My flight was cancelled so it was a short stay. The rooms were clean and included a microwave and fridge. Families were enjoying the pool. There was also an exercise room Coffee and tea were available in the lobby all the time. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of hot and cold items. Nearby restaurants are walkable and offer a discount to guests.

The room was clean, very comfortable, and all the staff was amazing. The guy at front desk when we checked in went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel visiting Aurora.

I reserved a room a month in advance, requested one on the first floor. When I checked in I was told they can't request specific rooms. Isn't that what a reservation is? I have mobility issues and they ended putting me on the second floor all the way at the end of the hall. The room wasn't very clean and the microwave had stains in it and looked like it hadn't been wiped out. When I spoke to the manager he told me there was nothing he could do to comp me at all. I even called the corporate office and got told the same thing. I'll never stay at this place again!

I travel to the Denver area frequently and this is the hotel I choose to spent my nights at. The rooms have always been clean and the staff is amazing. I am positive that the staff doesn’t remember me but every time I check in they treat me like family. The pool and hot tub are one of the reasons I chose this hotel in the first place, and every time I visit I enjoy a swim in a clean environment. The stay has always been peaceful and I would definitely recommend.

I felt this place delivered the best bang for buck. Needed a room for the evening before a flight, cheap and friendly service. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast and accommodations were fine as well. Would stay at again.

Loved the hot tub and indoor pool. Staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was a joy. My bride loved the coffee bar in the lobby. Room was pretty clean. Only real complaint was the A/C did not cool very well and one of the washing machines had been broke for over 6 months.

We stayed 3 nights. The hotel staff was great, and very friendly. However, the rooms were a bit outdated compared to other Best Westerns that we’ve stayed in. When we first got to the room, there were handprints on the headboard. I just felt like the cleaning could have been more thorough. Still waiting for my pending deposit to be put back onto my credit card, and it’s been over a week. I previously worked at a hotel, so I’m familiar with that process. The breakfast was good. I liked they changed out the protein from bacon to sausage, and I also really liked their yogurt station! Overall, I’d probably give our stay a 7/10.

Horrible, horrible place When we got to the room, it was filthy, stinky…dirty underwear, and socks everywhere…. When we brought the room to the front desk guys attention, he said you can’t fleece everyone and that if we wanted the room clean clean, we were gonna have to do it ourselves .everywhere then they said that we had to request housekeeping and that they couldn’t do it until tomorrow didn’t refund our money and Richard the front desk Guy called my girl a filthy name that I can’t say here. Worst motel I’ve ever seen in my life! Said they wouldn’t take my debit card which is the card that I reserved it with gave them another card. They charge that $700 and then turned around and charged the card that I booked with $81 and would not refund it. Worst hotel ever I don’t know who hired Richard the front desk guy but that place can’t be well managed. Also we are at UCH health and The hospital rate that the guy offered was more expensive. And did not offer the hospital rate after we told him that we had a family emergency and Were a patient at the hospital! No empathy did not care very rude, quoted us $78.96 and then when we got there tried to charge us $150 a night plus a 50 dollar a night incidental charge. Do not stay there!

Definitely barely a Best Western Plus, the hotel itself is run down not say to a motel six level but not much better. The cleaning leaves much to be desired as room service is upon request only and they do a half hearted job, my bed was made with two flat sheets and the fitted sheet was not replaced, also no mattress encasements so kinda sketchy, the area is also so speaking of sketchy, gun shots at night, drug deals in local area grocery store parking lots in broad daylight, security like crazy everything over 5 dollars and small enough to pocket was behind glass at the Walmart nearby! Honestly I haven't been to Denver since 2019 and well this area is scary but a work associate who lives in CO springs recommended it I guess she hasn't stayed here in a while, bc I don't think she would've felt safe herself. The hotel has friendly staff in the evening and morning but the hotel is not worth what they charge, at least no bugs, but crumbs and hairs from previous guests were observed on my first night. Best Western really should certify locations thy let use the plus moniker, just bc it's called a plus and has interior hallways doesn't mean it's actually a plus, this location should be a Best Western minus.

This hotel was in the best spot for us to get to appointment early. The room was decent size and the bathroom was just fine. The sink was in the hallway, so while one was in the shower, the other of us could use the sink. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was okay. I would recommend this hotel, especially for the price!

The main spaces smelled so bad of pot. I got a headache. The staff when I needed something told me I had to deal with it. I would never recommend staying there. The room was large, and the breakfast was good. But the smell was just horrible. Not worth the money.

I thought the employees were great. However, our room was not clean. Still dirty. you can tell they don't vacuum the floors. The room smelled really bad like meldew or something funky. But other than that, everything was good.

Staff was great. Breakfast was very good. The location was great since I was in town for a procedure at the hospital. The room was very clean, which was of utmost importance to me since I was stuck inside for 3 days. The coffee was very good too. I would recommend this particular hotel.

The breakfast was great! Beds are comfortable. Quiet rooms. The pool and exercise room was really nice to have. The room window opened opened a ways which was nice to have fresh air. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location when needing a hotel convenient for a Denver airport departure (20 minutes away, easy drive). We actually stayed here two nights before returning to Florida since we were recuperating from a two week road trip before our flight. The hotel is nice and very close to restaurants, a mall and a movie theater. We felt extremely welcomed when checking in to the hotel and were given a thorough description of the hotels offerings. (I think her name might have been Sandy?). We had a great stay, thanks!

Was never informed before we arrived if you pay by cash a 100 dollar deposit per night was required and my discounts for being a cancer patient were not honored and told if I pay by card a 50 dollar per night deposit per night was required plus I had a 4 night reservation my total view after driving 6 hrs for cancer treatment to be treated like this upon arrival. Given the excuse of well there is bad people out there the room was 100 plus 100 more per night no good for the workin people

Rooms were clean and nice. Beds are comfortable. The king suites are nice and large. Warning: over a 4 night stay, we had 2 fire alarms where the fire department showed up, there was no fire, and the alarm continued to blare. Of course, if it's an emergency beyond the control of the hotel, that's understandable. But I cannot understand an alarm continuing to blare and the fire department leaving if it's not a problem with the hotel system. The hotel is nice and dog-friendly, except when the very loud fire alarms go off! Breakfast was good, and it's a great location for Aurora area. Try the Thai food across the parking lot. It's great!

My girlfriend and I booked this hotel last minute for a business/vacation trip and it was great! Robert at the front desk was always so helpful and nice every time we interacted with him. Our room was big and clean with everything we needed for our stay. Perfect location for a quick drive to Denver without staying there. Would recommend this place if you are taking a trip to Colorado.

Excellent, extremely professional and helpful staff. Above-average breakfast when the yogurt machine works. Clean, comfortable rooms. ... No outside relaxation area.... A relatively good value in this area when you are a Best Western Rewards member.

Extremely friendly staff throughout. Rooms were clean. Expected a little more luxury in the rooms. Never figured out the PLUS. Good breakfast offering with fresh coffee available all day. I would recommend to my friends traveling to Denver.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was pet friendly and our dogs had a blast the whole time we were there. Gal behind the desk was friendly, welcoming and gave us information on a good restaurant that was open late.

We stayed there overnight for my dogs vet appointment early the next morning. You accepted my dog that was cool. The pool and hot tub was nice. Now to the room. We wanted 2 queen size beds if they were queen they were very very small, It was like sleeping on cardboard. The water pressure is horrible and I'm assuming that's why the shower was so unbelievably slippery due to the workers not being able to get cleaning chemicals out completely. Ok for an overnight stay.

Had an emergency flooring problem at our home. Needed a hotel quickly. They had same day availability for our family of 5 plus our cat. The kids loved it and so did we. It was clean, organized, and everyone was super kind and respectful. Breakfast was delicious and complimentary filtered water, different teas and coffee.

It was me and my 6 month old daughter, we drove up to drop off my best friend and her son at the airport late that night. I didn’t wanna drive home with a tired infant, so I got the room. It was extremely spacious! Plenty of room for the kids to play, the bed was big enough for both of us to sleep with room. I would say the only downside was the pillows, there were multiple small pillows instead of a few regular pillows. But for just one night it was fine, any longer and it would’ve been annoying.

I was greeted very nicely last night with my friends and then in the morning a woman that worked at the front desk accused my friend next to me of snatching the card and was demeaning her, her fiance asked her to please try to be nicer because my friend didn’t mean to snatch the card as the lady said and we were all asked to leave because of that scenario. We got cops called because my friend who is autistic that got snapped at by the lady couldn’t grab the rest of her stuff and then we somehow aren’t allowed to come back. I watch these people be really nice and respectful to those of white skin and my friends and are mixed and black and had attitude thrown at us all morning. I will never recommend this place again to anyon weather I’m aloud there or not.
