Staff were amazing, professional and attentive. Rooms came with refillable glass water bottles with water stations on each floor, way to eliminate plastic. Only minor complaint is that the room had a faint smell of urine throughout the room. Other than that, everything else was good. I was able to get a couple of good workouts at the gym. The restaurant and bar were pretty good, breakfast was A1. Location, location, location—Cherry Creek is a great town with lots to see and do. My first time in Denver and had a great experience.

I have to say, I was SERIOUSLY impressed before I even walked in the door, the valet was extremely courteous and helpful. Then when I entered I was blown away by the sophisticated decor and design for the entire place. The art, the flooring, the gorgeous mural painted on the 20 foot ceiling in our room! Whoever designed this place, kudos to you. The staff were exceptional to me and my family. I don't think I've ever met such a pleasant staff. If you stay here, don't dare hesitate not to visit the lovely restaurant by the lobby, the stunning rooftop pool/bar, or the well equipped fitness center. My only complaint is that I'm terrified on automatic rotating doors hahaha. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

One of the most comfortable beds ever. I slept so well. Big thanks to chef Aaron and others at the restaurant who took great care of me during my stay - they checked on produce to make sure it’s organic and made healthy vegan dishes. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

For the price, I’d expect more. I see a lot of reviews about good customer service; I thought the customer service was average. The front desk staff wasn’t rude but they weren’t particularly friendly either. The rooms were clean but small. The rooftop pool looks much nicer in pictures than in reality. Overall it’s not a bad hotel, but not worth the price. It just feels like a run of the mill average hotel.

This is a great location and the staff is very nice. There are just some details missing. The property is a bit worse for ware. Everything needs a serious deep clean. Downstairs in the lobby my partner sat on one of the chairs and someone stuffed a dirty skewer underneath their seat and it poked him in the leg when he sat down. The furniture in the lobby itself needs to be shampooed. In the room, every single piece of furniture is scuffed up and the carpets need a deep clean. There is a perimeter of crusted dust around the edges where the carpet meets wall and especially behind the bed, which you can see from the lounge chairs. I could’ve taken probably triple the photos to show the condition of the room. I’m not sure I’d stay again as the price point is quite high for the quality and there are other more well-maintained hotels in Denver for $400 a night.

The prices keep going up everything I stay here but overall a beautiful hotel but again for the price rooms are small. I stay here often the restaurant The narrative is pretty cool try the Moscow mules they have some good one's. Breakfast avocado toast is great. Again drinks and food are very pricey. $16 a drink pretty steep. The desk and room are so tight I can't pull my chair out. It runs unto the bed. Again do not take this as negative I made it work. And I stay here often just letting you know what your in for. Gym climb machine looks awesome but has never worked since I have been coming here. Valet is pricey parking on the street is pricey as well. I have stayed all over the world so if I pay a high price I require the accommodations to match the prices, with service food, gym, amenities, room, and all aspects, that is why I'm being a little tough on this hotel as for the money I do expect more on all aspects. The food is great and the bartender are great. Again overall you won't be disappointed unless your standards are as high as mine haha. I'll be back love it! Stop raising the prices.

Not worth the money. My coffee maker was dirty in my room, rooms are small, dining experience was absolutely terrible! I went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast and sat there for over 15 minutes before I was offered water or coffee. After I received my meal, the wait staff never came back to see if I needed anything. I had no refills on my water or coffee halfway through my meal. Another coffee would have been nice since I wasn’t going to use my dirty coffee maker. The next morning I decided to sit at the bar for breakfast in hopes to get better service. I was the only person at the bar. Once again I sat there for almost 20 minutes with no service. The bartender finally brought me coffee, he also brought my cream and sugar I requested but no spoon or silverware. I waited another 10 minutes trying to get his attention for a spoon, and he completely ignored me. I then had to walk back towards the kitchen to get a spoon. Stirred my coffee, and seen something floating in my drink. Gross. After I ate, they were quick and attentive to bring my check, but no pen to sign it! I waited another 10 minutes for anyone to come around to get a pen. I thought about signing it with my lipstick!! I just left cash instead of charging to my room like I wanted. I will not be back. The location is great, but there are several really nice hotels within blocks of this one. I definitely won’t be back. I do want to shout out to the valet guys on being awesome! They actually provided the best service I’ve ever had with valet. They definitely need some recognition and pay raises!!!

This was a very nice hotel experience with a nice view and in a fantastic location. Cherry creek has so many shops and restaurants around it and is only about 15 min from downtown Denver. The rooms were nice and housekeeping was always there to clean each day. We stayed for a week around the new year and they had a pop up bar for New Year’s Eve. The entire neighborhood was decorated with lights for Christmas as well. One thing to note is that they charge $65 per day for parking onsite, but it’s $2 per hour if you park on the street. Parking on street is free after 7pm, but no one is enforcing it at all so we parked for free the whole week. Don’t pay for their overpriced on site parking!

Haven’t stayed here [yet but maybe next time] but the restaurant & bar is a nice, clean, bright, open place to relax, have a drink and meet. The waitstaff and bartenders are great. Mackenzie is amazing. Warm, welcoming, friendly, smart, fun and easy to talk to. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic stay! Great cherry creek (swanky safe, walkable) central location next to tons of shopping and restaurants... if you even want to leave! We were warmly greeted by the the dream team of Ayani and Sierra at check in. The customer service at this hotel is absolutely top notch, especially by the front desk. Marriott status and a special occasion were taken care of so well by them, generously and warmly offered and executed before I even realized it. Rooms are on the smaller size, but nice bedding and amenities. Espresso in the rooms, and the best chilled water (still or sparkling) dispensers in hallways. Lively rooftop pool and bar with small plates was such a fun way to spend the afternoon. Rose all day and french onion dip were so good with excellent and quick poolside service. Dinner at Narrative was great- we especially enjoyed the sturgeon entree. We returned for breakfast with the very generous elite breakfast vouchers. Valet is very prompt but price is a little steep, but quite customary for the area. I am a frequent traveler (retired flight attendant) and love to stay in various Marriott brands, but this one is now in first place. I really haven't before been taken care of so well by a front desk....ever. All in all a fantastic staycation and we cannot wait to return!

Great hotel with outstanding service. Friendly, helpful front desk. Fast and efficient valet. Cool rooftop bar/pool area. Service staff there were wonderful and made good drinks too. Rooms were very nice. Mattress and bedding were perfect. We will be back!

Finally a fantastic hotel in Denver. After staying at 3 different in 3 weeks I've found my future forever hotel in Denver. Great rooms, service, location. Absolutely no complaints about any of it. Bathrooms despite a glass door still. Maintained privacy if that's a concern.

Nice modern hotel. Staff is friendly and room is comfortable. Food is limited outside of traditional eating time. Fitness center is small but have a little bit of everything. No spinning bike. Rooftop is beautiful. I also wished the fridge in the room was quieter. Finally they use reusable glass bottles for water which is really cool. Location is beautiful

Writing this review as I lay in the comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever stayed in. Service has been great, the room is super clean and it’s quiet. In a great area near plenty of fun bars and restaurants. If you stay here you definitely won’t be disappointed!

Our family of four stayed and really enjoyed ourselves. The location is perfect and accommodations were great! Our family enjoyed the roof top pool. My only negative would be the 2 queen room felt a little small/crammed but the room itself was very nice.

I was blown away by The Jacquard, especially Manal (shout out!) and Yasmine. These ladies accommodated us when we made an incorrect reservation and we were tired travelers! To top it all off Manal and Yaz hand delivered a few things from housekeeping to our room. Thank you both so much for making our stay seamless and simple as we were passing through Denver and spending part of our anniversary here. We’ve earmarked this hotel for our future stays!

If I'm staying on the cherry creek side of Denver. This has been one the best hotels I've stayed in. Very comfortable, all the front desk people are super chill and let me check in early. Only complaint I have is no microwave in the room, they told me if I ever needed one to call the front desk and one would be brought to my room. Definitely will be back next time I'm in denver!

The Jacquard was a highlight of my business trip to Denver. The hotel lobby boasted art, a small library and an on-site restaurant. The luxurious room was well-appointed including comfortable linens and a large TV allowing you to sign in to view Netflix as desired. The slippers were my favorite little extra special part of the room. The snacks available for purchase in the room were great as well. There's a nice sized desk for working. My only tiny issue was having to reach over the desk to close the blinds. The shower was phenomenal as well as the Gilchrest and Soames bath products. Honestly the quality of the hand soap alone makes it feel like a five star hotel. Iron and ironing board available right in room. Location is the reason to really stay here. There are tons of bars and restaurants and even department stores within walking distance. The neighborhood is vibrant with a neighborhood bar across the street. I enjoyed North Italia and Sol Mexican for dinner. Staff were nice especially in the breakfast restaurant. Kudos to Marriot Bonvoy for having this beautiful hotel as part of the collection.

Nice hotel, good beds, comfortable rooms. Not sure who thought a glass-walled toilet room was a good idea, but you do you. Service was pleasant but uncertain. Towels were provided in tight quantities. Front desk offered us a “free room” for switching from a queen suite to a king room, but that turned out to be NOT a free night in our room but an EXTRA room for one night that we had no use for— seeing as we only needed the room we were in… and they couldn’t figure out how to credit that to our account. Another room (different reservation) got charged for our car’s valet parking (which was an eye-watering $69 per night). Otherwise, they were nice and almost competent.

This hotel was amazing! The Jacquard exceeded all of our expectations! Beautiful room, awesome team and overall incredible stay! A special thanks to Mason at the front desk for making my partner's birthday that much more special and for going the extra mile! Also, the Concierge Paul was awesome!!! We will hopefully be back soon!!!

If you’re looking for an excellent hotel in the heart of Cherry Creek then look no further. Having lived in this hotel for several months I can say that the staff is friendly, the rooms are well-appointed, the beds are super comfortable, and the linens are excellent. The Nespresso is also a welcomed premium amenity. Be sure to check out Narrative for some great food as well!

Staying at the hotel right now on a 2-week business trip. Everything is perfect. Spacious rooms, everyday cleaning service. The staff is helpful - I asked for a kettle to make green tea so they found one for me almost immediately. The location is perfect, there are many nice food spots nearby - Urban Egg for breakfast, Flower Child for lunch, Sweetgreen for salad bowls and much more. Long story short, nothing to complain about so far. Great place, thank you!

This is a beautiful hotel. The craftsmanship that went into the updated amenities and finishes is to be commended. In addition to a top tier experience, the staff was incredible, you literally only had to ask for stuff one time, they were very welcoming and accommodating. The rooftop pool and hot tub were amazing. The gym was nice (open 24hrs) and the location was superb, it was within walking distance to a ton of things.

My partner and I visited this hotel last weekend and we were blown away at the level of service and cleanliness we experienced. We requested towels and they arrived in less than 5 minutes! We also had a fantastic meal at Narrative! Definitely recommend staying here when you visit beautiful Denver!

Rooms are beautiful.. Huge open windows. The views, if you have one are gorgeous. Love the glass water bottle touch. Location the absolute best. There was a local crafting fair /market, that was a plus. Lots of shopping, food and for the mile high club members the dispensary was a few blocks away. Service. Horrible. It went down hill after, "Welcome to the Jacquard" Front desk staff wasn't attentive and failed at providing service.

We are really happy with our stay here. The rooms are clean and modern. Good work space- furniture is in good shape. Nespresso machine in the room- love. Hot tub on the roof is lovely. Front desk staff and restaurant staff are very kind. Mason helped me with a business item. Dog friendly. Valet staff are outgoing and nice.

We had a good stay at the Jacquard, this June 2022. The hotel is relatively new and well maintained. Like most downtown facilities, it’s hard to find parking, so the valet is a must. Overall we had a pleasant experience and the staff was accommodating. The downside is that everything was too understaffed and small. Three elevators struggle to keep up, the rooftop pool is a wonderful concept though it should be three times the size, along with the rooftop bar. I think a lot of people who weren’t hotel guests were using the facility, and it was busting at the seams. The suites are small compared to hotels outside of the downtown area. On the plus side, everything is within walking distance. The mall is a block away, restaurants abound everywhere and there is decent small business shopping in Cherry Creek as well. Walking times to the whole area are within 10 minutes, so we never needed to move our vehicle for our entire stay.
