Upon arrival one of the elevators was broken, not good on a holiday weekend so you can only imagine how that went when there are 8 floors and one elevator. The only stairs were outside and we were only able to be accessed through a conference room in which was locked. After waiting in line to get to our 5th floor room we walked in and found our room had recently had someone or more than one person recently laying in our beds. (Pillows stacked and body marks on the comforters.) Keep in mind this is after a 6 hour drive to this place. I called the front desk and the bar answered letting me know they are shorthanded and to please hold. After about a minute they hung up on me... Guess it's another trip down the only elevator. 😮‍💨 We were given another room upon showing the front desk the photo and quote " that was the 3rd time for that to happen that day". 12 dollars per day to park was unfortunate as it was hard to access and not close to the hotel as well. No carts to be found to move luggage as they were strung about the hotel and even if you got one the garage and hotel elevators are tiny... Air conditioner worked great (but was loud!) and the beds were comfortable. Also it is in a great location for food and drinks. We will never stay at this hotel again and will think twice before even booking another Hilton period.

This did not seem like your typical Hilton Garden Inn. I actually debated as to whether to give this two stars or three stars. The hotel is clean but looks like it can use some updating. The front desk personnel tended to look casual leaning over the desks and almost did not look like they worked there. There were boxes and other stacked items behind the front desk which gave it the appearance that they were still moving in. The rooms are typical for a Hilton garden inn, but what I did like is that I was able to keep my room fairly cool which is quite key for me. They also have dark roast coffee in the room which is also my preference. Because of the boldness of the flavor. There were ample plugins for your electronic devices. I did not sample the food but they did have free bottles of water downstairs, which I thought was a very nice touch. There is limited surface parking but there is underground parking which gets you out of any weather. The elevator was broken however. They also failed to provide ANY of my Diamond Status benefits

This place is only okay. They, like many places, make you request cleaning services but don't clean your room the day you ask for it - only with 24 hours notice. The room keys were constantly being deactivated and we had to ask for them to be fixed like five separate times. We had to ask for towels more than once before they brought them. Breakfast also isn't included like many hotels. But, it was clean and the staff was nice enough.

The front desk staff are awesome. The rest of the hotel isn't. The grill/restaurant here is not good at all. I would rather eat any fast food over the food that comes from their grill. I've been here for 2 weeks on business, and the food is next to terrible. I ordered a medium rare hamburger 3 nights in a row, and all 3 nights the burger came out very well done. The food/beverage staff behind the bar don't know what they are doing and it shows. I pay a premium to stay here, but all aspects of this hotel fail.

We stayed here for 3 days and it was decent. Staff was nice and the room was clean and ready. However I only have a slight gripe about the cleanliness of the indoor pool. We went to use it and the hot tub portion was brown on the walls. The pool definetly needs a water change and a good scrub. I also wished that there was a noise level rule when in the pool area since it is very echoey and it gets pretty loud quickly due to it. Otherwise everything was good!

I made reservations for my wife and I to visit our son out in Denver for his birthday. At the last moment, I wasn’t able to travel but my wife was. Upon arrival Byron told my wife that he wouldn’t honor the reservation since I wasn’t there. Byron was totally unreasonable and showed no sense of understanding to my wife or our situation. Very poor customer service and I would give them zero stars if it was an option. This leaves me contemplating my loyalty to Hilton properties.

Nice location, as far as access to restaurants, park, business district, etc. Parking garage doesn’t have any cell service and/or attendant, that I saw, if a guest ever needed help down in there I highly doubt you would be heard. There was a sign indicating free Valet, I waited and no one came out. Not a big deal for me I just went and parked. That may be an issue for those with a lot of luggage or physical limitations, considering the distance. Rooms are a bit dated, furniture and wood accents are pretty scuffed up, but were clean. I had to call the front desk 2x in an hour for towels to be brought to my room after checking in in order to take a shower after traveling all day, since there was only 1 set in the bathroom and I would need some for in the morning, as well. For those with allergies…room smelled of cheap lemon dusting polish and headboard had a thick film of on it. I had to wipe it off to not smell it while laying bed. Bed was comfortable and the nice darkening blinds were very helpful. Front desk and breakfast staff are accommodating all and all. Nice patio with fire pit to sit at. Guests were all very social and friendly. I would probably stay again. It’s very convenient to my work area and it feels like a nice safe place to stay.

Overall a good experience but there was a few minor things that took away from the experience. Pros: Great location. I was able to ride share easily and with reasonable rates because of distance to everything. Room was impressive. It was clean and with a great view. Guest service. Staff very friendly and helpful. I accidentally left something in a rideshare but had to leave before it could be returned. Talked with front desk and they were able to accept the item when the driver was able to bring it back and hold it for me. I appreciate that little bit of extra. Now the things that took away. Cons: Room keys. Worked the first night but had to be redone each night after. Stayed 3 nights. 1st time you don’t think much of it but second time I was coming in late from a baseball game, roughly 12:30am and got to the door and keys don’t work! Back downstairs to get keys redone. Long day out and this was something that rubbed me badly. Cleaning staff. I had the tag for no service to room needed on the whole time I was there. Morning of checking out, just after waking for the day (8:00am) I thought I heard the tiniest of tapping or clicking and before I could realize what I was hearing the door was being opened. Keep in mind the door note is still on the door. No “housekeeping” being spoken and something of an actual knock on the door. That will freak most people out for sure. Elevators. I should say elevator (single). The other was out of order and talking with other guests who frequently stay here, that is a normal thing. I did get to speak with a maintenance person on the ride down one day and they are having issues getting parts. I can understand that but at the same time, this is a hotel that should have the cooperate support to get these things resolved quicker and before guests just accept this as a norm. So again overall a good experience but stopped short of a great experience.

The room was what you would expect from a Hilton of this star. However the view from our window let it down. Everything was clean and the bathroom was brilliant with a great shower. The hotel had a pool and spa but as we were only there one night we did not have a Vance to use. Would visit again but would ask for one above the second floor with a decent view.

I come here often, sometimes to stay and sometimes to use the facilities as I enjoy camping and hiking nearby when I'm off work or doordashing on spare time. I come out almost biweekly from Texas and absolutely love the staff. Very kind, understanding and welcoming. Makes checking in on hotel days so much more comfortable.

The hotel was very clean. The shower is amazing. However the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were very flat and we did not get any sleep. My husband had to literally fold his pillow in half. Went to get breakfast that they wanted 16 dollars a person for that was nothing special. So we just got better food elsewhere They don't really have any amenities in my opinion. Any other hotel at least gives you continental breakfast.

Honest review; The employees were all very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They were there to help every step of the way and even offered my child a candy. We had to make arrangements for a hotel while our Apt was out of heat/water/other amenities. The beds were a little hard and pillows felt like my head kept slipping off, but other than that the rooms were great. I'm a picky sleeper so that's a personal complain, nothing against the properties equipment. With that said, I still give this place a 5 star just from the staff alone. The bar was cheap and drinks were better than any bar I've gone to. Drinks were made amazing, the front desk staff were so welcoming and quick to drop what they were doing to assist us.

Staying at the Hilton for my business trip was really enjoyable and comfortable. The accommodations were top-notch, balancing comfort and style. The attention to detail and excellent service made the stay enjoyable, creating a nice balance between a business trip and relaxation. The front desk staff the evening of 12.06.2023 were top notch and really went out of their way to accommodate me and help me to feel comfortable. The Hilton lived up to its reputation, providing a solid experience that enhanced my business trip and I’ll be sure to work with them again in the future.

Really nice hotel. We came in for a concert and the location is perfect about 20-30 minutes from downtown. Plenty of nearby shops and restaurants including Target. And they also accommodated parking of our moving truck with a car carrier. Great place to stay if you’re visiting in town.

I’ve just finished my third three stay in this hotel. The staff and facilities just get better and better! Food is very good, bar and service is delightful. Front desk staff are friendly, attentive and guest oriented. And, the surrounding restaurants are varied and reliably good. Go! Now!

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. We had an incident happen the night before we left and weren't able to leave when we were planning. The front desk staff and maintenance were very helpful in mitigating it as much as they could. The front desk person, Max, did everything he could to make our stay better, and he succeeded. 100% will stay again.

Jon at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. We appreciated his attention to detail! The front lounge is open and inviting and the room was clean and comfortable. Not particularly high frills, but great for the price.

Very overpriced and overall poor service. Checked in on app day before and picked a room with king bed. Upon arrival was given a different room with two queen beds and told nothing they can do about it. Moldy areas in shower. Rooms are not that clean. Air conditioner sounded like a semi truck. Shower had the pressure of a partially blocked garden hose. Would never stay here again.

This hotel is OK....but could be so much better. Parking cost $$, the location is nice though with several bars and close by restraunts. The breakfast was shut down due to not enough staff which sucks. Our room was not cleaned or turned over and after 3 days we asked for a turn over. They said is was due to lack of staff

Room doesn't get 5 stars because a few times, I could hear one of the 3 drains in the bathroom gurgle and glop. Don't know which one. Breakfast downstairs is great! Area is clean, neat, well-looked after. There is a cook to order area where one can order Benedict, pancakes, BYO omelet, etc. While Cherry Creek is centrally located, parking is kinda tight on surface lot. There is an underground parking structure where I saw DPD patrolling in cruisers. 👍

Person who checked us is did not provide any information about the hotel, didn’t ask if we were parking and didn’t even swipe a card just used what was on file. Paid to have breakfast only to find out that breakfast was not served on the days of our reservation. This was discover after waiting at the desk for over 10 minutes for help. There wasn’t any staff to be found. No explanations, customer notices. Nothing.

Rooms weren't clean. Didn't have towels or Kleenex in the room when we checked in. Asked for some and they never came so hours later we went down to get them and got attitude from desk clerk. Definitely not hilton quality but location is prime. Our view was great but Colorado Blvd is super noisy.

Great location for getting to all parts of the city. Convenient to get to Cherry Creek Shopping Center as well as other parts of downtown. Rooms are very outdated with most furniture being dented and scratched. Carpet and curtains were full of stains and didn't seem to be part of the regular cleaning regimen. Bathroom needed a deep clean as well with shower pan being stained and mold growing in the corners. Rooms that face Colorado Blvd are super loud and can hear noise from businesses that operate underneath the hotel. Parking is $12/day for an un-patrolled garage not connected to the hotel. While I love the location, I think there are other hotels in the area that are much nicer.

This did not live up to the Hilton name AT ALL! The Honors welcome gift was 2 waters and a little bag of peanut M&Ms. They allow ANY guest unlimited bottles of water from the basket in the lounge. Maybe give a voucher for the bar with tip included. The quality of the rooms, bathrooms, and halls did not make it feel like you were staying in a Hilton. It was not even like a low-budget hotel. Lower quality Thabo that. Very disappointing.

Good hotel. Fitness room has enough equipment for a decent workout. A few restaurants nearby. There is a parking garage. With Your parking pass you can park in any spot around the hotel, to include the 2hr maximum according to the front desk. Omelet bar for breakfast, staff was very attentive to us making sure we had plenty of coffee and juice.

During my recent stay at the Hilton Cherry Creek in Colorado, I was extremely disappointed with the behavior of the staff. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the staff lacked enthusiasm and professionalism. The front desk staff was slow and disinterested in assisting me with check-in. They did not provide me with any useful information about the hotel or the surrounding area. Furthermore, the housekeeping staff was not very responsive to my requests for clean towels and additional amenities. They seemed to be uninterested in providing good service, and I had to ask multiple times for simple things like extra towels and shampoo. In addition the assistant to the assistant general manager Shayla was very disrespectful and condescending when I spoke with her about an issue with billing. This hotel allowed someone who was not authorized on my account to check into a room early and billed my account for it. Seems like showing an ID or the credit card that was used to reserve the room would be policy for the hotel. But Shayla informed me it is not. Overall, the behavior of the staff at the Hilton Cherry Creek was disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality experience.

Rooms are spacious but the cleanness, especially in the bathroom could be more professional. I really didn't enjoy taking a shower 😒 The breakfast was nothing spectacular, but enough for a business visit. The staff at the breakfast was very friendly. Just a few glutenfree options.

$229.40 charged to my card erroneously! I got charged 48.80 for parking for 3 different rooms $146.40, and neither of us had a car. I only put my card on two rooms for incidentals, We did not charge anything to our rooms but have another 75.00 & 8.00 dollar charge for who knows what. I called to have them reversed but had to leave a message. Love the staff, not liking how I am feeling now!
