I
was
at
this
location
for
one
month
for
business.
When
I
checked
in
the
room
was
very
warm.
I
unpacked
and
put
the
A/C
on.
After
returning
from
dinner
the
room
temperature
actually
went
up.
I
requested
a
room
change
which
they
granted.
When
I
was
packing
up,
another
guest
came
into
the
room.
I
explained
that
I
was
changing
rooms
due
to
the
A/C
not
working.
The
other
guest
was
furious
to
say
the
least
that
they
would
put
him
in
a
room
that
knowingly
has
A/C
issues.
The
internet
only
worked
about
half
the
time,
and
I
was
responsible
for
calling
the
internet
provider
to
resolve
the
issue.
The
pots
in
the
room
were
poor
quality.
After
cooking
dinner
one
night
I
found
black
flecks
in
my
food.
I
discovered
that
it
was
the
inside
of
the
pot
that
was
coming
off.
There
was
not
much
variety
at
breakfast.
They
rotated
between
3
to
4
things
over
the
course
of
the
month.
The
staff
for
the
most
part
was
friendly.
Being
a
Gold
Elite
member
they
never
asked
at
check
in
if
I
wanted
points
or
a
party
item.
If
you
choose
to
stay
at
this
location,
request
a
room
on
the
west
side
of
the
building.
The
east
side
is
right
along
the
street
with
a
fire
station
nearby
and
medical
facility
across
the
street.
Lots
of
traffic
noise
and
sirens
at
all
hours.
I
know
I’m
not
the
only
one
who
had
issues
with
this
location.
I
could
overhear
the
guest
across
the
hall
complaining
about
their
room
as
well.
I’ve
stayed
in
a
lot
of
Residence
Inn’s
all
over
the
country
and
this
one
is
probably
the
worst
I
have
stayed
in.
If
I
come
back
to
the
Denver
area,
I
will
stay
at
another
location.
