Do not move here. They are remodeling the whole building to make it look nice but under the new paint there are issues that make this building unsafe. Aside from the building just falling apart, management is terrible, maintenance is virtually non existent, and concerns get swept under the rug. They're remodeling right now to hurry and make this place look better before the brand new condos are finished next door. The hallways and doorways to the outside always smell like pee, the pool is always in shambles, and everything is falling apart all the time. Go somewhere else! They also own broadmoor park tower across the street so beware of that too.

Honestly, reading the reviews almost made the biggest decision for my new journey. Moved here from Oklahoma/California as I was balancing back and forth. Let me just say, The reviews aren’t needed. The place yes is getting remodeled which is looking so nice, the front desk staff Ty and Cindy are always trying to make sure you have what you need in a timely matter. They do a lot and I see . Doesn’t smell like urine, I barely see my neighbors and when I do. They are all so nice. No gym though so was super disappointed for that as that’s a main reason I picked this building but she mentioned remodeling is happening so hoping for that. Also no dog area, but there’s a beautiful sunflower field just right up the block which is way better anyways for the mind. The reviews sound like angry people who didn’t get what they want. My apartment is updated, beautiful. I have a great view of the mountains. Construction is happening next door but not too early, which is lovely. They usually start about 8-9 am which is life. It’ll stop soon! Hope this review helps anyone reading those super negative ones. Very happy so far 🫶🏼

Homeless wandering the halls, Alarms going off near daily, packages being stolen, AC not working during heatwave. Pool in the middle of summer looks like Toxic Waste. No one deserves to live like this.

I've been living here for about 3 months. While I've been here it seems they have some new staff and have been making efforts to improve on problems with the complex. I live in a studio apartment and Love the layout of the inside and the view from the patio of the Cheyenne mountains. To make this review simple here's a list of Pros & Cons I've found: Pros: -Rent is relatively inexpensive -You are very close to a Walmart & Safeway, as well as 5 minutes from Cheyenne Canyon Park & next to Bear Creek Regional Park. -The Skyway Park neighborhood next door is a safe and very quiet area. -Right down the road from I-25 -Great mountain view IF your on the West side and not on the 1st floor. -No bugs At All in the apartment -Nice and friendly staff, haven't met a rude staff member at all. Cons: -Maintenance issues take a while to be addressed from my experience -Walls/doors are kinda thin and you can hear neighbors easily while your in the hallways. -We have had a package stolen that was left in the hallway in front of our door. Granted that's not the staff's fault that's just a lousy neighbor. Overall we are happy with our apartment and we plan to renew our lease. The building itself still could use some improvement but overall its in a great spot for close hikes, great local restaurants, and friendly staff.

Do not rent from here!! Management lies and their business practices go underhanded! They illegally remove roommates from leases without letting co inhabitant knowing. When the tell u u have 30 days to leave without charges, that too is a lie. They are out to make ppl homeless. Also the place has roaches which goes untreated. Also, these apartments r over priced! If u do rent from here, beware of the black mold that they do not let u know about! This place is not worth the stress!!!!

You do not want to move here. It is unsafe, homeless people sleeping under the stairs, and good luck trying to get in contact with management.

Apartments are under new management and things are improving! The building is older but apartments are nice. Ariel, the new manager, cares about tenants concerns, listens, and follows through. Neighborhood is nice as well!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! As others have said, maintenance is basically non existent. They can’t retain maintenance employees, so if things break, you’ll be without for a LONG TIME! The remodeled apartments are uhh… not as nice as the pictures look. It’s clear this remodel was done with time as the main concern and not quality. The “pool” is a HUGE eyesore, it’s so gross looking and unkept. Only one of the two elevators work most of the time. The fire alarm gets pulled several times a month by someone, but there are no cameras to actually catch who's doing it. Wash machines smell like mildew. There’s no gym. Front door is never locked, so the building isn’t secure. Water will randomly get turned off, without notice, because they’re working on the boiler (this has happened twice since I’ve lived here over the course of my 1.5 months and today it’s been off since around 4pm and still isn’t back on 4 hours later). Although the property manager is nice, not much gets done about concerns in a timely manner. For the price, I suggest looking elsewhere with better reviews.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! All reviews older than 7 months are no longer applicable. There are new owners of the building and the new management company is the worst I have ever dealt with. This used to be a comfortable and safe place to live and now it is rundown and unsecure. There have been multiple break-ins in the parking lot. Catalytic converters stolen, car's broken into, And I had a whole wheel stolen off of my car. They do not take care of the building. They are remodeling apartments without fixing any of the electrical mechanical and HVAC issues. They have one maintenance person who has harassed my pets and my partner, and the management company has done nothing after our complaints about him. It is impossible to get in contact with the management and they are consistently lying to you. For the entire time that they have been in charge, rent payments and utility payments have been inconsistent and they have been overcharging continuously. While it is usually fixed it is still incredibly sketchy. Save yourself lots of trouble and look somewhere else!

Please save yourself the headache and avoid signing a lease here. This apartment complex is very heavily frequented with thieves and there are ZERO cameras in the parking lot.. They say they can’t afford cameras? Lol, seems like a $500 camera system would be a good investment considering the amount of theft that happens here. My first month living here my car was broken into and lots of stuff was stolen out of it. Several other cars have been broken into during the time I’ve been here... Last night, someone stole the plates off my car. My car was parked at the very front of the parking lot, too.. It’s very annoying that rent is soo expensive but they fail to even provide a secure parking lot. Luckily, my lease ends in a few months. I do not recommend living here at all!
