I had been here once before for some killer take out during the pandemic and remembered loving it so I eagerly came back. I drove all the way from Aurora to get this and it was WORTH it! This time we tried some different items of varying heat levels; malai kofta (fried potato dumpling with mixed vegetables and raisins), honey chicken curry, and chana saag. My favorite of the three was the malai kofta that was creamy, savory, rich and extremely satisfying. I dialed down the heat on this dish to mild and I was really glad for that because I am a wimp when it comes to spice. We did medium heat on the chana saag which was also a deliciously creamy, buttery spinach concoction that was addictive. Loved to eat that with the basmati rice and naan. Might be the best Indian food in town. Menu is informative and the selection is prolific. Food came out timely and service was on point. Go to this spot if you haven't already. Dog drooled about 3 inches.

We three couples went there for dinner. Ordered Lamb Biriyani, Chili Chicken Momo, Steam Momo, Shrimp Achari, Chicken Curry, And a Appetizer Platter. As a south asian we expected some quality food, but honestly the taste of food was terrible, We literally felt the fresh uncooked spices. Biriyani was tasteless can’t say which meat we had. Overall totally disappointed. NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Don't go by review score. If you actually read the reviews left by Indians who know Indian food, the they are bad as it is supposed to be. The pics I've shared are of chicken biriyani. This is the first time I'm having biriyani with peas, cashews, raisins, capsicum and large onion pieces. For anybody who knows Indian food, this information should itself suffice to decide about the quality of Indian food.

On a Friday afternoon the restaurant was packed. We ended up sitting outside which was surprisingly nice. The service was attentive and on top of everything. We had the saag paneer, saag mushrooms, honey chicken, naan and chicken wings. Every thing was really good, and the dishes were big enough for next day’s lunch. The only thing I would have changed was getting the food a bit spicier (I got spice level 2.5 but should have take 3. Next time:)

We moved here recently and have been looking for our favorite Indian place. I think we found it . The food and service are excellent. We weren’t sure where it was initially, as it’s tucked away next to a liquor store. Parking is scare so we parked on the street. We made a reservation. I recommend it as it’s not very big inside. We had the saag paneer, samosas, lamb korma, chicken tikka masala, Dahl, and naan. All were excellent. We will go back.

excellent food and service. the staff was very kind and wow, this is the best indian food I have ever had. so many vegan options and I love how unique the menu is (tells you where the dishes are from and theres plenty of variety). portions are huge too for such affordable prices. we got a few appetizers and one entree and had to take home a lot of food haha. I could of been full off of just a starter but I'm so glad we tried food we never heard of! the space is really clean and cozy too and theres plenty of space for anyone worried about social distancing. try the vegan chai!! it's the best. I wish I lived in denver so I could eat here many more times!!!

I loved the starters and the twisted drink, but the main course was horrible. We started with Dumpling Soup, Fried Chicken Momos, and Chicken Malai Tikka. Dumplings were good soup was okayish, momos were delicious, and malai tikkas were juicy and tender. Loved the Spiked Mango Lassi (Mango Lassi with Rum). For the main course, we ordered Chicken Biryani, Chicken Rogan Josh, and Garlic Naan. They served pulav in the name of biryani; we just had one bite and couldn't eat the rest. Rogan Josh was inedible too. Too much pepper and watery gravy. They seriously need to work on their main course preparations. The staff was lovely and kept check on things; as a result, The service was terrific.

I liked that papads(taco like crisps) are served complimentary. We generally see in restaurants in India. Vegetarian momo soup was good. Momos dipped in the soup are fried. Shahi paneer, paneer cooked well and curry tasted little bit of sweet. Baigan barta was great! You get the eggplant flavor and curry taste is complimented, didn’t dominate the eggplant. Chat items are good too. With crispy and taste not so spicy.

Probably the best Indian food I’ve had in Denver. Everything was so flavorful. Went during a Saturday afternoon and it wasn’t busy at all. Parking kind of sucks due to the limited spots, but this place is worth the small walk if you have to find street parking.

This place was AMAZING!!👍 If you like Indian food, definitely make time to try theirs! We ended up here because the little taco place next to it had already closed. It smelt SO GOOD when we walked in, so we HAD to try it. Best decision! 👌 The service was excellent. Upon being seated we received waters with🍋 and a small apetizer bread with their delicious chutneys. 🥰 I couldn't pass up on a Chai and they were so good! Had the sweet potato korma and the vindaloo for dinner. It blew us away! Great flavors, meat/veggies cooked superbly, just amazing!🔥👌 I saw them do tons of take out orders as well, so I know the kitchen is WORKING! 💪 😁 Very much appreciated!

This place is deceptive. On paper, every thing looks good but when the dishes arrive, they are missing the freshness, originality and authenticity. The cream in every dish doesn't make them India, indeed, it's quite the opposite. Our snack (tikki) was half cooked and tasteless. We ordered medium spice but most of the dishes were too hot. They essentially don't understand the difference between spicy and hot. Spice comes with the numerous Indian subcontinental spices used in cooking such as cloves, pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, cumin, etc. the heat comes from peppers. Everything was loaded with chili pepper. That's a lazy way of cooking IMO. If you are going with intention of eating palate satisfying and rich Indian food (it's all in the color), please drop the expectation there. The food itself is not too bad, and the owner and servers are nice but this place ain't for me.

One of the worst Indian restaurant in the city (btw they are saying its Indian, but its nepali restaurant). They served us really bad food and got food posioning. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else. I wonder how they got over 4 stars. Dont go with reviews.

The best Indian food I’ve ever had! The menu clearly states dietary needs (gluten, peanut, dairy, vegan, etc.) Most things were naturally gluten free which was great for me. Also, I can’t handle a lot of spice and they were able to make things less spicy for me. Very accommodating! Great atmosphere as well.

We love spice room. Always a good meal weather eating in or taking out. The staff is always happy to greet you, and very attentive at the table. Food is consistent and the spice paste is awesome. Atmosphere is in line with the concept. Full bar restaurant. The papadum they give you with 4 sauces is delicious. The red chutney is spiced and the green sauce is phenomenal.

LOVE the cauliflower small plate/appetizer. The hottest [spice] level is SO hot and SO good. Medium plus is not very spicy. All of the vegan options are pretty amazing. Never disappointed when I eat here!

Our dinner at Spice Room was so delicious! I loved the cauliflower appetizer and the saag tofu, and the bread was great too. The medium spice level was perfect (very spicy but you could still taste the flavors). I appreciate that they are able to accommodate vegetarian and vegan diets easily. The menu is huge and everything looks good - can't wait to try it again.

This place is AMAZING! Food is seriously soooo good and fresh. Not greasy at all! I lived in London for a few years and had Indian food quit often. Since being back in the states since over 8 years ago, I haven’t found anything this good. To bad I don’t live in Denver! I’ll be craving this for a while and will definitely stop by anytime I’m in Denver 😊 If you like Indian food you will LOVE this place!

Decided to try because I don't have any good Indian food where I live. Spice room is a perfect name for this place. Everything was delicious. Each dish distinct from the other. Fresh, not frozen vegetables. Lovely place. Kind service. Plus, a full bar which you rarely see at Indian food restaurants.

The Spice Room in my opinion is the best Indian food in the metro. Hands down. They can run a little behind schedule when busy on Friday nights, but the food is always worth the wait. My faves are the Chana Saag and Sweet Potato Korma. Fantastic with Naan or rice. Namaskar Spice Room! Thank you for what you do. It's fantastic

Top notch food. The lamb was extra tasty. Also- for what its worth— it seems as though my party made a mistake with our order and when we called to complain (before we realized it was our fault) they took it upon themselves to correct OUR mistake at no cost. What a classy and delicious establishment. Highly recommend 10/10

What happened guys? It used to be good pre-covid, now it has no flavor. I ordered korma and added mushrooms - it’s a good thing I added those because that’s literally the only thing with flavor.

All I have to say about this place is WOW! Well done at executing authentic Indian food that We will most definitely be back for! The curries were so rich, delicious and heartwarming. The rice was perfect and the potato and garlic naan were both out of this world! I had plenty of food for seconds later and was satisfyingly full. The lemon tea that they have was a nice touch even on a hot summer day. It was very soothing. Thank you for your great hospitality, we will be back (:

BEST Indian food in Denver - Coming from someone that’s Indian. I’ve tried all of the other Indian restaurants and none of them can compare to Spice Room. Spice Room prepares true traditional Indian food. Perfect portion sizes. Perfect flavor. I’ll never go anywhere else

Discovered this place through Tock - the food reservation website, which recommended this place to be one of the best Indian restaurants around, so naturally I had to try this out. I made a reservation for 4 and was genuinely excited to try this place out. For appetizers we had - aloo tikki chat, chicken malai kebab and onion bhaji. For main course - chicken vindaloo and veg makhani. We paired the food with some wine and bullet naan. Overall, the starters were great. The chicken was soft and tender, the aloo tikki chat had the distinct Indian tangy/ spicy flavor and the onion bhaji was crispy and well done. The chicken vindaloo was decent, although it didn’t have that spice or that well defined rich flavors that a vindaloo is known for. The veg makhani was spot on with all the veggies cooked properly (many restaurants miss this dish by undercooking some veggies and it comes out crunchy which is a big NO). The restaurant s on the smaller side so I’d recommend to make a reservation if you’re planning to go on a weekend. There’s limited parking outside so be prepared to find a parking spot nearby on the street. The servers are polite and knowledgeable, and the service was good. The prices are honestly very reasonable which was a huge surprise and a big plus. I’d love to visit this restaurant again and try out some more food. A solid option to be among the ‘one of the best Indian restaurants around’ indeed!

Lamb biryani- the biryani is just a lamb curry poured over rice. The lamb is INCREDIBLE. Get it something other then the byrani though. Pani puri- not enough Pani and the puris are just so terrible. Wouldn't suggest getting. Makhani chicken - fine. Not too sweet.

I have been here twice so far, this restaurant is a welcome addition to Congress Park. Reasonably priced, family style Indian and other cuisine. They will make things appropriately spicy but make sure you emphasize you want your dish spicy. Food is fresh, sauces are best when mixed, and the aroma surrounding the place is phenomenal. Casual atmosphere with quality staple menu items. Try the cheese or garlic naan with your meal. Definitely recommend as a go-to spot for Indian comfort food.

Freaking awesome straight up amazing hot delicious food. Literally the best Indian in Denver. Ready so fast and so fresh. Always nice on the phone and in person. I punched myself for not eating here more often and even trying to recreate. That butter chicken is out of this world. Even the rice is top notch.

Small neighborhood Indian bistro with friendly, attentive staff and incredible food! The place filled up quickly so I'm glad that we got there at 5 because there would have been a wait had we arrived much later! I enjoyed the mild lamb Tikka Masala with Rose Lassi. I also tried their Indian lemon lime soda but it was a bit too savory for me so I asked my friend if they wanted to finish it, which they did (it was good, I am just more of a sweet drink fan). Dessert was also delicious, so make sure you save room!

Delicious spot, best Indian food around! The staff are so attentive and wonderful as well, definitely feels homie and comfortable but still beautiful for a date night. They can also make any dish dairy free which is a huge plus for a lactose intolerant Indian food lover!

This place is awesome, I'm so glad it's in the neighborhood. I've dined in a few times and gotten take-out twice. The last time was a pretty large order for a party; it was ready and hot when I got there and they helped me load it in my car. I have both vegans and carnivores in my clan and it's all great; the carnivores often order the vegan food just because, it's so delicious. The owners/servers are very warm and gracious and the service every time I've been there has been excellent. It's one of our few go-to places in the hood! Thanks Spice Room!

My husband and I ordered takeout from here and it was absolutely delicious and we will definitely come back. Be warned, the 'hot' is actually extremely spicy! We are accustomed to spice, so were quite surprised by how hot it was. Next time we'll try the 'medium.'

My aunts mother-in-law is from India, and cooks homemade Indian food all the time and it is always the best I’ve ever had compared to Indian restaurants. But, once I discovered spice room my feelings have changed! The other day, we drove down from Fort Collins just to get their amazing food! (Like their butter chicken and sage paneer ?) absolutely love the food and the people are so kind!

My husband wanted lamb for his birthday. No idea where to get it. We remembered this place smelled amazing while we were delivering with Postmates and tastes better than it smells. We scoured reviews and ordered lamb Tikka Marsa, Chicken Tandoori, Chicken and sweet Potato Korma, Mushroom Manchurian and rice pudding. I'm pregnant with epic heartburn so we ordered very mild and it still had a small kick. Not enough to bother me. The Korma was mine, but I ate some of everything. Plenty of food with leftovers for 3 adults.

Pretty good for an Indian restaurant in Denver. Service is better than food. Could be 4 stars if not for bad heartburn - over use of color or some tenderizing agent or msg?

This is my third time coming here , they are doing better than the every previous visit. At first visit it was crowded we waited for 10min to get our table. We went for buffet, and we had blast everything was delicious. Their complimentary chai was too good. We were like so much impressed and we came back within 10 days of previous visit , we got connected with that place and their good food. Today we visited for third time, we felt like we are eating for first time. Everyone have smile on their face ,I have also observed that this place was much more popular for Americans more than Indians those people are also regular customers, which is very important for a business to grow. I felt like they have succeed in it. I hope they will continue to impress us with their food and environment.

Update: (four stars) Since posting my original al review, we have been back to Spice Room on multiple occasions, for dine-in only—and, each time, the food has been delicious and and the service has been commendable. I’m still really nervous to try take out though, given our history, so when we do, we get it from another local Indian restaurant. If you’re eating in, however, this is a great place, if you can get a seat! Original Review: (two stars) The first time we ate at Spice Room, the food was amazing. Pricey but amazing. Since then, we’ve ordered take-out twice. Both times, my husband’s chicken vindaloo has been spot-on but also both times, my lamb korma was so salty, it was barely palatable. I am a saltaholic, so it has to be pretty extreme for me to say that. Last time, I thought it was probably just a mistake, and ended up tossing my food (note: for me, it is sacrilege to not consume every bit of Indian food leftovers). This time, I’m going to get some coconut milk and try to dilute the salt a bit in order to salvage my poor meal. However, for a $16 dish, I shouldn’t have to doctor it to make it edible—Call me crazy, but I expect more! Unfortunately, after getting “burned” twice, we’re going to look elsewhere for good Indian in our area. Perhaps this place is just best for dine-in.

We only ordered takeout but from the friendly and efficient interaction, I already love this restaurant. Super accommodating service! The decor, acoustics and lighting were just right. Best vegan Indian food in Denver. I switch up my dish each time I have gone, but my personal favorites are the vegetable korma, sweet potato & vegetable vindaloo, & baigan bharta. Very flavorful and the spice level is on point. I love that they have so many vegan options. Most places, only masala you get is the chana masala. Also, always start out with the Vegetable Samosas. You will not be disappointed

I order from Spice Room about 3-4x per month for my family. We absolutely love this restaurant. At first we dined there but since virus mania we’ve obviously taken it to go and the food quality is just as good. When we were able to dine in the staff is always very friendly and kind. I would compare most Indian restaurants in Denver to being more like a Panda Express or PF Chang’s version of Indian. I guess that’s ok if you have a craving but for something more authentic and much higher quality then Spice Room is the spot. Easily the best Indian I’ve had in the area. Easily as good as the Indian I’ve eaten in cities with larger Indian populations like London. If I have to eat here every night to help make sure they make it through this crazy time I will. My kids love the cauliflower appetizer and butter chicken. My wife loves the saag paneer. I love the Lamb Tika and pretty much any of the spicy curries. We all order extra naan because like everything else it’s fantastic.

  • 5/5 Key C. 3 years ago on Google
Do yourself a favor and order today. The food smells great, looks great, and tastes amazing. There is nothing plain about the plain rice, the naan is fresh, and the service is phenomenal. I will be back for more! Omni, veggie, vegan...all will find satisfaction here. I didn't get any napkins or utensils in my to go bag but I can forgive that. All the food packaging is reusable/ recyclable.

Drove from NorthEast side of Thornton because their menu selections looked good during quarantine and was extremely happy to find a new go to place for Indian food. It was amazing! We ordered take out on Friday, April 10th. This review is delayed because I had to calm down. Great food. 100% disorganization and chaos. -We wanted to order food, so showed up to place our order. -Too busy to take our order. Had to order online from my phone in the parking lot. -Website told me it was a 25 minute wait. Understandable. -Confirmation email hit me with a 45 minute wait time. Not a cool bait and switch. Decided to wait. Small business in COVID. Support. Yada Yada. -Show up at my pick up time. No...at least another hour wait. Um...what? Starving. No way to cancel the order. -3 HOURS after trying to order in person; 2.5 hours after ordering online, we finally have our food...kind of. Order was wrong, but we ate it anyway I guess I would go here to eat in the restaurant once COVID passes, but never again would I order takeout. Apparently, they have more business than they can handle right now, so I will give my weekly COVID small business support to other venues. Service: Upgraded from -100 stars to 0 stars by the kindness and grace if the employee at the front door. She was handling lots of hangry attitude. Well done. The owner has you to thank for saving this review from 1 star. Food: 5 star Net is 2.5 stars, but I'll round it up to 3. --

One of the best Indian restaurants that I've had the pleasure of visiting. The menu is full of typical favourites and other exciting dishes not often found at your local high street Indian place. The menu is very considerate in it's organisation and highlights which dishes can be served vegan, dairy free, gluten free etc. There is something for everybody here. I would fly back to Denver just to eat at this spot again. Absolutely loved it.

The only problem I have with their food is that they definitely ask for spice level , I doubt if they follow .I ordered for mild noodles ,way too spicy !! Medium was really hot !! Very disappointed! I made sure while placing order to follow the spice levels that I asked for.My daughter ate nothing !! Mild was so hot ! Please consider our opinions !!

This restaurant has been wonderful every time we have gone. The food is very flavorful and if you like it spicy can get very hot by request. We now visit several times a month and are slowly working our way through the entire menu of options. Already have a few favorites, like the tika masala, saag, or vindaloo, but we've also enjoyed each other dish we've tried. This has actually been the ONE AND ONLY restaurant we've continued to visit during the Covid pandemic. Each time, the staff has been very professional, very clean, and very cautious.

Edit: 10/21 the last 2 times I have been there the service has been terrible. The man who has served us before was atttentive and pleasant. The female there is just the opposite! Chicken Tikka masala and garlic Naan are absolutely delicious! Best I've ever had!

I love this place for the Authentic Indian food, music and service. Everything I have is great they have vegan options such as vegan daal. You choose the spice level, medium is hot enough for me. This food may clear your sinuses, so bring kleenex.

Whoa. This place is just incredible. The food is some of the best Indian food I’ve had in the States. Huge menu with great explanations about where the dishes are from and even the beer they pair well with. TONS of vegan and vegetarian options! On top of the great food the service is excellent. I’ll definitely be returning the next time in Denver!

  • 5/5 Patrick R. 3 years ago on Google
Ohhhhh man this spot is so sooo good! Delicious is an understatement! Note: had the medium heat and was little spicy for me. I usually can handle the heat. The only problem was I couldn’t eat fast enough due to the spice... I’ll take it a notch down next time - that’s just me tho 🤷‍♂️. Great job love it - highly recommend!

I'd give this 3.5 stars. I live 2 hours away and we only have 1 indian restaurant. So I really wanted to love this place. We came here on a holiday weekend when they were clearly overrun with dining and take out orders. It's a small restaurant and lots of people waiting at the door to pick up their orders. Wearing masks and all, but still. We started off with the dahi papari and a nice cup of chai. For the main course, we ordered the boneless chicken tandoori, dal makhani with rice and a plain roti to share. Now the dahi papari was very very good. Perfect amount of chatpatta taste. The chai is even better. One of the best I've had. The main course was a little disappointing. We asked for Indian hot, as we both love spicy food. But what we really got was food with chilli powder dusted on top, so it wasn't cooked enough. Ultimately everything tasted decent but with a coating of red chilli powder on top. I do not like eating red chilli powder by itself. So was disappointed. Will recommend not asking for Indian hot to all the spice lovers. The dal makhani did not have the usual taste but I liked the twist to it. They had some rajma in it so pretty authentic as far as ingredients go. The chicken tandoori would've been good without the chilli powder. Comes with onions, tomatoes and peppers grilled. Decent portion size and can be shared properly between 2 people. The roti was plain disappointing. Guess I was expecting a regular gujju roti but got a tandoori roti instead. It was a little dry. But went some way balancing the chilli powder taste on my tongue. Servers were nice despite being so busy. Appreciate the evening out.

  • 3/5 Allison U. 3 years ago on Google
Food is great, but don’t expect curbside pickup. I don’t have any problem with going in, but if you offer curbside you have to actually bring the food out. Instead it was just sitting inside getting cold.

  • 5/5 Gabe K. 3 years ago on Google
Edit: Great food! Thought there was a bug in it, didn’t realize it was just cardamom. Haven’t had that in Indian food before so it looked off. Delicious food and very reasonably priced! The dairy free saag was quite good.

This is by far the best Indian food restaurant in Denver. I have eaten Spice Room twice a month for over a year and it is consistently delicious. The food has great flavor and whether you are eating there, or getting it to-go, it always delivers. My favorite menu items are the saag paneer, chicken tikka masala, naan, lasuni gobi, and korma, but I have never ordered anything that I didn't like. Also, the service is super friendly - Cal makes everyone feel welcome.

Excellent food! Chicken Tikka Masala (Spicy), Garlic Naan, and Daal Tadka (Mild). We are from the Northeast and were not ready for the spice level as our local restaurants offer rather bland spice-less versions of our favorite dishes. Flavors and ordered spicy-ness were spot on; make sure you know what spicy is. We’ll be back!

Where do I begin? On all levels this place is good for the soul! Go for the lunch specials, they are served with soup and a delicious chickpea cracker with many dipping sauces. I received a giant lunch and order a chai all for under 10. The masala chai is a must, and offers refills. The staff is kind, courteous and extend the dining experience by conscientiously bringing out the dishes in smooth and proper timing. They waited patiently until I was done with each item. One of the owners even came over and checked on my experience. I think he noticed I was eating slowly and had barley touched the main rice dish. It was spicy and I was going at it slowly. It wasn’t too spicy just perfectly kicked my sinuses into gear. However he offered some of this creamy white sauce to help lower the spice and it did wonders! He brought out a giant portion of it for me. The food is amazing and comforting with lots of warming spices and full of flavor. Many vegetarian options and good meat eater options too. I can’t recommend this place enough! They do awesome takeout and are super fast.

I ordered the Chicken Shahenshah and asked for it to be as hot/spicy as possible. Simple, right? Well, every place I've ordered from in the past has never made it hot/spicy. Spice Room? 100% nailed it. So good!!! Thank you so much. You are my new go to :)

I can't speak for the food but I will definitely not be dining here. The guy handling the door ignored me when I walked in, then addressed the other man who came in after me even though I was directly in front of him. Gross misogynistic behavior really ruins my appetite.

Some of the BEST Indian food I've ever had. Ordered takeout and everything was packaged neat and tidy. Tandoor chicken (bone-in), Aloo Gobi, Chicken Tikki Masala, butter naan, veggie samosas - all were awesome with great flavor. Medium spice is definitely spicy enough. Mild + is enough for most. Glad I found this gem, will definitely be returning to support these guys.

My partner and I ordered our dinner on a Saturday night for take out. I thought I had ordered naan but when we picked it up I noticed on the receipt that it was not on the order nor in our bag. I asked if I could place an order for naan since I forgot it on our initial order and the person I was speaking with disappeared into the kitchen and came back with some fresh naan. When I asked if I could pay for it he just asked that we return again! I have always been so pleased with the food from Spice Room - it is very consistent and delicious every time! The service is extraordinary and even during covid they are going above and beyond to meet customers needs and safety concerns. We will of course always return any time we are craving Indian food.

We got takeout for our Thanksgiving dinner since we LOVE Spice Room!! We are vegan and love that they can make almost anything vegan!! We ordered everything vegan and "medium" spice: Mushroom Manchurian as appetizer Mushroom Saag Sweet Potato Masala Baigan Bharta Every dish was absolutely delicious and 5*!!!!!!! Only minor complaint is their "medium" is more like other Indian restaurants "hot". Next time will order "mild" and hope its more "medium" (and not too "mild" cause we do really like spicy food!)

We used to really like Spice Room. The items we have ordered in the past were flavorful. We have dined in and ordered takeout. We ordered takeout about a month or two ago, and we noticed that it was much worse than normal. The food lacked flavor and just tasted salty. The naan was nothing like traditional naan, and was flat and crispy. We decided to give them another try. Again, the food tasted like salt and could have been anything, and the naan was the same. Additionally, they got much of our order wrong. It seems like lately they are just trying to crank out as many takeout/delivery orders as possible with little concern for the quality of their food or customer service. We won’t be returning.

This place is excellent! Living up to it's namesake; dishes are flavorful and spicy. We ordered everything medium and truth be told it was too spicy to enjoy until the food cooled off a bit. After that, everything was delicious. I would suggest ordering mild for dine in and medium for takeout/delivery, depending how spicy you like it. Also the mushrooms are INSANE, I could eat them all day. Staff is friendly and attentive, and the owner was kind and welcoming. Will definitely be returning!

Biryani here smelled foul, some of it was completely bland and part of it were extremely slaty. i. Half cooked salty riced mashed together with pieces of chicken and peppers isn't a biryani. Nastiest food i've ever eaten. We also ordered Naan which was completely raw inside. we had throw the whole thing in trash. Save your money, health and time and avoid this place completely.

I love this place!! I have been to many Denver Indian restaurants as well as Brick Lane in London. As I told the owner on my last visit “ This is some of the best food on the planet”! The staff is welcoming and friendly. The food is nothing short of amazing. Even though I am not a vegetarian, I get the vegetarian options here because they are simply outstanding. I love the lunch special that offers a samosa, naan two entree samplers and a bunch of delicious sauces as well as a small dessert. When I go here for lunch I plan on not eating dinner. So much fantastic food!!! Thank you, Spice Room, for being a fantastic addition to my favorite Denver restaurants.

It was soo delicious! I def recommend getting spicy over medium if you like medium spicy things, I know some people don’t know the spice level at places so just an fyi :) I love the banana dessert and the naan is soo good! They were extremely busy and still was super nice and communicative and as someone who works in the food industry I totally understood and was patient so if you are upset over waiting please just have some empathy and awareness :) Definitely coming back.

Very good customer service. Cheese and onion naan was good. Buttered chicken good. My only issue. I don't think their soda machine is properly calibrated. I first ordered a Dr pepper. It didn't taste like Dr pepper. I switched to sprite also didn't taste quite like sprite but I just stuck with that one.

The staff is polite and available for the best services on every single moment of your stay at the place. Staff have multilingual and multicultural well trained.
