Stay somewhere else. Bad attitude from the staff. Room was dirty the entire time I was here and asked to be cleaned twice without it being cleaned. The room has no hangers or places to hang clothes. The main switch for the room switches off the bed lamps and alarm clock and the constantly on hall light. I have to choose between having power near the bed for the alarm/phone or being able to sleep with the light off.

WORST customer service. Rude, ignorant, undertrained receptionist Dane or Dale. Owners and managers please take note that you will definitely loose business because of this girl. Just simply told her that room key was not working…she did not greet me… girl with extremely bad attitude and did not fix keys correctly. Had to go down stairs again to get it fixed. Asked her if I can talk to other front desk and manager and she started the argument ( says a lot about how she treats customers who pay hundreds of dollars to have a comfortable and peaceful stay). Said that she will report to manager as I was asking about manager! Seriously! You are threatening customer who had paid to get the service. Please hire sensible people who can be trained and understand the concept of good customer service. NEVER recommend this place where customers are insulted because they want hotel issues to be fixed

Pretty new hotel by the airport. Very clean with free hot breakfast in the morning. People were very friendly and helpful. Weirdly, there was a sign as you enter the elevator that said, "No alcohol past this point." I drank a six-pack of beer in my room anyway. I'm such a rebel!

I have this hotel 2 stars because although my stay was decent, I'm still traumatized by the last stay at this hotel. My vehicle was in their paid parking. I returned to a stolen vehicle. They took no responsibility and currently made no changes to attempt to prevent more vehicle thefts. The police encouraged them to get cameras outside but they still have not. The only reason i reluctantly stayed again was because it was a Priceline pick 1 of 3 deals and it picked this location. Multiple cars have been stolen including two the night mine went missing. So don't use their paid parking. Although i made it for a few hours stay unscathed, my hope is never to stay here again.

Shuttle services are bad. The driver just passed us without stopping, and this was the last shuttle. No amount of waiving and calling helped. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this place. The same happens in the morning. They just took off a minute early. The driver got snappy when we asked about our ski gear fitting in the car. Then, when we returned with everything, he just left. The front desk was abrupt and unwelcoming too. With so many other hotels nearby, maybe try a different one.

About the only good thing I can say about this place is the beds are comfortable. The staff is completely unhelpful. They act like checking in and the most basic of requests is something unusual. Too put out to do their job. Half of the TV channels weren't working. I called the front desk and they said they were working on it. So no football game. The breakfast area was completely disgusting. It looked like someone hadn't wiped down anything for days. The shuttle is an act of negotiation. Hope they remember your time and decide to actually take you to the airport. All of this for s ridiculous price because of the location. Stay elsewhere.

The hotel was clean and the staff were courteous. The room service was very clean. The breakfast served was good but it can be better in terms of more options. Airport shuttle service was a plus. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and keep it on my list for future travel too.

Excellent place to stay to catch our flight the next day. Hotel, room and bathroom were all in great shape and very clean. Shuttle service to the airport was great! The driver provided great info on where to go once we arrived at the airport.

Not a good experience! Would never stay here again! It was -5 outside the heater in the room was broken when we walked in the door it was freezing in the room. They sent up a heater and it blew the fuse in the room. We wanted to switch rooms But they refused. They didn’t even give us extra blankets or anything. We were freezing in our room and didn’t refund us for the room so if You don’t wanna risk freezing all night I wouldn’t stay here.

Not a great hotel, but is clean, designed to look good and has good location. Rooms are pretty small and minimally prepared. The faucets are short and you can’t really wash your hands without rubbing the edges of the sink. The pillows are way too thick, refrigerator Is small without a freezer, Fox News in the lobby, no water dispensers and the microwave is way too bright. Wi-Fi can’t connect streaming devices. Their phone systems might not work and their computer systems seem barely functional. Updated to 3 stars +1 star for the staff, they clearly care and the manager has been seen as early as 6am and as late as 1am, along with the regular hours. Also the breakfast is pretty decent and thoughtful. I still think this hotel is mediocre but the staff try pretty hard to make the stay good.

Besides being a convenient location from the airport. I was highly disappointed in the cleanliness of this location. It was a late arrival and I felt that the staff was short handed. The hallways felt like it was 90 degrees. Our room was not the cleanest. If I hadn't already been charged l, right on travel funds and just ready for bed I probably would have gone to another hotel. Our floor had a huge stain by the sink, the bed skirt had who knows what on it, the walls were dingey and dirty, the curtains were dirty, the phone were horrible, and the dresser looked like it had seen better days. When we stepped into the room it was extremely warm and we had to wait for it to cool down. Very disappointed. For the price we paid. I took pictures but didn't save them. :-(

Great hotel in a convenient location close to Denver Airport! My room was very clean and well taken care of. Beds were super comfortable. Loved that I could walk across the parking lot and had a choice of 5-6 restaurants to choose from. Planning to stay here again!

Absolutely great experience. So close to the airport, specifically very conveniently located in regards to where reveal cars get returned. Service was amazing, the person at the front counter even recommended a good place to eat and what to try, which I did and really enjoyed! It was right across the parking lot which I felt perfectly fine walking there by myself when it was dark. It was nice and quiet, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, I slept so good! The ONLY complaint I have is not being told that you have to have the entry light on in order to change the thermostat. I struggled trying to figure it out before walking all the way back to the lobby. Only an incredibly minor inconvenience though. Everything else was perfect. I will definitely be staying here in my next trip to Denver.

Flight delayed till next day so stayed here. Front desk clerk and Vince were great. The next morning we had shuttle set for 11am but checked out of room by 9am. Different desk clerk lady was rather short and not friendly. Then older shuttle guy came in with attitude asking us if we called in the ride previously. I said yes but we are leaving early and we told the desk clerk. He said it doesn't matter what you said to her I need to know if you called it in....heard her say to him we just checked out and requested shuttle to airport. I continued to mention we had a 11am shuttle to take off the list. He grumbled some more .....very rude guy. Then drove like a bat out of hell to airport on icy roads, then starting being all nice last 5 minutes!..

Really great experience staying here for several days for a conference. Staff was excellent. Rooms clean and spacious. Appreciate the shuttle to the airport as well.

We had a flight canceled at the Airport and were able to book a room last minute. Super friendly and helpful staff both when we checked in at 9pm and in the morning! Free quick grab and go breakfast limited options but can't beat their customer service.

Kid at the front desk was a total jerk. “Shuttle leaves at 4:30”. walking through the front doors right at 4:29 and it started pulling away. Chased it but it would stop. “I should have gotten down to the lobby sooner” the kid says. Great customer service

My experience was similar to some others. Rooms are fine but service, specifically breakfast restocking, doesn't match the facilities. Perhaps they are under staffed. I feel they would get much better ratings if the pay attention to the quality of the staff. Some of the staff is helpful and others are just the opposite.

Very nice amenities and clean rooms. The breakfast looked like pre cooked eggs, with choice of bacon strips, sausage patties, sliced bread, bagels, waffles, milk, and one coffee pot. Coffee was very bitter even after doing half coffee and half water. I told the kitchen lady, but didn't seem too concerned with it. There are several restaurants around the corner, across from the hotel including a Starbucks. Shuttle service to the airport runs like clockwork.

We requested to cancel the reservation due to covid, hotel was not flexible at all and straight up denied the refund request. I felt like they kind pushed us to move ahead with the reservation with knowing other guests might catch the infection. We ended up canceling without refund.

The staff was very kind, friendly, and relaxed. The rooms were clean and felt up to date. The front was very helpful answering questions about the airport. The hotel was also very accommodating with our flight shuttle letting us reschedule on short notice and letting us leave our luggage on the property after checkout while we grabbed coffee. After dealing with multiple flight cancellations and delays, our stay here was a much needed break. If we are ever needing to spend a night in Denver we would gladly stay there again!

Worst place ever! Wasn't given room I booked initially and they didn't attempt to fix until 3rd day I was there after demanding to speak to a manager. Both rooms I was in had broken mini fridge and one room had broken microwave, clock radio and missing chain to close drapes. The other room also had a shelf in shower that was hanging diagonally down with a huge gap against shower wall making a perfect breeding ground for germs and mold. Lost all my food due to broken fridges. No housekeeping services at all unless you special request them, not even for emptying trash. I got sick two days from the breakfast. There was a small fire in breakfast dining area due to a woman cramming a pastry into a heating unit for waffles and she couldn't get anyone to come to her assistance. Flames were shooting out of the appliance. I informed front desk person who slowly got up and meandered over. A housekeeping staff person showed me where a fire extinguisher was and I just looked at her and told her it wasn't my job. They tried to charge me $400 to move to a room I had requested initially when I booked. That didn't happen. I refused that. I wasn't compensated at all for any losses or inconveniences. Plus there are people parked across the street along the edge of the road in cars and campers just living there. Not the safest area.

Stayed here for 5 days. Not impressed with the breakfast. The morning front desk crew was super friendly, however night time, was extremely rude on multiple interactions. The fridge in my room did not work. My key card never worked. Lots of easy to get to places to eat.
