mediocre
for
the
cost.
Not
a
hotel
with
a
bar,
this
is
a
bar
with
a
hotel.
Food
is
bar
food,
not
restaurant
quality.
Ordered
into
room
and
they
messed
up
the
order
in
three
different
ways.
Their
payment
system
didn't
process
the
credit
card
properly.
Asked
for
late
checkout
and
had
to
wait
until
9am
day
of
checkout
to
confirm....that's
not
great
if
you
need
to
be
at
work
before
9,
never
had
that
at
any
other
4
star
hotel.
Room
had
multiple
gross
spots
(unclean
mirror,
stains
on
chair
and
curtains,
terribly
gross
if
you
dropped
something
and
it
rolled
under
anywhere).
Air
conditioner
often
went
4-5
degrees
over
or
under
target
setting.
Concierge
staff
almost
universally
could
use
training
in
not
sounding
gloomy
and
unhappy.
All
in
all,
disappointed.
We
were
excited
to
try
out
a
4
star
hotel
and
I'm
left
confused
how
this
ever
got
rated
at
that
on
google
