The beer is good. I go here all the time so you can trust me. This place is good for a few reasons. One, they always keep a nice variety on tap so it always feels like you have options. On top of that, this brewery is smart enough to carry beers that are in season (Stout in the winter wheat beers in the summer, etc.). The other thing is that they tend to keep a food truck out front but they also serve food. That’s good.

Excellent beer and delicious burgers! We had a flight of incredible dark lagers. Excellent balance of smooth malty goodness to bitterness ratio. High-light was the Munich Dunkel! We also tried the hazy IPA which was a juicy, New England hazy - delicious juice with a perfect balance of hops - didn’t linger too long at the end to leave us with a crisp refreshing taste. Tennessee chatted with us about beer and life - super friendly, attentive and fabulous staff. We also had the mighty burgers with cheese curds and French fries. The burgers were out of this world! Cannot recommend these burgers enough! They were cooked to perfection and served with delicious dipping sauces. Highlights are the lemon garlic aioli and the chipotle mayo. Perfection with the lightly battered cheese curds. Plus the gentleman serving was so helpful and personable! Overall, this was such a wonderful stop for good beer, food, and atmosphere!! Do not miss Upslope in Boulder at Flatiron!

Best experience grabbing a couple beers and burgers after a day of hiking here. The dude running the Mighty Burger stand was the nicest person, super friendly, personable, efficient -- just all around a pleasure! He was alone and still managed to get food out super quickly and give us a great experience. To top it off, our burgers were PERFECT (seriously, I've had a lot of burgers recently), and fries were on point! We got a stout and a pilsner for drinks, both of which were great, and the people tending the bar were just as lovely. We came towards sunset so got lovely views of the mountains with the setting sun while sitting out on the patio with our dog (keep in mind it is unheated if you plan to sit outside later in the day). Finally, they play great music -- loads of Wilco, Flaming Lips, etc. Come here, you will not be disappointed.

WOW this place is great. We are visiting Boulder for the first time from Canada and so glad we stumbled across this gem. Awesome beers, fun environment including a great patio! Also one of the BEST burgers I’ve ever had (I’m quite particular)- and Thomas at the mighty burger is an actual legend. Upbeat, positive guy and great service. Thomas said he would make our burgers with love- and boy, did he ever.

At first I did not realize that Upslope and The Mighty Colorado Burger were at the same location, but that's super amazing because they're both great. Upslope has a great bar with really kind bartenders. The restaurant is always super clean, and the beer is ALWAYS delicious. Try the Passionfruit Hibiscus Sour the next time you're in, you won't regret it.

Their beer is great, the service is great, and I really enjoy the space. If you're looking to try Mighty Burger, give them a call first. I was there at 7pm last night and they were closed. The bar tender said they close at will. If Mighty Burger isn't open, you can order delivery or bring food in.

Genuinely the best location…brewery…restaurant…you name it, in all of Boulder. 10 stars. The highest quality beers and the absolute best burgers from Mighty Burger. The staff is also what makes this place extra extra special, Hannah and Jenna at the bar and Max at Mighty are the truly some of the most incredible people and the same goes for the rest of the staff. I come here quite often with my dog Baxter and it is always so welcoming and so delicious each and every time, we’ll always keep coming back!! Thank you to Upslope for taking such great care of us every time (basically every week) we come in!

The beer was good but this review is mainly for the Mighty Burger stand located inside the brewery. The guy that was running that place solo was so great and very friendly. We had the green chili fries and it was excellent. Perfectly crispy fries, loaded with meaty chili with a slight kick from the chili. Wish we had room to try the burgers because almost every table had them.

The staff is super fun and friendly, but the beer has gotten extra bitter lately. The “Munich Dunkel” tasted more like an American hop-forward stout. The “Mexican Dark Lager” tasted more like an American hop-forward amber. A year or so ago, they had really good malt-forward German and Belgian styles that were true to their names, and I really miss that version of upslope. Now I feel like I’m limited to seltzer or sours if I don’t want to drink a bitter, hop-forward beer here

Loved the interesting beers Upslope had to offer. Our favorite was the Spruce Tip IPA - such an interesting and well balance beer for how different it is. Beertenders were very helpful and friendly.

Beer tenders were very helpful and welcoming. Coffee IPA was fantastic. Walked in an hour before they close. Very laid back environment and they sell merchandise!

Up, up and away to Upslope! Had a great time here on the patio after mountain biking. Tried a few of there lighters beers such as the kolsch and lagers. There’s a nice little food joint off to the right side that allows for a few apps and hamburgers. Dogs can be on the patio but not inside. Overall the vibe was chill and everyone seemed easy going. The sun can be a bit intense if not inside or in the shade. Preferred to have a flight of beers for a sample of what was on tap. Highly recommended. Prost!

Stopped in here as part of a bike and beer tour and it was our favorite one of all the breweries we visited. Great variety, something for everyone. The bartenders took the time to chat with us and share different cocktail tasters too.

Beer and food really good. Citra Pale Ale ❤️ Loaded fries excellent. Fried chicken sandwich with onion and tomato also great.

Excellent wide selection of beers and seltzers. Limited releases available in tap house. Large dog friendly patio. A must stop for your beer craving and a Boulder staple 🪨!

Drinks and service associated with them absolutely 10/10, however the service and food by the burger joint attached were absolutely dreadful. We waited 30 minutes in line to order, mine was wrong and I stood in line for at least another 30 minutes to get it fixed. The food was mediocre at best. I attached a photo of the chicken sandwich I had, it was a lot of fried batter and hardly any meat. There was only one kid working up front and a kid in the back working the line in socks and slides. They were slow and didn’t seem happy to be working there. Don’t eat here, but definitely do drink here!!

Really enjoyed biking here for a beer! I had fun with the Thai Iced Tea beer; I’ll be sad to see it go. All of the staff was helpful, the sweet potato fries were perfect (just the right crisp) and the patio space was nice.

Good place in Boulder to grab a pint. 4 star because they don't have an Amber on the menu, but have multiple varieties of lagers, rice lagers, etc.
