Please be aware your order is most likely to be missing something. Honestly I don’t know why they don’t change the management in this location. I order a lot from here since I work near this one. And they alway mess something up. This time as you can see on the pictures I ordered a chicken bread ball pasta but the sent me a pasta with no bread and like 3 pieces of chicken. And if you look at the pictures again I ordered hot wing but they sent me fried chicken wings with out the Hot sauce that the chicken should’ve been marinated in... they always mess up my order I tried to call them back and the number is not working. And the guy that delivered my pizza gave an attitude.

Worst dominos I’ve had in a while. The whole bottom was gone. Was able to get a refund this past time but this has happened the last three times I’ve gone. I’ve only gone again out of convenience since I live a block away but can’t do it again.

Service is terrible at this location. Walked in for a carry out order (at any other location, this would mean 15min max for your pizza) was rudely asked if I placed an order already, instead of Hello, Or Welcome To Dominos, and they advised it's be 30 minutes. The entire time I waited, their phone rang loud the whole time I stood there, total 45 minutes, and they never answered the phones. Makes sense, since other reviews say they don't answer the phones here. One person (pic) actually stood there waiting to be attended, and was never, so he promptly walked out very upset. When I finally got my pizza, they had got the toppings wrong. Employee asked me if I wanted to wait for another carry out, to which I said no I did not want to wait another 30 minutes, so he refunded me in cash, when I paid with a card. My place of employment is the next block, we can see this location from our windows, and also placed an online order at 8am this month as well to be delivered at 11:30am, and they showed up at 12:45pm. We did call at 11:30am wondering where our pizza was, but they never answered the phones, surprise surprise. I was hoping walking in for carry out would be faster service, but it is not.

I had delivery from here to a hotel I’m staying at around 1:30 or so this morning. I’m 2 blocks or less away. It took them 50 minutes to get here. The delivery man was friendly, but he didn’t bring the 2 litter of soda I ordered and already paid for. Then I got up to my room and my pizza was dry & burnt to the point I couldn’t eat it. I gave the guy a $15 tip, let me mention. So I waited too long (50 minutes) for a meal I only got half of (no drink) and unable to eat the other part. (Burnt & dry) I should have just gave them the $40 for fun. That’s pretty much what I did, I’m very unhappy.

This store is trash!! Ordered months ago and it was a mess, the only reason I ordered again was because of a credit. The pizza was fine but the chicken carbonara pasta had zero meat...called and complained and they resent it an hour later...completely the same, just mushrooms and onions. Do not order from here!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGES/PROPERTY STOLEN. A Domino's delivery driver from this location stole packages on our property, which was caught on multiple cameras. When we called to talk to the manager, the manager hung up on us and hung up on 7 News reporter. Clearly, they have tracking to show exactly who delivered the pizza and could have quickly resolved the issue. A company and franchise that cares so little for the community it serves and has no ethics does not deserve your business!

Really bad. Arrived burnt and cold. Requested contactless delivery to my unit. Provided access code. Instead the driver called me and said I’ll leave it in your vestibule- which is not secure. When I said, I requested delivery to my unit, he got a little snippy and said “well you’ll need to buzz me in” - when I was trying to give him the code (which was clearly written out in the delivery instructions), one of my neighbors let him in. First and last time ordering here.

Touch and go with them. But all around decent and I live by 3 locations that are an equal distance from me. Unfortunately tonight the pizza was burnt in a few spots and lacked cheese,(it's like u have to order the extra cheese to have any see pics) but still tasted alright. 26$ for 3 things and that was with a coupon! It's ridiculous how expensive everything is.

Worst service ever I ordered online and made sure to put hotel name and my room number driver failed to deliver my pizza ! 1st he say he couldn’t get in touch but how If all information is clear to deliver. It sound like people don’t want to work that’s it .., I would never order at this location again when In town ,I FORGOT TO MENTION HOW MANAGER DISCONNECTED CALL IN MY FACE!!! This was literally the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. I even like dominos. This one is just horrible. Please save yourself and loved ones and never eat here. Actually, no never eat here. Not even if there’s a fire! Seriously worst pizza of my adult life.

Ordered a pizza, and they said it would be an hour. Called back after an hour and they said it was on its way . Called again after another hour and the “manager” , she said her name was Christine , said that they were two hours behind. Christine the manager , was very, very rude. She said we needed to wait another two hours for our pizza. A total of 4 hours. Another worker was very nice, and kept apologizing. Never received the pizza.

Have made delivery orders at this location before without issue. Received my order this evening and it had clearly been dropped. Of course this was after watching the delivery driver sit a block away from my house for about 5 minutes. Whole pizza and chocolate cakes completes smashed in their boxes. UPDATE: after contacting store about obvious delivery issue they’re store offered to remake and redeployed my order. New order was incomplete. Since this is my nearest dominos guess I won’t be getting dominos again soon since I can’t trust this location

pizza tasted fine but the bacon wasnt the greatest. when i took a bite of my last piece of pizza there was a long hair in the slice and i didn’t realize it until i pulled it out of my mouth!!!! disgusting. i think the cheese bread was the best part of our meal.

I understand it's 50% off pizza and you guys are busy come on man ? I don't mind waiting an extra 25 mins after the already 40, but I don't understand why you guy are so very slow and the customer service is so bad ? Also do you guys cut your pizza with a plastic knife? I have to hand rip it every time I order, like a caveman. P.S. yes I would like my change back?

Many dominos locations are terrible. But this is one of the better ones! Never had any problems here and fast.

Always super on point, order is usually ready for pickup and is without fail AWESOME. Their pan-pizza is pantastic, I get one every week or so, my gf and I are crazy about it. Thanks for the terrific food and swift service, guys!

Poor buggers are way overworked DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT PIZZA IN A REASONABLE TIME. Dominos needs to pay more and needs to ADVERTISE THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME. I mean, cmon order online, tracker doesn't move for 40 min, call in esimated time is 2-3 hours. Jfc, get yo stuff together.

Hands down the best dominos around solid crew always polite helpful and works with a sense of urgency even when ordering late night. I've been a steady customer in Cap Hill for years and this place does it right quality of food and service parallels a restaurant of high quality. Thank you Cap Hill Dominos crew and owner for having the best Fast food pizza joint in town!

Ordered the buffalo chicken pizza, arrived with no buffalo sauce. How do you miss arguably the most important ingredient in your specialty pizza recipe?

Ordered a pizza pretty late because I know they're open late. The app said the food would be ready by 1:06. I show up to locked doors at 1:15 (not knowing that they close at 1 during the week instead of 2) and they've already canceled the order and "thrown the pizza out." If the app said my food would be ready after the store closes, how am I supposed to pick up my food? Glad I didn't pay through the app this time. I've lived in the neighborhood for almost three years. Quality and service at this location have gone down a lot in the past few months. Won't be ordering from this location much anymore.

I’ve ordered from this location for both delivery and pickup. I work nights so it’s only evening shift group I’ve dealt with but everything has been great food and service wise. Jim the delivery driver was cordial and professional. The group I picked up from was welcoming and professional as well.

Ordered online to start, hadn’t heard anything for over an hour…ON A WEDNESDAY. Called the shop and was told to switch to carry out and it would be ready in 20min…showed up 30 min later and was told another 10 minutes. Waited for 15 and was told another 10 minutes. Horrible organization and setting realistic expectations. Do not go here

This is a really bad dominos. Can’t say anything else other then this being the worst dominos I have ever ordered from. No sauce on the pizza, they added toppings you clearly said not to add to the pasta and everything was cold. Just not a good place to order from. Just skipped this place and order from somewhere else.

Went in here Jan 31st had a woman pretend to be nice. Told me my pizza would take 10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and asked how much longer it would be my pizza was burnt to a crisp. Very unprofessional just a bunch of kids playing with your food most disgusting pizza I ever had. Even my cat wouldn’t eat it.

Horrible customer service. My order never delivered and i was still charged. When I called to get refunded for the order that I never received they would only give me a free medium pizza credit and the lady on the phone was very rude about it. My order was more than just a medium pizza and it never even came???

I just ordered a bunch of pizzas! 8 to be exact. All of them were burnt not just a little a lot almost unedible and they quoted me 20 minutes on delivery time and delivery took over an hour. When I called and asked for a partial refund I was told they could only refund the full amount or put a credit on my account. I said I will not be ordering from you again so I guess just refund the full amount. The lady proceeded to tell me she could not refund the full amount because of how expensive it was and she put a credit on my account which was specifically what I asked her not to do. What a terrible experience. Definitely never ordering from them again!
