I booked a room here specifically to facilitate catching an early morning flight. I reserved the shuttle and was promised a wake up call. I know...set your phone alarm. No call, missed flight. $450 for a new ticket and a grueling 12 hours of travel were the results of my misplaced reliance. Their motto on placards throughout the facility is something to the effect that "if its not right, tell us, and we'll make it right". RIGHT. Not even an apology. This kind of haughty, superioristic disregard for the customer appears to be endemic throughout the Hilton system...never again.

Stayed here for the night before an early flight. They had a free shuttle to the airport. Was able to drop off the rental car the night before and get a ride back to the hotel from the airport. The room was clean and spacious. More than what I needed for few hours.

I paid for two weeks parking at the Home 2 Suites by Hilton Hotel at the Denver International Airport, while I flew back east to visit my grandkids. When I got back, my truck had been stolen, everything cleaned out of it, and it was totaled in a hit-and-run. The manager and Hilton corporate say they aren't at fault. I had to spend four extra days and three nights sorting out the aftermath of this debacle, and I'm still not done. In the long run, it's going to cost me so much more than the little bit that I saved flying out of a large airport. Nothing was said about parking at your own risk. There was no paperwork or signage. And now I have to buy a new car, so I will have a car payment after not having one for over ten years! Before you stay here, do your homework, because the police said to me that dozens and dozens of cars are stolen in this area all the time. The hotel manager was "mum" on that subject, even when I asked him if he knew there had been a car stolen on September 4, or if cars were stolen from his hotel parking lot. I normally park in the front in a handicap spot, but the agent told me I had to park in the back where it was dark, and the hotel has no security.

The place is NICE. And the breakfast is great. But…..They don’t tell you that they have had three cars stolen in the last 6 months here in their parking lot. They should definitely tell you that. So that’s what I am doing. Do not leave your car here when you leave to the airport. They allow pay to park $10 a day while you travel, we paid for 8 days and came back to no car. We have filed a police report and now have to rent a car to drive home to western colorado. The manager on duty (Elisa Miles) was extremely rude to us, and treated us like WE had done something wrong, I would stay somewhere else after this experience.

The price was average. The service is not a Hilton one at all! We requested an infant crib 3 times and were informed that one will be brought to room, but at the 4th request we are informed that no cribs are already available. The house keeping service was also requested for the room from the night before and we're again informed that it was put on the system, and again I re-requested it in the morning, but it never happened. An extra charge for parking was put on my final receipt! The hotel mentioned free parking and if I didn't notice the charge I would've been charged for it! Finally, please have a smiley front desk attendant. It makes a difference. On the other hand, the room was clean and spacious. Briefly, I won't recommend or I'll ever stay there again. I even had better experience with no stars motels.

Great location, nice big rooms with a Twin/Full size fridge! The shuttle to the airport is great, nice workout facilities, clean laundry machines, and everyone really friendly. Have stayed a few times and great experiences each time.

Absolutely impressed with this Home2. Rooms were extremely clean and all the linen was white as can be. Very quite and the shuttle driver was very nice and friendly. Go team!!! Love the Tipping option for housekeeping!! Wil be staying here next time.

Beautiful room... Spacious, comfortable. Coffee, tea & hot chocolate available upon arrival. (GREAT for that super windy 26 degree day.) Convenient to the airport. My only deduction was the location of my actual room... Right by the ice machine. Got woken up every time someone used it. Other than that, no complaints!

I was so psyched about our experience at this Home2 Suites. Easy digital key check in. Super clean, comfortable, QUIET room. Timely shuttle driver. And the breakfast... BOMB DIGGITY. So many delicious, varied and healthy choices. Our experience here has made me want to try other Home2 Suites for sure.

This hotel was just perfect when we stayed there this summer. We were very close to both the airport & the convention center, so it was a great pick for our needs! The staff was so helpful with any issue that came up with our stay. It was a small thing - but the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good & was varied every day! Made for a really great trip.

So I have mixed feelings about this particular Home2Suites and after reading some of the reviews, I’m not alone. I think my biggest complaint would be with the staff. Eventually our room was fine; clean and comfortable. I used the workout room and it was nice (had decent equipment) and was clean. The breakfast was good (there were plenty of choices, the food was the correct temperature, everything appeared clean) and the eating area was clean. However, the first room we were given had not even been cleaned. Not. At. All. And the staff at the front desk seemed surprised when my husband went back and told them he’d need another room because the one we’d been given had not been cleaned. This was late afternoon/early evening. When we were ready to check out (we needed a printed receipt) there was a line of about 20 people waiting to check in and one person working the desk. One. Person. Not another staff person anywhere in sight. We left and printed our own receipt later, though that’s not really how we wanted to do it. Then, I realized after we left that I had left my fleece jacket there. I called back (multiple numbers), finally got someone and she said she’d check with housekeeping and call me back. I assumed that meant within a reasonable amount of time. It has now been 4 days AND NO CALL BACK. I called again after 2 days, talked to the same person and she assured me she had my information, someone would check with housekeeping/lost and found and call me back. Four days to check lost and found and check with housekeeping? Seems a bit much to me. My husband is a Hilton Honors member, tries to always stay at Hilton properties, so we have lots to compare.

Good location, clean and tidy. I liked how well-equipped the room was. Unfortunately, it's not as sound-proofed as it could be. And the window unit air-conditioner blew right on your head when you were in bed. The shuttle service was great. I would recommend it.

Very pleasant stay and super friendly staff — especially Miss Sweet P and Cotter! They went above and beyond 😇 rooms and bathrooms were clean as well. Their free shuttle service to and from the airport is very convenient too

With actual plates and silverware, an awesome array of fresh breakfast sandwiches, fruit, waffles, yogurts, you name it!! All the condiments you could ask for, and great coffe!! Very nice, helpful staff!!

When getting stranded overnight at Denver airport this hotel’s staff made it not as horrible for myself and my family. After calling to request the shuttle and talking with the night manager he took the extra step to have the pack n play already setup in our room which was such a relief traveling with kids and arriving at 2AM. Their airport shuttle runs 24/7 which was so refreshing since most other places in the area stopped theirs after 1AM. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and breakfast had plenty of options. Thanks Home2 Suites for the little extra steps that made our non-ideal situation that much better.

Everything at this hotel was great. The rooms were huge, clean, and the breakfast was hot and delicious! shuttle service was fine for when we needed it.

This hotel is filthy. We had small black pubic/body hair all over our sheets and pillow cases. Immediately asked to change rooms only to be told they were sold out. Front desk gave us another set of sheets to change our linens and they were too small. Didn’t sleep at all bc I was trying to stay on the one tiny section of sheet without moving. Despite the cleanliness guarantee posted in the lobby, neither the GM nor the Asst GM have responded to my emails. Update: After writing this review, I was contacted by Hilton corporate and then the GM who offered to refund the charge for the hotel. I haven’t seen the credit to my account but I’m sure I will and I appreciate the follow up.

Never disappointed in Home 2 Suites, and this time, it was even better. Mrs Padma at the front desk was super nice, kind and very professional. She provided us a wonderful assistance! Thank you so much Padma !

Definitely one of the crummiest ones I have stayed at. Breakfast was awful. Stuff is stale, the waffle batter doesn’t work in the waffle machine, they don’t refill oatmeal or cups so you can’t get anything. Donuts look like they’ve been out for days. I asked for oatmeal and was told to “go use the instant packets” when they were supposed to be serving it. Definitely disappointing. Our room was ok, I did really appreciate that they let us check in a little bit early, but I’d say compared to other Home 2 Suites I’ve been to this is subpar.

Great place to stay! Morning front desk staff weren’t as friendly as the evening ones during our 5 day stay. I was even stared down getting breakfast one morning so bad I had to go look in the mirror when I got back to my room to see if I looked homeless. But the amenities were fabulous!

Let me just say after having a flight cancelled on us, Fretta was a welcome sight, I had called from the airport and she helped me over the phone and then when we got to the hotel she was patiently and kindly handling all the customers ahead of me and then when I got to the counter she had a smile on her face and was super helpful. The room is clean and nice and I am glad this part of my trip was stress free

Amazing staff, clean and modern updates. The front desk associate Padma was so accommodating and helpful. She gave us all the info we needed and assisted us with our airport shuttle. Thank you so much Padma.

Needed a hotel near the airport and this served our purpose. Free 24 hour shuttle which worked well. Gym has the basics. The breakfast was okay .... nothing special and limited if you watch your carbs. Wish the shuttle could drop off at the rental car area as it is on the way.

We chose this Home 2 based on previous experience with the brand, and the proximity to the Denver airport and rental car return. There are several restaurants across the street and places to fill a rental prior to returning. It's a safe well lighted area. The room was fine, clean and well equipped, nicely laid out. We asked for and received an upper floor away from the elevator. The breakfast was a disappointment, especially compared to the Colorado Springs H2 where we spent the previous week. Bare minimum selection. Microwave instant oatmeal, which we like, but curiously no microwave. The breakfast bar attendants solution of pouring lukewarm water from the coffee bar resulted in a wasted bowl of oatmeal. And speaking of the coffee bar, for goodness sake make the coffee more than light brown water. Extremely weak. So, I recommend this H2 if you are ok buying an overpriced breakfast and coffee at the airport. C'mon Hilton up the breakfast game at this place.

The front desk reception person, Cotter Madden could not have been more helpful. He went out of his way to find us a room that was handicap accessible, and set us up with shuttle service to the airport and back. He actually talked me into finding the shuttle back to the hotel on the phone when we arrived back in Denver. This was after being refused a room at Microtel that we made reservations at 2 months in advance and was treated very rudely by the front desk lady that claimed to be the manager. Claiming that they were all booked up, even though we had reservations way in advance. Must not like handicapped people.

Not posh, more of an IKEA vibe, which is fine by me. Rooms are big, clean, and feature a fridge, microwave and dishwasher. A portable stove is also available on request. Free apples are a nice touch. If I ever miss my connecting flight and am stuck in Denver again, I’ll be back.

When we first walked into the room, it's obvious the couch had seen better days. It had several holes in it and was really dirty. The freezer door kept popping open on the refrigerator. We had to put a chair in front of it to keep it closed. I also discovered one whole wall in the bedroom had no power so we were unable to turn the lights on or charge any of our electronics near the bed. The TV worked on the opposite wall but that didn't help with the lighting. I called the front desk person and she came up to check the breakers but it didn't resolve the issue. I was told there were no other rooms like this one available. So we were stuck with this room and all the issues.

Super friendly, super clean, and the price was lower than I expected. Rooms are pretty awesome, beds are comfortable, breakfast is adequate, and the location is perfect. Would highly recommend!

First, service deserves zero stars. I waited over 15 minutes to be checked in when I arrived. Housekeeping saw me waiting, but just stared at me and walked away without offering to get anyone. When someone finally arrived at the front to see me and the line that had formed to check in she rolled her eyes and was very abrupt about the check in process. It was as if we inconvenienced her because she wanted to stock the front case. The entire stay it seemed as if all staff were stressed and no one smiled. While the room was ok, the beds were not comfortable. I wouldn’t have been able to sleep in even if I tried due to the banging housekeeping carts on the hallway walls and the loud music from their phones I could hear from inside my room. When it was time to eat breakfast (which consistent of minimal items such as toast, cereal, or rock hard biscuits with what I’m assuming was paper thin bacon inside) I was given cleaning supplies to clean my own table since every place to sit was taken or dirty. If you like Activa yogurt then I guess your set. For $250 for one night, take your family and go somewhere else. This was a disappointment for a Hilton hotel.

Booked a one-night "points" stay. Positives: front desk staff, shower pressure, very good breakfast and breakfast staff, and timely airport shuttle. Not-so-positives: room fairly clean, housekeeping left few dirty rags behind, walls nicked up, bed spread had sticky hardened spots like waffle syrup. Nevertheless, a good night's sleep.

We stayed there twice so far - on the 8th and on the 19th of December 2023. Relatively nice breakfast, clean room, super close to the airport. What else to wish for! But there was more: I was pleasantly surprised to see a mini-kitchen in a regular room. It was thought out to the tiniest detail. It had utensils (all kinds of kitchen tools too, like a roller pizza cutter and stuff like that), toaster, even things like a big pasta strainer. The kitchen simply blew my mind. I've never seen one like that at a hotel. I fell in love with this place. And the price is right too.
