Do not stay. People’s cars are broken into and STOLEN almost every night!!! Not an exaggeration. Hotel obviously isn’t responsible for this, but they do not have security at night (if they do then their not doing a very good job). They should at least have cameras viewing the entire parking lot so guest could potentially work with police to find the people responsible.

DONT STAY HERE UNLESS TOU WANT YOUR CAR ROKEN INTO. EVERY weekend a car or truck is either stolen or broken into. The hotel knows this is going on but doesn’t have any security and the only cameras they have are right out front. (This is NOT an exaggeration.) cars have been stolen right out front of this hotel in broad daylight. My truck window was busted out Sunday morning early and some items were stolen. The day I checked into the hotel, my room smelled like smoke because the previous guest had been smoking. They lit a scent bomb but it didn’t dissipate the smell. The next morning the elevator freely fell for about 3 feet and then got stuck. The fire department had to come get us out. UPDATE..7/13/23, another Ford truck stolen from the front parking lot.

Decent place to stay if you have a really early flight, clean room and lots of food choices close. I was pretty disappointed as we paid for long term parking and shuttle was listed as 24 hours on website, but earliest pickup was 345am and our flight left at 5am so we had to take a $50 Uber, somewhat defeating our reason/value for staying. Wish they would have posted the accurate shuttle hours, we may have opted for another hotel that could accommodate our early departure.

As a Titanium member, I don't think I've had a worse experience at a Marriott property. It's clearly a management issue, as my (and other guest) concerns were met with resistance, and a general lack of concern. The previous reviews about vehicle theft and vandalism are true. During my stay, at least three vehicles were broken into and two attempted thefts were interrupted by guests. The first "security guard" was fired. Several guests caught him sleeping in his unmarked vehicle at night. A new, marked and uniform security guard was hired a few days later. That seemed to finally stop the overnight vandalism. But daylight vandalism and attempted car theft is still occurring. During my stay, housekeeping entered my room when I had the do-not-disturb sign up. This is a blatant violation and disregard for my privacy and wishes as a guest. When I did ask for cleaning, the room was not vacuumed, and the second time, my sheets weren't even changed. The hotel is always oversold, and even for elite members with room problems, they claim they cannot move you to another room. Example: another guest decided to smoke in their room, causing several surrounding rooms to reek of cigarette smoke. The hotel staff refused to kick this guest out, and merely offered a citrus spray to make my room smell better. The rooms I was put in was in need of updating. It was not to a standard courtyard layout. The room was under-lit, always felt stuffy, and didn't have a couch or lounge chair (which is unusual for a courtyard). Not even a floor lamp. I heard from other guests that higher floors seemed to be remodeled, but even as a Titanium Elite member, I was refused a move (more than once) to a better room. There are plenty of other options for this area. Check other reviews and you'll see that this hotel and the Fairfield next door are the only two with major issues. The only upside I'll give this hotel was the location. Walking distance to several restaurants and stores. Close to the airport. They did have an airport shuttle.

Shuttle was confusing and desk attendant was fairly rude, but the rooms were lovely. I was stuck there from a United Airlines mess up.

The info online said there was a cooktop, there wasn't. So we couldn't make food. The first room we we're given, the bedroom and bathroom doors were both broken. We did move but it was unsettling. The breakfast in the morning was outrageously priced. Definitely staying somewhere else next time.

This location is close to the airport for easy access. The check-in process is very easy. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean, spacious, and already cooled.

Nothing fancy and definitely shows its age, but it does the job. Beds are comfy and room noise is minimal. The gym has the basics - not sure I would recommend it beyond a night or two stay. The airport transfer was very convenient!

The hotel has a big car park but charge you for parking. There was no mention of this when booking the hotel. It’s a money grab and a complete turnoff when checking in

Friendly staff and comfortable, clean rooms. And nobody knocking on my door prior to my late checkout time!

While my experience with Jon wasn’t the best regarding getting charged several times on my visa. Shay the bartender made this stay worthwhile and rememberable. If your having a rough day Shay is someone you can talk to. She’s very knowledgeable and kind. My stay was about 2 weeks. Property is pretty nice! I would highly recommend visiting the bartender Shay!

Staff was Amazing!!! Ms Diane/Diana on night shift (please forgive me for name mishap)helped me with my reservation. Very nice and smooth sailing. John the operations manager assisted me with check in and he was a pure delight. Everything was great. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated and the room was crisp clean also and came with a microwave and mini fridge. There are restaurants literally across the street and shopping. It was a peaceful stay and I will be staying here again when I return. Love love love 💕

Relatively new building. Fairly clean, very spacious. Well-equipped rooms, comfortable beds. Close to the airport. Decent view of the mountains from the top floor (depending upon which side of the building you're on). Restaurant inside on 1st floor (edit: food is great; not a ton of options, but super fresh and healthy + great staff). Snack / convenience shop in lobby. Water bottles at front desk. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here "thanks" to a bunch of United delays. It was a super convenient experience. I booked the hotel online and had my mobile key in 15m. I didn't need to go to the counter to check in or out. It was very easy to get to the hotel, only 15m from the interstate and easy to find. There were appropriate services, and the rooms were modern, spacious, and had great blackout curtains. Overall, an A+ experience.

Shay from the services/Bistro was absolutely amazing. She is one of the best service persons I have come in contact with. Her cheerful sweet spirit was so inviting when I came down for coffee. It just didn’t end at that point it was throughout the whole time I was here. I look forward to seeing her again next time I stay.

They have messed up my room invoice and it’s been impossible to get rectified. I would have noticed when I checked out but I waited almost 30 min (until almost late for my flight) and no one showed up to the front desk. 4 calls later I’m still no invoice and unable to expense for reimbursement. Business traveller’s beware.

Clean and convenient. No free breakfast, but they do have a small cafe that is Starbucks licenced. Now the bad. There was no shower curtain in our room. Only one bar of soap. We ran out of toilet paper and there was no spare. Even after requesting additional supplies we never got them. Housekeeping is every other day.

Convenient to airport. Great front staff. Nice check in. Nice complementary shuttle. Walkable restaurants. Safe area. Clean.

Pros: Clean, super comfy beds, nice lobby you can hang in after checkout if taking a later flight, and fairly close to airport with shuttle. Cons: Airport shuttle is only every 30min and it's more like 45min. I would suggest calling and asking for front desk if waiting for shuttle as the automated info about the shuttle is misleading. Blinds in rooms don't shut so you'll be woken up with the sun and have the bottom 6in of your window uncovered so lack of privacy. Not all rooms have bathtubs and if you're checking in late like I was they may not have any available rooms with tubs to move you to. After I long day of travel, I just wanted to soak my feet! And it showcases tubs on their listing on Expedia.

I got in very late, missed my flight due to technical issues on my phone. I called Nevaeh and she was the sweetest person with so much emphasis on customer service. I explained to her what happened, she had a room for me, we booked that. Then she explained the shuttle to me, I was extremely nervous and apprehensive about locating it by myself at the airport I was very short on time, and just nervous about missing the shuttle. Nevaeh stayed on the phone with me while I was on the gate and headed over to the shuttle area. I found this so personable and she went out of her way to make sure I was safe and found my way at that big airport. I am writing this review to make sure she gets some recognition for her exceptional customer service!!! I haven't come accross someone so sweet and engaged with her customer. She demonstrated so many great qualities and made my check in seamless. Thank you again for being so kind!

Staff is friendly, generally nice aesthetic. Front desk was helpful in attempting to resolve the issue. Rooms however smell like a locker room. Asked to have new sheets put on first room, only to find out the mattress and pillows smell like man sweat has been soaked in. Literally smells like a teenage boys bedroom. 2nd room same problem. Looking for a relaxing refreshing sleep, search elsewhere!!! I travel 25 weeks of the year, will not be back to this location unless they have replaced their bedding/pillows. Disgusting

2001 called and they want their AC back. The AC made such a horrible noise all night so I failed to get good sleep. Also, the toilet kept running every 15-20 mins. The hotel is nice with updated lobby and bathrooms but fails to provide comfort and quiet you need in a hotel room. Also, I need an earlier shuttle time to make early report times at the airport as a crew member.

Rooms were clean, and nice enough service, but will not stay again. Titanium level, so I travel a lot, but hotel charges for parking, without even asking if I have a car, and there is parking for free everywhere. The worse was they gave me a coupon to use for credit, but instead of taking $10 off bill, they added $10. So black coffee and yogurt were $22. I complained and she said it will wash out later, it never did.

Shey, hope, and the other staff are really courteous and helpful. The rooms are great and place is well maintained. I have been coming for weeks and they make you feel welcome and like it's home.

Hope was amazing! After the airline lost my luggage, I got to the hotel hungry and exhausted. Her bubbly personality just made my day. Thank you Hope. You are a true asset to this location.
