Just FYI i think this location might be used as a homeless shelter? There were some sketchy residents on the first floor, they seemed to always be there just hanging out and smoking pot. (could smell the pot every time we walked through a certain hallway on the first floor to walk our dogs)

Rooms were spacious and clean. Otherwise, it was an unsatisfactory stay. I was given a first floor room by a side entrance/exit. As a solo female traveler with preferences set to a high floor this is unacceptable, especially at the Titanium Elite level and checking in two days in advance. My key stopped working the last night so at 11pm after work I had to walk around the building alone to the front entrance and wait to be let in. I booked this hotel for the kitchen capability. However, only small pots and pans were available, making it difficult to cook. Usually larger options are supplied. Also, half of the free weights in the gym were missing. In addition, I was unable to connect to wifi the first two days of my stay. This was eventually fixed. Was planning to stay two additional weeks for business travel but will be taking my business elsewhere due to numerous issues.

My husband and I lived here for almost a year. He went thru a complete stem cell/bone marrow transplant. They treated us like gold, cleaned our toom every day as we were living like the "boy in the bubble." There went way over and above to make certain we were safe. I became so attached to the staff that I cried when we left. I can never say enough great things about this hotel. Incredible!!

EXTREMELY disappointed..Hotel staff is rarely available. We had to hunt down housekeeping to get fresh towels. The breakfast was decent but the trash cans were overflowing with trash. The outdoor area seating had torn and stained cushions.Rooms are only cleaned every 4 days . We were initially told every other day at check in. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!

Had to ask for another room due to the toilet not flushing and a dirty shower. 2nd room has no dresser, worn ill-matched furniture, shower missing units for soap, conditioner and shampoo dispensers. As if literally the brackets have been placed inside the shower, but no dispensers. 2 full size beds that they continue to say are queen. They are not! Customer service is poor; the front desk employees are busy talking to each other v answering phones. I was on hold in the first room for so long, i hung up and came downstairs for care. There were 3 employees with one family checking in. The other employees were just standing, talking amongst themselves. Garage is filthy and the grounds are equally poor in maintenance and care. Even the clock is 5 hours off. I cannot believe Marriott has their name on this property. I am blown away by the other reviews. I am not sure if I have ever stayed at a Marriott as bad as this.

Newer, well-kept RI. Quick and easy check-in. Sabrina was awesome. Friendly but efficient. Recognized status, took care of things quickly and got us on our way. Rooms are well-appointed though they have the awful Marriott-branded shower gels.

I was at this location for one month for business. When I checked in the room was very warm. I unpacked and put the A/C on. After returning from dinner the room temperature actually went up. I requested a room change which they granted. When I was packing up, another guest came into the room. I explained that I was changing rooms due to the A/C not working. The other guest was furious to say the least that they would put him in a room that knowingly has A/C issues. The internet only worked about half the time, and I was responsible for calling the internet provider to resolve the issue. The pots in the room were poor quality. After cooking dinner one night I found black flecks in my food. I discovered that it was the inside of the pot that was coming off. There was not much variety at breakfast. They rotated between 3 to 4 things over the course of the month. The staff for the most part was friendly. Being a Gold Elite member they never asked at check in if I wanted points or a party item. If you choose to stay at this location, request a room on the west side of the building. The east side is right along the street with a fire station nearby and medical facility across the street. Lots of traffic noise and sirens at all hours. I know I’m not the only one who had issues with this location. I could overhear the guest across the hall complaining about their room as well. I’ve stayed in a lot of Residence Inn’s all over the country and this one is probably the worst I have stayed in. If I come back to the Denver area, I will stay at another location.

Overall this was a disappointing experience. We selected this hotel at a higher rate than some similar options in the area specifically because our kids were excited for the indoor pool and I was excited for the hot tub. When we booked well in advance and called the day prior to arrival we were never notified that the pool and hot tub would be closed for maintenance for our entire visit. In 100' weather it was a big let down. I also paid for a room for 5 people l, but the room was unequipped for us. Three towels, 4 bowls, an odd amount of pillows, no top sheet or pillow case in the pull out couch set. It's hard to spend this type of money to feel your needs weren't met and you didn't get what was advertised. This is our first family vacation in over 3 years and the hotel, which should have been nice was disappointing.

Clean hotel with kitchens in the rooms. Good breakfast. Great location close to shops and restaurants. Service was not the best at check in because they did not accommodate a reservation request online and did not attempt to make it right. Well at the least the manager did not care. But the employee who does the breakfast each morning works super hard, cleaning the tables and keeping the breakfast bar stocked. I would recommend this hotel regardless.

Nice facility and staff. Biggest problem is the road and siren noise from Central Park Ave. I sleep with earplugs in, but was still woken about a half dozen times by fire trucks, police cars, etc.

Every staff person I encountered was amazing and super nice, but Danielle was leaps and bounds a reason I'd come back! I've never seen a person work so fast to keep things clean and organized. What an amazing asset to have at that location.

We had some regular maintenance issues. The room 410 was great as we had a 2 bedroom suite with a separate seating area and eating area and kitchen. We had our grandson all 5 days with us. The breakfast was good, but not great. Grandson loved the waffle maker.

We had a wonderful stay here. The customer service was outstanding! Milly was super sweet and helpful throughout our entire stay. The room was really nice and the pool was heated which our kids loved. We will definitely be back!

Rooms were nice and plenty of space for just 3 of us, which could have easily been 4/6 of us in my opinion!

This place was surprisingly good! The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very nice and updated. The only reason, I gave it a 4 was because some of the cleaning staff had unpleasant dispositions when you asked them questions. I do not have any pets but this hotel is a pet friendly hotel and still maintains it's cleanliness.

I stayed here two months ago and had a fantastic experience. This time was a little different. I don’t feel like the hotel was as clean. I had to change rooms because someone had smoked in the room I requested. (I always request the same room when traveling for business.) I will probably return because this is a good location. I could’ve earned more rewards staying at another Marriott property for less money. You only earn 5 points per dollar with The residence inn brand as compared to 10 points per dollar with most other Marriott hotels. Plus your bonus depending on your Marriott status. Overall it’s a good location close to the highway and restaurants. I’m sad that this trip didn’t live up to the expectations set on my prior visit.
