Updated review, 5* to 1*. Updates: On their website, it says “pets welcome!” with NO extra fee advertised. (Other Marriott hotels I looked at had fees listed right after). So we brought our small dog, and they did not disclose or mention a pet fee until AFTER our stay, and charged my dads card an additional $50 that was not authorized or disclosed. When we call to speak to a manager, there is never one available and we have yet to get a call back. Very unprofessional and not at all what I expected after an overall pleasant experience. I would no longer recommend or stay at this hotel. I will update this review if any changes occur. Old review: Excellent stay! We attended a concert at red rocks, this hotel was about a 30 minute drive plus being not too far from the airport to drop family members off. Clean and quiet hotel, breakfast was wonderful, which I don’t think I’ve ever said about hotel breakfast before. The oatmeal bar was fresh and delicious.

Very clean and comfortable room. The staff was very good. I really enjoyed the breakfast which offered some keto favorable items. Really enjoyed the spinach quiches. Everything seemed modern and clean. The hotel was next to the light rail system which I like because I enjoy taking The light rail as it gives you a great view of the city while you travel.

My recent hotel experience was marred by extended waits—over 15 minutes—just to get the attention of a host, who was rarely present. This posed challenges for multiple guests needing to check in or make purchases at the snack area, as transactions couldn't be completed promptly. Such delays are unacceptable, and I believe it's crucial for the management to address this issue and potentially review the host's performance.

They don't have queen beds! They call it double beds and consider it queen. 100% not queens. Nice though since they offer good shampoo and body wash, breakfast selection was very little. Don't ever really see anyone the the front desk all the times I went up for help because no one would pick up when I use the room phone to call them. 100% smoke free so that's a HUGE PLUS!

For someone who lives over an hour away and needs to stack doctor appointments in the area it's super convenient to be right around the corner. The rooms are always clean, the staff was beyond incredible- talking to my mom and making her feel at home.

EDIT: Staff was extremely rude when I told them about the fee being a surprise upon check out and refused to help. This is no way to treat a guest. Don't stay here unless you enjoy being denied basic customer service. Not a bad hotel but DO NOT stay here if you have pets unless you have money to burn! It's $50/night per pet and the fee is not listed on Marriott's website- all it says is that the hotel is pet friendly. I will be contacting Marriott about this, because this is false advertising.

Hotel was fine. Staff were nice. I was charged $500 for a TV that was broken when I checked in. I only noticed it when I was paying my credit card bill and had to call to find out what the charge was for. If there are any issues with your room make sure you report them IMMEDIATELY. I was in that room one night, about 15 hours.

We stayed at this location when we came to the area for a family wedding. The place was conveniently located and the rooms served it's purpose. What stood out to me the most was the wonderful staff Alla and Karina. They were both really nice and friendly and so easy to talk to. Thank you Alla and Karina for your pleasant conversation. Hopefully we will see you again.

We had a two night stay. The room was clean and felt modern, but the bath was past it's best. Staff were friendly and was conveniently located close to the light rail into Denver downtown. The area around felt a bit sketchy, with lots of homeless people around the station and local restaurants.

Quick stay. Had a couple of outdated things like lighting by the sink in the room but not anything major. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Really close to restaurants and the freeway. Would stay again.

Where to begin. From the time I arrived until my departure, everyone treated me like family. I was greeted warmly by Tina. Tina even came to my room to assist me with questions about my window. The room was clean and comfortable. I also felt very safe. The only negative thing about the room is the thin walls. I could hear the man next door snoring and farting. Once he checked out, it was nice and quiet. Karina was so helpful and just had such a lovely demeanor whenever I came by the front desk to ask questions. PJay was super sweet and went above and beyond to help sort a few things before I checked out the next day. I came to Aurora because a family member is in the ICU. Tina, Karina and PJay really made this difficult situation so pleasant. I will definitely come back again but hopefully under better circumstances.

The staff here is amazing! Each and every employee was friendly and helpful, all had a great personality and sense of humor. The entire hotel was always spotless. The breakfast was awesome as well. I highly recommend this hotel, not sure why people go to the dirty ESA dump next door! Why does that dirty Hotel have my initials? Hell no!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and area is well lit and felt safe at night. Breakfast buffet is back after pandemic. Nothing fancy but better than hotel breakfast buffets. There are restaurants close by and the light rail for travel downtown is walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

The room itself was okay. The pool was decent and the hot tub was nice. The letdown was the included breakfast that was out of food/slim pickings regardless of what time we went down in the mornings. Location was perfect for all the things we booked ( white water rafting, hiking, ziplining, shark cage swimming) right smack in the middle of everything and right next to the tram.

If I could rate any lower than a one star I definitely would. I was very disappointed in the room that I had gotten especially with the high reviews that I seen. When I first walked into the room and opened the door there was a strong odor that I couldn’t quite place but it smelled so bad that I had to spray some thing in to make it tolerable to even walk into the room and not only was it the smell but as soon as you walk into the bathroom above the shower there was mold growing and with my two small children I could not risk staying there I alerted The clerk and as he was very friendly he could not offer me another room due to the fact they were fully booked he said. so we checked out immediately and went to a different hotel. Staff was great and helped me with whatever I needed and refunded me the money back but as high as a review that I seen before I booked I was very disappointed and I would never stay here nor would I ever recommend staying in this facility again.

This hotel is located in a great area, with lots of dinning options. The hotel is very clean and updated. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly during the entire stay. The rooms were very comfortable and affordable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay starting with the welcome at the front desk. We were checked in and then someone showed us the facilities. The gym and indoor heated pool. And the breakfast room. Must say their hot home cooked oatmeal was a winner and I looked forward to it every morning. The room was clean and quiet. And when we needed a drawer fixed someone was at our door within ten minutes! We were impressed. A friendly and safe place to be. We will return!

Its a beautiful hotel and i recommend to everyone! Karina who works at the front desk is one of the most genuine individuals you will meet in life not just the service industry. She will do anything and everything to ensure your stay is fantastic. Alla is in charge of housekeeping and I have to say I've traveled all over the world and Alla is the best I've ever met at her job. Alla is amazing and should own her own hotel. She's compassionate, empathetic, kind and is the Platinum standard in her industry. Another person you must introduce yourself too is PJ he does it all. He is patient even when the guests aren't. He is the total team player and does everything he's asked too at the highest level. The Fairfield is blessed to have these 3 individuals. It wouldn't be the same place without them The breakfast is fantastic and the property is very clean. Great pool and hot tub but the best quality of the hotel is all the people that work there. They make you feel like family! Thank you

Love the staff and know most of them by name. They're always willing to go out their way to help with every request I've ever had. It's conveniently located to everything you might need within walking distance. You can also catch the light rail basically right there too. I always stay here, plus the Marriott brand is top notch and values their guests. Great place!!
