travel all over and this Hilton even beats my stay at the Waldorf last month. Super clean, super friendly all around, neutral smells, amazingly updated rooms and layouts, free breakfast, premium airport location, ample parking and EV charging, and the pool area is equally super clean and quiet. Couldn’t have asked for any better.

Nice, stylish hotel with phenomenal people running it, the best I've ever seen in my dozens of hotel stays. Each receptionist was friendly and extremely helpful, every one of the breakfast staff said hi and genuinely asked how I was doing, Lola even greeted me outside the hotel and then later during breakfast cleared my plate and asked if she could get me anything else to eat. Wow! These folks can teach everyone else in the industry what hospitality really means.

My in laws planned a trip to Denver, and due to unforeseen circumstances their flight through frontier was cancelled by the airline. My mother in law spoke with many individuals at this hotel who were nothing but rude and condescending. She has hoped that they would refund her money for at least the days that she booked that hadn’t passed (since it was and on going conversation with the management and third party company - which was Expedia who said they would request that Hampton give a full refund). She also suggested if they felt the situation did not constitute a refund that they might give her a voucher to use at another Hampton at another time. This suggestion was also rudely rejected and she was treated with nothing but distastefulness by the management. Any chance I get to recommend a Hampton Inn, I WILL NOT. We will not be making reservations with them again.

The airport shuttle is essentially false advertising, they don't run it when you actually need it. There was one option given to us that would have us pushing it to make our flight and then they told us that was a full shuttle already. We booked the hotel because of the free shuttle and couldn't even use it. I would recommend a different hotel that will actually fulfill its promises. Incredibly frustrated and disappointed with this place. On top of the top off "shuttle service" the bed was "made" with sheets that were too small for it, including a fitted sheet that was rolled up by our feet because it couldn't stretch over the mattress. It also featured a non-working power outlet next to the bed so my phone didn't get a charge, real nice when using a digital boarding pass in the morning.

We are at this hotel for a conference. Our vehicle was parked and left from 10am to 12pm a total of 2 hours and it was broken into. After talking to the police they said at this specific hotel it happens weekly if not daily. When we talked to the front desk they said they do have cameras however it will only be helpful if the cameras are focused on our vehicle. Come to find out they have one camera and it is not placed to even see the cars in the parking lot. Would never visit this hotel again. Clearly they are helping criminals by their lack of care and security camera placement.

Every aspect of my stay here was exceptional. The front desk staff, the shuttle drivers, the breakfast was fine, the room was spotless, and the coffee was hot and delicious! I highly recommend this hotel!

Good clean room. The only feedback is digital keys are not working as well as they used to. My wife and I have had similar issues at different Hampton Inn locations. Sometimes it works but not always. It used to work well until the last few months. New features introduced seems to have caused issues. Otherwise it's a good hotel experience.

Impolite staff and unwilling to reach out to support a lone female traveler. On line a free shuttle to airport was advertised yet it was not available to take you to the local train station. Coffee was not good and breakfast was short and not yummy.

Nothing stood out about this place during my stay. Wish breakfast had been adjusted earlier to accommodate for the tournament start time. Had to go without food 2 of the 3 days.

Beds are a little hard for my liking and pillows don’t feel super new and comfortable they feel kinda like they have been around and used for awhile. The staff was great and location excellent for the purposes of my trip.

Location is very ideal, about 10-12min from Denver International Airport, 3 min from the hwy. tesla superchargers on site, clean, spacious rooms, great service, complimentary, decent breakfast are among the pros. Cons for the hotel: Limited parking, bad curtain designs allowing a lot of light into the rooms and no USB chargers anywhere in the rooms.

Not enough luggage carts and they didn't prep morning breakfast boxes as requested. Other than that it was a good stay. Rooms and pool was nice. Room service was prompt.

Location of this hotel was great because of easy access to freeway and restaurants nearby. Room was large and bed & pillows were comfortable. Many amenities in room. The pool, hot tub and work out room were a plus, along with a guest laundry. Convienent to leave our car parked in their lot for a small fee while we flew out of Denver. Friendly and helpful staff.
