My Family recently stayed at Sleep Inn, and my overall experience left me deeply disappointed. While the rooms were kept clean, it was the lack of attention to security that overshadowed any positive aspects of my stay. One of the most concerning incidents during my visit was the unfortunate break-in that occurred on the premises. Our car, which was parked within the hotel's designated parking area, was targeted by thieves. This incident not only resulted in property loss but also left us feeling violated and unsafe. While I understand that such incidents can happen anywhere, it raises questions about the security measures and vigilance provided by the hotel. Guests should be able to trust that their belongings will be secure and that their safety is a top priority. I would strongly recommend that the management reassess their security protocols, considering measures such as increased surveillance, well-trained security personnel, and enhanced lighting in the parking area. I asked for a refund for one night of the stay to help cover the cost of my insurance deductible and was told they simply just don't do that. I sincerely hope that the management addresses these issues promptly and takes concrete steps to provide a safer environment for future guests.

I do not recommend The Sleep Inn Suites on Tower Road. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Our flight came in late to Denver from Cabo San Lucas and we called our original hotel the Sleep Inn Suites to ask about the shuttle and if we could use their freezer to store the fish we caught. The night manager said no and hung up on me mid sentence of my question. We took the shuttle to the Sleep Inn Suites, and when we walked in there was a lady and a sketchy man in the breakfast area. We waited at the front desk for 5-10 minutes and the lady that was in the breakfast area came to the front desk. We told her our name and started checking in, and asked again about freezer space. She was very rude and again denied the request. We asked if there was any other options or if she knew of anywhere we could store the fish. She had said no, and when we asked about the neighbor hotel she said they wouldn’t either because they were the sister hotel and she did all the ordering and their freezers are full to. She was extremely rude and was not wearing a company shirt or any identification but claimed to be the manager. She was wearing dirty sweatpants and a sweatshirt. At that point we decided to call another hotel. I called the Hampton Inn Rhonda answered and I asked if she had freezer space for the fish we had caught. She was very friendly and responded yeah we can help you out. We went back to the Sleep Inn Suites manager and told her we had found another room and requested a refund. She denied the request and became very adversarial and argued with my wife in a very unprofessional manner. We requested her manager’s name and number, and again she said she was the manager. We requested contact information for her supervisor so we could request a refund and she told us to “Google it”. We loaded our bags and headed to the Hampton Inn. When we arrived Rhonda the night manager was very kind and professional and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn on Tower Road if you want good customer service and clean nice place to stay. We will definitely be staying with The Hampton Inn and NOT The sleep Inn Suites in the future.

Fine for an overnight layover. Comfortable modern room, with microwave oven, USB charging. Arrived at East door 505 before 10pm, and the shuttle van came after 25 mins of waiting. It picked up a lot of people at Terminal West first. The van had a simple sign of the hotels that shared it, which could be hard to see. The van served Comfort Suites, Sleep Inn, Mainstay, and Microtel. I think Sleep Inn and Mainstay were really the same hotel. The breakfast was alright and had pretty much everything, including a waffle maker. The hotel was not near late night food, but there was a large convenience store at the gas station next to it.

A few issues came up with our stay. First the shower door track leaked A TON OF WATER on the bathroom floor, so when you got out of the shower, you stepped in a HUGE PUDDLE on the floor. Both sides of the wall next to the shower doors showed holes and evidence of ongoing water damage, so i believe this has been happening a while. Next the main heat/ac unit was pumping out crazy heat despite having turned it down to 62. Finally, the last two unpleasant things that happened was a knock on our door at 145am from someone claiming to be an UBER DRIVER. hotel staff said they were unware and knew nothing about this. And finally, at 4 am we all load into the shuttle and the driver says he needs to step away for a moment, he then and leaves everyone sitting there with no heat - it's 19 degrees outside. He's not gone long, but a warm ready shuttle would have been better.

Booked a one night stay. The voice message regarding the shuttle pickup says "shuttle runs every hour picking up at door 505 after the 25th min of the hour". I went out at 15 mins past the hour to anticipate the arrival. No shuttle at 45 mins past the hour. The front desk told me the shuttle won't be back til 15 mins past the next hour. I waited the whole hour only for shuttle to arrive after 30 mins past the hour. Bottom line i waited an hour and 15 mins in 26 degree weather. Front desk was very short and trying to blame for calling to get an update. When I explained that their driver does what ever he wants not adhering to any schedule leaving guests to wait needlessly. If shuttle pick-up is hourly it should be on a tight schedule matching the voice message on the hotel line. I will never stay at a sleep inn moving forward. Spend your money elsewhere.

Checked me into a dirty room. Cups everywhere, dirty towels on counter in bathroom, and bed had been slept in... They did remedy it. New room was decent, but tue carpet had not been vacuumed as there was stuff in various areas. Also bedside lightswitch had not been cleaned. They quickly handled a lot of people checking in late at night. Kudos for that. Super close to airport (15 mins away)

May be the worst hotel I’ve never stayed at. We called to say I was getting in late, already paid and reserved. Got in at 2:45am and got told there were no rooms, the munchkin at the desk had the audacity to make it seem like it was my fault they over booked. In 30 years of travel that was a first. They shuttled us further away to another hotel, promised an airport shuttle. I think because I was so vocal about my displeasure the shuttle left me that morning despite being outside 7 minutes before departure I watched the driver take off. The couple on the shuttle said the driver told them I rescheduled but I have no idea when I would have done that in my 3am arrival and 7am departure window.

200$/night and we would have slept better under a bridge. Crack heads were in the next room and kept us awake with their screaming and slamming everything they could find. I went to talk to the desk woman at 2 am but she tried to deny that they even had a room 303 (crack head room). The fridge did not get cold, the tv had been ripped off of the wall and the large lamp did not work. I do not believe positive reviews of this hotel. I think many are planted by the hotel to make it seem decent. Do not stay here.

I walked in and had to walk for the front desk person to talk to someone for 15 minutes about something that should have been sent to customer service. When she ultimately did just that. She said she had been on the phone with them for an hour. Multiple people we’re waiting behind me as well. She had a hard time finding my room until I gave her my confirmation number. The room was really nice and the breakfast was good. The breakfast attendent was nice. She told me there was no milk today as it was coming out of the machine though. After I saw someone else with a glass. But it was clean and really comfortable.

I was in the middle of changing in my room when another hotel guest and their husband walked into my room. They had been also booked into the same room and given keys. I was embarrassed and terrified. Huge safety risk and completely unacceptable. Not sure if its worse that I was there undressed, or that I could have been gone and all my things taken. I called the front desk that night and they said they would work on taking care of it. In the AM the manager knew nothing about it. I am still waiting for a return call as I requested a full refund for my stay. Front desk staff gave no info about hotel breakfast, wifi, or shuttle service at checkin either. Will update if/when a response is received. Update: after several calls, the general manager said the most they could do was give me half my money back since it was an ‘honest mistake.’ She refuses to give me her superiors contact info, and when I asked them to call me said ‘no, they don’t.’ She would only give me the 1-800 number for customer service which when I called was told it needed to be dealt with at a local level since they are franchises. I told the GM it was an invasion of privacy and still unacceptable, that I would write a negative review and she then replied “I don’t care.” I’m disgusted. On top of it, I was double charged for this. And the bank said I can’t dispute it because I made the decision to stay after it happened 🙄

Extremely nice/professional front desk (even asked, rather than we having to request, if we needed shuttle to airport) and custodial staff always smiling & greeting you with a friendly "hello". Breakfast was better than in most other hotels. Bed & shower were nice. Clean, no bad smells in the room or hallways. Room was also larger than most. Would definitely stay again if we travel to Denver again.

Came in last night on a late delayed flight from DC I don’t remember the persons name behind the counter it was a very dry individual 0 customer service training I’m guessing, the room was clean and well put together. The morning breakfast lady was really nice and attentive had a early morning flight so we scheduled an airport shuttle the individual with the shuttle came in said airport shuttle got in the truck and left I don’t know if hat is going on with Denver’s customer service but it’s NOT GOOD

My son and I had a great experience here! Our flight got in super late but the airport shuttle came and got us at 1:25am. Check in was a breeze, the night ladies were very friendly and helpful. I asked for a late checkout so we could catch a couple more z's and they took care of us. In the morning the full buffet breakfast was outstanding. Typical hot breakfast items, waffle maker, cold cereals, yogurt and simple pastries/breads. The ac worked great to cool down the bedroom quickly, the room was clean and quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the 5 pillows on the bed were all like fluffy clouds. The full kitchen is great though we were only here for a short night, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for full suites at great rates. This is a great place for families but I will say, parts of the parking lot get a little sketchy 2am-4am... people driving/ walking through or loitering... but if you're sleeping or hanging out on your room it won't effect you. Inside the hotel was great, the staff were fantastic, everyone we came across was kind and welcoming.

So... The hotel itself was fine. Check in process was standard. Breakfast was inoffensive. For a budget hotel, everything was fine. The problem? Housekeeping and customer service. Check out time was 11 AM. At 7:30 AM, housekeeping knocked lightly and started entering before I could get to the door to tell them to go away. An hour later, housekeeping again showed up, this time not bothering to knock. Another hour later and another attempt by housekeeping to get into the now bolt locked shut door. Attempted to speak with the front desk between house keeping visits 2 and 3. Waited at the front desk for 10 minutes and no one ever bothered to come out.

I was able to check in early (for a fee); only to go into my room, disrobe and housekeeping came barging in (believing the room was empty)... No warning knock, no warning announcement. I believe I wouldn't have been as distraught if I had clothes on because I understood communication of a guests arrival may not have reached housekeeping. To add insult to injury, the Manager was not available and the Supervisor on duty pretty much said "I'm sorry, but there is nothing we can do about that. We will talk to all housekeeping about making an announcement before they enter any rooms" 😑 So dismissed and distraught, I won't be staying again; however, future guest, you're welcome---you won't be violated on your next visit.

The room was nice enough, but our truck was stolen during the night. The desk staff and manager showed no concern or sympathy AT ALL. We asked them to calm pd and to check there parking lot surveillance camera, they refused to call law enforcement and said law enforcement could request and surveillance they had. Again no show of compassion at all or offer of assistance in arranging alternative transportation 🤕

We did not get any service no clean towels, all the coffee was decaf in our room. There was an old apple juice bottle on the side of the bed on the floor. But very comfortable. I just hope there was clean sheets.

A very friendly and helpful staff. My room was clean and fresh towels. I use them for the stay/park/fly. Exceptional shuttle service!

Great room. The bed was so comfortable as well as the variety and options of pillows. Clean and quiet. Breakfast offered but I had to leave for a flight prior to the 6am breakfast start time.

Yes, it is in need of updating. The carpets are old and stained and torn. The bed and bedding is very comfortable. It offers what is probably the best free breakfast I have ever seen at any hotel. The problem is the shower. It does not drain. Because of this I would not return.

Perfectly located near DIA airport with gas station next door for refilling rental car. The rooms have been recently updated and everything is clean with everything needed in an overnight stay or longer. Staff was friendly and neighborhood feels safe. There is a free shuttle but only limited seating so sign up early if you need to use that.

The room was very clean and neat. Complimentary breakfast included. They also provide a shuttle service to the airport. Traffic was kinda crazy due to all the road work, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay at the Sleep Inn. If your needing to stay in that area I would recommend giving them a nights stay.

Well maintained, comfortable beds. Convenient to the airport. If i had to find a negative, the outlets are not Conveniently located and there is not one towel bar or hook in the entire room, just found that to be odd 🤷🏻‍♀️

Terrible experience from company and both hotels Sleep Inn and Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Airport. Originally booked at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Airport, but they over-sold, so I was “upgraded” to Sleep Inn. It was a downgrade. The communication was awful as a visitor of Denver. No directions provided, or address provided to new hotel. Upon arrival to Sleep Inn, they were trying to have me pay for a pre-paid reservation. Employee had to call other hotel to confirm I already paid. Once I received my room key, they assigned me into a room that was occupied. Keyed into a room with someone already staying there. Had to go downstairs and complain about this. I wanted a refund, but they would not do so due to original booking at sister hotel. They offered me a free beverage from their mini store. The following morning, I call approx 9am and requested to check out at 12pm instead of 11am. The front desk said this was approved, and then I kept getting intruded by housekeeping before checkout. Then approximately 11:20am the front desk called my room clueless about me checking out at 12pm. Poor communication and disappointment. They room also had dirty socks left behind from previous visitor. Housekeeping poor.

The rooms were really nice for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our flight was significantly delayed but the hotel allowed us to take the airport shuttle at 2:30pm, long after our check-out. They even looked after our luggage while we used the delay time to see a bit of Denver. The hotel also offered a lot of services for travelers. There was a PC with a printer, washing machine, and a simple gym. The only real bummer was the breakfast. There wasn't a single piece of fresh fruit to be found. Overall, it was hard to find any real food, most of it was highly processed unhealthy junk food. Even the scrambled eggs were made from dehydrated powder eggs. Plus, the utensils and every food container were plastic. Even the foam coffee cups were individually wrapped in plastic bags. A regular two person breakfast produced a literal mountain of plastic on the table. If this hotel manages to improve their breakfast options and reduce the amount of plastic it would become the perfect place for a traveler to recharge.

I got a great deal on this place through an "online travel agent." You choose the price - they choose the hotel. It had everything I needed - plus a great free breakfast that ran 4-9 AND a free airport shuttle. I would have loved extra towels and a tub as well as shower but it was great for the price. I had a really nice experience. Staff was kind, too. I wanted to tip the driver and food attendants but there was no atm in the lobby.

Spent the night here courtesy of an issue with airline flight delays. I was given room 110 which is right next to a mechanical room of some sort where some machine was making a very loud noise randomly all night long and in fact it continued during the time I was there during the day. Incredibly annoying! Do not accept this room if you ever stay there. The room was serviceable, nothing dirty, missing or broken but it was clear that the room and furnishings were starting to show some usage wear due to it's proximity to the airport. Breakfast was free but there was not much else good about it. Watery, lukewarm scrambled eggs and not very warm potatoes constituted the 'hot' part of breakfast. Meh

We are so happy that we found this hotel for the first and last nights of our trip to Colorado. I want to give compliments especially to the front desk agent who was working when we checked in on the evening of Sunday 3/13. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and was so helpful and professional! Thank you again. We found the room to be very comfortable as well. Thanks again!

The room was really clean and the breakfast bar was very extensive with everything from a Belgian waffle maker to eggs and Sausage. My only significant complaint is that the shower never heated up. I had it running for about five minutes to get it was warm and it never got hot. definitely a good value for how close it is to the airport with the breakfast buffet in the airport shuttle

Our truck was broken into while staying at this hotel. I trust that it is being looked into and will update if it does. 2 stars because the staff were good and the room was good. Lost stars because of the TV not staying powered off, leaving you with a forced night light as it cycles through the same pictures over and over as well as the lack of safety/security.
