UPDATE… I have received a refund from the hotel for the questioned fee after following the procedure outlined in their response. Upon reviewing my bill after a recent stay, I found a charge that was not included in my Rate Details provided when making my reservation. The charge, for something called APT CONV FEE isn’t very apparent, so I asked. Turns out this charge is an airport fee that they have because they are located on airport property, according to Montserrat the employee providing the information. Again, not very apparent since the property is 13 miles from the airport! This charge is assessed per day, per room.

I booked a reservation at this hotel when my flight in Orlando was canceled and they put me on a flight to Denver to catch a connecting flight home. I booked this hotel because it advertises airport shuttle. I called and they would not provided me with an airport shuttle I explained that was the whole reason for making a reservation was that I had a delay and needed to go back and forth to the airport by shuttle. I said I would need to cancel my reservation if they could not provide a shuttle. The lady stated I would be charged because it was less then a 24 hour notice. I made the reservation with less than 24 hours. It would have been impossible to give a 24 hour notice but they would not honor what they advertised. I asked to speak to the general manager. The lady stated she could not give me the general managers information and I would need to call back in the morning. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and un helpful in this situation.

Very nice rooms , especially for longer stays. Nice indoor pool and hot tub next to the workout room. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, a lot of them within walking distance. Breakfast is really pretty good as compared to other motels I have stayed at. Also, a free Wednesday social free beers and wine in the evening . I definitely enjoyed my stay ☺️

Hotel served its need, as it was clean, open spaced and near airport with shuttle. All employees were super nice. Disappointed in the breakfast & evening happy hour (very small choices); and bathroom sink it terribly designed (not the hotel's fault). Sink counter is extremely high and sink too far from front of counter. One has to stand on toes and lean fully forward in order to use the sink itself properly - can't see how shorter people or families with kids can use it w/o standing on a chair.

Angie checked us in and she was such a friendly and informative team member. Great service to begin our stay. The room is a little tired or I would have given a 5.

Would have been 5 stars, however the pool was out of order. That was a bummer. Would be nice if there was a bar to relax in. Not a big deal though.

Very convenient for aviation professionals and contractors working DIA. Clean rooms. Front desk staff are very polite. The staff does a great job with the breakfast bar.

** UPDATE: I do not always post negative comments, but also give credit when credit is due. We'll unfortunately it did take extra time, however after I contacted Hilton HQ, I received a call and emails from Luis, General Manager, who made the situation better by refunding the last night + several HHHonors points. The last night of our stay was HORRENDOUS; first, at ~2045 I had to stop kids (~ages 10-13) from racing down the hallway, then ~2145 I had to ask individuals visiting the next room 426, what was wrong because they were letting a ~2 year old baby girl yell/cry in the hallway by my door because she was obviously upset that she couldn't swim anymore. Later, ~2345 after the front desk failed to ask Room 426 to keep the noise down I had to confront the guests myself only to have a tall thin young man ~age 30 become aggressive until I told him to step back. The young lady w/ him sent him down with the kids, and I agreed not to call the Denver Police as long as they kept it down the rest of the night -- she agreed. Then, I was awakened again ~0045 when I started calling the front desk again times between then and 0400 to complain of noise next door [jumping, running, yelling, laughing, load music], only to be told we'll contact General Manager several times, which apparently they never did, and they would speak w/ Rm 426, maybe they did, and when I asked for them to call police for disturbance they refused and said I had to do it, finally what broke the camels back was when the front desk began picking up phone and hanging up on me ~0330. I finally had to call Denver Police myself, and they said they spoke w/ the occupants, but could not remove them without front desk asking them. When awoken again, I demanded to speak w/ General Manager, but was told -- Sir, it's 0330, I said -- exactly!!! Supposedly, the next room occupants were finally removed by Denver Police, according to the front desk the next AM, and they were removed and charged an additional $300 when they were caught in another room. The next day, I asked front desk to speak w/ General Manager Luis, but he never came out to see me or called. I called the front desk ~8 times, but NO HELP -- WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE MY FAMILY HAS EVER HAD IN ANY HOTEL. Finally, please know that the additional Airport Fee of $6.95 should be included in upfront taxes/fees when receiving quotes -- this is misleading, and I'm not sure this is even legal. ***

Great location. Clean and spacious room, very comfortable beds. Used the hotel shuttle, which was very convenient with great service. Lots of restaurant choices within walking distance.

Airport convenience fee for 7.00? Please. This is a franchised hotel and it shows by the owner’s greed. Adding a fee that can’t be explained is ridiculous. The tub was cracked, bathroom sink didn’t drain and the chairs at the table were torn and ragged… You can refund my “fee” or I’ll charge back the entire stay

The room itself was big, clean, and mostly very comfortable. The only real complaints about the actual stay were the loud HVAC unit, and being stuck in a first floor room (for some reason there wasn't the option to pick a room at check in as most Hilton properties allow). Minor complaints, for sure. The stay was the most expensive on our 10-night trip, but it was also the nicest. The problem came after checking out, when I checked the emailed receipt once at the airport. They had charged an "airport convenience fee" of $6.95 as if that was a legitimate thing to do. I called to ask why I was being charged this fee, and was told it was disclosed on the website. When I mentioned that I shouldn't have to dig through their website to find a hidden fee, and that I booked through the app, I was told it was disclosed in the app. I later searched and searched both the app and website, and couldn't find it, not that it would have changed anything if I had. I asked to have the fee removed, and was transferred to the general manager's email; he never called back. I responded to the Hilton survey, and was told "the apt fee. is not added after the reservation. is paid when you make the reservation," which is completely false. I paid nothing up front, and the confirmation did not include the fee. I responded, requesting again to have it removed, and did not receive a response. I tried everything, and resorted to disputing the charge with my credit card issuer, which is disappointing because I know they paid me for it, and the hotel is getting away with it. Unfortunately, this was one of two stays at a Hilton property on just this trip that had big issues, and I don't think I can trust that Hilton is there to support its guests like it used to be.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. My room and the general public were clean and in good condition. The pool was in good condition but the pool room was very cold. Front desk staff A++.

My wife and I were on vacation here in Colorado and came down to Denver from the mountains to stay in a lower elevation before flying home. We found this location close to the airport which was convenient. This hotel was super clean. Very nice staff. Great place to stay. Keep up the good work Team!!!

I had a reservation set by my company and i payed incidental. A one time fee and the company would pay the rest. I was charged daily until i froze my card and had to text my team lead and bank. No apology, no details on how it was mixed up. If your company makes a reservation, based on my leads advice, you do not pay incidental or fees. Not the best place but its doable.

Very nice big rooms for a reasonable price staff was great. There were several places to eat around the hotel. There was an airport shuttle and it was a easy ride to and from the airport. Breakfast was hot and well stocked. Only complaint was an odd smell in the room and noisy wall neighbors.

Tried to cancel our booking over a week beforehand because of flight changes and were told we only could refunded if we booked for another day, so we did, but now we have 2 charges and still haven’t been able to get our refund. It’s already taken over 3 hours on the phone just trying to get it sorted - don’t stay here unless you’re 100% positive your flights will be when expected.

Pretty nice location. They have an excellent common area on the main floor. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. My room was not well lit, but was clean and comfortable.
