A very nice property that definitely served the purpose for which it was designed for. As a "gold" member, breakfast was included. I don't suggest that you order an omelet or French toast unless you have plenty of time. The staff, although friendly, was a little slow on the special orders. There was plenty of options that I did not order anything special. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. That and a nice shower (it was) is all I really require for a hotel stay. This hotel passed with flying colors.

Had a great 4 night stay! Even with a last-minute notice, we were able to get a quick complimentary shuttle service from the airport and early check-in, with fresh hot cookies, when we arrived. Rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were super comfy. Great location, with views of the Rocky Mountains & downtown Denver in the distance. My only regret is not getting the breakfast buffet the first two mornings of our stay, it was top-notch! Thank you, Doubletree. We'll be back soon!

Staff is welcoming, especially in the dining area. While breakfast isn’t complimentary, it’s worth paying for as they have a nice variety of options including fresh fruit and waffle and we have two little ones with us.the hotel itself seems to be either recently updated or just well-kept. Our room was clean and cool upon arrival; clean mirrors and floors. Comfortable beds and nice water pressure in the shower.

Hotel and rooms are immaculate! The staff was friendly and checked us in with a smile. The hot tub had a little build up in it. But otherwise everything was so clean and it was a nice stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. Highly recommend!

The Staff made my stay! I can’t say enough about the stellar crew at Hilton - Aurora! My Shuttle Driver Austin was kind and fun to talk to. Max at Front Desk was welcoming and efficient. EJ the Bartender made excellent drinks. Julio from Maintenance was very helpful. Rooms were clean and having a bar and restaurant on property made my stay even easier. I will be back!

We spent a night in this Double Tree. We tried to get an upgraded room and somehow hotel missed our request and our room was not ready when we arrived. The staff at the front desk could not address our upgrade request. We stayed in a standard room. The hotel is closer to airport but still about 30 min away. It is close to restaurants but dar from downtown. It is a big hotel, we did not utilize any of the amenities.

This is a beautiful hotel. The entrance is gorgeous, with quite a bit of open space to relax. The restaurant is where we ate breakfast and it was really good and very comfortable. Not like a standard hotel breakfast. Everything was neat and clean. The housekeepers were wonderful and so kind. It was a short drive from downtown Denver and the airport. We had a beautiful mountain view from our window, we we were in the side facing Denver!! By far, my favorite part! They had a nice little outdoor seating area out front with a little firepit. Telsa charging stations (2) except they don't monitor parking at those 2 spots- so non electric vehicles were parked there for an entire day, and we couldn't charge the car. The pool and the workout area looked lovely, although we didn't use it- just were not there long enough this time. But I would definitely go back. The shuttle driver was very lovely as well! Very friendly and had wonderful suggestions on nearby things to do.

We stayed 3 nights in a King Deluxe room. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only complaint I have with it is the bathroom. The vanity area is large so multiple people can get ready simultaneously if needed, but the actual restroom (toilet and shower area) is small. Also you'll need to wait about 5 minutes after starting the shower for the water to warm up. The bed is medium to soft feel and the pillows were good quality. There is extra security at the hotel with guests needing to use their room key to enter the hotel after 10p.m. and parking seemed to be limited. We always had a spot to park in, but the lot seemed small for the number of cars that were always there. The parking lot was always nearly full and the parking spaces are narrow. So while we were there SUVs and trucks were partially hanging over into another spot. So, parking can be tight if you're not a Hilton Honors. Also, in the 3 nights we were there Aurora Protective Services was there nightly. One night they patrolled the parking lot and this seemed to be a theme at restaurants nearby the hotel also. Our last night we went to McDonald's down the road and there were armed security guards standing outside McDonald's. There were quite a lot of people living out of their car, panhandling and homeless nearby. We stayed because the room was nice, and we were sightseeing destinations nearby so these external issues the hotel cannot control didn't bother us. Overall the room was clean, comfortable and in the hotel and our room we felt safe and would stay again.

Great hotel. Quiet, clean, and parking is easy. Very central located to Denver and airport. Breakfast buffet is $$$ but you get a lot of food. Not many vegan options for breakfast but other options looked fantastic for the price. Server was excellent for breakfast. Bar at night has cocktails but I wouldn’t recommend the ‘old fashioned’. It was weird and I didn’t like it. Gym was nice but peloton bike needs repairs. Overall, I’d stay here again.

We had a great stay. We enjoyed the location. It was a nice 20 min drive from Aurora to downtown Denver. The staff was very kind we definitely enjoyed the warm chocolate chip cookies 🍪 😋. The amenities were great. No complaints from use. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one. Lynn H.

I found this hotel to be more convenient than most. They provide a shuttle from the airport and their hot tub actually was open. They do not offer complimentary breakfast, like most hotels, but it was still worth it. The staff, even the shuttle driver were really nice.

Great location. Front desk is awesome. Great hospitality. Hot tub felt great 👍🏻. On site restaurant. Closed Sundays. Shuttles. I’m pleased 😀 Drove from Pittsburgh to Denver. Ugh. Flying back. 😀

This hotel doesn’t deserve three stars. It looks like it was nice about a decade ago and since then there has been no cleaning whatsoever of carpets, lobby furniture or room upholstery. See attached photo of lobby furniture with big stains. Also beware this is not near the airport at all but Hilton pays to put it at the top of Google searches when you look for hotels near Denver airport. Make sure to check the map separately. Overall not any cleaner than a Motel 6, definitely not up to the expected Hilton standards.

It's a little on the sketchy side of Aurora and the hotel itself needs some TLC. Beds were okay but blanket and comforter had noticeable smell and dirt stains on them. Large moths in the room terrified me as one surprised me in the bathroom when it flew at me. Im sure my scream was a little unnecessary but I hate bugs especially ones that fly! Service was great except for one particular person who I believe must have just had a bad day, unfortunately we took the brunt of it when their Starbucks coffee machine broke and notified her of the situation. She did give us a bottle of water in place of not getting the coffee we just paid for but literally huffed as if I had asked for her right arm. Overall not horrible but I wish I had spent an additional $40-50 and went across the road to the nicer area of hotels.

I was overall disappointed with this stay. The shower in our room was clearly broken (handle hanging off the wall) but we as the guest reported rather than staff addressing after cleaning. They did repair it the day we reported it. The paint was pealing off the ceiling above the shower, there was some gum or something sticky stuck in the carpet by the coffee table, the trash cans on our floor were always overflowing, the pool had a funny smell… I just expected better from a “higher end” hotel. Cold breakfast was $10 (breads, fruit, cereal, yogurt) and hot breakfast was $16 (almost exactly what you get at cheaper hotels for free). You are close to a highway so there is some road noise. Parking spots are small and many people were taking up more than one spot.

Yes, it could have been worse but because of the location I couldn't find an affordable place for my family and I to eat. Out of range from the restaurants we could afford and crazy wait times for other. I had to order from the Jackdaw and it was delicious but put of my price range. The room was mostly clean, the bathroom less so with hairs in the bathtub and toothpaste in the sink. This was my second stay at this location but unfortunately it will probably be my last. I enjoy the Hilton brand but hunger left me bitter and willing to pay more for somewhere closer to downtown Denver.

If I could give this place 0 starts I would, I posted a previous review about my stay from October 28 through the 29th my wallet was left at the property and I called today and the woman named Monica answered the phone. She informed me I would had to leave a voicemail for housekeeping. I informed her I’ve left multiple voicemails for housekeeping and have not been reached back out to she, then went into a lecture about the duties and responsibilities of housekeeping, which I completely understand. Housekeeping is literally the oil to the operation of a hotel. Monica completely dropped the ball with the situation. She told me she had multiple people in line and hung up the phone absolutely inappropriate just because I’m on the phone does not mean I am less valued than the gas than mine. Would I expect someone at the front desk to do in a situation like that is because kind, place the guest on the phone on a brief hold while they handle the check ins and return to Phone operations when possible. Today nov 10th I sent the GM at this property, a email regarding my experience when I arrived on property to pick up my wallet Monica was at the front desk first thing she told me was “you’re the one that complaint” for a second I thought she was going to go into an apology, but I was absolutely wrong. She double down on her stance and told me once again that she had people in line. I was an absolute shock. This is even below Motel 6 standards, to be honest. I’m also more so shocked that they saw the email did not reply to me when I arrive to pick up my wallet, it felt like I was confronted for giving my honest feedback on my experience…

Hello, I almost didn’t stay here because of the negative reviews I read. I’m glad I took a chance. The hotel evening front desk staff were great. Very accommodating. Devon always asked “is that ok with you” before just going ahead and doing something. I really appreciated it. My room was clean and comfortable. I read one of the reviews that talked about the pillows. They are flat but they are downs feather pillows not foam. Just use two and keep it moving. The bed linen and towels were a little dingy but wasn’t a major deal breaker. I like that the hotel offered shuttle service to the airport which was a huge plus for me. I didn’t eat at the hotel and now I’m kinda disappointed that I didn’t. Hopefully I will have the opportunity to return and try it. Overall, I had a very pleasant comfortable stay and YES I would stay again!!

I used this hotel in a pinch because my usual was not available but I enjoyed my night stay. The free WiFi I had was just fine. The staff was friendly, especially the breakfast crew! The room was big and the bed was comfy enough. The breakfast I had was actually worth the $15 I paid. The selection of options was vast and tasty. I also liked the app to check in and out and use a digital key! I have bad social anxiety so this option was a dream for me. The shuttle was good. I called from the airport and they came in a good time. When I was leaving I forgot to schedule the shuttle and there was one picking people up and the driver went inside to confirm I had stayed there and let me ride right then and there! Really friendly drivers!! I would forgo my usual hotel in Denver for this place from now on!

My wife and I had an AMAZING stay. The staff was always so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. Especially when some of the shuttles were running behind due to traffic and we were cutting it close for our flight, Rachel drove us to the airport herself and had us laughing the entire drive. If you stay here, the staff will take great care of you. - Eric “Lawson” Rupp

What I have to say is Starting with Scooter the Restaurant coordinator to his assistant good-looking college bar tender. To the general manager made my self and disabled son feel like family. This is by far way better then the Radisson, all the Marriott's in San Diego. This is by far the best of all hotels I ever been to! Don't listen to any one star review because the vibes here are worth every penny. I am going to hit up The CEO i want this Hotel recognized!!!

Stay was nice and quiet. Bed was comfy and staff was very nice. Restaurant was good. Little pricey but the convenience was a plus. Breakfast is NOT complementary. There is a Subway and a Sports bar within walking distance. There is also a gas station within walking distance.

Great clean rooms and the downstairs restaurant and bar were top notch. The parking spaces are super small and were lined for super compact cars so expect to get your doors dinged. The staff was OK, ran out of wash rags and coffee and called downstairs two times and nobody came up to bring them to the room so had to go downstairs to get them after a hour in a half. All and all it was a decent stay though with a clean room experience.

The hotel was clean, maintained, well designed, had beautiful landscaping, great food, drinks, great shuttle service, and best of all was the people working there! Every employee there was personable warm, and welcoming. We had a flight delay cause us to miss our plane, and DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel solved my families last minute needs completely. Our stay was very reasonably priced too! I'd give them more then five stars if possible.

Love that this hotel is dog friendly so we were able to take a break from traveling with our four legged friend. Reservation process was easy. Check in was a breeze, as was check out. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked and we had no issues. The water and warm cookies received on check-in were very welcome. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the chicken wings from Jackdaws being a bit over cooked and dry, but the pretzel garlic knots were delightful and the spicy mustard was phenomenal. Considering the prices at other properties in the area I consider this a win. Thanks for a great night.
