I
booked
this
room,
online,
for
six
nights.
I
paid
cash
when
checking
in.
I
received
my
room
keys
and
found
my
way
to
my
room.
I
carried
my
luggage
to
my
room
only
to
find
the
most
disgusting,
disappointing,
unacceptable
room
I
have
ever
seen.
For
starters,
the
door
lock
for
the
inside
of
the
room
was
half
missing.
The
carpet
had
more
stains
than
not,
the
smoke
detector
was
completely
missing,
the
curtains
would
not
close,
the
table/counter
was
filthy
(something
sticky
was
spilled
and
not
cleaned),
the
doors
on
the
cabinets
were
falling
apart,
and
last
but
not
least...what
appeared
to
be
blood
on
the
bed
spread!!
I
took
my
luggage
back
to
my
vehicle
and
returned
to
the
office.
I
expressed
my
findings,
explained
that
I
would
not
be
staying
in
their
hotel,
and
requested
my
money
be
returned.
The
very
patient,
sweet
woman
working
the
counter
was
very
professional
and
empathetic,
however
she
delivered
the
news
that
the
safe
was
locked
for
the
night
and
that
the
manager
was
gone
for
the
night.
I
would
have
to
return
tomorrow
for
my
money.
I
requested
to
speak
with
the
manager.
I
explained
that
I
had
paid
cash
for
6
nights
plus
a
$100
deposit.
I
further
explained
I
was
going
to
another
hotel,
that
I
needed
my
money
returned.
She
responded
with,
"I
am
already
home,
I
am
not
coming
back
there
tonight!"
I
have
never
been
been
so
disgusted
with
the
lack
of
compassion
and
regard
for
a
customer.
This
manager
has
no
business
in
the
hospitality
industry.
I
will
NEVER
return
and
I
will
NOT
recommend!
