We got stuck on the road longer than expected so we checked in really late and honestly I should have asked for another room, but was too exhausted. In the days after we arrived, we had too much to do to have to move to another room but I definitely should have taken this up with management. The dishwasher had rock hard old detergent in the tray that I had to chip out with a knife. There was used lotion left in the bathroom. The coffee machine had used grounds. There was a white substance on the bedskirt at the end of the bed (let's hope that was the lotion). Hairs left in the shower. We never spent much time in the hotel as we were trying to take in as much of the area as we could so the room itself wasn't the highlight of the trip, however, being at the very end of the hall, and with so many issues with cleanliness, the management really needs to maybe up their game with ensuring their staff is making at least a minimum effort. I'd probably stay elsewhere next time we visit. I did like that it was outside of town and near the airport with plenty of gas, convenience stores and restaurants in close proximity.

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about my experiences at this hotel. I have stayed here for a cumulative 3 ½ weeks over two separate occasions. My first stay, I was put in a room with a connecting door. Traveling alone as a woman, I just didn't feel quite right about it and the very kind lady at the desk switched me no problem. I was so thankful! I love the fruit-infused water downstairs and the fitness center, and the rooms are comfy and massive. So much space to spread out and work and really move yourself in for a few weeks. Really made my work trips comfortable. My second stay there were a few things wrong in the room, which were fixed VERY quickly by the kindest maintenance man (I think his name was Doug) in the world. He even went as far as to go get me a whole new lamp from the hotel office because mine was broken. Top notch customer service here. I came back after my first stay went so well, and will return anytime I need an extended stay by DIA again in the future!

Absolutely the best hotel I had stayed in. Four washer and dryers!! Full size refrigerator was awesome. Rooms were clean and very spacious also had walk-in showers. Employees were always greeting you when you walked by the front desk. Rooms were nice a cold upon arrival. Housekeeping did a great job. Plenty of parking spaces. Location was good, Starbucks and other restaurants walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice, clean hotel. It's not too far from the conference center at Gaylord, so convenient if that's why you're out here. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, and very clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and while the breakfast options are quite vast, the oatmeal is pretty awful. They add way too much water so I would recommend fixing this! For someone who is plant-based it was very hard to make a proper meal. Thankfully they have a lot of fresh fruit and nuts. The coffee is also not great But honestly I've never been to a residence in where the coffee is good. I think it's something to do with the coffee that they actually get sent. There is a Starbucks across the street :-)

Excellent hotel. The rooms are big, nice kitchens, bathroom is exceptional. Best of all the bed doesn't feel like a standard hotel bed, soo comfy. A/C works better than what I've got at home. I only stayed for a half a night, to get some sleep before my flight. They had shuttle arrangements at 3 AM! Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Staff is very friendly and more than willing to help.

Please let me start off by saying this might not only be the best hotel at DIA but one of the best hotels my wife and I have ever stayed at. First of all check in and the front desk was perfect and all of them remembered your name every time you came back and forth. The bed and the pillows were so new and perfect it's beyond what you imagine. Breakfast was not even your normal hotel breakfast this was over the top. Gym Pool Lobby were all spotless and please note that parking lot has great LED lights all over for your safety. Please if you get a chance to stay with these great folks I promise you will be writing a review as well. Kevin & Leslie Glenwood Springs

Not up to Marriott standards. Chose this hotel because we had an early flight the next morning. Arrived at 9:30pm to check in. Requested a 5am shuttle. They said “I’m sorry…that shuttle is full.” I asked about taking an earlier shuttle and they told me those were full too. I asked about a later shuttle. Yup. Full. I had specifically called this hotel prior to booking (several weeks ago) to ask about the morning shuttle service and they told me it would be “no problem”. I asked the lady at the desk who was checking us in about the shuttles being “full”…assumed there must be some kind of reservation system I was unaware of. I told her no one told me about making a reservation for a shuttle when I called the hotel to ask a few weeks prior. She stated that you have to make a reservation at check in. I said…”Ok…I’m checking in. I’d like a reservation for the shuttle you said you’d provide me to the airport…”. She replies…”Sorry…all the shuttles are full.” She was snarky and didn’t seem to care. When I told her I was very disappointed she said, “Sorry sir. I hope you have a nice stay with us.” I guess that’s what you say when you really don’t care at all if a guest has a nice stay…after he is clearly frustrated that the hotel did not deliver what they promised. We are Titanium members and have traveled the world staying at Marriotts. This Residence in is obviously poorly managed. Examples: 1) The lady at the front desk showed no concern at all about us not having a shuttle to ride. Instead, we had to drive our personal car to the airport in the morning and pay $80 for parking for the weekend vs the $20 Marriott parking cost. 2). the carpet in our room was torn 3). the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain 4). the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in for a Marriott property. I was told the hotel was “new” but it felt shabby and run down. I’ve had much better beds in a Best Western. I have a bad shoulder and couldn’t even sleep since the bed was a concrete extra firm cheapie hotel bed. Overall a very bad experience. We just cancelled our future reservation to this property (was scheduled for later this month) and won’t stay here again. We are rebooking at a different Marriott property.

Absolutely livid! We chose this place for the on-site airport parking and shuttle service. The website says parking is $48/stay for 5+ days. Nope - absolute lie! It’s $12/day, period. So ours would be $96 (FYI - that’s double what we expected). Next, when we needed a shuttle at 7:30, the girl says “sorry, 7:00,7:30 and 8:00 are all booked. I can get you in the 6:30 (too early) or 8:30 (too late).” NOWHERE does it say we have to book the shuttle in advance! THIS INFORMATION SHOULD BE INCLUDED UNDER THE PARKING TAB!! Now we have to drive ourselves to the airport and pay more for parking! The whole reason for staying here was to save money, not spend more! NEVER will I use Marriott again!

Room is amazing for the price. King bed. Sofa with chaise lounge. Full kitchen. Lots of space. Great gym with dumbbells up to 50s, two treadmills, two elliptical, all look newer and in good working order, and a multifunction machine with a pull up bar. Nice sized pool. Basketball court is a nice touch. Everything seems new and clean.

Room was awesome. Loved the kitchen. There was a mix up with scheduling the 5am airport shuttle, but they got another shuttle to stop and get us to the airport. Overall , definitely would stay again (especially if we could sleep in! :) )

I had heard of problems with cars getting burglarized or broken into in the Denver area, because of this I made sure to leave absolutely nothing in my rental car, not even a charging cable. After our first night we had another guest tell us his car got broken into, sure enough we went outside and his front driver window was busted. That being said, I am surprised that this hotel charges for parking, you would think that if you're paying for parking that your vehicle would be safe, but it is clearly not. I think this would be an issue in all of Denver so I wouldn't say this hotel is worse than any other in that regard. I would suggest they at least stop charging for parking. During our stay 10/14-10/17 there were 2 women working at the front desk, I am not sure if one was training, but it seemed that she just wanted the other woman to do all of the work instead of actually helping or hands on learning. It was annoying having to wait for the 1 woman to do everything while the other stood there with other guests waiting. Pros: The breakfast was great, lots of options and they have the waffle maker too. The room was clean. I did however choose in the app for them to not clean my room and they did anyway. They threw out empty souvenir bottles that we got from Rocket Fizz. I am not all that mad about it, just annoyed that I would choose in the app that I do not want my room cleaned and then I come back to my stuff being thrown away. Why even have the option to decline service in the app?

We stay here often! The price/24 hour free shuttle/parking option and incredibly friendly and accomodaing hotel staff (thanks Joel!) make it a no-brainer! Highly recommend staying here, the rooms are sizeable, stocked, clean and close to food/brewery.

Complimentary airport shuttle advertised is inadequate and not enough availability for a hotel this close to the airport. No seats available from 0300-0600 this morning. Was told to sign up for a 0230 shuttle for a 0620 flight. Uber was $50 each way. Hotel needs to look at having more shuttles available during peak periods.

I was charged 2 times in my credit card and tried to ask a manager to see what was the reason of the charges. Multiple front desk agents took my info and phone number during my stay trying to help me but no manager got in touch with me, and today reviewing my statement I have a third charge.

Beautiful studio room and friendly staff especially during the chaos of holiday travel. Comfortable bed and neat kitchen area. Nice TV with lots of options for entertainment. Fantastic free shuttle to the airport.

They tried to pull two scams and succeeded once, stay away. I am Platinum Status with Marriott (for what it's worth) and if this hotel treated me this way, I can only imagine what they do to people who are not loyalty members. We booked an "Park Here - Fly There" package which includes 7 days free parking. We were leaving the vehicle for five days total. When we checked in at 4 pm my wife noticed before unpacking that the television didn't work. She immediately contacted the front desk and was told the maintenance worker had left for the day but they could switch us to a different room with a working television for an additional $50. We refused to participate in this bait-and-switch scam and explained in no uncertain terms that a television is an advertised amenity and that they can either bring us working television or put us in a room for no additional cost that has one. They begrudgingly moved us. We had an early flight and it wasn't until later that I checked my bill only to see they had charged us a $10 daily parking fee in addition to the park and fly package. I called the hotel and asked to speak to the manager and was told that she wouldn't be in before 3 pm. I left my contact information and she did not return my call. I also sent a message on the hotel chat system explaining my concern and asking for the contact information of the person that the manager reports to. That too was ignored. I had previously interacted with Anthony Capuano who is an executive with corporate Marriott so I emailed him with the complaint and received no reply. I am especially concerned with the $10 daily parking fee. $10 is not enough for most people to notice so its easy to just add it even when unwarranted. Daily parking has to be manually added to a bill and can not be added by default to a park and fly package. An airport hotel that unjustly adds $10 to every park and fly package is potentially stealing thousand of dollars a year from guests. Two scams in the same stay with no follow up to a guest complaint is the worst treatment that I have ever experienced at a Marriott property. Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else.

Nice large rooms, they are perfect for extended stays. The bed was fairly comfortable, not quite the Marriott quality I was hoping for but overall it was nice. The kitchen is stocked with the necessities. The location is great if you are needing a place near the Denver Airport. They have an airport shuttle that operates 24hrs. The breakfast is a nice hot breakfast, buffet style. They had an oatmeal bar with plenty of toppings, typical waffle bar, egg and meat options. They also had a gluten free bread option! A nice outdoor patio with a grill and seating around a fire pit.

Wonderful hotel. Spacious rooms with full kitchen. Close to amenities. Excellent airport shuttle and friendly staff. Good breakfast. On the pricey side, but better than any other place at a similar price.

Great hotel near airport. Some nearby restaurants. Near lots of other hotels. Had a suite. Very spacious. Kitchen had all the basics to cook. (Sprouts down the street). Room service every other day. Really have nothing bad to say beside the breakfast was so-so/basic. Didn't use shuttle. They have 2 EV charging stations in the rear of the hotel. Parking was $10/day (but they didnt collect vehicle info). Rates were high, so had to go through a 3rd party site to get a good price.

The room we had was great for a family with 4 kids. It had 2 queens plus a "fold away couch." Dad finally had a bed to himself 😆 This room had a kitchenette, and what could be considered a work area/ desk with a couch. This room was super spacious with tons of amenities. location was right on only about 5 minutes away from Denver International Airport. It was down the road from the Gaylord Rockies Convention Center as well. The price for this room was super reasonable considering we've had to rent 2 adjoining to fit the crew. The location seemed safe, and there were no noticeable issues. The general area was newer, and construction was on every corner. The housekeeping staff were superb, and the initial walk-through showed top-notch effort and pride in work. Now the negative: We requested an early check-in (1:00)pm rooms not ready, no explanation, I assume staffing like everywhere else. Half an hour turned into 4 or 6, and I'm not really sure, but it was late. This room had issues with the kitchenette sink and the bathroom sink. I mentioned it to staff, but I know it wasn't gonna be resolved during our stay. (The fixture in the bathroom was loose and leaking. The sink stopper wouldn't stay up. My son used a comb to prop open the duration of the stay) The kitchen was missing the aerator, making a mess every time water was used. I'm sure that a staffing shortage was the primary issue at the hotel because the towels were like gold. 😆 🤣 we stayed 3 days and not one visit from housekeeping. But as I mentioned earlier, we are a family of 6, and I run a tight ship. I kept the kids on cleaning duty the entire time. My son was sent to the housekeeping cart to request towels every day.

I stay here when I come into town for work. They pick me up from the airport and take me to my business meeting for the week with pickup. The breakfast is always great with plenty of options . If you need transport to the airport at 2 am pow! It's there . Rooms are always welcoming comfortable beds and very spacious . My go to !

Residence Inns are usually safe and I was surprised that my car experienced significant theft and was damaged at this hotel and the hotel did absolutely nothing.  At the end of June 2022, I experienced $2K in car theft as someone sawed off my catalytic converter from the bottom of my Honda Accord.  My car was locked with no personal goods on any seats. When I started my car, my muffler rumbled and wires were hanging on the bottom and yellow dashboard lights were flashing.  The Manager told me that it is was my issue to call the police to file a police report and I should have read the signs.   There are better Denver Airport hotels that have security and don't treat guests this way.

After a long trip of delays, I stayed overnight at this Marriott. It was such a clean, spacious room. And I needed a laugh, so was happy to get Joel at the front desk who made my end of day a little easier.

Young lady at front desk was SO welcoming and helpful. Room was super clean and spacious with kitchen and awesome desk area with giant windows. Beds were SO comfy. After dealing with the hectic Denver Airport it was an OASIS! Note: back door to stairwell doesn't close properly which could be a security issue.
