While
leaving
a
customers,
I
noticed
the
line
of
people
coming
out
of
Comal
while
heading
to
my
car
in
the
same
parking
lot.
It
was
noon.
The
menu
was
simple
with
options
for
non-GMO,
etc.
I
ordered
the
Tinga
De
Pollo
Plate
-
chicken
breast
in
Chipotle
chili,
rice,
beans,
and
queso
fresco.
The
menu
says
it
comes
with
tortillas
but
I
didn't
get
any.
One
of
my
favorite
dishes
my
Mom
used
to
make
was
chicken
en
mole.
I
could
probably
eat
that
every
day
with
beans,
rice,
and
tortillas.
The
menu
description
of
what
I
ordered
didn't
give
me
a
clue
that
it
was
going
to
basically,
be
some
very
good
chili
mole.
I
loved
the
cilantro
and
onions
in
this
version
though.
I
would
say
the
serving
size
was
on
the
smaller
end
and
there
should've
been
more
chicken
for
the
price
of
$12.
The
beans
are
a
cross
between
whole
and
mashed
and
were
delicious.
The
rice
I
received
was
a
white
rice,
not
Mexican
rice
like
the
menu
says,
but
the
lime
in
it
was
good.
I
still
would've
preferred
Mexican
rice.
The
queso
fresco
on
the
beans
is
a
great
touch.
All
that
was
missing
in
this
meal
were
my
tortillas...
