Booked
the
Cambria
due
to
them
having
an
airport
shuttle.
Upon
check-in
the
lady
working
the
desk
was
talking
on
her
cell
phone
and
didn't
acknowledge
when
walked
in
stood
there
and
then
she
said
10
minutes.
As
soon
as
my
husband
walked
in
she
held
her
phone
but
proceeded
to
finally
check
us
in.
I
asked
her
what
time
shuttle
started
back
up
and
she
told
me
so
I
let
her
know
when
I
had
to
go
to
airport.
We
went
to
our
room
and
waited
awhile.
I
then
walked
back
to
the
front
to
catch
shuttle
to
the
airport.
The
driver
was
running
a
little
behind.
We
then
went
out
to
shuttle
vehicle
and
he
said
nothing.
He
put
my
bag
in
the
back
got
in
and
started
vehicle
.
Started
driving
had
wipers
going
the
entire
time
which
there
was
no
reason
for
it.
He
swerved
in
and
out
of
traffic
as
soon
as
someone
in
front
of
him
was
hitting
the
brakes.
He
never
said
a
word.
I
had
no
clue
what
I
was
to
do
when
getting
to
airport
as
he
never
said
anything.
I
got
out
of
the
vehicle
I
had
to
ask
him
to
get
me
my
bag
and
he
acted
as
if
it
was
an
inconvenience
for
him.
I
elected
to
have
my
husband
pick
me
back
up
when
I
returned
as
I
was
not
taking
the
shuttle
again.
My
husband
stayed
at
the
hotel
while
I
was
away
and
was
told
hot
tub
was
working
but
found
it
that
it
wasn't.
None
of
the
staff
that
we
encountered
were
nice.
We
have
stayed
at
other
Cambria
hotels
and
have
always
had
a
good
experience
until
this
time.
We
will
not
stay
here
again.
