The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. The rooms have been renovated but it seems like cheap renovations (mirrors are updated but the faucets, shower, and light plate covers are not). The ceilings are popcorn ceilings and way too low in the bathroom unless you are a hobbit or short. I'm 5'10 and felt claustrophobic. The workout room sucks. I couldn't run on the treadmills because they wobble when you run or go over a certain speed. The location is convenient and close to plenty of places to eat.

I wouldn't have given a 4 star rating based off the hotel alone. It was an older building and the room we had was facing the street versus the beautiful Colorado mountains, but it's what I reserved so, not complaining. The window had an awful thick film on the outside, could've used a nice clean. The people who worked throughout the hotel were super nice and friendly and accommodated our need for a shower chair for my husband. Price was GREAT and free parking for hotel guests. We had room service delivered to our room from downstairs and also dined in the hotel restaurant and bar, which was convenient for us and fun. No free breakfast, but it's an option to pay for breakfast when reserving a room. This was 420 weekend and the hotel itself was perfectly uncrowded enough to enjoy ourselves.

I'm attending a training here and found this hotel a little tired and in need of an update. It seems they are in the process of possibly remodeling, so hopefully the next training will be fabulous. I really enjoyed the court yard patio! It was very comfortable with great atmosphere! It was adjacent to the swimming pool and restaurant. The training room was quite cold and the room was dark, but those are more personal preferences. The staff that I interacted with were very friendly.

My family arrived at this hotel at 4:15pm, but our room wasn't available until 5pm. We waited in the lobby with several other customers until rooms opened up. When we were finally given a room key, we weren't notified that there are different elevators to get to different parts of the building. Anyhow, other than that rocky start, the rest of our stay was nice. The room was clean with comfortable beds. The hotel is in walking distance to many restaurants.

We had to wait almost an hour for our room to be ready. She apologized, and gave us food coupons. It was also disappointing that my daughter couldn't use the pool because it was under construction. Very noisy at night. Rooms were hot, couldn't cool the room down because it seemed like they turned off the air for the season. Parking inside the garage is horrible. You have to have a small car just to get in the spots. Just didn't feel a positive vibe from here. Will go to another hotel next time.

The guest rooms have been newly renovated and are very pleasant and comfortable. The beds are great. The public areas were undergoing renovation, but staff made every effort to accommodate us and minimize the inconvenience. The on-site restaurant was excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is undergoing a major and much needed renovation. It would be nice if it stated that when making a reservation. Our room was dirty, there was so much hair on the bathroom floor it could have doubled as a rug! There was a dirty towel left in the shower and two of the towels had blood spots on them. The sheets on the bed looked like they had been slept in and just remade. Overall, Not great.

Stayed here for one night but had a great experience all the way around. The staff and management were fantastic to interact with. Our rooms were nice and the buffet was wonderful in the morning. The pool was indoors and heated. The towels provided in the pool area could have been much larger, maybe only fitting for very small children. Speaking of children, there seemed to be water lessons given in the pool area to many children from outside the hotel so it stayed busy. Overall, we would definitely stay here again

This hotel is very nice, and I will stay again. The staff is friendly, rooms quiet, and it’s close to a lot. The bed was very comfortable and my room was—mostly—clean. Why mostly? Because underneath a chair I found a dirty sock. It could have been pushed under from vacuuming, but it wasn’t that far under. I was also astounded not to have a free breakfast...they do have a coffee shop (although the one small cup of coffee and refill that I got I had to ask and wait for), however the buffet was very good. There is another restaurant with a bar where I had a glass of wine and a fabulous salad too. It had a nice, relaxing atmosphere. Bottom line: it’s a good hotel for the price.

I attended a social media boot camp at this hotel and it was great. The staff was friendly and the conference hall was state of the art. Lunch was catered through the hotel and was good food. I enjoyed the few hours I spent there. There was ample parking on sit in the parking garage and I was not charged to use it. The hotel is located in Glendale with close access to the cherry creek shopping center.

Great location in Cherry Creek, though not the quietest! The rooms have been renovated and are very comfortable. Breakfast was the standard hotel buffet, but good. The front desk staff, especially Dutch, we're very friendly and helpful. Had some issues with parking since the garages are very tight, and filled up quickly, but not a major concern. Would definitely stay again!

We've stayed here in the past, with a pleasant result. This visit was different. Check in was later than advertised. We didn't get much sleep because of the noise in the halls, and the incessant car alarm. Parking was difficult to find. The room was comfortable, and the hotel is nice. We went to the pool the next morning, only to find out that swimming lessons were going to be happening for the next 6 hours! The manager on duty did his best to appologize, and he did make up for the experience. We will try this hotel in the future, and hope it's a better experience.

The staff was friendly the pool was warm. I went for a conference that was happening. It was a nice time to go because the hotel was hosting a beauty contest. Everything is with in walking distance and the manager of the hotel saved us a parking spot even though it was crowded. The only problem I had was that there was not a hot tub. I would stay here again if given the chance.
