We did the indoor tasting menu of a total 7 courses incl. 1 dessert with the non-alcoholic pairing. The total price is $555 incl. mandatory 22% serving/tips. We have done quite a few fine dining tasting menus in NYC, Chicago, Vegas, and Denver, overall, the food at WOLF is good but it doesn't have the "wow" factor and it doesn't justify the price. The fruits salad, the bison skew, the lamb chop are the top 3 dishes for us and we enjoyed it the most. The sourdough bread with different dipping, and the dandan noodles are pretty subpar. Most importantly, the dessert was pretty disappointing, nothing to write home about. 😞 The service was not too attentive or genuine comparing to Beckon. And the tasting menu definitely did not blow us away.

Absolutely phenomenal experience, from the atmosphere to the cuisine and everything in between. We were lucky enough to grab one of the tents, which was incredibly private, had a beautiful fire going, and kept us warm in 7°F. I want to add that the musical ambience was also fantastic. The tent seating offered a special donabe experience—a Japanese clay cooking style. The service was top-notch and a perfect blend of being attentive while letting us enjoy the 13-course adventure. The cocktails were delicious, potent, and accompanied the plates nicely; we were even treated to celebratory cider. The flavor profiles of every dish was delicious, with every bite increasing in complexity— resulting in an incredibly savory and life-changing dinner. I could not recommend The Wolf's Tailor enough, such a satisfying and splendid experience.

The Wolf's Tailor is by far the best dinning experience I've had in Denver, rivaling that of Michelin star restaurants. My partner and I went to celebrate our anniversary and will definitely be returning. The six course set menu "Roots - As above, so below" was an adventure, exploring perfectly prepared seasonal local ingredients. Each dish expertly designed with robust flavors that entice your appetite without overpowering the palate. Highly encourage guests to opt-in for the drink pairings to add another layer of depth to your dinning experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating. The initial reservation captured dietary restrictions, notes about our visit, and a teaser of what to expect. They followed up a few days before the reservation to confirm dietary restrictions and offer special services for our event. When we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, even had a hand written note to us for the occasion. During the dinning experience, the team was perfectly balanced at providing details and support, without overwhelming the dinning experience. Atmosphere was an interesting blend of immaculate white oak tables and counters contrasted with more lightly painted OSB. Entering through the garden showcases the wonderful outdoor dinning experience. Cannot recommend The Wolf's Tailor enough, its an experience you will not forget.

Great restaurant and service. We had the opportunity to dine in the tent experience and while outside it was about 6° it was quite comfortable inside the tent. The food was immaculate and the drinks superb. The staff was knowledgeable about their menu answering any questions we had. I would go back for the next menu and maybe even just for the bread, which was a blessing.

I would give The Wolf's Tailor 10 stars if I could! What a culinary adventure! Every dish (there will be many over the course of your tasting menu!) was inspired and combined flavors and ingredients that were completely unexpected but delightful. I love their focus on in-house fermentation and using local, organic, and heritage produce and grain. They even have greenhouses to grow their own herbs and vegetables next to the gorgeous garden/patio seating area. We got the mixed beverage pairing option, a fun addition that brought smaller portions of surprising cocktails (a drink made with carrot juice? Yes, please!) or beer to complement each course. The staff were all lovely and work together to make your meal an experience without coming across as stuffy. The stars of the show are the kitchen team though- they are producing dish after dish of artful food - a wonderful surprise around every corner. My husband and I agree this was seriously the best meal we've ever eaten! If you have an opportunity to eat at Wolf's, do not pass it up!

Was in Denver for a wedding and decided early on we wanted to try this place based on reviews. It was absolutely amazing, service was impeccable and the food was delicious. We opted into the cocktail pairing at the last minute because we had never done anything like that before and it was absolutely worth it. Some highlights of our meal were the cocktail paired with the tomato 3 ways dish (So weird and savory and sweet and good). We also loved the trout custard dish, lamb lettuce wraps, and the dessert & dessert cocktail. It is truly a shame there is no Michelin guide for Denver!!

6 stars. Ezclap. This place was so incredible. They told us that the menu changes about every 2 months, so we already know how often we'll be going. The ambiance, the attitude, the philosophy, all incredible. A menu created with locality and seasonality in the forefront. The menu is probably the most genuine and greatest fulfillment of the word "elevated" when it comes to food that I've ever experienced. By far the most palette pleasing combination and variation of flavors that I've come across to date, and what amazes me most is that a member of the staff told us that based on the season, this would be the worst meal I'll ever have there. It has to be my favorite collection of flavors in a meal that I've ever had though. Just completely outrageous how good the food was. This is the first place that we've been to that offered a non-alcoholic pairing with the meal and everything was delicious and paired incredibly well.

What a phenomenal experience and the highlight of our trip in Denver! We were so impressed with the tasting menu and the unique flavors and the plating. The team was very accomodating of our food allergies and tailored the menu so each of us could fully enjoy each plate. Definitely try their house ginger ale! We left very satisfied and very full!

Awesome experience, did not disappoint!! I highly recommend reserving one of their outdoor tents which contains a fireplace, big wooden table, and lovely decorations. We had many different courses, each so unique and different from the previous. It definitely was a memorable dining experience! Our servers were extremely knowledgeable, charismatic, helpful, and very responsive. Highly, highly recommend checking out this place if you’re looking for and elaborate and indulgent dinner!

Every course was beautiful and amazing. Excellent service. One of the top 5 meals I’ve ever had. You will not regret your meal here. We shared a wine pairing, it really does complement the meal. I love that 90% of the ingredients are from the state.

I have been here twice now across two years and this is the best restaurant I’ve been to in Colorado. They nail the farm to table aspect of fresh ingredients, but also succeed where many such places fail in being high cuisine. The service and attention to detail is amazing as well. This restaurant would be notable anywhere in the world and absolutely outshines other Colorado restaurants while highlighting what Colorado has to offer.

A memorable dinner. 7 courses, each one described and presented beautifully, and absolutely delicious. We also opted for a Wine Pairing, and a Cocktail Pairing, both were terrific. The service was warm, professional, and flawless. And, we could actually have a conversation! I wouldn't change a thing. LOVED the entire experience.

We dined in the tent and it was outstanding. The service was impeccable and the food was beyond impressive. The artistic quality and the melding of flavors, top notch. I definitely did NOT leave hungry. I would go for this amazing experience again, for sure!!

The food was really delicious, gorgeous presentation and comfortable seating inside the restaurant. The wine pairing was a little non traditional for some courses and we did not think some of the choices went well with courses but really no complaints.

Came here to celebrate a birthday, lovely outdoor ambiance and the staff are very professional. I loved most of the food, but the main course was not great for me. (I'm Korean and they used Korean flavors which was a unique surprise, but I didn't enjoy it and I left most of it on the plate.) Order two drinks, enjoyed one. Bugs kept committing suicide in my water glass so I just put it to the side. I like that they provide blankets and a heated seat pad if you request it (which you should! So nice!) Overall, I think I might come again, but would maybe choose tent or indoor seating next time.

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Everything was so thoughtful. NA drink pairing was perfect, and I do mean perfect. If this is on your radar & you're contemplating visiting, you should. It's worth your time and money.

Absolutely my best meal experience in my life. The food exceeded all expectations. The staff was exceptional. They were kind, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. Going into this night I had very high expectations. Every one was surpassed. Thank you for taking such good care of my girlfriend and I on our special night!

The experience was amazing. The staff was fun and attentive and made for a memorable evening. The drink pairing was great. The food was all prepared immaculately. Even if a couple of the courses weren't to my liking, they were still of high enough quality that I cleaned the dish.

Such a special spot. We are lucky to have this place in Denver. We did the tent 7 course experience. It was fantastic! I am a pescatarian and they accommodated me wonderfully. I tried my first orange wine with the fish course and it paired perfectly. What a great experience! Would love to come back in the summer and sit on the patio. Thank you for a fun night!

Now in the top 5 restaurants we’ve eaten at. (And we’ve tried a lot!). Creative. Delicious. Incredible flavour combos. The pre fixed menu was spot on. They easily met all my wife’s dietary challenges. I highly recommend the wine pairing and non-alcoholic drinks menu. Amazingly creative.

A culinary adventure! I first visited The Wolf’s Tailor back in 2019. I actually forgot the name of the restaurant and over the years it faded. Thank goodness we rediscovered it on our recent visit to Denver. I was left dumbfounded and flabbergasted. From start to finish this was the best food experience of my life. Expensive yes, but we’ll worth the price. Each dish and each drink is accompanied with its own private curation. Each individual ingredient is researched and added to the dish with the upmost care. We left on cloud9.
