Yikes I don’t want to put a bad review just because the guy at the front desk was super nice. I’m giving two stars because the staff was good & I appreciate how housekeeping doesn’t wake you up early they give you your time versus other hotels I’ve stayed at housekeeping will knock on the door regardless if the do not disturb sign is on or not. The rooms are completely outdated now if they were just out dated that wouldn’t be as big of an issue for me as I stayed at other hotels with outdated rooms but the main problem with this room was it was filthy. The counters were sticky, The sheets on the bed smelled horrible. The rug was terrible my feet were completely dirty. The shower curtain is discolored it looks like it was white at one point but now it’s closer to beige. The curtains are full of dust which makes it really hard to breathe at night. The AC doesn’t work properly it blows out cold air when it’s on but doesn’t turn on when it’s supposed to and the rest of the time the room is completely hot. The TV would be nice if all the channels worked but that’s not the case. The tub is completely discolored I didn’t even feel comfortable showering especially considering there is chunks of hair that we’re not mine. I didn’t see any bugs which was very surprising considering the condition of the room. I’m not sure how they can charge $222 a night for a room that is completely filthy and if you’re charging that much per night at least put some work into the rooms very disappointed and it’s very surprising considering the beautiful area of Cherry Creek this hotel is located in. The lobby is beautiful and the outside of this hotel is beautiful but once you step in to the rooms it’s very disappointing. Definitely won’t be returning.

The outside and lobby looks nice. The rooms need some major repairs. Our shower curtain looked like it had fallen out of the wall previously and it did on us again. They put it back up but didn't patch the first hole. Some of the breakfast equipment was out of order which really limited the selection. Several doors didn't shut because the hinges had broke where they mounted to the frame. The staff was really helpful.

Even though there was remodeling going on when we stayed, our stay was great. We loved our double room and so did the other couple we stayed with. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I slept great all 3 nights. A special thank you to the kitchen crew. There was a nice variety every day for breakfast. I especially liked that everything was very clean and organized in the kitchen and eating areas. As for breakfast, I believe this is the best Staybidge Suites I've experienced. The location is great, not too far from downtown. Plenty to do all around. There's a huge Target store right across the street, too. I will stay here again, hopefully soon.

Very nice large suites with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice living room and kitchenette. TV in every room. Only one slow elevator available. A bit off the beaten path. Great breakfast. Dog friendly! You would be comfortable here!

We stayed at this hotel on our recent trip to Denver. We had two suites, one for my parents and one for our family. We were all as a group (7 of us) highly disappointed with our stay. The level on cleanliness at this hotel is unacceptable. The hallways had a horrible smell like the inside of a garbage can. The smell lasted the entire 4 days we were there. Breakfast was horrible inedible really and the buffet line was very dirty. Our toilet ran, the closet door was broken. The bathroom had multiple patches on the ceiling, there was trim missing from the wall. There were other people's hair in my parents bed making it quite clear they didn't change the sheets. My mom attempted to open her door from inside of her room and was unable to open it. She was locked in the room until an employee heard her and opened it for her from the outside. He told her that it happens sometimes in that room. If they know that why wouldn't they fix it or not rent out that room. In the event of an emergency or a fire that could have been quite dangerous. Really do yourself a favor and book a room elsewhere.

Great space for our family, kid friendly, a bit dated but for the price and location it is fair and not a reason I wouldn't stay there. Breakfast was great. They do have a laundry room but only 4 out of the 10 washers/dryers worked so it made it hard to do our laundry. We'd stay again. A huge plus is Target snd places to eat are walking distance across the street.

The hotel is a great location and the room was a perfect space for a family of 6. Generally the building is starting show its age. A little updating and it would be excellent. The staff were beyond helpful and great to interact with.

The staff is great! Rooms are outdated, holes on the doors were very poorly repaired. Tiles falling off in the bathroom. The beds were clean at least which what I was afraid of. Hallways and elevators could use a vacuuming. Only a couple Tv channels work. Breakfast was good. Thermostat doesn’t work very well, woke up super cold. The hot tub is closed which was very unfortunate. Definitely will not be staying here again.

Nosa who works the front desk enjoyed being unhelpful in solving a problem he created. He made me contact my 83 yr old mother at midnight her time to call IHG central reservations to add me to the file. He could have done the task himself but would not saying he was worried about domestic violence. I was the only one checking in (no one else in the room yet or would be in the room) and this was his reason. The other person I heard in the back NEVER emerged to help the situation. If that was the manager, they should be ashamed of themselves. It took 35 minutes to get keys. Once in the room, the temp was set to 80 deg and the windows were sealed shut. There was no trash can in the suite and the alarm clock was set and rung at 550am. This room seemed to be "rigged" for a "difficult" customer as deemed by the rude & unhelpful desk staff. I would recommend staying somewhere else unless you are in town to use the nearby dispensaries or partake in the strip club across the street. The issues were never address by management, even to IHG when asked by them. I guess I should look at the bright side and be glad my room key worked for the two days I stayed there and I was able to get enough rest to finish my business in Colorado and be happy with the results. Bottom line is there are definitely better options than here and I will definitely NOT return.

Rooms are very dated and not well-maintained. Many pieces of furniture were broken in small ways or discolored. Overall cleanliness of the property is medium at best. Not a good place to stay if you are allergic to dogs as there were the most dogs I've ever seen (or heard) in a hotel and my friend's allergies were definitely triggered (which has never happened to her in any other hotel.) Breakfast was always very loud and crowded. Hot tub also always crowded to the point that we never got to use it. Didn't feel the safest, there was some sort of incident/theft while I was here and the police were called. Lots of yelling and crying happening. A decent number of sketchy people go by on the Cherry Creek trail but the trail is otherwise nice and fun to ride a bike on. So it's a bit of a positive and a negative. Also there's a strip club across the street. Not trying to sound like a prude but someone was shot in the strip club this year. Up to you whether you care about any of that. I'm sure some don't. It probably generally won't affect your stay in the hotel but the area overall would not be my first choice for a place to hang out. Surprisingly unwalkable

The hotel had everything we needed for our party of five. Two separate bedrooms with two full bathrooms. It also had a sleeper sofa. Target was right across the street and restaurants within walking view. The front desk associate was amazing. Very helpful. She had a beautiful accent which I did not guess correctly. The only complaint I have is with the breakfast buffet advertised. The breakfast attendees need some training, we had to ask for everything. The coffee was out, no plates and food empty. They seemed to be annoyed when we asked for items.

Awful wifi that can't even stream basic video on one device, incredibly noisy rooms where we could hear other's voices and construction noise starting at 8am. The amenities are old, cable and TV's are sad. Kitchenette was very hard to work with. I cannot recommend this place. It's not even cheap. At least we didn't see obvious insects.

There was no indication of the significant construction at hlthis hotel until we got there. The hotel is undergoing a complete remodel, and there is a lot to be finished. The updated rooms were nice, but the light bulbs were out and a couple of the light switches didn't seem to work at all. There is NO hot tub, despite the amenities listing this and photos showing. They concrete over it and now only have a pool, which was also closed. For a hotel that really boasts its amenities, this place fell very short.

Nice clean rooms. Good location. Close to places you can shop for groceries, two drug stores, fast food, etc. No heat in the bathroom ( I was there when it was very cold). The breakfast buffet could improve their food. Their yogurt was in a shared bowl that children were serving themselves out of. After staying there five days, I asked that my room be cleaned, particularly the bathroom. It took me from Friday morning until Monday to get housekeeping.
