I wish I could give a zero because I would. This by far was the worst hotel I have ever been to. The first room we checked into was dirty because of blood stains. Bathroom had dirt on floor….hair all over the place. We went to the office to get a new room and the only reply we received from them was “so you need new sheets?” Not a single ounce of the employee caring or being shocked. The sheets we were given to replace ourselves at 12:30AM also had stains. The next morning we talked to the front desk and AGAIN to apology, luckily did get our room switched…this room was even worse. Hair all over bed sheets and there were stains again. Bathroom even grosser than the first. I tried calling the number, but no one is available on weekends of course. So I had to change the sheets again myself and clean the floors. The wash clothes were black after I got done cleaning. The general manger Kriss Washington didn’t seem to care what so ever when we came to the office Monday. Again no apology given. She only cared that our room was switched didn’t care about how we been living only that someone tried helping us out and giving us a different room. She then said “I’ll switch you in a room that I looked at today.” The thing is if she looked at it and is the general manager she probably needs more training because this room smelled like I just got down change smoking three boxes of cigarettes. With this being said she basically said we can either take that room or cancel our reservation, we are staying a month so people who don’t smoke cigarettes and have asthma shouldn’t have that as an only option. She told all of her employees they were not allowed to have our room switched when none of the problems with the rooms was because we were being high maintenance. Just wanted to be able to stay in a clean room with sheets that do not have hair on them.

Could be a great stay but they are not keeping up on the maintenance of their rooms. My room had no TP holder it was broken off, the shower head was busted. Water leaking out the sides. They don't supply your rooms and you have to ask for everything and no coffee pots available. Everything is on order is what they say. I have stayed in a Houston one and it was 3 stars better. I don't understand how they can run a place with such mis-management. The people at the desk are great and try to do what they can. I feel bad for them.

DO NOT STAY HERE. There are homeless people all over the property, I told staff about a man sitting and blocking the stairs and was told he was fine where he was; I was then awoken at 2 AM after the staff had gone home by cops removing the man the man with a bullhorn and sirens. In the morning there was human urine and trash all over the steps. Your key will randomly turn off with no explanation. You will not ever be able to find staff, I suggest checking all of the property and when you still can’t find them go to the laundry room and knock until the kind housekeeper will get your key fixed; in her words “I’m not even supposed to do this”. I was informed by the front desk that one of the cars in the property “might be stolen”. Denver has 39 car thefts a day and this hotel doesn’t register cars or give hanging tags. I also witnessed homeless people sleeping in their cars on the property. I understand homelessness is an epidemic, but Denver’s violet crime rates are higher than the national average and higher than most major cities, myself and my partner are small women. It’s a miracle that they somehow have 4 stars on google. Do not stay here!! The police put victims of crimes and witnesses to crimes in the building as well, which just adds to the safety concerns. The rooms are disgusting; dirty walls, dirty floors, dirty showers, no hot water in the kitchen areas, washers that don’t spin your clothes, etc. I was waiting to get lice or bedbugs my first week there. Ultimately the price was ridiculous for no staff help, being locked out and all my safety concerns. If you want to always be looking over your shoulder, want to live near bio-hazards and love carrying pepper spray with you, this is the place for you!

I don't know how this has a 4.0 rating. I arrived and waited forever for the front desk person to arrive and check me in. She approached the desk coughing, barely had a voice so could tell she was sick. I also looked at pics of the room when searching and they did not look like what they are. Got to my room, and felt so dirty. Food still stuck to the countertop table, the smell was horrible, the walk ways to the rooms had trash sitting out and spills of some sort that also made it smelly. The rooms are not sound proof, I could hear others easily and the traffic from outside clearly. I walked back out and went to another hotel. Didn't even bother to officially check out. Hotel Management: With the condition of the room, imagine other rooms are the same so there is absolutely nothing that could be done immediately to remedy all those issues? And one can stay a few blocks away from not much more $$ and have great accommodations which I did.

Close to the hospital but the rooms are all dirty and smelly. They never mop the floors in these ESA's!! We had to change rooms as soon as we got there because the entire window in the windowsill was completely caked and nasty dark mold! Later that day somebody else was in that room for the night. I can't believe they would re-rent it without fixing it or even cleaning up after us! Try somewhere else- anywhere else! Sketchy people everywhere, smoking and cigarette smells coming through the huge cracks in the door, people hanging out drinking beer and partying on the walkway outside of our door. Someone was parked in the handicap spot but the employee absolutely refused to do anything about it so we could not use it. Hate him.

Horrible, horrible hotel and experience. Do not recommend. Planned a 7 day stay for 3 of us. Confirmed in a room with 2 queens, we were put in a room with 2 full beds. Really? The room was filthy, there was visible damage and deterioration of surfaces everywhere. Shower controls were flaky, toilet was not secured to floor. No coffee pot in room. No ice for guests. Impossible to work in room because of noise from other guests. We checked out and went back home because we could not find an alternative place to stay that was affordable on short notice. Sent complaint emails to manager and to ESA corporate. No response at all. Will never go to an ESA hotel again. Ruined our vacation.

Very poor customer service, the new lady they hired "Maria", if that is her name, has poor customer service skills. As soon as walking in, she had an attitude, stepped away from counter for long periods of time when trying to handle my issue. I advised I wanted to check out and receive a refund for my days that weren't going to be used, she said she had to make some phone calls to ensure she could do it, come back numerous times with an attitude and said she is still working on it. She told me I would have to come back the next day to get my refund when the team lead was sitting in back, and she was the one to come out and handle the situation after I raised my voice for my issue. No hot water and rooms lack cleaning. The drugs that go on in the parking lot is ridiculous. After you stay 30-days your stay is supposed to be tax free, well its not, and they are still charging you taxes. Have yet to receive my refund for my days that I didn't stay there and my taxes.

I do not recommend this place. The pictures online do not reflect the battered state of the rooms or the breakfast (just coffee). Pick a different spot. People were outside speaking loudly at all hours of the night. Everything was old and felt dirty. The curtains had mysterious brown smudges on them. I stayed in late October in Colorado and the only blanket provided was a sheet.

-Travel nurse friendly- -pet friendly- I was skeptical due to the reviews but my experience at the hotel was much different! Staff is super friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean, and I also like that this hotel has hardwood floors because I’ve got pets. I love love love Kriss the GM she was very friendly ! Overall I had a pleasant experience , nothing like the other reviews .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Extended Stay of America hotel and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. However, what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service I received from Jackie. From the moment I checked in, Jackie went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. She was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns I had. Her warm personality and positive attitude made me feel right at home. Overall, I would highly recommend the Extended Stay of America hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would like to give a special shoutout to Jackie for her outstanding customer service. Thank you for making my stay such a memorable one!

I stayed at Extended Stay America at Cherry Creek for two nights and overall had a good experience. The room is decent, equipped with a big refrigerator and microwave. The room is definitely not spacious or modern but meets my need. The location is ok, on two arterial roads (Alameda and Colorado) but not very convenient to get to city center if you don't drive. The hotel is nested in a big shopping center so that's nice.

All hotel rooms should be like these — at least in terms of having a refrigerator and a way to cook. It made my stay so much easier, and so much less expensive by being able to cook pretty much whatever I wanted myself. And that they did this without charging me an arm and a leg suggests to me that there's no good reason that this shouldn't be the standard. The service staff was very friendly, and having on-site laundry was really helpful. The Wi-Fi wants to offer to charge you for premium service when you first sign into it, suggesting that you will need it to stream video — but the free version works just fine for that, and it met all my needs without having to shell out more money. It didn't feel throttled at all, except for the very rare occasion where there was a service interruption. Most of my complaints are nitpicks — but there were a bunch of 'em, so they add up. While the room overall appeared clean, the floors were quite dirty, as walking on them barefoot revealed. The curtains on the window don't properly close, which meant I had to clip them shut using items I had with me to get proper privacy in the room. The lack of a plug-in accessible on the side of the bed with the nightstand was irritating in the age of the cell phone. A shelf inside of the refrigerator fell out as soon as I tried to use it, and looks like it had barely been suspended in there and was already partly broken when I went to use it. When I renewed for a second and third week, my key cards stopped working each time without warning, and I had to go to the office to get them renewed — didn't even get a heads up first, meaning I could have easily gotten stuck outside my room at a critical time. At one point my stove top stopped working, and it took two days from it being reported for them to do anything about it. The vending machines which it advertises were nowhere to be found, apparently out for repairs the whole time I was there. Part way through my stay, they started to be quite a bit of noise somewhere above me, even at odd hours of the night — I've stayed in hotels with rooms above me many times, and this is the first time that's ever been a problem. I could also, at one point, hear my next door neighbor getting a phone call through the wall. And lastly, when I went to try to take an actual bath in the bathtub, the drain wouldn't shut for me to do it, despite having a built-in stopper. None of these things are a big deal in and of themselves, but I feel like the list of irritating things was a bit too long to warrant five stars.

The bathtub had not been cleaned . There's only 3 pillows on the bed, so my friend tried to call the front desk for more pillows, but no one was there to help. The room was comfortable enough, although several devices didn't work. It's right behind the Super Target in Glendale.

The staff here is very helpful and friendly they do the best they can to keep rooms clean and comfortable and if you are complaining you should put yourself in their shoes. The staff here cannot control everything but they do the best. My baby boy resided with me for a couple of days and everyone was very kind and respectful and helpful to me. I will say I like that I don’t have to make a security deposit for the rooms so that is why the rooms is not perfect quality. You get what you pay for. Yes , There are local residents who have been here a long time for temporary housing because it’s Extended Stay. That’s expected. For someone like me having a room to stay in without paying a high price is a luxury to me. I’ve been in way worse places. I believe it’s a fair price for the location and quality and service considering there’s no security deposit. Thank you Extended Stay staff !

The two lovely ladies at the front desk (Jacque and a lovely young blonde woman who’s name I didn’t catch) were incredibly accommodating to us and our pets while staying here. We had to leave our home due to an emergency and they were able to get us in right away to a nice room with all the amenities we needed. Thank you so much to the staff here for being so kind and courteous when we were in desperate need of a place to stay (:

I've been staying at the Extended Stay in Glendale for a few months now. Overall my stay has been great! I don't really understand some of the negative reviews I've read. The grounds are kept clean and it's quiet. Housekeeping is always checking in to see if I need anything. They spend a lot of time cleaning each room so the reviews stating that rooms were dirty seem strange to me. The staff is helpful and friendly, especially Moriah who always goes above and beyond to make my stay here great. I really have nothing but positives about this place. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

I checked in late because of a late flight. As soon as I opened the door I could see the floors were dirty. Once I walked into my room the floors were sticky. The bed and bathroom looked ok, the kitchen very dated. By then it’s midnight, I’m tired. I took a hand towel from the bathroom, wet it down and wiped down the dirty floors. The white hand towel was black with dirt and something else. It was disgusting. I took pictures. With the floor cleaner I went to bed and slept well. On Friday I received a call that my father was very ill and I needed to fly back home. So I went to the hotel office and told them I wanted to check out early. Danielle the manager told me it was too late to checkout Friday but that she would check me out Saturday morning and email me my recipe. We rechecked to be sure she had my correct email. I gave her my room key and left. It’s Saturday there was no email, none on Sunday either. Sunday I called the hotel and talked to Sam the front desk person. I asked if he could tell me if I was checked out Saturday. He said he had no access to that information and couldn’t get it for me. I asked to talk to a manager and he said there was none there and he didn’t know if one would be in today 11/12/23 or the next day. He did not seem to care at all. Such bad customer service. I would appreciate a email with my recipe for my stay. I should not be charged for 3 nights because I told Danielle I was checking out early. Please contact me Thank You

If you plan on staying longer than a couple months, I would strongly advise against it. The moment you become exempt from the Lodgers Tax is the same moment all respect and decency go out there window. The district manager, Jesse, lives on the property with his wife and 3 children. They park in handicap parking spots and hoard hotel supplies for personal use. Feel free to reach out to me privately for more information about this place. I stayed here for 18 months and my partner worked for this location during that time. 2 stars because of its location and pet policy.

The room was a disaster, not very clean, the long gray hair on the mirror was gross, behind the bathroom door has never been mopped. Stains and scratches on all surfaces, trim is peeling off in the bathroom. The drug deal that occurred outside of my window was unsettling and attributed to my not being able to sleep on the hard as rock bed. I booked this as you’re a partner with the American Cancer Society and I’ll let them know of my concerns. I’ll never stay here again.

The head manager at this location was professional & had great customer service. This carried on to the team she lead as well, the room was clean & staff members were extremely helpful!

I know this hotel has a good average google review score, but trust me, it is not great. As soon as I checked in I started to feel like I made the wrong decision. There is a blatant, bodega style security camera that has you looking at yourself like a crime reply video— red flag #1. It is advertised as “extended stay” and with kitchen amenities—but you have to physically go to the office and ask for any necessary plates or cups or even silverware. The rooms are not clean. There was a room a few doors down with broken glass and patched with a pizza box. Overall, don’t waste your time attempting to save money, spend the extra 100 bucks to stay elsewhere.

Stayed here for two nights and honestly thought it was a good fair deal for the price and not to mention the area is choice if youre traveling for work and need a couple things theres a Target within walking distance. Super quick and easy check in/out. Room was clean and bed was clean. Could use some more supportive pillows is all. Otherwise I was completely content during my stay.

Moriah, Eric & Tim were consistently amazing not only to myself but with my children as well. Housekeeping employees awesome as well(sorry I don't know their names). Anthony not really as friendly. Clean Rooms and the kitchenette was a huge money saver. My only disappointment is no laundry room during the main building remodeling. But it still earns 5 Stars.✨⭐

It is not the place to be. There is NEVER anyone at the front desk after 2pm. If your keys don't work you will be waiting at least an hour. If you are checking in after 2, you will be waiting at least 30-60 minutes for anyone to help you. It is definitely not worth the price. It is probably the worse hotel service I have ever seen and I've worked in them for 20 years. Marla in the mornings, is literally the only person who actually works as far as front desk agents go.

Booked a 9 day stay a week in advance and they called me today (day we are suppose to check-in) and inform me that they are fully booked and they couldn't have us. I am driving 16 hours from Texas moving to Denver and receive the call during my trip, 6 hours away from the hotel. This really doesn't effect me too bad because there are so many hotels in the area and I can get another.. but it did dampen my entire set up for the week I needed to stay in Denver. out-of-towners- Be mindful that your trip might get canceled on you same day you anticipate to arrive.

I have actually stayed at this property multiple times over the last 10 years and it just keeps getting better and better. I just want to give a shout- out to Moriah Loftis that was working at the front desk at the Extended Stay America., 9624 Cherry Creek. She went far & beyond to make my stay enjoyable. She knew her job very well and her personality & willingness to help were outstanding. Keep up the good work. One Happy Customer Rooms need to be updated & fresh paint & carpet

Staying because a house offer didn’t get accepted, there was forty other offers…. Needed a place quick and picked this Extended Stay in Glendale because of the reviews. Denvers housing market has made my stay a little more extended than I wanted it to be…. but I’m happy with the place.

Stayed here for an event and everyone was very helpful. When I checked in front desk was nice and polite. The rooms were clean, smelled awesome. The housekeeper Chani was very friendly and helpful with small things I needed while I was there. Would definitely come back here for the next event.

Highly recommend staying at this hotel wether it's for business or to keep stagnation out of your life. I have rented many different rooms at this location and each has clean and stocked with its proper amenities. The staff are accommodating, humble, and hardworking

I had a few problems with my toilet and my keys but those were the only negatives. The positives are that this place has mini kitchens, is super welll lit at night and there is always parking. It’s also located around soooo many shopping centers, an urgent care, and dollar store! Jackie up front was the reason I extended my stay here even more! She was empathetic, kind and really helpful whenever I voiced any concerns or issues I had. She continued to check in with me during my stay and was super accomodating. Service like that is exactly the kind all hotels should strive to have! The prices and pet friendly rooms are exactly the reason I picked this place! :)

Eric at the front desk is the best. Superior customer service. In town firva memorial service, we needed a room and saw the Extended Stay America as we drove down the road. Stopping in just to check it out, Eric made our stay possible, and saved the day. Kudos to ESA for having such great staff.

I had to edit my review from a 5 to a 1. Don't stay here. It's not worth it. Some staff are great, but that won't help with the manager. On my last night, my key card stopped working and I got it fixed before leaving for a work function. When I arrived late at night after my key card had stopped working again, I found no night staff present and the outdoor phone to reach the staff already left ringing. I called their corporate number and the representative unsuccessfully tried to reach both the staff and the manager. I waited in 17ºF weather for another 20 minutes knocking on the door and trying to get my keycard to register on the panel of my room while calling the corporate call center again only to have them attempt and fail to reach staff and the manager before the call was disconnected. After knocking on the front door again with no answer, I opted to walk to another hotel while sobbing in frustration (Staybridge Suites, they are awesome stay there!) and booked a room there with no belongings and no phone charger, hoping that my phone would stay charged enough so that I wouldn't miss my alarm to get up for my flight the following morning. When I walked back to Staybridge, the front desk was already on the phone with the manager talking about the issues the night before and I chimed up saying that I wasn't able to get in or reach anyone to help. The individual mentioned that I wasn't the only person who faced this issue. They apologized and said there was an issue with the phones and the night staff. I had to catch a flight so I didn't have time to ask for compensation for the night I wasn't able to get into my room. I followed up with corporate and they tried to help, but the manager at this location insisted that: 1. the keycards sometimes don't work in the cold 2. the staff was present and on-site but assisting other customers and I didn't actually wait 45 minutes walking around the building, calling, and knocking on the front door. 3. it was probably my fault that my keycard didn't work and that I wouldn't be reimbursed I just wanted a refund for the day that their facilities failed and weren't properly staffed forcing me to stay elsewhere to avoid freezing on the streets. They completely refused a reasonable request and instead I paid double for a night at a different location. Don't stay here, the price isn't worth it if you consider any sort of basic customer service important when you stay.

read this before booking this hotel !! I stayed here for about 1 week and although I asked for a hair dryer 4-5 times, they did not want to find it in any way and did not want to provide it to me.Although I reported her to the reception, the general manager directly asked me to vacate the room and they called the police and kick me out.If you want something you need here check out the take out option. If your room card is broken, after 6pm. you have to wait 20-30 minutes for a receptionist to come.Rooms have a useless small TV and dirty stained carpets. most importantly, the rooms smell of dampness.!!! please consider this when asking for something they have rude managers …..

If I could I would rate this 0 stars. I booked a room in this suite. The front desk seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. Once he gave us our room key, we went to the room and noticed that there was someone else staying there. We go back to the front office and tell the guy about the situation. The front desk just started smirking. He said the only thing he could do was offer us a refund. When I looked at the refund he was $20 less than I paid for and my information and I.D. was listed under someone else name. The front desk just kept smirking and kept saying " Sorry Bro, I can't do anything and it's not my fault."

The rooms are serviceable as long as you're only sleeping there. But if you book expressly because you need a kitchen, you'll probably be disappointed. The kitchens are pretty inconvenient (no tools unless requested to desk, but availability is first come first serve and VERY limited; no oven; stoves are a little finnicky; etc). Hotel staff was very nice though!
