Larissa at the front desk went above and beyond. She was so friendly and made us really feel welcomed. Scott from the maintenance department was so personable and gave us tips for the area. Great stay here!

Stayed here a number of years ago due to its proximity to Red Rocks, and other places of interest (e.g., Estes Park) in the greater Denver area. A typical Courtyard setup. Decent, clean rooms, and friendly service at the desk. A bit more budget-friendly like a true mid-tier Marriott property (i.e., the Residence Inn, which has an adjacent property in Lakewood). Would definitely recommend for a nice, clean, safe, wallet-conscious alternative.

I stayed here for 3 days the 1st 2 days were great on the last full day I was there , I left for only a couple hours and when I came back my room was completely cleaned out and all of my belongings were gone, I am a process server and I had over 50 papers. An entire stack of court documents with peoples personal information and they were gone and I could have lost my job. That very same day a cleaning lady came knocking on my door twice 2 different times and I told her 2 different times I was not checking out until the next day. I did not even leave my room to go out for a couple hours until 3 PM and I come back and everything I own is gone, The girls at the front desk were as helpful as they could be but that did not solve the problem or fix anything. One of the girls did everything she could to find all my stuff but it took about 4 different trips of her coming back-and-forth to my room to ask me what else did I have. And i still Did not get all of my belongings back. I lost a 30 dollar bottle of vodka, a 60 bottle of coach perfume, Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner, my phone charger and box, a gray tank top. I mean who comes in a room and sees every bit of someone's personal belongings and does not ask 1st if the room is supposed to be cleaned out obviously the person in that room has NOT checked out if all of their belongings including their work is in there. But the biggest problem was that this woman knocked on my door 2 different times and I told her 2 different times that I was not checking out how much clearer can one person be and I still have to come back to that room and feel so violated and all of my belongings gone how unreal. What a terrible experience and that is grounds to be fired. That should never happen and that's all there is to it.

Wonderful facility! Great location between Denver and the suburbs, with easy access to the local roads and interstate. The staff was welcoming and the property is surrounded by resources for food, shopping, etc. This is a newly remodeled space, so it had lots of plug-ins and charging ports. My only complaint is the shower being one of the smallest I’ve ever used.

Everyone here is so nice and so helpful. This is where I go frequently to get a mini get away. The hot tub is fantastic. The bar and cooks are awesome. There are some really wonderful ladies working the 7-3 shift that are phenomenal! Will recommend to anyone and definitely return. Thank you all for being wonderful!

Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Front desk staff confused about how to check guests in, when I arrived I was told my room wasn’t ready so I said I would wait and then was told I didn’t have a room. Requested I not be next to the interstate, get up to my room and guess what? I’m next to the interstate. The road noise is very loud, so I turn on the AC to drown out the road noise which then brings up the issue of the squeaky fan in the AC unit. The elevator is out of service for a month now, I was told it was being replaced which was supposed to be completed last week. Having a bad back and being on the second floor was a huge inconvenience. There’s a tiny bistro on site, however it’s rarely open, prices are high according to the menu. No restaurants within walking distance which makes it a challenge when here on business without a car. The hotel has done some renovations, however bathroom fixtures are old, AC units are old and the lighting is very, very dim.

The staff was great, and the kids loved the pool. The beds were comfy. Issues we had was the air conditioner wouldn't work, the TV wouldn't work, and the hair dryer kept shorting out, and all the front desk said was we well call the repair man. No type of compensation.

Although they didn't have a lot of options for us, the staff was extremely accommodating when we called about getting 3 rooms the next day. There were no double queens available, but they were able to give us 3 kings with pull out couches. My 7 year old granddaughter had no difficulty sleeping on the couch, although the mattress is quite firm. The staff members were also great about switching my room to the 2nd floor after my request, because I don't really like first floor rooms. We all loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The workout room is small, but accommodated our needs. We were able to get to the Zoo in half and hour, and Aquarium was an even shorter trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel, particularly because of the wonderful staff.

Very inviting after a long day on the road home from a whirlwind road trip. Clean, comfortable, shower was very nice, food and cocktails on premises so didn't need to get back out. Very relaxing.

Wow. So impressed with the friendliness, cleanliness and convenience of this hotel. Swimming pool was clean, fresh towels everyday the hot tub was working and was so relaxing. The courtyard in the back was the perfect place to dry off in the afternoon Colorado heat while drinking an expertly made Manhattan from the bistro bar. The beds are so soft and the pillows too! There was a mini fridge and microwave as well. Loved the convenience of the bistro serving Starbucks every morning as well. Super close to highways food and shopping. Housekeeping was on point as well. Over all very impressed and will be coming back again.

2 days in my only gripe was that the sheets weren’t exactly to my liking, but one of them did fit the purpose. Staff was exceptionally friendly, and the food and drinks at the bar were great. I stayed a 1 bedroom king bed. I’ll now it wasn’t anything special but for the price and location it was pretty reasonable. Can’t say anything for families but as a single traveler I had a blast

We reserved three rooms king beds for one night. They over booked so one of the rooms had to have two queens. All three on the second floor. The elevator was out of service I requested a 1st floor room for my grandmother and was denied. One of the rooms was above the kitchen which had something running inside so loud and obnoxious it was vibrating the floor in our room. All three rooms were clean. For breakfast in the morning we went to the bistro bar they were out of eggs bacon and cheese basically over half the menu is out. They recommend the Denny's down the street.

Hotel and room was very clean. All the staff members were awesome and even gave complimentary popcorn, water, and a voucher for the bistro. Indoor pool and hottub open from 6am-10pm as well as an exercise room

Clean rooms and friendly staff. The only negative was the first night we stayed and tried to use the pool we could not stand to be in there due to the high chlorine levels. Chlorine was so strong in the pool/hot tub it burned our eyes and we had trouble breathing. We complained about it and staff said they were not aware and would let their engineer/maintenance staff know. The next day they said it was fixed. We tried to use the hot tub again and it was not hot. It was barely warm. Very disappointing.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. Helpful and caring. Bonita (I think that is her name) in the Bistro was so sweet and friendly. It was super busy and she had a smile on her face and a great attitude. My only complaint is the super slippery tile in the bathroom. Who thought that was a good idea?

My first night here. Booked M-Friday for work. As a Marriott Rewards member it’s very, very, disappointing. The a/c is terrible in all three rooms we booked. (Based on other reviews this is a known issue never addressed). The front desk advised the a/c doesn’t work because “it’s hot outside”. The only option the desk offered was a smaller non-king bed room. No other remedy or recommendation offered. Not the way to keep my business. Poor customer experience, terrible a/c, an embarrassment to the Marriott brand.

I spoke with Kristin and Shawn and both people were extremely helpful. When we arrived, we discovered that the elevator was down for service. Unfortunately we have physical challenges which make climbing stairs very difficult. Shawn moved our reservation to the neighboring Residence Inn for the same price. We couldn’t have asked for better service. The room was beautiful and clean. The only issue we had was the chicken wings from the bar…..not edible.

They're going through construction right now. The swimming pool and hot tub has been non functional the whole time I've been here which is 3 weeks. Nobody comes in and cleans my room. I have to ask for garbage bags, toilet paper, facial tissue, and towels. The elevator is out of order for the next month. So I have to take the stairs after working 13 hour days. All in all I'm not happy at all. I need to repeat this 3 weeks nobody cleaned my room. They changed the locks and there was debris on the floor by my door they did not even clean that.

Very nicely updated, great beds and pillows. Staff was very accommodating. Only bads, elevator was broken but that couldn't be helped for our weekend and the mantainance man helped lug our stuff up to the 3rd floor. Also the cafe was closed except very limited breakfast that ended at 10. I'd definitely go back

We stayed in a room with 1 king bed and a sofa bed. Overall, the room was cleaned and smell good. A few minus points: First, the room's door was stuck and super tricky to open by pushing the handle down really hard after scanning the key. Second, our room was next to the elevator and the walls were thin and not sound proofed. It was super loud when people talking and using the elevator. A huge plus point was that they kept our belongings after we checked out as we needed to go visit a few places and didn't want to leave our stuff in the car. Excellent customer service!

Best staff, cleanest rooms, and the best prices around. Everyone of the staff members that work here know what good customer service is. I'll definitely be back

My stay would have been a 5 star review as the staff aloud us to be in the lobby late and were wonderful. However we were planning to Uber home but Rhian had promised a discounted room at either our military rate or her friends and family rate. We would not have booked a room at 2 am and would have preferred to Uber rather then pay 250 a night. But I was charged over 300 and when called to ask about a refund or why I was charged as much as I was staff was rude and refused to help.

Stayed here for one night on our family vacation. We stayed previously at a Courtyard by Marriott on one leg of our trip in SLC, UT (Cottonwood Heights) that was super nice. When we checked in at this location the person was very friendly and helpful. Upon entry the room was nice, except for the strange vacant tv mount on the wall and then the actual tv on the desk. The bathroom tiles are loose from moisture I assume. The next morning we decided to order breakfast from this hotel and called the front desk to be transferred to the restaurant. The front desk clerk, Michelle, said the restaurant didn’t have a phone and she could just take our order. So, with some back and forth calling asking follow up questions and to let us know they were out of one of our choices we finally got our subpar breakfast via pickup. I called back to let them know they had forgotten something for one of our dishes and the front desk was very short with me saying she didn’t have time to help me because she was too busy checking people OUT 🤔 and we needed to come down and deal with it ourselves and then hung up—nice hospitality. I say all this to say please don’t be rude with me when it’s your (ineffectual) system, not mine. Also, one of the breakfast sandwiches came with the dry bun broken in half and my breakfast bowl was missing two things from it. The lesson is: do not eat at this location. Honestly though, I really wouldn’t have even left this review if it hadn’t been for how impolite the front desk was on the phone.

Had to stay here while floors were being refinished in my house. Staff is very nice. Starbucks and bistro are convenient. Rooms are comfortable. Would recommend.
