We
were
excited
to
be
staying
in
a
Marriott
for
an
entire
week
this
May.
We
arrived
and
we’re
greeted
by
kind
staff.
It
wasn’t
until
we
got
into
the
room
that
we
started
finding
issues.
The
room
was
dirty,
hair
on
the
floor
in
the
bathroom,
makeup
on
one
of
the
towels
hung
in
the
bathroom,
the
bathtub
wouldn’t
really
drain
and
they
somehow
ran
out
of
pillows.
We
arrived
late
so
it
was
the
following
morning
my
husband
talked
to
a
staff
member.
The
lady
at
the
front
desk
was
rude
and
unhelpful.
She
wouldn’t
look
up
from
her
phone
for
more
than
3
seconds
and
she
kept
making
excuses
for
the
mess
of
the
room
and
why
they
didn’t
have
pillows.
We
witness
staff
laying
on
beds
when
they
were
there
to
clean
the
rooms
and
they
turned
our
water
off
for
over
an
hour
without
warning.
When
I
talked
to
another
staff
member
about
getting
pillows
she
immediately
went
into
a
room
and
said
it
was
full
of
pillows
which
leads
me
to
believe
the
original
front
desk
woman
was
too
lazy
to
get
them.
The
hotel
was
under
construction
which
was
inconvenient
and
I
wish
they
would
have
listed
that
on
the
website
when
booking.
The
pool
and
gym
were
closed
due
to
construction.
The
breakfasts
ladies
were
kind
and
food
was
decent
for
being
prepackaged.
Overall
unless
they
do
an
overhaul
on
their
staff
I
wouldn’t
recomendable
staying
here.
