Best. Restaurant. Ever! The menu is filled with wonderful options and I absolutely loved my biscuit hot chicken sandwich with mustard and house-made pickles. The pickles were so flavorful as was the chicken. The biscuit was perfectly soft and crumbly. We also loved the serve-yourself unlimited hot coffee and the waffle fries were loaded with flavor. The giant cinnamon bun was absolutely amazing and massive — definitely spring for the bacon on top, it was the perfect savory touch. I loved my entire experience here and wish I could’ve eaten more!

Completely worth the long wait in line; at the same time glad that they have the option to join the waitlist on their website, so you don't have to wait outside the restaurant for your table. We ordered 2 Franklins, one with sausage gravy and one with mushroom gravy. The one with mushroom gravy stole the show. Sausage gravy lacked seasoning. Biscuits were excellent as expected, but the chicken in The Franklin was the best fried chicken I've ever had with a biscuit. It was well seasoned and crispy. The chicken pot pie was also good but got entirely overshadowed by The Franklin.

Yoooo- this place is GREAT! Fun and comfortable atmosphere. Friendly and quick service. The coffee is a help your self bar where you can choose out of hundred of fun and unique mugs and they also have board games on the coffee bar! The menus is full of good things I got the biscuits and gravy and was wicked happy. They have a standard sausage gravy and vegetarian mushroom gravely and they are both dope. My friends got the biscuit pot pie and then a biscuit sandwich and we were all super happy. I plan to return soon to try more biscuits and their legendary pizza!

If I could give this place 11/10 I would. We came in on a Saturday morning but didn’t have to wait too long because of their online line system. We ordered The Franklin & strawberry shortcake made on biscuit french toast. The chicken was cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside but still moist. The biscuits were immaculate. The strawberry shortcake was also incredible. This was the best breakfast we’ve had in as long as we can remember.

LOVE this place! Literally the tastiest and most tender biscuit sandwich I ever had in my life. One of the most satisfying meals. Also, their selection of beers are great! Their blueberry one was incredible and complimented the food surprisingly well. Will definitely be coming back soon 👍👍

The Denver Biscuit Company has absolutely delicious biscuits. Their gravy was very tasty, not too much pepper and had a nice thick creamy texture. The strawberry shortcake is divine! Absolute heaven in my mouth.

Unique concept. Several restaurants, bars in one place. Pizza was really good, can buy by the slice or whole pie (a bit pricey base$4.50 plus fee for each topping $.50-.75 each) , drinks from the bar is very good. And biscuits are tasty, flaky on the outside and yet moist on the inside

We heard about this place and had to try it! We were not disappointed. The service was very friendly and efficient and the menu was very creative. I had a biscuit with cheesey grits - shrimp - pork belly - and a fried egg! No that is what I call a meal! My wife had a biscuit fried chicken / bacon sandwich. The atmosphere was great and well worth a trip to try it.

Fantastic stop; we've been to several of these franchises and can honestly say they are all consistent, which is a big plus. If you do stop in, it might be best to come on an empty stomach or maybe split a meal between two people. The food is excellent and very filling not sure how it would hold up the next day. Great atmosphere and this location have a pub and a pizza shop all in the same place so a little bit of everything for everyone!!

Doesn't matter what you get. It's good. The chicken is crispy and moist, the biscuits are crunchy on the outside and fluffy inside. We got the Franklin and the Elsworth. 100% would recommend. Get there earlier than 9:30 otherwise the line is out the door. Also, absolutely take the heated patio option. If you get there early, you can get it all to yourself.

Such a cool concept! We stopped in for breakfast and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We got coffee and they have a coffee bar where you pick from a big selection of different coffee cups and then help yourself after. The biscuit was massive and tasty. The two of us split it and it was still plenty of food. Will be back for lunch or dinner so I can drink a beer with my biscuit!😎

Very dense biscuits. If I go again I would ask for the maple syrup on the side because my biscuits were swimming in it. They have a bottomless self service coffee which you can choose your own mug. Worth the visit.

A laid back vibe with great pizza and drinks that are not messing around! I got their Peanut Butter Manhattan to start and it was both tasty and STRONG. We got one slice each, which is easily a good meal by itself. My wife got mushrooms and olives, I got the same but with bacon. The pizza is think crust, perfectly crispy bottom, saucey, with lots of toppings. Very floppy so you fold it to eat it. Darn good pizza. Also, the prices are great! We got a mixed drink, a fountain drink, and four pieces of pizza (two to go) and before tip it was only $37. Service was laid back, which is fine. This isn’t a place to be in a hurry. Parking is a challenge, but we found a spot within 5 minutes or so. Highly recommended for casual dining and strong drinks!

Some Damn Good Biscuits! Like literally so bomb! The biscuits are huge and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I got “The Franklin” which was basically a breaded chicken w/bacon, eggs and cheese smothered in gravy! It was absolutely delicious and so good that I went back a second time and laughed when my wife said if I’d be okay coming back again… the answer is of course!! Of course we are going back! The food and atmosphere was too good not too. They have pizza and beer too which is not a bad combination (; thanks for the good eats guys!

They serve some great biscuits, that’s for sure. I can’t really complain about the food at all. Super tasty, perfectly prepared. The wait staff is really friendly and helpful. I love the self-serve coffee. My only issue with the place is that it’s always extremely busy — be sure to book your reservation online ahead of time. (I know them being busy is a good thing, but this is just a head’s up.) Further (I suppose this is a second qualm), at the Colfax location, I’d suggest sitting outside, unless you want to be inducted into an impromptu rave — the restaurant plays its music loud, at a borderline-obnoxious level. (This is not the case at the Broadway location.)

Nice atmosphere and seems like a fun place to spend time with friends. The biscuit gravy was too heavy to finish it and the drinks were super light. Chicken sandwich was very very very (x100) oily. Not a place for me. Thank you!

I had the Winona with a side of waffle fries and pickles and I'm over here still thinking about how delicious this biscuit was! This is a huge sandwich, delicious and probably the best biscuit I ever had. The chipotle sauce and ranch sauce were so good ! Coffee was alright, wasn't my favorite but everything else was great. Will return if I'm ever back in Denver!

This place was the best Ive had so far. The biscuit was so buttery and flaky, the gravy was so beautifully rich, the chicken paired beautifully with it all. I so enjoyed my brunch here and feel like I wouldn’t mind eating this everyday. It was an incredible dish that left me wondering when can I get another one. Service was so amazing and friendly, always smiling and very attentive to refills. I highly recommend a visit because u wont regret it.

Must visit place in Denver. Best biscuit in town. The biscuits are so fluffy, huge piece. There are a lot of options of fried chicken some savory and some sweet. I like my beerler it’s all savory with crispy fried Nashville chicken. If you like cinnamon bun make sure to check it out. The bun is huge. You can have option to add bacon as well. There’s also free coffee self service. And a lot of beer options.

Come here often sit at bar.. Excellent. Just one note... The expo needs a little help, if she couldn't stop for two seconds, and give some butter, which is already portioned to a guest who asked very polite... Would have taken two seconds, but told sit down I will bring it to you, and I am sitting right next to expo. I understand, being busy. But all and all this is a great place, great staff, yummy food... You can't go wrong 💚💙💜💚💛🧡🤍🖤🤎❤

I really enjoy this location on Colfax. I usually go for the Shrimp and Grits and it’s so flavorful. It comes with a biscuit underneath but you can opt out and get more grits. Their cheese grits are sooo good it’s one of my favorite things there. Their fried chicken is very good. It’s a Pepsi product place just like most here in Colorado and parking is limited street parking. Been here three times and it’s just a great spot. I just tried their pizza and it was delicious although I didn’t care too much for their “bacon” which was pork belly. Was too salty and I didn’t love the flavor but I normally do enjoy it in my shrimp and grits.

First time at this location. Much less busy than the others we’ve been to. Seated right away and food came out fast. Everything very good, service was friendly, coffee was hot and fresh. Hot sauce was phenomenal actually.

This place has a fun and great atmosphere with amazing food and good drinks, i had the French toast and it was amazing. The biscuits were fluffy and savory and definitely lived up to the Denver biscuit Company name. Before coming I had heard amazing reviews of this chain and it is definitely worth visiting one of the locations to try it out for yourself since they are so well-known. It was decent pricing, and not too busy when I went, so we got great service. I would probably go again if in Denver for some breakfast !

We ordered the cinnamon roll biscuit, "The Schooner," and the "Black Out Burger". The best thing we ate was the burger. I highly suggest adding the over easy egg with it. The best burger I've eaten in years. Easy. The "schooner" was good; the highlight is the sauce. If you like catfish, this is a must. It comes out looking like an art piece, but the flavor is all there. The cinnamon roll was good. Heavy on the vanilla, and 3 of us could not finish it. It comes loaded with frosting, but the dense biscuit dough handles it well. I can definitely see locals making this a favorite place. I'm glad that we were able to visit here on our stay.

Best biscuits and gravy in town. Try the Franklin for the best of both fried chicken and biscuits and gravy! Moved in nearby and have been here a dozen times with no bad service, easy. Busy AF on the weekends but easy to breeze in on a weekday morning with no reservation. Bottomless coffee for 3.50 too.

This place was amazing! Awesome place for Breakfast! You gotta try the cinnamon rolls and the biscuits and gravy. Coffee wasn't bad either it was self-serve and they have plenty of mugs! I think the cinnamon roll could be split between two people. My only complaint was there was an ungodly amount of icing on it but other than easy 5 stars!

The garlic knots are delicious but the pizza is just okay. It's build your own pizza so you can get whatever you want. The pizza is absolutely enormous and expensive. The beer selection at Atomic Cowboy inside is great!

This location is bigger than its sister location off of Broadway. In the evening after 10 it turns to an adult bar/pizza pub. The on site manager was so kind he let us eat at 10:10 pm. He even took photos of our family with THE BIGGEST PIZZA I'VE EVER SEEN! The pizza was 26" of pure pizza heaven. Best pizza I have had in Denver. Slices were massive. Plates were given in an attempt to place your pizza on a normal place setting. We had mushroom, tomatoes, basil, spinach on a non gluten free crust. They do have an option though of gluten free. I am not sure about vegan choices. It was a thin syle crust pizza just like NY and Italy! The area had a nice bar, high table tops, booths and a pool table in the back. In the evening the music was modern and the atmosphere was a good vibe. The restaurant was clean and well maintained.

This store is located right off Colfax which can be hard to find parking. Expect the long wait during breakfast hour!! We got here around noon’ish and the wait still 45 minutes when the host said will be 15, i would rather to let me know upfront it will be that long instead of lame excuses. 15 minutes late is okay but beyond 30 you are not doing your job right. We really wanted to like this place, but the service was slow. The biscuits here are good, big portion, and one of a kind.

Took my husband here to enjoy a nice Saturday brunch. Even when he doesn’t eat pork the server had a great recommendation! Had an amazing experience. I ordered the shrimp and grits with a jJack Daniels drink special! Amazing! You can’t come to Denver without trying this place.
