My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. As we drove up at approximately 2:00 am, there were people hanging out in different areas of the parking lot. A little alarming. We had requested a non-smoking room and when we got to the room it not only smelled heavily of smoke, but everything in the room was very old and rundown. We requested to be moved and was given a room with a "king" size bed. This room was a bit cleaner and still smelled of smoke, but probably had not been smoked in for a week and took the room since our money was not refundable. The king size bed was a queen. Not horrible, but not as advertised. The first night was uneventful. The free breakfast the next moring consisted of coffee and granola bars. The second night was a little more interesting when our neighbors were receiving "guests" every half hour or so. I am not making any guesses as to what was going on next door. Depending on what your plans are in Denver, I would suggest not staying here. I definitely will not be.

Terrible. The staff is extremely rude. The room I was giving was completely dirty; drawers broken, smoke detector missing, room smelled like an ashtray, towels and garbage from previous guest. After traveling for 8 hours with my 2 year old, I was told they have no more rooms even though I saw empty rooms (BTW I booked this room months in advance). I asked nicely for her to clean the room and she proceeded to swear at me and said she would be to the room soon. I waited an hour before returning to the front desk; apparently the lady went home and never told the next shift. The security guard gave me sheets that were ripped to change the bed myself. I've never been treated like this in my entire life. I understand it's a cheaper hotel and not in the best area but no one deserves this kind of service. I have pictures and videos of everything.

Wish i could give this hotel 0 stars because it was truly an awful experience. The room smelled like mildew. The cabinet drawers in kitchen area were all broken. I sent my husband down to convenience store to buy some bleach for the horrible smell. While he was gone i went into bathroom, closing door behind me. Got stuck in there for 40 minutes due to broken cabinet doors wedging the bathroom door shut. Bed very uncomfortable with tiny rock hard pillows. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Wish i had read the reviews before hand. Have to figure out how to get my money back because the place was so filthy that we packed up and left after only being there 3 hours.

The room was terrible. Carpet was not clean. There were stains in the kitchen, dining table and fridge. If you're planning to stay there, take cleaning items with you, utensils- as there were none in the room. We used to feel unsafe in this place; as there were people who looked like drug addicts. Yes, they do have free breakfast. But only coffee, trail bar and muffins. Go early if you want one, since they keep very limited quantity. I will not recommend this place.

Check-in was extremely easy and the price was very cost effective. That was the positive. Went into the room and there was no toilet paper, only one towel (even though I booked the room for two people), the TV kept turning itself off, the AC barely worked, and the bed was ridiculously uncomfortable. Based on the location and the new buildings surrounding this hotel, I expected much better.

I booked this room, online, for six nights. I paid cash when checking in. I received my room keys and found my way to my room. I carried my luggage to my room only to find the most disgusting, disappointing, unacceptable room I have ever seen. For starters, the door lock for the inside of the room was half missing. The carpet had more stains than not, the smoke detector was completely missing, the curtains would not close, the table/counter was filthy (something sticky was spilled and not cleaned), the doors on the cabinets were falling apart, and last but not least...what appeared to be blood on the bed spread!! I took my luggage back to my vehicle and returned to the office. I expressed my findings, explained that I would not be staying in their hotel, and requested my money be returned. The very patient, sweet woman working the counter was very professional and empathetic, however she delivered the news that the safe was locked for the night and that the manager was gone for the night. I would have to return tomorrow for my money. I requested to speak with the manager. I explained that I had paid cash for 6 nights plus a $100 deposit. I further explained I was going to another hotel, that I needed my money returned. She responded with, "I am already home, I am not coming back there tonight!" I have never been been so disgusted with the lack of compassion and regard for a customer. This manager has no business in the hospitality industry. I will NEVER return and I will NOT recommend!

Choose the units located at the Centennial area - they have another 3 Extended Stay hotels at Tech Center South that look much newer and better! WHAT'S BAD: Unpleasant smell when we first entered the room. Stained towels. No trash bins inside the room. Terrible quality toilet paper. Breakfast: really few options, some muffins, tea, coffee, nut bars, no fruits and no tables to sit down. WHAT'S OK: The room seemed to be very clean. The wall painting looked like new. Located very close to some good places to eat. Well designed room for such a little space, decent number of shelves and storage places.

After calling to set up a reservation with the hotel we wanted to stay at we were redirected to this one because there wasn’t any room. We didn’t know what we were getting into but upon arriving called the corporate number immediately. The room smelled like cigarettes, there was paint on the furniture, missing paint on the walls, gaps between the counters and walls (where there was MOLD), general grime, no bed skirts, and rough wall conditions. Corporate was extremely unhelpful the only part that was pleasant was the front desk worker Tiara. She originally tried offering to switch our rooms but to our request was very understanding and helpful. We got horrid pictures and I hope they fix it.

My sheets had a sticky stain on them with hairs stuck in it(draw your own conclusions). That should be explanation enough. The room smelled strongly of smoke and was filthy. I couldn't open both my windows to air it out because one was screwed shut. My closet shelf broke when I set shirts on it. The drawers were full of crumbs/debris. There were no towels or dishes. I explained my situation to the front desk the next day and asked for a room transfer. They couldn't accommodate a room change because they were fully booked (supposedly), but they didn't even offer a change of sheets. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

The room wasn't cleaned. Multiple things were broken. Night stand drawer was full of crumbs? There was one clean towel that was "left". Dirty one still hung in shower. When we asked for a clean towel we were told no. Pipe resin all over the white countertop. Multiple E cigarette stickers stuck on the "artwork" by previous occupants. Maybe the worst hotel I have ever seen. Shame to these people.
