4 Stars because the beds are not comfortable. Everything else was great! Staff is super friendly, especially the breakfast staff. Check in is super simple. 2 hotels in 1 building but not an issue at check in. If you drive, would suggest the SP+ parking at the corner of 15th and Tremont. You can park overnight for $15. You get a QC code for the duration if you wish to drive in and out.

Nice location to access things downtown. But there is limited parking, vallet is crazy expensive. We did find a parking garage a couple blocks away, we just parked and left it there till we left. So it worked out since everything was really close by. Breakfast was ehhh the first day, everything was constantly empty, not sure if they were short staffed or what. Second morning was way better, food was constantly stocked... no food access tho late into the night, HAVE snacks in your room!! Pool was small but my kids still enjoyed it, gym was amazing! I did have a terrible view, we were floor 3 room 328 - NO VIEW AT ALL!!! Overall, we'd stay again now that we know what to expect.

We've stayed at this hotel before with no issues but this particular stay was unpleasant. The Front Desk Clerk had our reservation wrong and was very rude. And when we got the correct room, it was as if it want cleaned, just made the beds. The floors were not clean, room smelled like mold or water damage. Amenities were empty and the room didn't have any ventilation, which I found very odd. Half of my party paid for a different hotel because the smell was so bad in this one. But they wouldn't give us another room. It's a visually nice looking hotel, but I don't know that we would stay there again.

Very impressed with our stay! Was located right in downtown Denver near everything you could need! Rooms were clean and neat! Good breakfast included and an indoor pool and hot tub along with conference rooms and gym! Nothing bad to say about this place, we had a very nice stay!!

The keyless entry system wasn't very user-friendly at first. The self checkout system downstairs did not provide bags for checkout. There was no water in their store a majority of the time and their stock was low during most of my stay. The electric blinds are a neat idea if you can trust the general public to not mess them off the tracks, but you can't. The first time I put them down they did not come back up correctly and two came off the tracks or stayed down with no way to put them up. The tub spout was pulling out of the wall when you went to divert to the shower. There was a domestic violence situation in the room down the hall that myself and another guest responded to. We ultimately had to direct the hotel staff to the offending room after ensuring the woman and children were safe. The staff was friendly when you could get their attention. You get what you pay for here.

Showed up and they'd overbooked the space and wanted to give us a smaller room with less beds for the same price and the front desk person was very rude as well. Wouldn't recommend staying here if you want a consistent reliable experience in a hotel while traveling. All that I heard while waiting at the front desk was similar complaints from other guests. After we caved and took the smaller room we went up to it and the whole hallway in front of our room reeked of urine. Unpleasant experience overall.

Everything about this stay was just so below standard. Our room lamp had electrical tape to keep the bulb in place/working. The beds were uncomfortable and my pillows smelled badly before anyone had even stayed in the bed. Our room included a couch that converted to bed and my child literally woke up with marks on their back from the springs and support bar poking them. The facet was not secured and the whole thing would move when trying to turn it on. Sink would then not drain. Didn’t realize we would only get a handicapped shower… made it real hard to wash a 1 year old in the shower .No parking for their own guests with a 54 $ valet?! No thank you. This stay was so disappointing I wish we could be refunded.

The room was great, the staff was very friendly and awesome all around. The parking situation is pretty bad. $49 per day to valet, if there’s room…which there was not on my stay. There is expensive parking across the street. Tricky to navigate here with the one ways and entrances poorly labeled. Another confusing part is that the hotel is combined with another hotel, and they share elevators…the signage is all for the other hotel, so I was confused about where to check in, or if I was even in the right building. A confusing start, but the place is fine, and it’s in a great location otherwise.

Spacious and clean rooms, helpful front desk, and good breakfast. Beware that there is no free parking and the valet option is extremely expensive. I parked at the pavilions parking just a block away. But really hope they improve the parking situation.

Nice, clean, and modern room. Front desk was very friendly and helpful for check-in. Breakfast was good and open until 10 am which is great. Valet is pricey but there's enough other parking alternatives

I did not have high expectations due to the pandemic's negative effects on hotels so I was very pleasantly surprised by such a wonderful experience here! Staff was kind and accommodating. Everything was clean. Bed felt comfortable! AC worked like a charm. They had a legit breakfast every morning with eggs, sausage, french toast, etc. 100% recommend this hotel :)

First of all I am a diamond member and have spent ALOT of money with Hilton. I had a free night which I used for night 1. Stayed a total of 4 nights. Had to make separate reservations which is fine. Had to “check out” after the first night. I went to the front desk the night before my first check out to ask the gentleman if I could just keep my room for the 3 remaining nights. He was extremely rude about it. I’m just standing there while he’s staring at his computer and he says nothing to me. Finally I say “hello” and he says hold on “I’m busy”. Just a disrespectful attitude towards me. After waiting 10 minutes he finally says to come back in the morning and ask the front desk. Now for the valet. The guys working were very cool with me. Always greeted me well. BUT one evening I came out to my car after getting my keys to see that all the compartments were open and ran through. It was a mess. How did the valet not notice this and mention it to me? I searched for a valet guy to let him know but I couldn’t find one and I needed to get where I was going. So I ended up calling the front desk and they simply told me “sorry the valet manager isn’t here.” I’m paying $56 a night plus tips for you to park my car around the corner only for it to get ran through. Luckily I didn’t have much in there other than my 5 year olds camera which was taken. Now the room. It was nice and comfortable. Nothing special but it’s a room to rest. Our shower was making a very LOUD rumble on a certain temp setting so to avoid that we had to take a cold or extremely hot shower. I didn’t bother calling about any of this because of my first bad experience with the guy at the front. Just felt unwelcome from night 1 and beyond.

Rooms and Service are on brand. The Breakfast is outstanding for a Hampton/Homewood. Really is a step above most of their other locations. In downtown so great location. Overall met brand standards. Pool is a bit small but it was great to even have one for the kids!

Great start in Denver close to public transportation. We took the RTD light rail from Mineral station to 16th St Mall and then walked a block to the hotel. Cookies at check-in was nice. The Hampton Inn portion of the hotel is on stories 1-5 only and the Homestead Inn part is on higher floors depending on who you book with. They also are members of Hilton Honors. The room was very nice with a King bed on the 5th floor but had no views due to overlooking the Hyatt hotel right across the street. The breakfast was great with hot items like scrambled eggs, ham and croissants too along with boiled eggs as well. Open until 10am.

We choose the hotel based on good experiences at other Hampton Inns. When we arrived around 3:30, our room was not ready so we waited in the lobby with many other guests waiting for their rooms. When we arrived in our room, our room wasn't what I thought I reserved. The website showed 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. There was no sofa. I was told by one employee that there are no rooms like what I booked, another offered a roll away at no charge. I was also told to ask for a room with 2 beds and a sleeper the next morning, after being told they don't exist. The cabinet with the fridge had a huge gouge and needed to be replaced, the tub/shower only worked as a shower, and some of the blinds didn't work. Luckily they were stuck in a down position. We went to use the pool and the basement level smelled like pot. The pool was either dirty or needed fresh paint on the pool bottom, so we did not use it. I did receive a small discount one night for the room not being correct and the gentleman working breakfast for most of our stay was very friendly. This hotel needs a lot of improvements.

I stayed here for the Ed Sheeran concert. The staff was so nice and upgraded us because of my status. The upgraded room was nice, but the blinds messed up when I pushed the button to put them down. I let the front desk and housekeeping know that all I did was press the button, and they said no worries. Would stay again!

It was nice, the view was pretty. Breakfast was okay. Parking sucked $50 for valet a night seems high to me. The hot tub was a green color, but very hot. The pool was small but great. Room service was average, not happy with hamburgers or street taco. The Brussels sprouts and spinach and artichoke.

I stayed at a competitors hotel 2 blocks away for several days before my stay at the Hampton. (Work conference) The competitor was almost double the price but the Hampton Inn was the better hotel. Free WiFi, free breakfast, a microwave and the quality of the room was nearly the same (and better in some aspects). Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Great downtown location and the room was large (we booked a double queen suite). Parking was frustrating: $54 per day for valet was the only option, and you have to sign up for some Hampton Rewards to get free wifi. Some of the blinds in the room didn't work and the furniture was showing wear but it was generally clean. For the price, though, I expected better. Staff were busy so not particularly welcoming. Really nothing special. We'll try somewhere else in the future.

Centrally located, clean rooms, and friendly staff. This hotel provided everything I needed and I was left along for the duration of my stay! It’s also super easy to get to many good restaurants and the convention center.

Great place, reasonable price, complementary breakfast had more options! All in all, it worth it. Oh yeah the team were courteous and excellent customer service in fact!! Valet parking is pricy, there is a parking garage across the street which was much cheaper option!

Hampton Inn has long been my first choice for lodging, so I was glad to see one a block from the convention center. But this stay was not up to the usual Hampton standards. First, two minor gripes: (1) the clock didn’t work; I complained to the desk clerk and it was replaced with another clock that also didn’t work. (2) The TV remote control worked – but only if you were less than 6 feet from the TV set. Again I complained, and the replacement had the same problem. The major gripe was the lack of temperature control in the room – the control box was hard to decipher – it appeared to be set to 68 degrees, but the actual temperature was much closer to 78. Pushing the “fan” button did absolutely nothing. Since the desk clerk had already moved me from one room to another for a similar problem I decided to endure it for the remainder. I did not get an emailed receipt, and no indication of Hilton Honors credit has appeared. On the positive side – all my interactions with the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Our two night stay was challenging at best. We were not placed in the larger room we reserved, parking is 54 dollars per day, and happy hour drinks were so weak and diluted, like weak juice. Stale popcorn and dirty tables. The breakfast was ok but with very little service. Sink in the bathroom had zero cold water, just scalding hot, maintenance never came to resolve the issue. No one from the point we arrived was pleasant, nor welcoming. Mistakes were made by the staff upon checkout, which have yet to be resolved. Location is very good for everything downtown, just have expectations very low for the hotel and its staff.

I have read hundreds of review before picking this one, unfortunately, it was an underwhelming and disappointing experience. From get go of checking in, it's already chaotic. The hotel had problems with key card, they only have 2 ladies to help checking in, the lines were very long. The lady who helped checking in had to leave the counter to bring the guests up to open their rooms because of the key wouldn't work that day, so left only ONE person for dozens of guests. Then when I walked in, I've found a tub in the bathroom instead of standing shower. it may not be big deal to others but it is to me. I do NOT like the tub. and I called many times, both to the Reservation and to the Hotel itself, I was confirmed and assured ALL rooms except the handicap accessible rooms, they are ALL standing showers. Then the door of the cabinet where they put the mini fridge is torn, no one fixed it at all. It is at very good location but so as many other hotels and have the similar rate. I would NOT stay here again nor I would recommend anyone to stay here at this Hotel

This was such a disappointing stay for me and my family. Very low quality customer service with the front desk and bar staff, the pool and jacuzzi were extremely dirty with hairballs and murky water, no room service offered, poor and limited selection at the "bar", dirty and broken appliances/window coverings and stains on the carpet in the room we got. They charge $60 dollars a day for parking however only offer valet, and we waited forever for someone to be at the valet booth and you cant call ahead for your car unless you download an app. When getting checked out and questions answered was as unpleasant as the stay. Will not be staying at this hotel again and, I don't recommend.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites for for my daughters birthday trip and it was great. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays and the staff was extremely friendly. This location was clean. Our room had a king size bed and a pull out sofa, what i liked was the room layout there was privacy between beds rather than two beds side by side like standard room layouts. Be prepared to pay for valet parking or park on the street or in the lot. If you don’t move your car by 6 am if on the lot you get a hefty ticket. Street parking is free after 5PM but must move by 8AM. We didn’t consider parking downtown with the weather and a toddler in December so it was a challenge to navigate so as far as location plan to walk or pay for parking everywhere you go downtown.

The only reason I didn't give 1 star was the front desk associate Tom. He was friendly and very helpful. He did his best to help us and made our stay nicer. The actual hotel isn't very clean. Our first room had brown stuff on the bathroom walls. Toilet was dirty. Second room had dirty walls and leaking toilet. Elevators are gross. Staff was ok but the guy monitoring breakfast kept giving everyone a uncomfortable look. Why is he there? Parking of course is expensive, its Denver. But there is parking across the street cheaper than the valet. So those four stars are for Tom with one missing because of the hotel.

Service was lackluster. Pool and spa were closed for remodeling. It took 3 hours to get a new roll of toilet paper sent up to the room on day 3. They did not have it available at the front desk. Housekeeping has to be coordinated by the guests. The one good thing was their breakfast. It was way above average.

A nice place in the downtown, convenient to many of the places I had to go. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Be careful -- there's no on-site parking, and valet service was $45 a day plus tips. My request for a daily cleaning of my room, which I made to keep the housekeeping staff working, was not respected. My room was very large and comfortable. Friendly and helpful front-desk staff.

I always prefer to stay in Hilton hotels for years but this Hampton Inn branch is by far the BEST! The best because of the best staff they have. I had a problem with the room i chose because I booked for 3 groups and it was all my fault but I was so grateful to the Manager, Wil, who never hesitated to assist me and even resolved my problem in just a second. He is the most professional and friendly staff I have ever encountered in all of the Hilton hotels that I've been to. He was so cool and very pleasant to the guests. The location is big bonus to our stay as well.

The receptionist wouldn't let me in when I went to visit a friend here. She acknowledged my presence with a sneer from behind the desk and never bothered to respond to me pressing the intercom button. Therefore she had no idea why I was there. I could've been a VIP and she never would have known. This is why I choose Marriott properties.
