The reception staff were friendly and let us check in to our room early. The room itself was nice and clean but the in-room amenities (toiletries, coffee, etc.) were a bit lacking. The restaurant/bar staff were nice but service was on the slow side and they seemed to be out of stock on many of the drinks. The free shuttle service to the airport was excellent. Overall a good experience but not quite worthy of 5 stars.

The front desk staff is surly and disinterested in checking in guests. She failed to speak to me much less inform me of anything about the hotel. The staff is untrained and clueless. Coffee is awful. There was a semi taped up hole in the wall in the bathroom. I was told when confirming my reservation breakfast is included, but when I dished up I was asked for payment. I refused and the was told that the front desk should have offered a voucher for it. The front desk then offered a voucher after my food was scraped into the trash. The only good thing about my stay was a comfortable bed. I’ll never stay here again and will not recommend this place. Their 3 star rating is wildly optimistic. Hint Cambria management and staff: you are in the hospitality business.

It is more expensive than we usually pay but it was very nice. Quiet room even though it was near a very busy street. Comfy bed very clean. Nice water pressure, hot water. Guest services were very professional and welcoming. Nice ambience in the lobby. Carpets and furniture in the rooms in good shape. Location is not terribly far from Denver airport. Definitely recommend!

I don't know how anyone would rate this place anything higher than two stars given how badly out of date the rooms are and the general state of disrepair. Room had rusted out mirror in the bathroom, rust stains in the tub and all around the drain (why yes, I would love a tetanus shot to go along with my shower thanks for asking!) and all over the ceiling, and a bare lightbulb just hanging from the ceiling (no shade or anything!). Blinds didn't work properly and the desk chair had a huge cut in it...how in the world house keeping wouldn't point out these obvious things to management is beyond me, which leads me to think management is fully aware and just neglecting the situation. Stay at one of the newly built hotels in the area (like the Home2 Suites) for the same (or less) money, they are way better and most offer a decent breakfast to boot!

Great hotel. The rooms are nice and bed was comfortable. Had a lot of difficulty with staff ahead of my stay. Waited on hold long times and gave up on one call. Was told my rewards number was added and was even sent to a sales call for the timeshare arm and purchased a trip. Very disappointing. Was told by front desk they couldn't add it after. Breakfast was very good and varied. My shower gel was empty. Took it out and housekeeping still didn't notice and replace it first go around. Sink drained very slow. Water pressure and temp in shower was amazing! Overall a great stay.

The bed was very comfortable and hotel is very clean. Mr. James, the shuttle driver, did a great job and all the staff at the front desk are very welcoming. I could not figure out how to get the heat regulated in my room since it is an under-the-window unit; although, Denver was having very cold weather during my stay there.

Absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. I am a top tier status guest with s fancier hotel group and honestly those hotels could learn from the service at this Cambria. I was given a better room without asking, housekeeping waited until checkout time to knock and then kindly waited until I left (late) before returning. I've had housekeeping literally walk into my room at 8am at Emb. Suites where I was paying twice as much. It's a common problem that makes me feel very unwelcome as a guest, so personally I really valued the difference it made for me at the Cambria today.

If I could give this hotel negative 5 stars I would. Let me just start with if you want to make your flight on time or get back at a reasonable time DO NOT PICK THIS HOTEL. We waiting outside for two hours so I can tell you for sure there are much better hotels to get you to Denver airport and back. On top of that, our room smelled like sewage—fun to wake up to that smell at 3 am Before a flight, the worst part about the return shuttle was the fact that they lied about their arrival after waiting for two hours and calling three times; they used the excuse that there was “traffic” when in fact, the truth was the shuttle hadn't even left yet. At least be honest; we can order an Uber instead of having us wait in the cold for two hours.

Went for a night but I loved the room it was definitely more than I expected, just didn't like the fact that you have to pay 14 bucks for a hotel breakfast buffet. I mean it be one thing if it was all home made but it was literally microwave food. Or at least looked like it. The staff was really friendly but they certainly like their add ons. I'd love to stay here again but gonna go down the street to the dollar store for any snacking items.

Overall great experience. Love the layout of the rooms. There were some sticky spots on surfaces from previous guests, and one power outlet had been burned before, which is kinda sketch. Hated that the spa was broken and the swimming pool was too cold to swim in! Loved the layout of the room - the living area made for a great space to put our daughters pack&play! Otis, the shuttle driver, was the highlight of our trip! Such a good dude. All around great staff!

Booked the Cambria due to them having an airport shuttle. Upon check-in the lady working the desk was talking on her cell phone and didn't acknowledge when walked in stood there and then she said 10 minutes. As soon as my husband walked in she held her phone but proceeded to finally check us in. I asked her what time shuttle started back up and she told me so I let her know when I had to go to airport. We went to our room and waited awhile. I then walked back to the front to catch shuttle to the airport. The driver was running a little behind. We then went out to shuttle vehicle and he said nothing. He put my bag in the back got in and started vehicle . Started driving had wipers going the entire time which there was no reason for it. He swerved in and out of traffic as soon as someone in front of him was hitting the brakes. He never said a word. I had no clue what I was to do when getting to airport as he never said anything. I got out of the vehicle I had to ask him to get me my bag and he acted as if it was an inconvenience for him. I elected to have my husband pick me back up when I returned as I was not taking the shuttle again. My husband stayed at the hotel while I was away and was told hot tub was working but found it that it wasn't. None of the staff that we encountered were nice. We have stayed at other Cambria hotels and have always had a good experience until this time. We will not stay here again.

This was possibly the best hotel I’ve stayed at (for that price)! The room was amazing and the bathroom was even better! Love the vanity mirror and big bath tub. The bed was so comfortable. The only thing that I didn’t like was the hot tub wasn’t working which is one of the reasons I booked this hotel, but I enjoyed my stay regardless.

Remember to use HoteIDully.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. This website will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely will love it I'm sure! A better breakfast buffet worth the nominal price. This was my first stay at any Cambria hotel and I'm impressed. It is on par with many of Marriott and Hilton business class properties at a lower price. Great value! This location is near Denver international airport and has an airport shuttle that runs about once every half hour.

Excellent hotel! Definitely not what I was expecting which is a good thing. The staff was kind courteous and very respectful. The rooms were exceptionally clean as well as the hallway and lobby. I will recommend this place to my friends family and co-workers when traveling about. Thanks for the wonderful Stay guys.

Room was clean and really spacious. Night staff were really rude and they stopped answering the phones after midnight so we had to Uber from the airport rather than take the shuttle. The shuttle service is very infrequent so make sure to give yourself time if you do decide to use it.

I was a little nervous about this hotel. Having read the most recent reviews. I was glad to find out that both elevators were working when we got there. The front staff were very friendly on check-in and check+out. Yes the room had rips in wall paper and some of the ceiling joints needed attention but not worse than other hotels I had stayed in. Two tvs but one remote was missing. A wireless desk phone but it did not work but the wired one by the bed worked fine. Nice desk to work, microwave and mini fridge included. The hallways and elevator had no smell which was something I worried about after reading other reviews. Huge shower with built in bench. Tons of water pressure. Adjustable shower head that worked great. All the hot water you need. Great experience, need to take off little issues in the room before they become a real problem. I would stay here again.

I want to begin by saying that the staff here was so friendly, helpful and just all around amazing. But this stay was a nightmare. Hot tub doesn't work (all we wanted was to soak after a long trip) Elevator was broken. We stood there for 14 minutes with handfuls of stuff waiting for someone to open it with about 10 other people. Get to the room, there's terrible lighting, zero ventilation, the sink won't drain and the toilet won't flush. You can't open the window, both mornings we woke up with sore throats and difficulty breathing. The soaps in the bathroom were empty. Spent 50k points as a diamond level member for a miserable stay. Will NEVER book here again.

Loud inefficient a/c units. Fixtures not working &/or in disrepair. Burned out light bulbs. Outdated tech, most places have USB chargers at the nightstands now. Window treatments missing. Incredibly slow elevators (my flight from NC to CO was quicker). ~$150 a night. Don’t understand any of the positive reviews. Room was clean. Airport shuttle worked well for my late (11:00pm) arriving flight. Bed was comfortable.

Hotel was clean and very nice for a 3 star hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. My only complaint is that the $12.99 breakfast buffet wasn’t much of a buffet. They were out of a few items by the time my kids and I made it down to eat.

Easy check in and check out process. Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. One area for improvement is the lack of amenities available to guests. Bring or buy your own water before going to your room. Forget to pack a toothbrush? Try a gas station down the street. I suppose our family of four could have asked the front desk for supplies, but that really shouldn’t be the case for a good guest experience, should it? Beds were comfortable enough, but couches and chairs have seen better days, probably better times than our entire experience.

This renovated hotel is a 15-20-minute ride from the airport. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and bar in the lobby of the hotel. The staff was kind and got me checked in quickly. The room was a junior suite setup and had a partial separation from the bed to the coach area. The room was a good size and clean. The bed was was comfortable as were the linens. The bathroom was clean with a shower and tub combo. Other Amenities: -Free WiFi -Indoor pool and spa (closed during my stay) -Fitness room -Mini fridge -Microwave -Pullout couch -Laundry room -Complimentary buffet breakfast (eggs, meats, cheeses, cereals, & bagels)

Love this place! Excellent choice for an overnight stay if you're going to catch a flight at DIA. Rooms are bigger than I expected and super clean. There is no free breakfast, but you can purchase breakfast I looked at what they had and it wasn't worth it to me for $12.99. Coffee is free. If you take the shuttle and you are lucky enough to have Otis for your driver, you'll be great friends by the time you get to the airport- he's one of a kind! The hotel is clean, quiet, affordable and safe. I ate dinner there and did not care for the fish and chips at all. The drink (gin and 7) was good.

Check in and check out was an easy process! Stayed in a room on the 6th floor. The ice machine on the 6th floor wasn’t working. Had to go through 1-5 floors to get ice. Bed was super comfortable! A/C worked great for my room. I agree with the others when they said the lack supplies for your room. They didn’t give me enough towels or toilet papers. Had to ask for more but overall experience the staff were nice and helpful. My shuttle driver to take me to the airport was 10 minutes late and wasn’t very friendly.

Don't forget to use Hoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any hotel. This web site will compare countless booking web sites and typically will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of the most well known in the area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you choose this place you won't regret it. Beautiful rooms but housekeeping never knocked on the door to gives towels or see if we needed anything I assumed they would if the privacy note wasn't on.. breakfast bar was great & ppl friendly

I enjoy Choice hotels. Cambria is one of my favorites. It's comfortable & safe. You can really stretch out in the rooms. So I'll give you that. My chief complaint here was the staffing issues. Instead of feeling like they were a team, looking out for your best interest, it felt very competitive. I got the third degree about who checked me in, what did they look like, they did something wrong, etc. Too much drama. Also, they lack discretion. I didn't like announcing my name / room number in front of an audience in the lobby (for security purposes) and felt ridiculed for using my membership card [that is in my spouses name], even though I've never had a problem in the last 10 years doing so. Then theres the pool- it's small, but I love swimming, so I'm always going to swim...what bothered me is I got locked out of pool 3X & had to parade to the desk in a bathing suit for assistance since there is no phone in pool entrance area. And the music! SO loud in the hall / lobby / elevator / pool area. Silence is underrated. And the attention to guests. I'm pretty self-sufficient & like privacy, + We don't mind not having bed changed or even made. But please! Tend to our needs! We were there 8 days/ 7 nights & only cleaned once, which was okay with me, but we had to continually fetch more paper products & towels ourselves & remove rubbish from our room. Even when we called down, they said they would bring them to us. They didn't. Still good... but....this particular establishment, like most in the service industry these days, needs improvement.

The room itself was nice. 90% of the staff were very rude. Our keys to the room never worked (we kept them away from phones and other cards). We spent a lot of time locked out of our room. There were no trash bags. Housekeeping never checked on us. Pool was broken. Washer and dryer were broken. Half the fitness equipment didn't work.

We have stayed here previously! We like the accommodations, the front desk staff and amenities. We want to recognize Donna in the restaurant. She is outstanding with her service, attention to detail and making everyone feel welcome. She is able to keep up with her frequent guests and all is done with a smile. She was here when we visited previously and is memorable so we remembered her and her cheery, friendly, very efficient service. Cambria is very lucky to have her! She makes the restaurant!

When you stay at hotels 20-60 nights a year, like I have in recent years (excl. 2020), you get to know what the standard is at a given price range. Cambria is definitely up to that standard: it's clean, the room /suite is very comfortable and has the amenities you would expect (well, actually, two TV sets in the room are above the standard). So, in that respect, it's an excellent hotel - as it should be. What made this an exceptional hotel was the front desk manager, a young lady by the name of Alison, who had an immediate solution to every problem or request I threw her way during my five night stay, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service. Wish there were more people like her. Would love to stay here again next time I'm in Denver.

  • 5/5 Connie L. 2 years ago on Google
5 Stars all around for just the service alone.. I hadn't even checked in yet and the amazing service had already started. I called to see about an early check-in abs without hesitation Tyler said sure absolutely what time did I prefer to check in? Awesome manager. Upon arrival to the hotel I was greeted by three smiling faces, Tyler being one of them. You can just tell that he is passionate about his work and takes seemingly good care of his employees because they seemed very happy also.
