This is the best workout around! Wonderful atmosphere and a different workout everyday. Awesome coaches that help all fitness levels. The owners live locally and its a family owned & run business so they truly care and are invested in your health. Would highly recommend!

Hands down, best workout. So fun, so well coached, so well designed. There is zero chance you will have anything but a fun and effective workout. I have never enjoyed fitness as much as I have since joining this gym that's for sure!

Best workout around! The best of weightlifting, cardio, and plyometrics. They even have indoor turf! The music is pumping and makes you want to move. Coming from 10 years in the fitness industry I highly recommend Viral Fitness Group and their A-List coaches.

I’ve posted a good review on their Facebook about their good customer service (that will not be updated) when I cancelled my membership and was refunded easily without being pushed to stay. BUT I’m writing this one-star review because I currently live across the street from Viral Fitness Group in Westminster. Myself and my entire family can hear AND FEEL their music bumping all hours of the day. The bass is wayyyy too loud. It is vibrating the things in our home constantly. It is now 5:45am on a Wednesday. We have called twice and spoke with Dan resulting in him stating they will turn it down, and have not kept their word. I have gone over there at 10:45pm in my pajamas on a Thursday night with work early the next morning asking them to turn it down and got an attitude from them. Our next step is most definitely going to be a complaint through Westminster Police Department. You would think that they would care what their neighbors think about their new gym here considering we are their biggest clientele, but it’s clear that there’s zero consideration there. Pretty disappointed.

What a great work out! The store was extremely clean and well managed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly suggest for anyone in the area! Come ready to sweat, work hard, and have fun!

This gym and the workouts are absolutely amazingly! If you are looking to get fit and strong, this is a must try!

I LOVE the vibe of this place as soon as you walk in the door. Fun, energetic, motivating coaches! Awesome, big, open workout space and fresh equipment. Love finding small gems like this in the neighborhood. Community and challenging workouts for any fitness level. Love this place! I will be back for more!

It was my first time at Viral Fitness, and I loved every minute of it! The coaches help you out in the best way possible to make sure you are doing okay with the workout, and push you harder! I enjoyed the music as well, and the environment. There are people of every different aspect here. It could go from personal trainers to people who have never tried a workout like this. Also, all the people there are very supporting and genuine. I will definitely be recommending this gym and will be back!

This is the best gym, period. The instructors are knowledgeable and correct your form so you don’t get hurt and can workout consistently. I am seeing amazing results!

I've tried CrossFit and I've tried OTF, both served their purpose, but Viral is on a whole other level. The workouts, the equipment, the staff, everything is top notch. If you're looking to sweat you butt off and feel good doing it, you have to check this place out.

Really fun and intense workout! Coaches are really supportive and encouraging. There's also childcare available which is a big help when needed.

Viral is a great neighborhood gym that fits every level. Great structure - show up, do 1-hr class with the group and out the door. It resembles Orange Theory set up, minus the chain feel. I like it. Hoping to gain back my fitness that I lost from working from home last year and doing nothing physical.
