We arrived to find a fire truck blocking the entrance so we had to go around back to get into the place. The elevators were broke and we stayed on the fourth floor. When I checked in they told me I had to pay for parking but when I reserved the room I prepaid for parking. He looked at my reservation and acknowledged that I wouldn’t be charged for parking. I registered my vehicle and it didn’t send me a link so I did it again and then received 2 links via text. The room was nice and we checked out without issue. About a week later I was charged $20 to my credit card. Spent 45 minutes holding to get to speak to the hotel to find out that they were “backed up” processing my checkout and they had charged me for parking. At first she told me I parked for 2 nights which I did not and then she told me it was because I registered my car twice. My receipt shows that I prepaid for parking and they refunded me the money without issue. I do not appreciate the random charge almost a full week after I stayed nor do I appreciate having to call them to get my money back. Be careful as they will try to sneak in charges well after checking out.

    1. Said they would text when my room (handicapped) was ready. No text. Said it was first-come-first-served. Forgot to mention at ck-in that they were doing a fire alarm test in 30 minutes. 2. Carpet was ripped about 15 inches with threads still attached so you could trip on them at the entrance of the bathroom. I asked service to bring scissors to fix, and she handed them to me at the door, like I was supposed to get down on the floor and do the repairs myself. 3. One hook for towel and no hooks or way to hang robe/clothes on in bathroom. 4. Hairdryer didn't work. Called and asked for a replacement. It never came. Went to lobby with wet hair to ask about dinner at the restaurant/bar mentioned on their app. Said they were too busy to bring the hairdryer and that there was no restaurant or bar food at this Hyatt location. It was after dark, and I didn't want to walk solo to look for food. 5. Early flight. Up @ 5 AM. Coffee pot didn't work. He brought me a new one, and it didn't work either. He brought me coffee from the lobby. Thank you! 6. I canceled my Hyatt membership. Never again!

The worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. I checked in for 2 nights. The hotel is fairly clean and the rooms are nice size suites. Here’s the problem; 3:25am somebody knocks on my door, room 315, and then proceeded to open the door. Fortunately I had the safety lock on and therefore the door was only able to open a few inches but someone had an active room key that unlocked my door. It’s was really startling. I spoke to multiple “managers” the next morning and their response was “ they would inform the GM”. To my surprise, I never heard a peep from the GM or anyone else for that matter. Folks, avoid this hotel and look at the several other options in Aurora Colorado. I wouldn’t wish that experience on anyone.

Room was great, customer service not so much. The first couple of nights we had no house keeping. We called and requested clean towels to which the front desk woman said "be right up" and never showed up. The following morning we had to go down stairs to retrieve our own towels. Our last two nights there we had a woman named Shelia helping us out. She completely turned our experience around. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. There is free breakfast from 6am-9am nice little selection to choose from. The shuttle bus was also prompt and very professional.

The room was ok,could have bigger beds, when we called to reserve room asked if they had a pool, yes they said, but nobody could tell us the pool was not working or open,as we had 4 kids that were excited to play in the pool. The people at front desk helping people should let people know these things, when a person spends good money they should have have access to everything.never again will we stay with Hyatt place.needless to say they did not offer anything or a price change as they should have, all they could say is sorry.

This place went into my friends room and checked her out of the room after telling her they had extended her reservation, waited for us to leave and then removed all of our stuff from the room without our permission and put it in the office up front because HER CREDIT CARD DECLINED...my friend literally has well over 40,000 points and is a higher ranked member with them and this is how they treated her for a decline. No phone call to ask for a different card, nothing!!! Checked us out of the room without a word or heads up and didn't even bother to leave a note or explain where our stuff was or why we all of a sudden didn't have a hotel room to sleep in and instead were forced to sleep in our car in the cold. Despicable. Terrible service. No care at a for their guests. Literally created a nightmare over something any other hotel with even just one star rating would have handled with a simple phone call instead of creating a huge problem and violating our privacy and trapping us in the cold after it was too late to even get a different room because nobody said anything the entire day and it was late when we came back. I've never been more blown away by an experience than this one! Unprofessional and disrespectful. You are just a dollar sign to this hotel, not a person. And they have no problem showing it too. I will never ever go here again. Ever. Very disappointed I used to like this hotel. Until this of course. The front desk staff is the main problem here, especially the male who works mornings. Terrible person. Do your self a favor and turn around and walk out and go ANYWHERE else if you want to be treated even somewhat civily.

Airport pick up shuttle is on call only. When we arrived at the airport, we called the hotel at given number more than 10 times not once did anyone pick up the call and we ended up taking taxi. Return shuttles you have to place your name on list early on , they told us they only have 1 seat on our preferred time and other shuttle will not leave for over 1.5 hours. Rooms are decent , had to request house keeping multiple times and still did not come till the next day.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, upon arrival, I was told the bar was open. I told the bar manager I would be back after dropping off my luggage. He said fine. When I returned he was on a break and wouldn't be back for 30 minutes. No one else could serve me or my friend. We left and went elsewhere. We were exhausted and just needed to relax.

We had a good experience staying at this hotel from Oct 12 to Oct 16. Our room was clean, mattress was comfortable and hotel staff (including housekeeping staff) was friendly. Special thanks to Ernie for preemptively providing 2 baby blankets for our infant and to Cristina for wonderful breakfast everyday. Shuttle service was good. P.S - we were in room 222 and our bathroom was a bit small. And we thought the parking was free but apparently they have recently started charging $12 per night.

This hotel is in a great location especially if you will need to get to the airport during or after your stay. Service was great; zero complaints there! The rooms were clean but could use some remodeling, especially the carpet. I would not mind staying there again. The prices were fair when compared with the other hotels around. They also offered shuttle to the airport which is awesome. FYI parking is just under $15 a night.

Had to head here after a pipe burst and caused flooding at my home on Thanksgiving..it popped up as available on a holiday, thankfully! So nice and welcoming and check in super easy..had to add a night and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Pool is amazing and room was spotless and way bigger than expected..I might go back just to go and I live 5 minutes away!

One of the reasons that I utilize Hyatt is because I always love that I know exactly what I can expect. Hyatt hotels are always clean. There is a standard of service that is respectable. However, For this stay I did not have the Hyatt experience. When I first arrived the man at the front desk was Slumped back in his chair, and acted as though he was too bothered to serve anyone. I was able to get my key quickly but you have to pay for parking here even if you are a Hyatt member and even if you are staying in a room which doesn’t really make a lot of sense to me. When I looked at the signage outside, if you were a Discover, you do not have to pay parking however, inside though he greeted me as a Hyatt member I still had to pay parking . Additionally, he showed me the thing I had to scan to pay for parking and he sat there, and looked at me like I was bothering him, being his presence at the front desk when there was nobody behind me, because it was late at night. I wanted to get an alcoholic beverage and some snacks however, he made it to where I no longer wanted to interact with him. I feel it’s very unprofessional to sit at a front desk chair like you’re in your own home. As you enter the elevator, it is not in great condition. The carpet in the hallway is rundown. The actual rooms are gross. They were clean however the carpets were just very dingy the Couch was bleached. The kickboards are peeling away. The paint in the room needs touching up. I was also super irritated because I was placed next to some kind of generator room where an electrical noise kept turning on and off every 10 minutes. Additionally, whomever checks on the rooms did not check to make sure that the alarm clock was not set and it was set for 3 AM not only was it set for 3 AM but the buttons on the alarm clock clock did not work well, and I had to turn on the light in order to smash the buttons to turn it off. The breakfast was messy and breakfast was OK at best . As I mentioned before, I usually do not mind paying a little bit extra at Hyatt, because I know that I am going to get exceptional service and an exceptionally cleaned room. However, I feel that I could’ve spent less at a budget hotel nearby, and gotten the same service and cleanliness

The front desk agents are the only good thing about this property. Rooms: They had popcorn ceilings. Popcorn ceilings are known to be bad for your respiratory system. Additionally, the bathroom wall was warped. Service: We waited over an hour in the cold for a shuttle at the airport. The shuttle driver blamed traffic, but I could see on my map and with my eyes, that there wasn’t traffic. The front desk was apologetic, and even assisted with food recommendations. Breakfast: We went down at 7:30 AM for breakfast and everything was gone, including the juice. The only thing available was cereal with cow's milk. Location: Quiet and semi-close to the airport. Overall, I wouldn’t stay at the property again, however, I think the lack of quality fits the price.

Convenient location close to airport rental cars and eating places. Great stopover place before heading out to the mountain if you need to pickup people from airport next day or waiting before heading out. Breakfast was decent and staff were friendly and helpful

Great place to stay if you are looking for a hotel near the airport. It's 15 minutes away. They are friendly and the room was spacious. Breakfast was free and better than expected. There are a few good restaurants within a few minutes walking distance.

Despite being called an airport hotel it's about a 15 to 20 minute drive from the airport. Longer with traffic. They do have a shuttle that runs every 45 minutes to and from the airport though. Definitely great service, the beds were a bit stiff. The free coffee in the morning is worth noting as being better than other places I have had.

Had a great experience. Front desk ladies were amazing. My flight from united airlines canceled and I was forced to stay overnight in Denver. This hotel had the best service! Shuttle was timely and all the staff was amazing. Made a bad situation much better.

For the price it’s good. I’ve stayed in two airport hotel rooms the last two nights (Seattle & Denver). This one is larger, cleaner, nicer, more updated and cheaper. Win. Edit: been here a bit longer and witnessed/experiences extremely nice service by multiple staff the next morning at breakfast. Above and beyond two thumbs up..

Got there at the end of a terrible day and they made us feel amazing. Super caring, friendly, and attentive staff. Close proximity to the airport and everything you'll need for dining and your-luggage-didn't-make-it-on-the-plane-with-you issues. The rooms are a nice size, very clean and well furnished. This is not a 5-star hotel but it has easily a 5-star staff and service.

This Hyatt could use some improvements. 1.) The hallway (on the 3rd floor) smelled of cigarette smoke or some chemical cleaner. A couple walking down the hallway were talking about the smell as well. 2.) Our room didn’t have any sheets, blankets, or pillows for the pull-out bed. 3.) The pull-out bed and shower wasn’t very clean. When I was showering, I didn’t want to touch anything around me. 4.) There were no towels at the swimming pool. I had to notify the front desk, which isn’t too bad, but it would be nice to have it stocked. A few gentlemen who were there before us had to bring towels from their rooms. 5.) Pool area could be cleaner. 6.) No body lotion in the room. The gentleman who checked me in was nice and friendly. The other lady didn’t smile, but did her job. Nothing against the two employees that I saw. Complaints are more about the hotel. I was there for one night with my family (3 kids all 11 and younger). We checked-in in the evening and left at 3 AM for an early flight. We weren’t there very long, but I will most likely look for a different hotel if I’m back in the area. (Stayed at the Hyatt Place in Westminster, and it was much better.)

The hotel was nice. Odd bathroom layout, but for one night, it's no big deal. The staff was very nice. Darrion helped us check out and get the airport shuttle. They offer a free airport shuttle, and it was able to drop us off at the airport at its scheduled time (runs every 45min starting at 4am).

I’m a Hyatt Gold Member, but was unimpressed by this hotel. We were put in a handicap room when none of us had handicaps. I’m 6’2” and everything in the room was at a 4’ person’s level. The mattress needs replacing and had a sink hole in the middle. The hotel staff was wonderful and accommodating. I love the ladies at the front desk. I was in this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights and breakfast never changed. It was the same thing; cold scrambled eggs, soggy bacon and yogurt. No real variety. Not complaining but just stating my experience.

One of my favorite hotels I have stayed in. We picked this one because of the shuttle to the airport. We were able to get a early morning shuttle to the airport and it was a comfortable ride. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. My daughter loved the pool. We didn’t eat breakfast but it looked like they had a good selection to choose from

The room was very spacious, which was very nice. The bed was very comfortable, which is always a big plus. 2 sinks, fridge, writing desk, big couch, decent TV. The room had lots of scrapes/dents/dings and looked like it hadn't been "touched up" in a couple of years. That didn't bother me, personally, though for what they charge, I'd have expected better. Fortunately, I booked through a discount site. The breakfast is nothing to write home about. Eggs were pretty watery. No bacon, but they had some sausages. I found a long, blonde hair on one of my pillows when I climbed into bed - I'm a guy who razor-shaves his head, and was sadly alone during my stay here, so there should have been zero hair in the bedding. The bathroom layout is weird. You have to practically stand in the shower or between the toilet and wall in order to open/close the bathroom door. The cordless phone didn't work, and the bedside lamp flickered a lot on the dim setting. Not things that bother me, other than these were unexpected for a place that charges as much as they do. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! The shuttle driver rambled on about pro-Trump, anti-liberal stuff the entire ride. So they at least get a point for the spacious room and front desk folks.

I was very satisfied with my stay. Spacious clean rooms. Cable TV was limited but the free daily breakfast , swimming pool and free Airport shuttle made up for it . Shower was hot and had plenty of fresh towels. Staff was great accommodating me after a problem with the door lock. Happiness is a green apple that awaits you in the lobby in the comfy chairs.
