Awesome spot to stay, 10 out of 10. They gave us a complimentary welcome drink, which was such a nice touch. Had coffee available all day. The atrium is just absolutely gorgeous with plants, water features, string lights, and a bar. Rooms were super comfy and the soaking tub was really relaxing. I would come here again and again if I could. My only suggestion to improve this hotel would be to offer more vegan options. They need an oat milk or soy milk with the coffee station.

We did a LOT of research on all of the hotels within a mile of Woolley’s. We read tons of reviews across many trip rating sites. We really enjoyed this place. The room was great. Very spacious, great bed, really good AC that is very quiet, huge bathroom. Location is close to the airport and to 70 into Denver. The food is fine - whereas most of the other hotels nearby generally only have a minimal breakfast versus a buffet. Also - the restaurant is open until 10pm - which is great for coming into DEN late in the day.

After traveling for a week with our adult daughter and her boyfriend, I booked a room here with my husband as a birthday gift to myself. I wanted to relax, and that is what we accomplished. We arrived just before regular check-in time and had no problem getting into our room. I wanted to take a hot soak in the bath, and I did enjoy that. After some downtime, we decided to keep dinner simple; takeout pizza and watch a movie. Went to pickup the food and came back to the room. Watched a movie and ate pizza. Nice a quiet! Slept great in the big bed, and the next morning headed to the airport to get home.

We had a wonderful experience. Kayla was so helpful and instrumental with preparations for surprising my wife for our anniversary. We never planned on having dinner at the hotel but the food was prepared with care and delicacy. We were very pleased. The room was spacious and accommodating to all of our needs. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Never have i given 5 stars for a hotel stay. This was a first. Great job Kayla.

I left a very good review until I realized the front desk scammed me. Iwould like someone from corporate to contact me, please. The manager at this location is very unprofessional and refuses to address my concern. The lady at the front desk told me if I paid cash, I would still need to have a card on file for the room. She gave me a receipt, but only for the card on file. Not a receipt showing that I paid cash. The next day I was told the money would be returned to my card. Not only did they not return the money, they charged me again, $100 more than what I originally paid for the room. The manager said they don't take cash at check in, and only have record of my card being charged once. I showed her my bank statement and she said there is nothing she can do. Unacceptable! I was livid when I left. Then I realized they have cameras. Of course the manager has not called me back and the front desk keeps forwarding my call to number with no answering machine. So yeah... I'm taking back my 5 stars! Loved this place. Nice ambiance. Clean rooms. The bed and pillows were perfect. Our tub didn't have jets as advertised (first on many lies), but it was deep, and the shower was nice. Good breakfast. Omelets were perfect! The day you checkout and they think you've left the city they will charge your card again and it will be very difficult to speak with management. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!

Great location. Did not utilize all the amenities provided, including the shuttle service. The hotel was approximately 15 minutes away from Denver international Airport. Beware of the incidental service cost. I utilized a debit card and the service fee was $100 for one night. Other than that the bed was amazing! My traveling partner and I fell asleep as soon as we hit the pillow. It was nice and quiet atmosphere. Plus I loved looking over the fourth floor railing and seeing the plants and the fish in the pond. It was very serene. Would stay again!

3-star at best, mediocre for the cost. Not a hotel with a bar, this is a bar with a hotel. Food is bar food, not restaurant quality. Ordered into room and they messed up the order in three different ways. Their payment system didn't process the credit card properly. Asked for late checkout and had to wait until 9am day of checkout to confirm....that's not great if you need to be at work before 9, never had that at any other 4 star hotel. Room had multiple gross spots (unclean mirror, stains on chair and curtains, terribly gross if you dropped something and it rolled under anywhere). Air conditioner often went 4-5 degrees over or under target setting. Concierge staff almost universally could use training in not sounding gloomy and unhappy. All in all, disappointed. We were excited to try out a 4 star hotel and I'm left confused how this ever got rated at that on google

I've been here twice now around the holidays, and *love* it. Beautiful hotel, excellent in-room amenities, work station, wifi, refrigerator, microwave, and comfort, full breakfast can be included in cost and is well worth it, gym, pool, business center, waterfall with river, pond, and coy fish. Excellent service. The rooms with the internal facing view have a small patio/balcony with a wonderful view of the lush inner gardens. Definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel! The airport fees annoy me as we were not staying there in relation to the airport in any way. But the bed had 0 motion transfer and was comfortable. I like firm flat foam pillows so the pillows were not as comfortable but I slept well. I am sensitive to noise and light, we were on the 4th floor and I didn't hear the traffic nor noise within the hotel. The bathroom has a awesome night light in the ceiling that doesn't put off too much light. The hotel food was EXCELLENT! Pricey but very good. We will stay again!

Me and my guest loved it. Great hotel! Lovely clean rooms and wonderfully comfortable bed. Didn't want to get up lol. The atrium is very nice just to relax and chill or grab something to eat. The bar staff was amazing! And breakfast was great so many options, I definitely recommend adding breakfast for the additional price. There's a lot of surrounding hotels in the area but I would certainly recommend this one and most definitely stay here again.

It is an amazing hotel with a friendly staff. The rooms were very nice clean. It was a great place to relax and recharge. The only negative thing I have to say is that their lounge/restaurant said dinner was open until 10, when I pulled up a seat at the bar to order food at 9:30 the bar tender informed me the kitchen was closed. There were plenty of restaurant options within a 5 min walk, so it wasn't too big of a deal, but if you are open until 10pm, the kitchen should not be closed at 9:30. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Love this place! Room was SUPER clean, very spacious, very comfortable. Loved the huge bathroom with the soaking tub! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The atrium with the garden and the koi pond is really pretty. We had dinner there, and it was delicious! Beds were comfy and our room was very quiet at night. If I'm back in town again, I'm definitely staying here.

Every Employee in engaged with loves their job. The food was amazing. The room exceeded expectations. This was the second time I stayed here and I’m blown away at how incredible every detail was. We all know since covid everything is just a little less and it’s just the way it is. But to see a hospitality company exceed all expectations is rare and all most bring tears to my eyes. I will be back. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay special.

This place is so underrated! It was so clean! The beds were super comfy! The bathrooms are amazing! They offer real cable channels like HBO! They have microwaves! They provide daily cleaning service! It is a restaurant and bar on site! Service is excellent! I mean can I go on...lol...the only thing that I was disappointed about was that the pool is not heated but atleast they have a pool and it's a great size too! So, no complaints from me!

Lovely place to stay. Old world charm and luxurious. When you enter the hotel it's a little dark, but has an atrium restaurant. I thought it might have been an old Embassy as the rooms surrounded the atrium with lush foliage and a Coi pond. The staff was very helpful , even though the receptionist asked me to say my room number aloud. When I entered my suite it was a breath of fresh air. Large room with grand furnishings. The bath was sweet. Separate shower and deep soak tub with bat salts🥰. The only complaint was I had a soap dish but no soap.

I'm from Denver and have passed by Woolleys many times but never been inside. We stayed last night! It is very beautiful inside, very clean, the decor is nice and it was quiet! The bathtubs are very roomy and they do have a pool and fitness center. They do offer room service but it closed at 7pm. The only downsides are that they charge an additional 13.00 resort/service fee at check-in as well as an option for breakfast at 18.00 per person. Just a tad pricey but not a deal breaker as there are many places around the area to eat. I will definitely come back here to stay next time.

Beautiful hotel. The lobby area is so cool with a river and pond with giant koi fish! The rooms have huge five piece bathrooms. The bed is super comfy with tons of pillows. Very ornate furniture. Hotel staff was very kind and friendly. Highly recommend this place!

This place is really nice. Somewhat confusing decor. The rooms are more antique, Victorian style, while the bathrooms are huge and more modern. There is plenty of space for all your clothes, seating, and very tall ceilings. The only thing that our very large group didn't like was that the lobby area, it was so hot you had a hard time enjoying a meal, or drinks. There was no where our group could sit out of the way from the dining service to enjoy our own drinks and socialize. The waitress during diner service was somewhat rude and seamed like she had no idea what was going on. The food was good but sometimes came out cold. Overall, it's a nice place to stay with easy access to the interstate, airport, eateries, and shopping.

We love Wooly's and stay here every time we're in Denver. It's close to the airport, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfy. I love the separate shower and tub in the king suite. This is one of the few hotels that have adjustable shower heads, which I need for my curly hair. The staff has always been attentive, and the dining options are good. I don't know if we arrived during off season, but the price was wonderful for the amenities. We've stayed in hotels not half as nice for twice the price. I highly recommend a stay at Wooly's!

We provide hair and makeup services at this hotel often for guests attending conventions or special events. The hotel rooms offer ample space and excellent lighting, and the hotel staff consistently goes above and beyond to meet our needs. It's a 5-star experience every time!

Absolutely gorgeous!!! The beds were the most comfortable beds and the rooms were very clean! Every encounter with their staff was unpleasant, they’re not courteous at all. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip but the staff really need to work on having nice manners and at least be courteous with customers!

This hotel was great! It has a great look and the rooms were spacious and clean. Our room had a big shower and bathroom too. Breakfast was great too and their staff was friendly. Definitely will come back next time I’m in town.

We stayed here for New Year's Eve for something different. We were beyond impressed. For barely $200, we had a huge, beautiful room. Huge comfortable bed, huge tub and bathroom, with a huge shower. The restaurant didn't expect so many people so was a little short staffed but they were pleasant and the food was great. Quiet. Whoever designed this hotel knew what they were doing! The front desk staff were welcoming and excellent. Breakfast the next morning had omelets, cereal, pastries, sausage, bacon, waffles and was included in the room. I have no idea why anyone would stay anywhere else when flying into Denver- I don't know how the hotels near Woolley's stay in business. The prices are excellent for what you get. Stay here and you won't regret it, and I bet you will keep returning. We will!

  • 5/5 Greg S. 1 year ago on Google
Fantastic stay! Really great breakfast with made to order omelets! Very spacious rooms with a full shower and bath. Will definitely recommend, and stay again. It is in an area with a bunch of other hotels so there are some restaurants nearby but no fast food. Very nice naturally lit atrium with a river and a pond with koi which made for a very fresh atmosphere.

I attended a conference here. The food was good, a great breakfast included with our room. The service in the bar was a little slow. Woolley's is a very nice property with good location to the airport. I was a little disappointed that they only offer to clean and service your room every three days, still hiding behind Covid as the reason. They will bring new towels and coffee but they are saving the actual cost of cleaning the room. They had a very adequate business center and free parking.

This place rocks!! Didn’t expect to be able to feel so luxurious at an airport hotel. One of the comfiest hotel beds ever and huge bathroom. Impeccably clean and hotel staff / James the shuttle driver were very friendly and professional. The plants in the lobby are real which is nuts. Fitness center was way above par to other hotels in this price range

Absolutely amazing! The room was clean, spacious, and adequately furnished. The pool area was nice and made for a relaxing swim. Though breakfast was overpriced, it was delicious and all you could eat. Definitely would stay here again.

An amazing find for us, as we ended up having to spend the night in Denver to make a connecting flight the next morning. Devon at the front desk was friendly and very helpful, taking care of our needs as well as the airport shuttle to and from the hotel. The suite was amazing and I have never seen a sunken tub that deep in over 30 years of travel. We will definitely stay again if we pass through Denver in the future.

I found this hotel on my corporate travel site for my company. I was excited to check it out due to the fact that I will be in Denver regularly due to my work in the area as would my other corporate colleagues. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with COVID prior to coming and went to urgent care to confirm my diagnosis. As soon as I returned home I pulled up the hotel contact and called to cancel my stay as I am in active COVID and contagious. Due to the time zone differences and it being the day before, I missed the 24 hour cancellation policy by an hour or so. As a result I am being charged for my full one night stay. I fully appreciate the need for cancellation policies and under different circumstances I would simply bite my lip and move on due to my missing a deadline. However, when the reason is due to a contagious illness that would have made my travel by plane and coming to your hotel irresponsible on my part, I am disappointed that customer service would not be more flexible on that policy, seeing as I called as soon as I had a confirmed diagnosis. Sadly, although it looks like a lovely hotel, with that lack of service flexibility, I plan to suggest it be removed from our preferred hotel list for my company.

Amazing hotel, service, and food! Located near the airport and other walkable shops and restaurants! The rooms are amazing, with a large soaking tub with bath salts! Breakfast is fresh and with a chef for made to order omelettes! Excellent stay!

This place is pretty good, but there are better spots to stay. Pros: Good fitness room Nicely maintained common area Plenty of food options in the hotel Staff was friendly Cons: Parking is limited Room definitely needed some maintenance. Keurig didn’t work and carpet had rolls in it

I love this hotel! Rooms are beautiful, large and quiet. Didn't give 5 stars because the front desk person, didn’t provide info without me asking and the bathroom light bulb was out. However, they fixed it. I wish this hotel was in every city.

This place is way more then we expected! Beautiful room! amazing bed! Wonderful bathroom! Reasonable price! Perfect place for a romantic couples getaway! We will come back again for sure (when we have no kids) this place is too nice for kids lol or maybe just mine 🤣.

Amazing service from beginning to end! First shout out to Kayla for helping me with the shuttle from the airport! I arrived early and Kayla suggested I have breakfast while waiting for my room. The breakfast bar has an omelette station! My room was very CLEAN and spacious! Josh on the desk late shift was helpful with my Uber and room keys! Thank you Team Woolley’s

Such a wonderful hotel! It is not a chain but a single owned property. The staff is awesome and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. Rooms are all suites and huge. Very plush and comfortable. The area around the hotel is so new and clean. Tons of great walking options and restaurants. Will be staying here every time I visit Denver.

I left a review previously that we had a great time. I have now tried 5 times to reach someone and no one will reply to my emails. We are newlyweds and did an intown "honeymoon" and paid for 2 nights of the romance package which includes champagne and chocolates, however, we only received the champagne one of the two nights we paid for. I feel we should be refunded the additional night but no one will respond to me. The tray we received only the 1st night had a bottle of champagne, 2 chocolates (little chocolate squares-hardly enough to share as advertised) and 2 flavored sparkling waters. I paid an additional $300 for that for 1 NIGHT?!?!? We also found two random pills (medications) under our bed so it doesn't seem our room was cleaned well. Figured I would post another review since they at least responded to my previous review.. maybe I can finally get a response and the refund we deserve.

We stayed 4 days Love the area and cleanliness of their hotel. It’s closed to store and dining area. The staff are amazing. The bar and breakfast area are great. Love the atmosphere. The only thing I was surprised was no vending machine inside the hotel. But 24 hour’s coffee on the lobby. Except the front desk when I check out this morning. She did not ask me how’s the stayed. She just looked at me and get the key. Highly recommended.

Go to spot for date night away from the house. Drinks at the bar, enjoy the lights and trees and fish. Aesthetic is on point. Soaking in the giant tubs alone is worth it for me. Food is great too! Beds are super comfy and we've never had a bad stay!

Great 1-day stay at this Hotel. Was very pleased with the price and the location. The rooms was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful atrium and bar area. I was annoyed by the $10 airport convenience fee that is added at check-in. This is a fee that should be included when booking, not at arrival. It may be worth it, but factor the additional undisclosed cost to your travel budget.
