Let me start with this place has a good concept. We had a good experience overall on the Friday, so much we came back the next night. Tonight was terrible, it has left a terrible taste in my mouth and I need to write a review to others to warn them. Do not come here!!! The bar staff would not help us when seated at the bar and were very unfriendly when they did. Bartenders were on their phones and would not make eye contact. When she finally helped us, she was very rude. Now the lady at the front desk served us both Friday and Saturday, she was great. Front desk employees are awesome, friendly and helpful. Everyone else was not. The tipping point for me, and why I would not recommend to anyone was the bouncer. The bouncer we encountered was very rude, he said they had a bad night tonight, but very much took it out on us. He was very hostile, very unfriendly, and very much ruined the fun we had experienced post terrible bartenders. We were playing our last round of shuffleboard and had asked him if we could finish up our round in the last minutes, there was 10 minutes before closing at 1am. He made it clear we were not welcome, and that he did not want us there. I have never felt the need to review any experiences. For those in Denver, or travelling to Denver, please take my word to take your business elsewhere.

Fun place to go with friends for a laid back night or a date night. Very fun and low key bowling alley. Seems clean and service was great. Shoes run BIG here just for some additional helpful advice. The arcade attached adds to the fun of this 16th street alley. Bring your wallets 👏🏻

This is just like any other bowling alley bar arcade hangout you would go to. The staff here are very attentive. I let the kids go run around and play with their heads cut off. I ordered myself a pink elephant as well while I hung out and kill time

I give this place a solid 4.5 out of 5. I've had fun each time I've been here and I mostly had my fun at the arcade. I have yet to bowl here because each time I went the wait for bowling was pretty outrageous. If I had one desire for this place it would be for them to have more bowling lanes because the limited lanes they do have make it hard to bowl there with how busy they get. Overall though this is a fun place to go to if in the area

A very nice place to visit when in Downtown Denver. It has an Arcade, Table Tennis, Foosball, Bowling etc. Lots of fun things to do in here. The only issue we encountered was that it was quite hard to get to the 3rd floor where this place is located. There are no stairs (all doors were locked) or escalators working. The only way to get here is with the elevator which means it takes quite long if there are a lot of people.

We come every Friday on our date night and love the staff and management. The bowling and arcade are fun and the pool tables keep it interesting. We’ve been coming here for years and will continue to have fun.

Love this place! Love the atmosphere. Absolutely a place that you go with your friends just to hang out or you can go on a date. Heck you can even take your kids. This is the place that anybody can be at any time and obviously not only have an amazing meal but have a blast all while being treated like royalty by staff who is dedicated, hard-working and professional. I couldn't have been more surprised at such a enjoyable evening from a place that's more commonly self-serve. Not only are you not on your own but they will pamper you.

Bouncer had a power complex combined with underlying issues and took it out on people minding their own business playing games. Bartending staff ignored people at the bar while on their phones and were rude when you finally asked them for help. The lady at the front desk was awesome, though. If anyone in management reads this, the bouncer who worked on October 21/23 needs to be dismissed as being rude and aggressive to customers out of nowhere is completely uncalled for. Also retrain the bartending staff and ask them to get off their phones and help people waiting for them, and teach them basic customer service principles. Even a basic “I’ll be with you in a minute” goes a long way, especially at the prices that you guys charge. And promote the lady at the front desk, she was awesome.

I celebrated my birthday here for the second year in a row and the experience only got better! Two lanes for two hours equaled fun for the whole family! each person got two premium drink tickets which included the full bar. The drinks were on the small side but they did their job! For food we had the veggie platter, chicken fingers, sliders and Bavarian pretzel! It was all delicious, especially the cheese dip for the pretzels! The food was displayed really fancy with boxes and table cloths, for sure a step up from last year! Our server Jordan was super attentive to our needs and kept the libations flowing! Not only is he super cute, he’s also very thoughtful and surprised us with cookies at the end (If only I got his number)! We ended the night at the arcade (using our pre-purchased cards at a discount) and my niece and nephews played everything so quickly, they emptied the card before the adults made it to the arcade! Definitely a night to remember and will be booking again for my birthday next year!

Front desk staff were very helpful and had amazing customer service skills. The bartenders on the other hand were the opposite. We had waited by the bar for 10 minutes, they made eye contact once but did not approach us to even say “we will be with you shortly” when they were clearly not busy. The pool tables are close to each other and when people are socializing, it is hard to play.

Tried to rent a lane but was told there was a 20 min wait. I seen 5 lanes were open and asked why there was a wait and was rudly told again there is a 20 min wait. I don't dress like the typical city slicker so maybe I just want cool enough to bowl alone here. Not a very accepting place. Made me 😔

Visited here with my family a few times between December 22nd - 26th as it was a couple blocks from our hotel. Bowling and the arcade were fun, however the service left something to be desired. Potentially a staff storage, but the staff didn’t seem to be in a hurry for anything. One afternoon, we waited 20 minutes to get a single drink despite the lady bartender walking past us and making eye contact multiple times. When we asked for the bill it took another 15 minutes.

5 stars because of the General Manager. I booked a reservation here on their website. 2 hours for 100 dollars and hour (200) and an event fee of 21 dollars. I show up and saw they charge 70 dollars (140) an hour for bowling. So why am I getting charged an extra 30 dollars an hour? Maybe that’s because that’s the price to reserve a lane per hour? But then why the 21 dollar event fee? Luckily the GM went out of his way to try to make this insane price discrepancy okay. It seemed out of his hands. To me personally it’s probably some crazy corporate shenanigans going on.

I’ve been a few times and every time it has been extremely enjoyable!! Tonight was a great night! Jordan L was AMAZING. He was super accommodating and just went above and beyond. He was super attentive (especially on a busy Saturday night) and just a wonderful human. Highly recommend! Thanks Jordan L!! <3

We've been to Lucky Strike a couple of times on our visits to Denver, mostly to shoot pool rather than bowl. The lounge / restaurant area is beautiful and would be a great night out in its own right. The food is solid. Also, this place is attached to a video arcade, making it an excellent spot for all-around entertainment in downtown Denver.

Was there for a zoom meet and greet so there was an appetizer buffet. The food was extremely well presented and the very friendly staff kept up with that and everyone’s drinks and clearing away. It was all very well done. This is not your grandparents bowling alley. Very classy place, very energetic staff.

They have competent staff and realistic standards for what they achieve. I did not eat the food but the bowling/gaming experience was too notch. And I had a great time overall in a setting with an emo teenager. I would do this again no questions asked.

My favorite bowling alley in Denver. It's an excellent space with a great atmosphere. The staff are always friendly. I used to pop in between classes at CU for a quick round. It's also a great spot to buy an hour or two of games and bowl away.

Great place, everything works properly and an overall good experience. Only downfall was I tried to order a drink 1.5 hours before close and they said they think they did last call all ready. I was informed the bartender was in the restroom and they would find out when she returned. Well after 15 minutes she never returned after the manager or owner was just watching me and multiple staff members passed by without any acknowledgment.

Didn't bowl pretty pricey for a family of 7ppl. 2 pepperoni pizza were good. A sweeter marinara sauce still tasted great. Nachos were good as well.

First time to this place. Fantastic service. The bartenders (Rob) care about providing a great service to their customers. There is a huge variety of games and activities to do, super fun. My only regret is losing at bowling.
