We spent our weekend there for the Pride Festival and Parade. Great customer service. Very nice people on the Front desk. Our room was very clean, good view. The pool area super nice, water perfect temperature. Great location. Few block to take the free mall bus and light rail train.

We had a three night stay at Hilton Garden Inn Union station. We had the greatest service from everyone, especially the valet. The front desk staff was professional and accommodating. The hotel has their own parking garage to keep your vehicle safe. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it’s right off I-25, has a grocery store across the street and restaurants close by with one connected to the hotel. We did not hear any other guests, but could occasionally hear loud vehicles drive by the hotel. The one and only negative thing about our room is the room smelled musty. I highly recommend this hotel and may stay there again.

We loved our stay here and for the price it was perfect. The breakfast is not continental but is $18 per person. We preferred to go the local coffee shops/restaurants nearby for breakfast. An easy walk from Union Station; we took the train from the airport and it’s about a 8 minute walk from the train to hotel. The rooms were spacious and we did love our view of the sunrise every morning. The shower and the super hot water is fantastic! The pool area is absolutely beautiful with a nice view of the city and sunset. However, the water was freezing cold which would have been okay if there was a hot tub or sauna. This is not a deal breaker for us but it may be for some people. Coors field is a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is a great location for all the nearby shops and restaurants. We went across the street to the grocery store a few times to pick up snacks and personal items. Hotel has a beautiful lobby area with fireplace. There is an attached bar/restaurant which is also very convenient when you don’t want to go out. The food and drinks were delicious here too.

Being a Hilton Diamond member I have stayed in hundreds of Hilton hotels around the US. This room was one of the nicest I've stayed in with the floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides. The shower was amazing! Was surprised to find a $49 valet fee so I parked in the street in view of my room for a few bucks. The continental breakfast that is free in EVERY Hilton I've ever stayed in was $18/person which is a joke. Made to order food wasn't any cheaper. A 3 egg omelet with nothing else for $18 🤣🤣.

Great location but several fees that weren't disclosed. Valet only fees. No free breakfast. Continental breakfast $10( for cereal, milk and muffins). Our room was extremely dusty. No vent in the restroom. I stay at Hilton hotels everywhere I travel but this by far was a disappointment. The only positive I didn't really enjoyed was the location... we were in walking distance for everything downtown.

Nice room, very clean. Staff was friendly. A bit slow at the front desk but seemed to be training new people. The shower in room was AMAZING! Housekeeping additional items came quickly. Nice workout area. Pillows were way too soft, bed OK, a bit of street/train noise. Nothing too loud. They ran out of K cups for the room, but we were able to grab coffee in the lobby. The breakfast situation was very confusing and should be better explained at check in. Location OK. For the price and amenities we're happy with our stay.

Our room had lights that did not work & bathroom was not completely cleaned from prior use. Also the multi handle shower took me 10 minutes to figure out. I couldn't get it turned on let alone shut off! I was not a fan of having to pay for a continental breakfast considering what I spent for the room. The best thing about this hotel was the staff. All were beyond friendly and helpful.

The staff were very pleasant and responsive to requests. The rooms are very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. The pillows are great as well. We were quite disappointed that the basic continental breakfast buffet offered (nothing special, standard) was $18 per person. Definitely overpriced. Other than that, everything was great! We will definitely stay here next time we’re in Denver.

Location of this hotel was great and we were excited for our three night stay. Sadly, our room was NEVER CLEANED the entire time, even after I made multiple requests to have it cleaned. There's clearly a breakdown in communication between the front desk & housekeeping and an even larger problem with management, who is clearly not staying on top of the basics of hospitality! Very disappointing experience.

You won't find a hotel in a more convenient location for downtown activities. The restaurant and service is great. Pool is nice and the rooms are updated and clean. Housekeeping is bad, ran out of towels, breakfast is a rip off as well as valet parking at $38 a day. I ended up parking my own car most of the time. Just not great.

First off, I wanna give a big shout out to Adam at the front desk; there was some confusion when I originally booked my room and then had to extend my stay and add occupants, and he took the time to make sure everything was straightened out in their system. He also helped me get my Hilton membership login figured out so I would get my points and free WiFi. Hugely thankful that he took the time to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. I do wish that hotels in general (not just this one) would be more transparent about their parking fees and whether there are alternative options; $50/night for mandatory valet is highway robbery. The valets were all super cool and attentive, but the text feature to call for our vehicle only worked about 25% of the time, causing us to be late for a couple of our reservations. The room was great; awesome view of the Rockies Stadium and big windows, and the beds were comfortable. Only constructive feedback would be to add a lock to the bathroom door and provide robes for the pool. We also really enjoyed the pool and gym. While the pool was very shallow, the onsite showers were a nice feature. While the gym was small, there was a good ratio of weight/resistance machines to treadmills and cardio equipment. Often hotel gyms are light on weights and just have an endless line of empty treadmills, so this was much better than I’ve seen elsewhere. Also wish that the hotel was more transparent about its breakfast; it advertised hot breakfast but then we found it was an extra $18 per person, so we went elsewhere. Overall we were very happy with the room, staff and amenities. I heard there may be legislation to force hotels to start including all their extra charges in their posted rates, because this hotel was maybe the most egregious I’ve seen with all the sneaky extra charges that increased the actual rate by a good 30%. If there are no realistic parking alternatives, the parking really should be included in the rate. Breakfast also should be advertised more transparently so that we could see that it was going to be an extra $80/day if we wanted to take advantage of the hotel breakfast. But again, the staff (especially Adam) made our stay extremely pleasant and we’ll most likely be back; just with a better idea of what we’ll actually be paying to stay here.

Great location! My grandmother and I took the light rail in from the airport to Union Station, and it was a short 5-10 min walk to the hotel. We ate at the restaurant, which is connected to the hotel, and the food and atmosphere were both very nice! The hotel gym was also nice with dumbbells, cable machine, and cardio machines. The next morning we walked back to Union Station to take the California Zephyr train from Union Station. Highly recommend!

Great location in Denver- we walked from our hotel to almost every part of the city we visited, including Mile High. Rooms are very nice and spacious, staff is kind & friendly! So many great places to eat in walking distance (don’t spend $18 on the hotel breakfast- go somewhere great close by!). The only problem we faced was that we checked in on Friday, and we didn’t receive housekeeping services until late Monday afternoon when we had to call and request a visit. Other than that, this is a great stay for a mid-range price in an ideal location!

I work for a Hilton in Colorado and frequently stay at hiltons all over. This location was central to all the things in Denver. Beautiful rooms. The bed was SO COMFY, not too hard and not too soft! Pet friendly but I did not see a relief place nor was told about any, was just gravel parking lots and busy streets. Wasn’t told any hours or about breakfast, fortunately I’m not a breakfast person. Parking is nuts and valet is pricey. Fortunately, we stayed on a Sunday so meter parking is free downtown and the next day was a holiday so we didn’t need to move the car the next day either. Free late check out times are such a blessing. Wish they were able to sell alcohol until midnight. Black young female with curly hair was super sweet and helpful as was the black male valet. King Soopers directly across the street. Great hotel, decent guest services.

This hotel is in a good location. My room was visually appealing and clean, it was also well laid out and spacious. The staff was super nice. My only complaint is that the bed was not that comfortable, and if you want late check out, you have to pay by the hour or for a half day- that's probably a Hilton policy but it's annoying.

This was such a fun stay, I especially got it for the indoor pool & my kids are water babies! Staff was welcoming & efficient. Got checked in and upstairs in about 5 minutes. The location has plenty to walk to, and places to eat.

This hotel was amazing! We've stayed at several hotels in downtown Denver and this one did it right! Beautiful suite, nice staff, CLEAN room, CLEAN amazingly warm pool. I can't say enough good about this hotel.

Out of all the hotels I have stayed in Denver, this was my absolute favorite! The location is unbeatable - Union Station and the Green Solution within a couple blocks, grocery store across the street, South Platte River right nearby. Rooms were spotless, beds were almost too comfortable, and the shower was excellent. I could stand in there for hours.

Great hosts, clean rooms, amazing ambience defines this very Hilton Garden Inn. Checkin process was a breeze. Got to the room and it was clean and very well setup. The gym ( very well stacked and had a nice balance of weights and cardio equipment) being available for workouts round the clock definitely helps. The only thing that could get better is the buffet breakfast as the options were very limited for the price and as well they were running out of items across the board. All in all a great experience at another Hilton property with great hosts , great crew all around and just fin altogether. Till next time!!!

Overall very nice hotel. The bed had a dip in it from the obvious place everyone has slept in it for the last 20 years AND glitter and sequins everywhere! Taylor Swift concert was three weeks before my stay and I had red glitter on my floor, in the nooks of the bathroom corners, on the duvet cover(proof those never get washed),etc.

The rooms and lobby are excellent, but the location really sells it. The Hilton is near public transportation, and has easy access to sporting venues as well as the airport. A nice grocery store with beer and wine is just across the street. The rooftop area is a big plus. We parked across the street in a lot to save some money on parking, but the valets were friendly.

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel! The staff was super friendly. The bar/burgers pretty good, just not much of a lunch menu didn't go for dinner.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to Union Station (5 minute walk). The hotel looks clean and modern. I definitely did not like having to schedule cleaning in the room and with one day in advance. The treatment of the staff could be much better.

I would definitely return to this place when my destination is Denver Colorado!!!!! Although my check-in was two hours late at the reception, they were very kind enough to give us breakfast and the parking voucher during our stay... the facilities are new and very nice... spacious and clean rooms!!! Its location is great if you want to enjoy the super recommended downtown.

Enjoyable comfortable stay 12 minutes easy walk from Union station. Quiet location opposite a big grocery store. Great front desk and staff at the breakfast place. Shout out to the managers Elijah and Isaac for their helpfulness, responsiveness and great initiative. Will stay here again! Keep up the great work guys!

The staff was great super helpful and accommodating. The room was beautiful and clean with a great view!! Though the whole staff was fantastic, we have to give a shout out to both the Valet and Server at the breakfast buffet. Both went above and beyond for us!! Thank you Jesse and John you guys were wonderful.

Awesome experience! It's been a long time since I've been able to give a Hilton hotel 5 stars! I would definitely stay here again and I'm very happy we chose to stay here! Our check-in was a bit bumpy. You aren't able to park your own car in their parking garage, only the vallets can do that. Vallet parking is $38 per night if you park overnight. We pulled up and got greeted right away by a vallet, and we said we needed a roller cart because of all the stuff we had. The vallet, his name was Tommy, said he would need to go find one, so we waited. We waited about 20 minutes, and then 2 cars pulled up behind us and ended up walking inside to the desk and then were able to get parked before us. I got a little upset because the other vallets did see us but never asked if we had been taken care of. But, we finally got things handled. Tommy took very good care of us, and so did one of the other vallet guys. Tommy never found the roller cart, so he helped us take our things up to our room, which was very nice of him! Our digital key in the Hilton app didn't work, so we ended up having to get card keys from the front desk. We finally got up to our room, and I was very happy with it! Although it was a narrow room, we had a very nice view and everything was clean and orderly. The room was very quiet, but be aware that the big trains come through that area and our room faced west so you will hear them. Traffic on 20th could also be a bit loud when loud vehicles drove by, but neither of those things was horrible and would not stop me from staying in the same room again. I absolutely loved the bathroom! Not every Hilton hotel has the walk-in shower, but this one did, thank goodness! We usually get stuck with the small tub/shower and the stupid cloth shower curtain! But I absolutely loved the bathroom/ shower! The shower had a light above it, so you could actually see what you were doing! Normally, the tub/shower area isn't lit very well. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. The first night, after checking in, we went downstairs to eat at Woodie Fisher's. Great place to eat. We enjoyed the ambiance very much! The service was excellent and the food was very good! The restaurant is attached to the hotel too, so you don't need to go outside to access it. Tommy, our vallet guy, took great care of us again on Saturday night when we came back from the St. Paddy's day parade. And upon checkout on Sunday, Danibel also took great care of us and ended up not charging us for parking because of the problems we had on Friday night! That was so awesome and nice of her to do! Overall, it's definitely one of the best stays we've had at a Hilton in a very long time! I do recommend staying here. We will definitely be staying here again!

This hotel was everything! Perfect location. All the staff were beyond helpful. Beautiful hotel and clean room. We had a great view of the ballpark. Very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

It’s close to downtown and many attractions and things to do. However do not take the rooms facing the road and rail track. They can be noisy and you might have a tough time getting some sleep. 4 stars is only for that reason. Other than that, Very warm and welcoming staff make you feel good when you arrive.

Great location! Walked from Union Station. Grocery store across the street. Lots of good restaurants near by. Room and bed were comfy. Satisfying breakfast to get your day started. All customer service representatives were full of useful information. A shout out to Emmaclaire what a great person to represent your hotel!! Always ready with a big smile. Thank you Carrie Cash

Clean hotel with all the amenities you could hope for, staff was friendly and helpful, beautiful views out the windows, as a Hilton team member, I was proud and honored to stay here! A short walk from Union Station, but be brave and take the scooters!! Grocery store across the street, liquor store the other way, several good places to eat close by!

We booked our wedding hotel block and post wedding brunch at the HGI- Union Station. The staff was great to work with in the planning process, they were quick to respond and answered all of our questions. Our guest also enjoyed the hotel and proximity in downtown Denver. We had a suite for our room and it was perfect for the wedding party to get their hair and makeup done, especially because of all of the natural light.

The Hilton Garden Inn is defined by its exceptional hosts, immaculate rooms, and incredible ambiance. The check-in process was effortless and efficient. Upon entering the room, I was pleased to find it spotless and thoughtfully arranged. The gym is well-equipped with a wide range of weights and cardio equipment, making it convenient for workouts at any time of the day. The only aspect that could be improved is the buffet breakfast. The options were quite limited for the price, and they seemed to be running out of items across the board. Overall, my experience at this Hilton property was fantastic. The hosts and staff were exceptional, and everything was just perfect. Looking forward to my next visit!
