Workers there were having an altercation with a panhandler, and they were rude to us that have nothing to do with what was going on and they did say some racial remarks that were uncalled for. I work up the street from this establishment. I’ve had to get a quick bite to eat.! Unprofessional employees need training, especially because this establishment is in an area with a lot of panhandling. It would be nice for corporate to look into this establishment..

Who owns this establishment... The Black people you have working here are walking Lawsuits. Extremely aggressive, argumentative, toxic, violent environment amongst Workers. A safe endangerment of the public... Please contact me immediately. Entire Staff needs to be replace and retrained

The worst subway experience. Mobile order they got wrong completely and burnt bread I asked not to be toasted but they were already arguing with someone over a wrong order so I just took the sandwich to get out of there. Just a hostile environment in general and I live in a shelter that's ran better that this place.Wrong bread which the burnt into croutons so really didn't matter.

This is the hoodest ghetto eat Subway ever they never have enough help they never have what they need to make your sandwiches if you have a complaint and call they never answer the phone! If you place your order online they don’t ever have what you ordered no wonder y’all get robbed all the time YALL ARE TRASH!!!!

I’m not gonna lie, this might be the worst fast food joint I’ve ever been in. Always out of toppings, bread, etc.

11/9/23 visit 8:00 PM. Worst Subway experience ever. 1) I order a foot long roast beef. I ask for lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes. “We don’t have any”. I ask why? “I just work here.” in a snarky tone. 2) This is a near downtown Denver location in the Five Points neighborhood. Therefore the restrooms are locked. I ask for restroom access. “I don’t have the key. The boss took it home. You have to go over to Wingstop” I say “so me as a paying customer cannot use the restroom?” She says “yes”. 3) The female employee has her friends in the lobby. Everyone is loud and obnoxious. JUST WOW. If this is a corporate owned location, the general manager should be fired. The employee should be fired. If this is a franchise owned location, then corporate needs to take over or shut them down completely. By my experience and by the poor reviews of this location, this is justified.

I was going to eat here after I was finished at the UPS store nearby, when an employee asked me to move my car so that her boss (manager or team lead) could park there. There was no reserved parking to let customers know not to park there. That was enough for me not to eat here. I've never had a restaurant employee ask me to move my car so that an employee could park closer to the establishment. Very bizarre.

We decided to do lunch here. The wife loves subway. I'm not as big a fan, but tend to go with what she prefers. We ordered the foot long turkey on multigrain with bacon and toasted. Wife didn't like the bacon. I think it wasn't cooked long enough. I like crunchy bacon on my sandwiches. It was rubbery. The lady who helped us was pleasant. No complaints there. Now when we opened the wrapper, this part was terrible. They wrapped the sandwich while it was open so Mayo and mustard was everywhere! All over the wrapper and just a mess on the sandy. Really wasn't happy about that. We will try again and see if they do the same thing.

The sandwich seemed like it was made poorly. Subway staff that was making the sandwich and was complaining about losing their voice. If a staff member is not feeling well they should not be working around food. As well as the staff member was complacent on what she was doing and had a hard time on what to do next

I liked to say something mr.T was really quick with my order was really nice and kind deserves a higher pay for is hard work at subways 👍🏽

This is the second time Ive been to this subway and both times disappointed, I was a manager at a subway so just by looking I can tell when the bread is stale, I asked her and the one she gave me was the second 6 inch that she cut, I could still tell but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. But it was stale and it wasnt toasted so it couldnt be covered up. Please check your bread and stay on bread times. I understand inventory and everything but I believe in quality over guantity. Especially if you want repeat customers. Thanks.

I have never heard the N word used so many time by employees. Ever other word is either the N word or a curse word. I watched one employee get annoyed and ask a customer why they had to walk in at that moment because the employee wanted to smoke some weed. The attitude and aggressive personality toward the customers is embarrassing. listening to how they communicate with each other is even worse. would strongly recommend eating elsewhere. listening to them complain about the lack timeliness to when they get paid 👌. Definitely not a kid or family friendly environment.

Poor service, no type of generosity or love put into your sandwich they just throw stuff on there. They were also super late with my pick up order and didn’t have stuff ready or prepared that should’ve been ready.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place is trash. The lady was on the phone the whole time she made my order and accidentally added a wrong topping. She also didn’t bother to stop cursing on the phone at all for the brief time she made my sandwich. Food was far from fresh. Just spend the extra gas/time and drive to a different nearby Subway. This is the worst one in Denver.

Put in an order for a sub at 7:15pm while I was in the parking lot in order to redeem a code only available online. I went to the store across the street to give them time. I came at 7:40pm as my app said it would be ready by 745. When I arrived the employee had the door locked with the lights off. I showed him my payment through the door and he proceed to turn off the rest of the lights and hide in the back. His friends were waiting outside and he did not come out until we left. I don’t really care for the subs I just want a refund for something I never received.

No one greeted a simple Hello when I walked in. I walked up to counter and the young girl just looked at me. She did not ask "can I help you?" No smile, acknowledgement of a customer, it's unbelievable how customer service has become such a chore for simple manners.

New hires all the time that don’t make your traditional subway sandwich!

At 745 pm with a close time of 8pm "Patricia", who was not wearing a name tag hair net or gloves stopped me from entering the store and said very rudely "we're closed." The sign says 8, the door was unlocked and other people were in the store. I asked if she was joking and she said "no I am NOT joking get out of my store so I can teach this new hire how to close."

Looking for a place for a quick lunch? Well avoid this at all costs. One person working the line during a rush while I could clearly hear 3 other employees messing around in the back. The guy took forever to make a single sandwich and didn't know what roast beef or spinach was. I don't know what the highlight of the meal was. It was either watching someone puke in the trash can or the manager going outside to hit a joint and chug some beer. You be the judge.

I’m new to the area and I love subway so I walked to all the subways in the area and I like this one the best. I don’t believe the people with poor experiences they probably popped off before trying to resolve reg issue cause the employees have corrected their mistakes every time with me no problem. Thanks to the women employees I usually see and solo whom I just met haha

I got a sandwich today, the bread was pretty stale which is unfortunate for an overpriced sandwich. Overall out of 10 stars if that was the rating, I would give them a 5.

Estevan is new but has made our sandwiches better than anybody that has worked there, give him a raise,10:10 experience i’ve been to that Subway before and they messed my sandwich up multiple times Estevan did a great job!!

First of all asked for a foot long meatball with mozzarella. Rude employee puts the meatballs on the bread and says we don’t have any cheese. Asked for provolone instead and they said they didn’t have it. Told them I didn’t want it since they never told me if they had cheese or not. The manager comes over and says to the employee just put the meatballs back in the container after it had already been on the bread. Don’t take your loved ones here the employees they’re a bunch of nasty people.
