I checked in online and got to my room and my digital key would not work. I had planned on going straight to my room so I had all my baggage with me. I had to stand at the front of the hotel for 15 minutes waiting in line to get a key made for my room. My bags were heavy and I didn't have a free arm to move around with. The major reason for 2 stars is because of the parking situation. I am a diamond member and the parking lot was completely full after I came back from dinner. It was after 11pm. I went inside and asked about alternative parking. I was told there was a parking garage on the other side of Panera and that was the only option. The garage is not close to the hotel and I felt very unsafe in there. I am a solo traveler and did not appreciate having to walk so far in the dark to get back to the hotel. There were several hotel owned cars in the lot that should have been parked in the garage to free up space for guests. Also there needs to be a way to verify that people parked in diamond spots are truly diamond members. I do not recommend staying here if you are a solo traveler.

My room was clean. Service was below par for hamptons but adequate. The one gripe is workers would park in the diamond spots and take them all up. A co-worker said his room/floor had a funny smell. Hallway noise is heard easily and you can hear the people walking above you.

I'm a die hard Hilton fan but the service I received here was above and beyond! It's clean, quiet and very cozy! I was moved to a different room to make me more comfortable while I work. The front desk was always polite and proactive in anticipation of my needs. The management of the hotel was always out and about the hotel to ensure customers are taken care of! I call this the Hilton quality!

As an experienced traveler, this hotel is dated and not up to modern standards. Room doors slam closed instead of quiet close. I was awakened throughout the night as people came and went on my floor and above/below. Especially late night. There are no charging connections, and you have to pull the bedside table out and unplug the light to charge your phone bedside. TVs are not updated like many hotels with direct access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. Spend the money you are saving by not cleaning all guest rooms daily, and invest in new door closures. Add the basic technical connections travelers need.

We did check in very late, and yeah the digital key didn't work. HOWEVER we just got normal room keys and the lady who was at the front desk was great. Super kind and upstanding of our traveling struggles haha. The breakfast here is sooooo good. And the staff is very good as well.

This hotel is 30 years old but you would never know it. It is well kept up and about to undergo a facelift. The manager and staff were very nice and the breakfast was stellar. My room was everything I would expect and more. Would definitely plan a stay here again next time I am in town.

I booked a pre-paid room and showed up late. Key word here is pre-paid. Upon arrival, the manager let me know that they almost gave my room away since I didn't call them to tell them I'd be arriving late. One would assume that since the room has been paid for, at absolute worst case the room would be left empty for the weekend - but I guess if you don't show up they want to double charge for the room and book it again. On top of this, I need to expense this trip and the hotel can't seem to figure out how to send me a receipt. Three calls later and I still have nothing. Don't use Hilton Honors program. 0/5 for Hilton honors, 0/5 for staff and 2/5 for the hotel itself.

If you want to risk anything happening to your car, this hotel would be the place. I had a tire stolen off my vehicle after following the recommendation of the hotel staff on where to park. I waited a ridiculous amount of time to speak to management. Christi Crum (whose the director) was very rude. Management is a JOKE.The process of receiving a refund was a whole mess. You can definitely find a better hotel.

For an older hotel, it's very clean with nice updates. The room was great. Clean. AC worked. Nice tvs. Fairly quiet at night. Located next to numerous restaurants. Most walkable. Can recommend and will stay again when we find another concert at Fiddlers Green we want to watch.

Overall, a good stay. Despite, the construction and remodeling, the hotel was very nice. Disappointed that I paid $40 for (2) nights of parking for (2) cars and the parking lot was not even plowed. No fun walking in water and ice and unacceptable. The breakfast was nice and the room was clean and comfortable.

New manager, Taha, is kind, professional and helpful to the guests. We've been coming here for MANY years due to this excellent location. We enjoy the accommodations, good customer service and hot breakfasts. Our most recent stay was most enjoyable due to friendly staff and getting a recently renovated room. Taha was very welcoming. And Ellie at front desk was very nice also. One request: we wish this facility offered recycling bins.

I absolutely love the staff at the Hampton Inn and Suites DTC. My party and I have stayed in many airbnb's and hotels in the Denver area throughout 2020 and now in 2023. We always return to this location. Not only is it conveniently located just outside of the city of Denver, but it is in a very safe and walk able neighborhood. No matter who you ask for help, whether its the front desk staff, house keeping or maintenance, everyone does what they can to assist you to the best of their ability. The rooms, gym, and kitchen area are always well stocked and clean. They always save a cookie for our kids, which is beyond sweet. They even have a basketball court out back with bballs that the front desk has for you to use which is great for the kids as well. We used to be loyal Marriott Bonvoy members, but we have had quite a few negative experiences with Marriott since COVID with staff being rude and entering dirty rooms. You will NOT run into any issue like that here! I highly recommend staying at this hotel over the others in the area! Thank you HI&S staff for all you do! We so appreciate you! Sharron

Just needed a place to stay after a late night flight. The room was clean. The breakfast was mediocre but filled our bellies. It was quiet, which was great.

Talk about the SMALL DETAILS 🀩 They sure make a difference! Our stay was amazing. We came on a business/pleasure trip for 3 nights and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Rooms are spacious, very clean, and have very new bathrooms and showers. TVs and Wifi work like a charm. The most wonderful thing about the hotel was its AMAZING staff. The manager was always present, greeting guests and making sure everything was done as it should. The housekeeping, reception and breakfast teams are all very united, tight and you can just feel a great environment and relationship between them. Breakfast was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Omelettes, potatoes, toast, flavored waffles, cereals, fruit, juices, yogurt, you name it! Also the coffee was delicious. Everything was clean and the ambiance was chill and cool. Congratulations to the team on this, it’s a great value for the guests. 🫢🏻 Another great detail. Cookies! πŸͺπŸͺπŸͺ We would come back from the office and the staff bakes fresh assorted cookies and offer them in the Lobby entrance for the guests. Talk about a nice welcome!!! 😬 As I said, the small details like these ones are the ones that make a business GREAT. This hotel definitely felt like a Home Away from Home. Price is very fair for everything you get. Look no more! This is your BEST option to stay in the area. πŸ™‚

We enjoyed our stay here. Upon arrival they were having computer issues with checking in but the manager and the lovely woman up front accommodated us as best as they could and got us our room as fast as they could. Every staff member had a smile on their face and always greeted you even in passing. The only thing they fall short on is the $10 a night parking, it's not covered or even secured so technically anyone can enter/park there. Besides that complaint we loved our room and the service

At first glance I was skeptical because they have some construction at the front door but as you walk in the lobby is lovely and the staff very welcoming. They were all willing to help and provide local places to have a good time. I stayed in a king suite that was nice and cozy. The layout was very nice and pretty quiet. Overall a great place to stay would recommend and stay again.

My son had dental surgery and was having issues walking. Management changed our room to a closer location on the main floor. Appreciate the courtesy extended by the manager and also the excellent help by the overnight staff. Great job.

The hotel I wanted to stay at was completely booked, and my daughter found this online, I was a little skeptical, because it was a good deal, and when we pulled up there was construction, but as soon as we walked in the place was beautiful and very welcoming. We were here for a whole week. The breakfast every day was fantastic and the people were incredibly nice and Doing everything they can to assist in anyway. They made this business trip, most enjoyable! The rooms were spacious and very clean!

I was truly impressed by the exceptional level of service delivered by Jason and Taha. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile ensured that my stay was nothing short of delightful. They were readily available to address any inquiries I had and offered outstanding suggestions for local attractions and dining establishments. Thanks to their exceptional guest services, my experience at the Hampton Inn was absolutely fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone in search of a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff at Hampton Inn and Suites have consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate myself and my party. We have been staying at this hotel in the Tech Center on and off throughout the last 3 years and we have absolutely no complaints. Recently, my party and I were in town for a personal event and the front desk was kind enough to hold our room day to day given the unpredictability of our circumstances. The rooms are comfortable and always clean. Sumanee is always willing to do as much as she can to accommodate and Roxanna at the front desk is always sweet, warm and inviting, and both women are always willing to help to the best of their ability. We have sent people from across the country to this specific hotel in DTC because of their exceptional hospitality!!

People are nice, but the rooms definitely need an update. Had to switch rooms because the first room's hvac unit burst and soaked the carpet, which definitely smelled like mold. Old fake eyelash left from past guests. Stain on one of the blankets. Bed was not comfy. The first room also had a broken microwave, and the shower door didn't seal correctly when shut, and water would leak everywhere. Has nice amenities pool gym and outside area with a basketball court. Walls are very thin, and you can hear every door slam shut and your neighbors talking/ TV. Breakfast was okay, like school food breakfast, where things are reheated in an oven? That's what it seemed like. Make your own waffle was the highlight. They also charge you for parking. $10 per car per day. Oh, and they didn't even have tap water available for guests for the first few days when I got there. They said only members are allowed 2 bottles upon check-in.... by the last day of my stay, there was not only lemon water available but also chocolate chip cookies... πŸ€”

Stayed while traveling for work. The location is nice as there are several food options within walking distance. The only downside was a minor inconvenience with the fan which they addressed immediately upon being notified. Staff is very attentive and the breakfast has a variety of options.

We had a quick stay over the holidays. The front desk staff were great! There was construction but the hotel was clean and very pleasant. Loved that we could grab a fresh breakfast!

Very decent accommodations in a very convenient location in this outlying area of Denver. The room was clean and provided a sufficient amount of room. The bedding was very comfortable, especially the pillows! The gentleman at the desk was friendly. One main issue was charging for parking. Really unnecessary. When booking a hotel room - any standard fees should be just accessed upfront.

I always request a room furthest from the elevator, but when I checked in, I got a room closest to the elevator. The elevator dings were enough to disturb our sleep. I got some hot water for tea one night and it was barely warm. When I mentioned it to the front desk attendant, she said housekeeping takes care of that during the day and she supposed she should probably do that, but had been "too lazy to do it".

Ideal budget hotel for business travelers. No frills. Safe location in Denver Tech Center. Many restaurants in walking distance. Good breakfast. The staff members I interacted with were friendly. I would stay here again.

Noisy Noisy. Room walls are paper thin, can hear the toilet flushing above you, hear people talking outside like there's no windows,, outdoor pool looked cloudy, air conditioning sounds like a pulsating exhaust system, small room, all this for a large price tag. I bet you could get a quieter room at Motel 6 and they leave th light on for you.

Second time staying here. The 2 bed room was very small for 2 people. Came in late one night so expected there wouldn't be any diamond parking spots available but actually there were none available. They had us park in a scary parking garage around the other side of the small strip mall and all the way at the end. Us 2 women walking in the middle of the night through the homeless guy's setup would not be a safe choice I would normally make myself. The breakfast returned to pre COVID and there was always coffee available.

The trip started off great but went south. Pros: -The front desk staff were wonderful. They helped us check in early and were very welcoming. -Our room was very clean. -The breakfast was your average hotel breakfast but it was great. Cons: -Housekeeping was supposed to come every other day but never came. We had to take our own trash out everyday and go to the desk for clean towels. The front desk was very apologetic but the housekeeping still never came to clean the room throughout our week stay -The parking lot was full even though I payed $10 a night. I knew from the booking that I would have to pay for parking and was okay with that. The problem is when I come back from my day and there is no packing spots left and many people without their parking tags. I should have a spot if I am paying nightly. If guests are paying this fee, there's should be towed every night to make room. -Maintenance came to our room twice throughout our stay to reset our TV. We never had issues with the TV until they came in. I am not sure exactly what they were reseting it for but I don't understand why it couldn't wait until after we left. The second time maintenance came to our room we had a sleeping tag on the door handle to take a nap. Next thing I know I am woken up by two maintenance men coming into my room. This is a MAJOR issue. I was sleeping, and even if they did knock, the do not disturb sleeping tag was hanging on my door. As a women I see this as a huge safety problem. I could have dealt with the other issues and not bothered to write a review but after this instance my stay was ruined and I feel scared to go back to a Hilton Inn knowing they allow people to just walk in.
