Have been using this hotel for more than a year and it was previously OK. I have noticed that they are cutting costs more and more to the detriment of their guests. Lost of little things like no bar soap in the room, poor room maintenance, only one person staffing the dining room at breakfast, no spoons readily available at breakfast, most basic possible breakfast. Basically, they are now a hotel with Hilton prices and Motel 6 service and quality levels. Save yourself some frustration and stay somewhere else where the price will match your experience.

Thus hotel was very nice. Every location we were in at the hotel was clean and in tidy order. The rates were reasonable and the view was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. About my only complaint is that there us nit really much in a walkable distance from this hotel. But that is a very minor complaint as I was traveling to a lot of places so I had a vehicle. I would recommend and stay at this hotel again for sure.

10/19/23: I keep refreshing this review till I receive a phone all from the manager of this establishment with a proper apology. You insult me and everyone who reads the review with your false promise. 8/10/23: I called the phone number in the response and I was promised the room charge back within few minutes. I have not seen the points back to my account and no one called me back. My children and I arrived 2:00 am, till 4:30 am not able to open the door due to the faulty door lock. Slept on two attached banquet tables. Not offered even a shower. Hotel charged me 40,000 points. Many phone calls and no refund.

This hotel met our expectations as we were just looking for somewhere clean to sleep and not necessarily the nicest place, due to it being a 100° weekend and us not having air conditioning in out apartments. My only complaints are that the bathroom was dirty and the water was brown from the new water heater. It would have been nice to be told that for the first 5 minutes water coming out of the sink would look like that. I went to Target to get cleaning supplies because the bathroom was filthy. I wanted to soak but had to complete clean the shower and tub to get the excess hair and bath skin grease from the shower.

Stayed here for a conference. The people working were very friendly and helpful. Parking was free, which was a huge plus as I rented a car. The room was clean and the cleaning staff were amazing. The towel pumpkin was a nice touch. Buffet breakfast was fine, but for 18 dollars, I will forgo in the future. It is located in Denver tech center. Walking distance from the train. 2 miles to target. The only downside was that they said the restaurant and bar were open until 9, but I only saw it open for breakfast. If that is something that is important for you. The hotel next door where the conference was had a lively restaurant and bar that was busy often. Money wise, I got an amazing deal, so it was well worth the money.

We were on the 7th floor. For the entire stay, only one elevator worked. No out of order signs for 3 nights - nothing. Then on our last night, the other elevator went out! Had to carry all our luggage down the stairs. So poorly managed it hurts - literally. Had to take a pain pill for my back after this.

I recently stayed for business and the hotel was clean, felt taken care of, and the whole staff was absolutely lovely. I had to come back for an extra night bc I missed my bus home, and the staff greeted me very kindly and made checking back in very fast so I could just get up to my room and rest. I appreciate the bartender trying to make due with what he had to give a ✨ sort of ✨ of margarita. To stock the bar would be my only critique.

The rooms are outdated. The lobby was nice and the staff were very friendly. One of the elevators was out of order so waiting on the elevator took longer than normal. Gave 3 stars because I expect the rooms to be more modern at this point. Maybe it was just me, but I was given a room with a bathtub/shower combo. These drive me crazy for two reasons. Number one, who takes baths in a hotel room? And number two, I couldn't even stand flat footed because of the curve of the tub and how tiny it was. Overall a good location and friendly staff, but I felt like I was transported back to 1995 when I entered my room. The decor and everything just felt old.

This place is the BEST! Central, CLEAN, and friendly!!! They have actual CREAMER in the rooms and not powder!!! The staff is so nice...Autumn is the best new front desk manager and Kelly is the BEST GM! Doreen and Ebony are amazing bar tenders...perfectly fit into their roles...I will ONLY stay here when I'm in Denver...2 years and counting with 1 issue that was resolved so quickly, I hardly remember what it was. These folks know how to treat people...its hard enough traveling weekly for work...nice to have a home away from home in Denver! I say 10 stars...and the beds are SOOOOOO COMFY!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a Four Seasons girl...these are the closest I've found to that level of comfort at such a great rate. LOVE THIS TEAM and this hotel!!!!

Rooms are okay, beds not very comfortable, pillows are trash. They want $18 for a breakfast that looks like any other hotels free continental breakfast. Has a restaurant and bar that was supposed to be open until 10pm, the restaurant and bar was not open. Has two elevators, only one is working. Charges $3 or $5 for the bottled water in the room. Edit 1 day later: We noticed that our card had been charged an additional $25 fee that was not disclosed to us when we booked the room, the original price was supposed to be $109 with taxes and fees, (invoice was emailed to us with $109 total). We were charged $134, and it gets better we were charged an additional $75 pet fee. When we booked the room over the phone with the Hilton agent, we were asked how many people would be staying in the room? We told the agent 2 adults and 1 dog. So the agent conveniently left out the dog fee on our quote, and charged us separately. 2 stars down to 1. Will never stay at a Hilton again!

Spent almost 6 weeks in a ballroom as a temp work place. My review is not related to that miserable experience and I didnt see interior of any rooms other than bathroom & ballroom. This hotel is nice enough. Bathroom was always well cleaned. Common areas were not always clean. Beer bottles & glasses from previous evening often left on tables until mid-morning. Coffee & water service often ran low or completely out. WiFi wasn't the best, we were told when they were full it would bog down.

BE AWARE….This was my 1st business trip to Denver and I wanted to give this hotel a chance after reading some of the reviews. Overnight stay to rest your head-yes, but other then that, the slamming of the room doors are horrible at all hours constantly being woken up and 3-vehicles were vandalized or broken into on 7-9 which included my rental car where the windshield was damaged and the car was parked right in the front stalls. The response I got from the hotel staff was mind blowing who did not empathize and it was not their problem and you ask about customer service?! Charging $200 a night you would think that some of these issues would be addressed. AND you have to pay for breakfast as well. WOW! I gave the establishment a 2-star which is ONLY for the 2-staff members that represented customer service. Doreen & Kayla-Thank you ladies for being who you are**

Good location. Hotel restaurant food was a little pricy. There is no hot tub. There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire facility to share. The rooms were clean and the A/C worked great. The staff was very friendly and easy to interact with. Overall good experience.

It was a pleasure to have spent a few nights at this hotel. All members of staff (Alex, Jewels, TJ & Karen) were all amazing! Extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and had very beautiful decor.

Had a wonderful experience with friendly service from the employees this day. Pray you have a fantastic 2022. This was my second visit. Both experiences were professionally exceptional. May your business continue to prosper with successful outcomes. IJN. :-)

don’t mention the $10 a night parking pass required for your vehicle, or the pitiful (maybe 8oz) water bottles “provided” for the “free” coffee that just so casually has small letters written on top saying if you use this small water bottle you will be charged an additional $5 per water. I can go down the road and get all that included without all these additional hidden fees. Beds were super comfy though :) mediocre with a feel that they want your $$

Besides the parking fee they hit you with only if you inquire about it. Looks like I'm the only one that fell for it. And the blinds don't shut to keep the room dark. Very nice place. Elevators need tech upgrade to smooth out that ride.

I rarely take the time to write reviews. However I was very disappointed by my stay at this Hilton. While the lobby was very nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was only one working elevator causing long waits to get to your room. The hotel room was clean, however the mini fridge did not work and one of the bathroom outlets looked like a fire hazard waiting to happen. Thankful it was only a one night stay while passing through.

This hotel is one of the best Hilton garden inns I’ve ever been to! Clean rooms, nice accommodations, working elevators and very nice staff. When I had an issue, Courtney, the manager called me and fixed it promptly and was so nice. I definitely recommend this hotel!!

We arrived at about noon on Friday June 10, 2022. We were confirmed for early check-in at 10:00AM but upon arrival were told check-in is at 4:00PM and were made to wait for available room. We noticed other guests who came after us were checking in at the same time. Then after about 45 minutes wait we checked in. Bed was not made every day, room not cleaned. We have to ask for simple amenities like towels, soap and toilet paper almost everyday. Because of the hotel service we didn’t enjoy our stay.

BEWARE. Hotel itself is not bad, but tried to check in at 1pm after a long flight and told check-in was at 4. That was unless we wanted to pay an additional $25 to check in between 2-4! What a scam and we were all Hilton Honors, although I far prefer Marriott properties and this assured that will continue.

Find a different hotel. Housekeeping only every 3rd day. Tried to charge extra for early check-in when promised on the phone it would be fine. Room was decently clean except for hair on the bathroom floor. Shower was OK at best. Broken elevator and only one was working making for very long waits.

Ive been reading through the reviews and I’m sadden to see how a lot of people did not have the best time at this location. I just spent the last two days here with my husband. We traveled from Los Angeles California, on our way to New York. We were very elated to stay here after such a long travel. Autumn welcomed us with such warm, kind gesture, and was absolutely accommodating when I expressed to her how exhausted I was from the travel (at the point of arrival I hadn’t slept for two days). As far as the elevator not working, I think it’s best to see the situation as a working progress. Although one of the elevators was out of service, I saw maintenance working on it diligently- so that’s good working progress. The stay was very comfortable, it was peaceful, and very CLEAN! (I don’t get that often these days) overall I am very happy to have chosen this location! I would absolutely recommend

We initially had a three night stay, everything worked in the room and the room was very clean. We checked out to fly home and then our plane was cancelled and we had to stay an additional night somewhere. At 4pm I called the hotel back and Autumn helped me return for one more night. Her customer service was outstanding along with the Monday morning desk clerk. We decided to stay there again after our flight challenges as we were happy the first 3 nights. We have found our place to stay when we visit our family in Denver. Thank you Autumn and other desk team members.

Pros: The staff is friendly and accommodating. Very clean rooms Nice area Cons: $10 parking charge for open hotel parking lot. Elevator stopped working during my stay. I’m on the 7th floor. Warned that thieves will steal my trailer
