Nice, new, modern design facility with super friendly staff. The room was beautiful and I loved the kitchenette. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices - including some gluten-free and dairy alternatives. The location was perfect for getting to lots of restaurants, activities, and our family and friends. The room had a large screen TV and USB ports for charging/ use.

Room was fine, other than waiting in lobby for 15 minutes just to get checked in after a long day of travel because no one was at front desk for that long. Then I left a belt at the hotel which I called about the next day as soon as I got home and somehow no one can find it. Called multiple times and have not once got a call back with any updates. Then they charged my credit card for the room my company had all ready paid for in advance when I just gave them mine for incidentals. Been calling on the charge and no one seems to answer phones at this site. Been using Marriott as my preferred choice forever, but after this Hilton will be getting a chance. Shame how one site can really be this poor with customer service.

Property is really showing it's age. I do not remember it ever being as unkept as we found it this trip. Elevator door had spilled food or drink on it for days. Carpet was the same with food stains. On one occasion, taking the elevator, we found the elevator door opened on our floor only to have the metal fire door closed. Our room this time was surprisingly noisey. We could hear conversations and activity in adjoining and upper rooms. The desk staff was always very friendly and welcoming. They deserve high marks.

Awful customer service. Completely ruined my stay. Marie at the front desk was easily one of the most unpleasant people I've ever had to deal with at a hotel. She claimed there was a problem with the reservation and made me call customer service instead of helping me herself. I had to spend an hour sitting on hold in the lobby to get someone who could help. To make it even better I got to listen to her making rude comments in the background while I was trying to talk on the phone. Turns out the reservation was fine. Marrie just felt like wasting an hour of my night.

Good place for a visit to Denver and surrounding areas. Rooms are pretty large and have recently been renovated. The area is very quiet. The gym is well equipped with a cardio and weights section. All that is needed for a good excersice is available. Staff is super friendly and helpful. There is enough (free!!) parking around the hotel.

Location is perfect for us to visit our son, daughter-in-law, and grandson in Lakewood. Loved being able to have a seemingly upscale place to stay. Unfortunately we were there during subzero temps and the elevator and water lines for coffee were not operating. Some of the repairs done on property were not in line with a Residence Inn experience so thats why only the four stars. BTW: breakfast was delicious.

Maree, at the front desk, is the sweetest doll. She's eager to help and will always to ensure no recent changes will effect her information. Rooms are wonderful. Clean and easily accessible. Wish I would have been offered a luggage cart but hindsight is always 20/20. I ask a lot of questions. They have a simple but effective selection of items for breakfast. Even more options at commissary for what you expect to pay at hotel for them. Pool, gym, and patio are all open.

The one bedroom suite was excellent. We stayed there for six weeks during our home renovation. We stayed with our pets and it was a safe stay for them. The staff were great and Atianna was so personal and took great care of us checking in, checking out, and during our entire stay. Highly recommend this extended stay Mariott location.

Date of Visit: 9/18 thru 9/24/22 - FYI: THIS LOCATION DOES NOT HAVE A HOT TUB. Each time we used the pool, other guests walked in and asked us where the hot tub was, so I think this is a common misconception about this property. Generally speaking, we had a decent stay here. It was fairly quiet. Our biggest issue was that they had recently remodeled and the entire place - especially our room (a studio) - smelled strongly of new carpet/paint/etc. We were very thankful we had brought an air purifier because that helped keep the headaches away. We went the first two days without a working tv in our room, when we asked the front desk, they informed us they were working on it and that there was 30-some rooms without tv. Also, we woke up every morning to either a beetle or a millipede in the bathroom, we just killed it with a piece of toilet paper and flushed it away. If you can get this hotel at budget prices like we did, I’d say to go for it. I wouldn’t pay more than $120/night though.

Residence inn we loved our room. But here are a couple things I’d like to share. We only had one package of sugar, the rest of the stuff with artificial sweetener, yuck. The toilet in my room ran nonstop. I think the biggest thing, they had one really disgusting luggage cart. Atiana, Mayra and Melinda you really made our stay special. I WOULD RECOMMEND

Stayed there January 7th and were received by Nathaniel. He was awesome, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. One of the best Marriotts I've stayed in.

Perfect place for a solo trip. Everything was clean and staff was nice without being overbearing. Literally had everything I wanted in a hotel. This will be my top choice on return trips to Denver

Construction everywhere. I could smell paint fumes in the bedroom from below. Emergency exit signs covered for painting, smoke detectors covered with tape. The breakfast area had construction all over the place, had to walk around parts on the ground. The room was a little dirty. The bathroom sink barely drained and had some blood drops in it. The staff was kind. No complaints about them. The parking area wasn't bad on the weekend but I could see an issue during the week with all of the offices surrounding. The breakfast was good for hotel accommodations. There is No Hot tub, despite advertising that they do. It was covered and filled with concrete. The pool was OK.

We were excited to be staying in a Marriott for an entire week this May. We arrived and we’re greeted by kind staff. It wasn’t until we got into the room that we started finding issues. The room was dirty, hair on the floor in the bathroom, makeup on one of the towels hung in the bathroom, the bathtub wouldn’t really drain and they somehow ran out of pillows. We arrived late so it was the following morning my husband talked to a staff member. The lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. She wouldn’t look up from her phone for more than 3 seconds and she kept making excuses for the mess of the room and why they didn’t have pillows. We witness staff laying on beds when they were there to clean the rooms and they turned our water off for over an hour without warning. When I talked to another staff member about getting pillows she immediately went into a room and said it was full of pillows which leads me to believe the original front desk woman was too lazy to get them. The hotel was under construction which was inconvenient and I wish they would have listed that on the website when booking. The pool and gym were closed due to construction. The breakfasts ladies were kind and food was decent for being prepackaged. Overall unless they do an overhaul on their staff I wouldn’t recomendable staying here.

They have been the best hotel to stay at, though they are in the middle of renovation, we got one of the new suites. Room was very clean, bathroom was very clean, the kitchenette has everything you need to eat with and cook with. The price is unbeatable. Service is awesome. I would recommend their hotel to everyone that is staying in Denver. Will be staying here again.
