Gym

😠 This gym, unbeknownst to me, continued to charge myself and other members for services we could not use during the government imposed shutdown. Once I found out, I followed their instructions to cancel my membership as I find it HIGHLY unethical to charge people for services they cannot render. Look... People often mention membership, cancel, location, staff, members, equipment, club, Zone, contract, cancelled,

Disappointed in the lack of professionalism and transparency among staff since the transition from TruFit. Unable to cancel my membership despite visiting the club, calling, and following the procedures they outlined. Don’t join Zone Athletic Clubs and save yourself the headache for what’s only a mediocre facility.

This gym, unbeknownst to me, continued to charge myself and other members for services we could not use during the government imposed shutdown. Once I found out, I followed their instructions to cancel my membership as I find it HIGHLY unethical to charge people for services they cannot render. Looking at my most recent bank statement, I was charged again for services AFTER cancelling, in writing, per their instructions. I am so beyond disappointed in this club, if you have options to look elsewhere for your Fitness needs, I recommend exploring them.

Don't sign up for this gym. Leave messages, managers don't call back. My girlfriend canceled her account and they sent a $300 bill to collections with zero warning or notifying us. She canceled and kept her same credit card - no charges. Yet they say we owe $300. Just another scummy gym. Trufit had decent ethics, Zone took over and changed that.

Beware. Zone Athletic Clubs (allegedly) purchased Trufit clubs. They (allegedly) conspired to buy all Trufit memberships and take them over. They also, (allegedly) tried to accomplish this by running promotions for 1, 2, or 3 year prepaid memberships in the month leading up to them permanently closing their downtown location. No correspondence was given whatsoever (mailing, email, phone call) just a sign posted on the door saying they're closed. They (allegedly) and truthfully refused to refund my and countless other people's contract dues in regards to having memberships at a gym location that is gone. I'd think twice in entering into a gym membership with such people.

This clubs customer service is laughable. I have now been trying to cancel my account for several weeks. The only way to cancel your account is by mailing a certified letter or coming into the club to talk with a manager. I came in, the manager was “too busy to talk to me” and would get back to me when she could. I waited two days no call. I called the club to speak to her over the phone and after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes I was told again she was too busy and would get back to me. Once I finally was able to talk with her, she assured me my account has been canceled and I will not see any further charges. Woke up yesterday morning to see my account has been charged again by Zone Athletic. What a joke.

If I could rate them 0 I would. They are impossible to work with to cancel. They are unethical and don’t communicate changes or billing issues until it has been months after the fact. You can’t close your account without going into the location, but once you get there they will try to charge you ridiculous fees based on their own inability to contact members. I have been attempting to dispute these fees and charges with them for weeks and the GM will no longer respond.

Staff needs to actually enforce mask mandate. Many people not even attempting to wear masks. Lots of young folks thinking the rules don’t apply to them. Staff couldn’t be more apathetic. Ruins it for those who are actually making the effort.

I've been trying to get refunded due to COVID closures. No help. Not returning calls. Not replying to emails. Keep getting the run-around. Waiting for a Brad or Angela to contact me... I have multiple emails sent from June, no response. I went in yesterday to cancel my membership. So, not a member anymore. Please stop billing me.

EDIT 3: When gyms reopened, at first the gym was following local and state mandates and guidelines. However, disappointingly, gym-goers (and even trainers) are either not fully wearing their masks or not wearing masks at all. Making the gym a less safe place to visit. People not wearing masks aren’t asked to wear one and there are no measures of enforcement in place. If you want to catch Covid-19, this gym may be for you! EDIT 2: It's hard to get a locker, because the staff let everyone keep their locks on the lockers. The gym can be a good town and the lockers are still sparse... EDIT: The parking garage is now open. Don't get me wrong, the facility is nice! However, I have 1 main complaint. I'd suggest being VERY wary of adding someone to your contract. While it's a good deal for that person, if they decide to leave (with or without chatting to you first) TruFit will willingly cancel their additional membership, but at the cost of hiking up the price of the original plan. My original plan was ~$40/mo, but is now $70/mo. When asked about this the staff was unwilling to work on this matter and had an overall attitude that it was my fault. The facilities are great, but often PACKED w/ people and it can be difficult to get the equipment you're after.

Terribly gym ethics. Owner Greg Osbourn has cycled me for another annual subscription without my knowledge. When I called to ask if this could be corrected, he gave me some speech about how he is legally allowed to take money because it wasn't cancelled, and now I'm reading many reviews where people are having a really difficult time getting their accounts cancelled. I haven't been to any Tru Fit in over 6 months... This mans ethics are criminal and I do not recommend doing any business with him or his company.

This was a decent, cheap gym...you get what you pay for. However, they moved into a temporary space without notifying members. The temp space was a vacant store with no place to change except a dirty, one stall bathroom with a broken sink. Pay parking. Not much equipment. The staff didn't know how long before the old space was renovated...months though. I'm not working out in the temp space, so I tried to quit. No exceptions...can't quit without months notice. I did not create the issue, Zone did. Don't bother joining....at least until the old space is renovated.

While I have enjoyed this gym for the last few years, I am not currently happy with the lack of response to freezing accounts. I have sent messages with no response to freeze my account. If someone at Zone sees this, please respond. If not, I'll be requesting to cancel my membership. Thanks.

I cancelled my membership in January of 2019 and paid all remaining dues in full per my contract. Now, an entire year later they are attempting to bill me for a monthly membership and claim I have a past due balance. I never once have stepped foot in their facility and their records clearly indicate that, so how is it I owe for a membership? Contacted the club and the manager Caleb was unpleasant. I've contacted corporate and they're directing me back to the club... Not how to do business and absolutely no concern for their members, past or present.

This is the most poorly run gym I've ever experienced. Upper management clearly needs to understand how to run a business. They started clearing out the equipment weeks ago, with signs at the door indicating renovation was underway. There was zero communication to members, and as I understand it most of the trainers/staff were left in the dark as well. Then only after the gym is emptied of three quarters of the equipment... they tell us there's a temporary location. Luckily I had signed up month to month, but even after canceling I'm having to pay for two extra months that I won't be using... which is not how the month to month commitment was explained to me initially. I'll be keeping an eye on my billing to make sure they don't continue to deduct from my account. To describe this place as shady is an understatement.

My experience has been similar to others. I cancelled my membership, continued to get charged unbeknownst to me, incurred late charge etc. and when I tried to get this resolved was told to pay remaining charges. I even have email with the billing dept that I cancelled my membership. This gym uses unethical practices. Read these reviews before you consider joining.

This gym was ok. The locker rooms were occasionally unkept but if the gym equipment broke it was typically serviced in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when COVID hit they continued to charge me (and the rest of their members), even after I sent an email requesting membership cancellation. I never received a response to my email. As a month to month member, I paid a higher membership fee but would expect them to pause the membership until services resumed. I also purchased many personal training classes. My last one wasn’t refunded and even though they offered credits to my account I had already cancelled and moved before they reopened. After speaking to the GM, Jason, he assured me that there was no one else above him that I could speak to in regards to receiving a reimbursement for membership fees.... unless you own the place, there’s always someone above you. He also said that he would call me back in 24 hours to talk about the personal training class I still had on my account. That didn’t happen and I don’t have any voicemails. Honestly, this was an 24Hour/PlanetFitness way to take care of clients who did more than just pay monthly membership fees. Whether or not they reimburse the money really doesn’t matter to me, just wanted to knock down their score a little for screwing their members over. Don’t bother responding to this review, I’ve already talked to your management and literally nothing happened.

For the second time in two years of being a member of this gym I have pulled up to the location to work out and find it dark and empty. The only information is a sign on the door directing members to a new location. I was there in the previous week and there was no obvious signage about moving or any information about renovations. There was no information on the website, instagram, via email or the app about moving. After navigating to the the new location I have to pay to park to work out in a dusty facility with no mirrors, barely any heat, half of the equipment available, and caution tape everywhere. How is this an appropriate space for members to work out in?

I was a member of this specific gym location when it was originally Tru Fit. In December of last year, the company apparently went bankrupt and sold most of their locations to a new company called Zone Athletic Club. In their first e-mail, it was said that every membership was going to transition over flawlessly and their respective rates would remain the same. I had purchased plenty of personal training sessions, which was said that they would also remain on my account completely honored, as per the management and Angela Zaun. This is a fact! They will likely respond to this and suggest otherwise, but as everyone knows, they are extremely unethical and therefore not credible. The COVID-19 pandemic forced this gym and many others to close from March until June. When I returned to continue using my personal training sessions, I was informed they were all removed and no longer honored per the decision of a regional manager named Lisa Aitchison. This is extremely wrong and upsetting, now that I am out of hundreds of dollars paid for these sessions. It seemed quite convenient for the management to issue this after the pandemic hit, making these changes so suddenly and no one said anything. Shortly after, I found out they fired Angela. I have heard from many employees at this location how they are sending people over to collections with absolutely no warning, over the littlest things that the front desk staff is 100% RESPONSIBLE for telling members when they check in! They wait until it’s too late and send them over to their lawyers! It doesn't make sense they removed people's personal training sessions moneys worth and at the same time going after other people that owe them since Tru Fit. The gym is quite dirty. The locker rooms and bathrooms, especially in the men’s, tend to be unkept for. Trash pilling up or littered on the ground. It is not as good as it used to be. They had a leg extension machine that went broken for several months (literally) until the parts came in. Members aren’t abiding and wearing masks, especially in the running area. They definitely aren’t enforcing it enough. I’ve also noticed the poor generic responses the owner is responding to these reviews. They aren’t helpful whatsoever and quite laughable (“We are Zone Athletic Club, we operate with honesty and integrity, and BTW it’s your/TruFits/anyone but us’ fault you’re in debt with us!”). This gym is just as bad as TruFit was with their shady deals and activities. Bottom line. If you can, PLEASE avoid this gym at ALL costs! There are plenty of other gyms in the area.

I joined Tru Fit because of the Half Hour Power work out. This week on Monday, I showed up at the club to work out as usual and was told that this class was canceled and that they had let go of the trainer who led this class. I’m upset that nobody contacted me to let me know this class was cancelled. This class was the only reason I had joined this gym, I don’t think the situation was handled professionally at all. They will lose probably 40 members who were at Tru fit specifically for this class.

I was a member here for 8 years. It’s always been pretty run down and the staff has really been young. There were never towels and the equipment broke down all the time. The Treadmills literally had a charger for a gen 1 I-Pod. 😂😂. It was always a big joke to us. Anyway we stayed cause it was close, paid even when they closed in Covid. The other day I showed up and there was a sign on the door saying we’re closed and you now can go to the YMCA. No call, no email, no notification except on the Ap when i searched I could find it mixed in with a bunch of other stuff. The YMCA is cheaper than their fees…. So I decided to cancel. Good luck with that! You can’t get anyone on the phone, when you do it’s a different company and they say sorry we can’t help we’re not the same company…. they have a script about 30 days notice and ultimately screwed me out of $150. I understand contracts but their practices are shady and oh, I never signed a contract, I was never given the option. The one they sent was blank. Then when pressed they sent a “signed” one which i didn’t sign. It said VABV on the signature line l, I’m assuming when i signed up over the phone the Manger filled that in without telling me the terms. I’m making this post because I’m sick of Scammers. I do not recommend this place. Very unprofessional, and I’d say unethical. And get your contract. Mine said 15 days AND I paid my last month when I enrolled.

This is about the Zone athletic club Prestige Fitness at 15530 West 64th, Arvada. I signed up with them fifteen months ago and really liked them. It was within walking distance of my house, had all the equipment and space to do a good work out! I liked the dry sauna! Then a couple of weeks ago I went to the gym and no one was there! The door was locked. The notice on the door said they had closed! No warning just closed! They said I could go to the nearest YMCA or wait for a secondary location. I go to the nearest Y and it is small and crowded. They did not have the equipment I used before. There is no way I could do a workout here and no sauna! At this point I am thinking that Zone Athletics has breached their contract with me! They are not providing the gym I signed up for! I emailed a request to get out of the breached contract I had with them, about nine months. After a few rude emails they said if I paid fifty percent of what was left on the contract, $139.96, I could get out of the contract. So, let me get this straight: they shut the door on me, do not provide the gym I signed up for and I have to pay $140. Read your fine print, this could happen to you too!

The hours of operation are often incorrect and I still haven't received a credit for the two months they were closed. Considering 24 hour fitness is facing class action lawsuits, it's clear that this company has a blatant disregard for its patrons and doesn't care if it gets sued.

The owners of Zone Athletic Clubs have a habit of closing gyms, giving just a few days notice, and then stealing money from members. Don't take my word for it, check out the reviews for the Arvada location where they gave three days' notice and then forced me to pay an extra month to cancel my membership because I wouldn't accept their attempt to temporarily transfer my membership to the YMCA. They also closed the Lakewood gym with just five days notice. You might as well save yourself the trouble and join a gym where the ownership actually cares about their members and don't steal money from them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This gym doesn't care about their members whatsoever. I have never been this disgusted & disappointed with a company. This is one of those gym's people warn you about. They make it so impossible to get in contact with anyone to cancel your membership. The hoops I've had to jump through has been a nightmare. They will lie to your face then make you look stupid when you call them out on it. I was given a phone number multiple times to "cancel my membership" only for it to continuously disconnect on me, its infuriating. It almost feels like a sick joke. Do not give them a dime of your money. They are frauds & con artists.

Recently, TruFit decided to close my gym and gave everyone a three week notice in December. They are refusing to reimburse me for the last month of January which was already paid and the yearly fee (I've only been there for 4 months). Caleb Rupp will not provide a reimbursement and says I should use a different TruFit which is too far for me to get to.  Also, the Trufit I was going to stopped providing basic services such as cleaning, hot water, or towels.  It is incredibly unprofessional to stop providing a service, and keep their clients money. If this were the other way around and I wanted to cancel my membership, they would tell me I need to honor my agreement, yet they are not honoring their own agreement while keeping my money.  Steer clear and head to a Planet Fitness.

Don't use this gym. They are predatory and sent me to collections even though I never once used the gym (they were closed due to covid) nor even signed up to use the gym (they bought my contract off of a closed TruFit without my knowledge). I am contesting the validity of the supposed debt. Several people are in the same boat as me and we should really be considering organizing a class-action lawsuit. This is despicable ethics.

Along with the other reviews on here, I also canceled my membership back in August and was charged for Sept, Oct and my annual membership fee. I have called more times than I can count in regards to getting a refund and it is now January and there is still no sign of a refund. The staff who answer the phone have even put me on hold to go tell the GM and have assured me multiple times that they will issue my refund. This is incredibly frustrating as I don't live in town anymore to come in and try to get my refund. I've never written a bad review but this is the only thing I can think of that might help my situation. I should've known this would be a problem when during quarantine they sent out an email asking if customers would like to freeze their accounts during lockdown. I followed the instructions as I lost my job due to COVID and didn't hear anything back until I found out they kept charging me and actually sent me to collections for not being able to pay. I had to speak with a manager to get it taken out of collections since it was their fault for not seeing my email. I then reinstated my membership but the manager tried to make me pay the set up fee, their regular rate ( I was grandfathered in at a price since I had been a member before Zone took over) and another annual fee all because of mistake on their end. Incredibly frustrating and shady.

In the same sentiment as most of these bad reviews, it is impossible to cancel your membership. Although you pay your first and last month's fees up front, and even if you are cool with paying for a month you won't use with the 30 day cancellation window, they still double charged me on top of that for my last month. I called them and they confirmed my membership was cancelled. I proceeded to get a bill for 3x my monthly fee 2 months after I cancelled. Upon refusal to pay they claim my membership wasn't cancelled. Just a messy, unprofessional business. I think it says something about the business if they are unwilling follow their contract when it comes to cancellation.

Used to be my favorite gym I’d ever been to! The trainers were always very helpful, would answer any questions I had and always on time for sessions! Issues started as soon as i moved away and tried to cancel, it’s been months of being ignored by whoever runs this club. Been told multiple times every week that I’d be receiving a call and it never happens, anyone with any kind of authority is never present, or if they are, aren’t willing to do their job. Was very disappointed as I used to love this gym, and they became extremely unprofessional once I tried to cancel and has left a very sour taste in my mouth. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless they later would like to pay for a gym membership they have no intents of using, because it’s impossible to cancel.

Also Dee Dee who is part of the hospitality team is possibly one of the nicest human beings on the planet. I actually think the place is pretty clean and tidy... 🤷‍♀️

It started off ok but quickly realized that they do not have a large amount of equipment I enjoy using. Then per my contract agreement I gave my 30 day notice up at the front desk and another gentleman tried talking me out of canceling. I decided to cancel anyway. I had already paid for my first and last per my contract and paid for the middle. Despite my canceling I was charged yet again and spoke to a manager Michael and it was to be canceled and refunded. Now I am being harassed via email to pay. NOT GONNA HAPPEN and if it continues I will report you all and btw you all need to clean the equipment the ellipticals are gross.

Deceptive business practice warning- gym closed its original location on 1st Ave Cherry Creek without advance notice and they are not allowing members to cancel membership. They charge much higher fee for it’s original location and then the relocated to inconvenient location in the mall. Nonetheless, the gym wouldn’t allow members to cancel the membership for relocation. Bad business poor management poor ownership. Do NOT sign up for long term contract with them.

I have never written a bad review of a place. I usually give a lot of grace and patience with small or locally owned businesses. However, this place is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve tried to cancel my membership since July’22 and it’s November. They still keep charging me and keep telling me how I won’t be charged and how it’s “cancelled” on their end. And how I should expect to receive a refund from Aug-Oct. but now it’s November and no refund has been processed and no membership is getting canceled. I’ve called at least 7 times too. Gym is way overpriced for what you get and packed always. Honestly, for $80 you can get a nicer gym. And God for if you ever try to cancel.

Avoid at all cost if you can. The manager is extremely rude to handling a misunderstanding, and I decided to walk away. They talk to you like you're in a college gym. For more context, I came in for a classpass class, in which they no longer offer anymore. The front desk person was nice in explaining the situation etc. He requested an ID, and I went outside to get it. As I was coming back, I overheard the manager yelling at the front desk person from his leg bench station and said "If they are giving you an attitude, we turn them away!" He did all that with very loud intimidating and angry voice. That tone was so dismissive, and I dont think the front desk person deserved to be talked at like that. Reminds me of a college environment for bros. I confronted him with the statement I heard, he walked over and denied that he said that💀 I had nothing to say and decided to go somewhere else. Look, I understand if there's a technical error between classpass and them. But I don't think anyone deserved to be yelled at like that - not the front desk person, and definitely not a new person walking in. A gym should be an all-inclusive encouraging place for ANYONE to better their physical journey. Get yourself a supportive environment where you feel like the people around you treat you with respect and welcome you. This gym is definitely not it. You don't need a big muscle man manager with big ego to talk down at you. I see now why this place has so many negative 1 star!

This is nowhere near a “high end gym” other than the high prices. If you’re a body builder or focus heavy on weights there are better gyms for you. Lots of lacking in machines, hours and holiday hours are always wrong, lots of times you end up going and it’s closed and they can’t afford to have a online manager post about their business hours. They close very early at 9pm so if you can only workout at night this gym isn’t for you. 2 stars cause they have a sauna.

it would be a 3 star $20/mo gym but at its price of $85/mo its a poor value. it used to be a UFIT (which is a basically a smaller planet fitness) and was rebranded to zone with no further investment; they just took the sign down. Plus is location but the space, equipment and music is uninspired to say the least. The training staff is laughable; a very skinny 65+ guy with a bad attitude and a couple of out of shape guys.you feel embarrassed for their clients while they’re training. The entire staff seems miserable and bored with bad attitudes and the whole place could use a good wipe down. There’s way better out there even now

The staff are amazing, the trainers are incredibly knowledgable and awesome to interact with and the suana is the best I've found. Couple that with an extensively array of machines, free weights and a lot of open space to stretch and do bodyweight work and you've got a gym you won't regret joining.

People here are friendly and the gym doesn't feel intimidating. Stacy is a great trainer! No matter where you are in your fitness journey, she will meet you there and help you get into great shape! Why was I ever worried about getting into better shape at my age?!

Everyone on here complaining about the fees and charges after they cancel clearly didn’t pay attention or listen to the way the month to month or committed 12 months work. This gym is fantastic, never over crowded. Lockers and sauna ( no co-ed sauna love that! ) are always clean and staff is great! I enjoy it says no filming in the main gym cause even though I make my money on social media and teaching others too sometimes that stuff can get in the way and honestly intimidating to new gym goers or just plain distracting for others around. Definitely get that 7 day trail and check it out!

This company’s business practices are fundamentally flawed. Zone goes around buying out other gyms, downgrades existing gym membership passes without notifying the gym goers. And when you have questions, complaints or concerns that they don’t want to answer, or can’t find a solution to. They allows their staff to call the police on people. My husband has been at prestige in Aurora for over 7 years and this is ultimately the worst gym experience that I can ever encountered visiting as his guest. The gym staff has no professionalism there is never anyone sitting at front desk to greet gym goers, and it seems they have No customers service skills or organization. Instead of finding solutions to problems or new policies they changed they treat people less than. The management at this location is concerning. The entire company obviously has issue after reading such horrible reviews. Also, the AC still isn’t working after 2 years, the building literally reached 96degrees on Sunday causing us to have headaches.

Solid gym with all the basics and a few extras. Great cardio machines and free weights. Best of all - Maddiopens on time and even early for those of us that are part of the dawn patrol.

Been going here for over a year and it’s been a great experience. They have multiple price options for membership and personal training depending on what you need. My trainer, Mikenna, really listens to me about my fitness goals as well as concerns. She’s so knowledgeable and makes me feel confident about working out.

I have been a member for over five years, and have never written a review. I felt compelled to share a shoutout for the front desk folks who I have interacted with-Haley, Charley, Michael and Matthew. Always great to see them, and their friendliness and positive personalities create a wonderful vibe for working out and being a part of the club. Rick Campbell.

I cancelled my membership over a year ago and am still getting charged for it. I have been assured by managers that this has been rectified but is still an ongoing issue. The woman I spoke to on the phone for the latest incident told me it wasn’t her issue and that she didn’t appreciate my phone call about this problem because it was ‘so early’. I don’t appreciate being charged for something I have cancelled and made clear I no longer want to be charged for! The woman claimed if it was all in the records then it would be an easy fix. Their records obviously aren’t reliable as they still can’t figure out that I have cancelled the membership. Multiple times! I cancelled because I wasn’t that impressed with their services and staff, proved again by the woman I had to speak with this morning. Do yourself a favor, chose a different gym.

Transferred here from Prestige Lakewood after it closed. Loving this club! Clean, fully loaded with equipment and gear needed for all varieties of workouts, and plenty of space for the crowd control. Amazing locker rooms with sauna and showers, towel service, and a full schedule of classes (with barre and yoga). The people who workout here are super friendly and the training staff are always ready to help. My trainer, Ronnie, is amazing with his focus on movement/strength/and power in every exercise. He quickly became a trusted partner and friend, as several of the trainers do at this gym. It’s a solid mix of a down-to-earth gym and a high-end athletic club.

Did not have a good experience. I forgot it was a locked 1 year membership, so when I got really sick last year, I was out of luck and was stuck paying for the membership for the entire year. I also did not like how during the Pandemic they still made the members pay for a closed gym instead of freezing their membership. They claimed, by us paying our membership we were "supporting " their business. If you don't want to commit to a year long membership, do not go here. Also their communication is very bad and need to update their locations on Google.

MiKenna is an amazing trainer! She designs workouts with functional movements that have made me so much stronger. She tailors workouts to my needs, based on my personal goals as well as to how I’m feeling-I had a minor/temporary back injury and she modified each movement I was doing accordingly, until it was healed. I have utilized personal training many times in the past but she is by far the best trainer I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!!!

I have been training with Dalton a little under a year now and have been a member for seven years total. He’s been incredibly attentive, considerate of my fitness goals, and always encourages me on days when I’m feeling lethargic. Ask for him if you’re looking for a trainer that will keep you accountable. I am also a member at Lifetime Cherry Creek and Carla Madison. This gym is easily my favorite of the three. Best equipment, no lines, and they have a sauna and showers which come in handy on workdays.

Very very nice gym. Great equipment with great staff. I love the different "Zones." Very upfront with all of their priving and different types of memberships. Management has always been quick to respond to any questions I've had. 10/10 would recommend to anyone at any fitness level.

Worst fitness club ever. Dirty, poor customer service. I used to go to their leetsdale location but they closed it without any notice. 24, planet, vasa and others are way better than here. My worst choice ever. Their reward point program is a just scam.

It’s a nice gym, but it just feels super crowded. Also there just aren’t enough plates- you are constantly having to forage around to find the weights you need for bench, deadlift, squat, etc. They also do not have nearly enough weight clamps/locks. I find it absurd that they wouldn’t purchase more if these. It seems so simple.

I wouldn’t buy into these negative reviews too much. Some people get butt hurt if you look at them funny. If you go to the gym for serious strength training then you can have a killer workout here. Dumbbells up to 120 lbs, deadlift platforms, GHD machine, a power rack and mobility tools. If you’re the type to throw on your headphones and go HAM, you found the place.

I feel safe coming to Zone Athletic Club with COVID. They monitor mask usage, make sure everyone is doing their part in helping us all feel safe. The gym has all the equipment I want and feel like everyone is nice.

😠 This is not only a very unkept gym, but I was harassed by one of the coaches, Eric. I was doing yoga on my personal mat and he came up and told me it was disgusting to have my socks off and that I can do yoga at home. I’ve never felt like this before in my life and I couldn’t even finish my workout....

🫤 I resisted the urge to write a review, but honestly this club has so many positives that I feel compelled to point out the glaring negative. 😠 To whom it may concern, I used the gym today over at 4876 Chambers Road, Denver, Co 80239 and I am extremely disappointed in the customer service that I received from manager Tee.
