I have been going to At The Beach for 3 years while I am in Denver during the summer months I have encountered many of your employees and the the BEST is Patricia Marshall. Patricia always greets you with a big smile and makes you feel you have known each other for years. I have been in sales for many years and know your first impression is your lasting one. The staff at this location are awesome! Sometimes there is a wait if you go during peak hours. But I have always been welcomed by friendly staff and clean beds. Definitely 5 stars for this locations cleanliness!

I go to the Broadway and Colorado Blvd location with my girlfriend and Patricia at Colorado Blvd is absolutely amazing, she was so helpful to my girlfriend when she had a billing issue we couldn’t thank her enough, definitely see Patricia if you go to this location.

Great Patricia is the best

Probably one of the worst tanning salons I've been to from a customer service and quality of facility standpoint. They offer a wide variety of bed types, but the rooms are very bare bones. No rugs, deodorant, body spray, etc. They also require you to sign up for a membership and you have to be a member for at least 2 months before you can cancel. I decided against a membership and went down the street to The Grand Palms which is a much nicer salon and much more flexible/affordable pricing.

This tanning salon is freaking awesome... I am in Denver Colorado visiting my daughter who just had a baby and i am losing my tan so I thought i would just get some minutes to keep up my color... Well i called the first salon google found fir me and so impressed with this place... They have some awesome beds and specials you can take advantage of on-line... I had it in my head i was just going to get some minutes but after going by and checking it out i couldn't pass up a month to month deal they have i get a level 4 bed and level 3 bed and it come with other stuff i just cant remember what all cones with it i believe you get that plus the deals below it.. And the girls that work there are super nice. So glad icame in to check them out... So wish there was an AT THE BEACH back home in Louisiana

I absolutely love tanning here. They have such amazing services to offer. They frequently offer services which is entirely convenient and greatly appreciated! I never once had a bad experience with this company ! All locations and staff members are super friendly and treat their customers with respect ! I highly recommend others to try it out!

I thought I’d give At The Beach a try after seeing their promotion, “one free week of tanning.” When I arrived I waited 40 minutes to be helped. The attendant helped 7 people before me, even though I had arrived first. I was very unimpressed with the customer service I experienced.

I hadn’t been to an at the beach before and Josh was very informative and helped me navigate the spray tan. I usually go to a person who sprays me but this was a little less extensive and much faster. Highly recommend.

Angel was amazing. My sister and I went in for a tan but fell in love with the red light therapy. She was very informative and helped us with all of our questions she was really sweet. I’m exited to see results. Thank you Angel 🌷🌷🌷

I have been to many ATB locations in the Denver Metro area and South Denver and always have a wonderful experience. This location is another excellent one, I love the Versa Spa, and Josh was incredibly helpful and made excellent recommendations for products and services.

Love this location! Since moving, I have switched to this location from the Broadway one, and I am a very happy (and tan) lady. Josh is so knowledgeable and helped me come up with a plan to integrate the red light into my spray tan routine. Check out this location!

I went in yesterday and had a great experience with the front desk .I used the sauna and kbl tanning and thought both were amazing and great results.I hope that the company continues to offer different services other than tanning that will make you look great and fell great.I think they need to add more saunas to other locations.I am usually in Lakewood or Littketon and these places do not offer the red light services or saubas.This is why I give a 4 a fir lack of places with these aervices.Elujah was a great help and very cheery. He is a great fit for the company!

Josh was very helpful and informative when I stopped in today! He advised me the best lotion to use for my tan in the bed before my spray tan. I will absolutely be back!

I bought a trip membership and needless to say I will buying a membership. The manager gave me her undivided attention explaining how each bed works. The ladies are so knowledgeable and set me up for a great tan in less than 2 weeks…

My favorite location , the poly red light and kbl are my almost everyday thing 😊 and front desk are always super friendly.

For months now we have been trying to cancel our subscription only to be told that someone will get back to us. It took us over 3 months to finally have it cancelled after being told over and over again that a manager will get back to us or that we need to come in person which is AGAINST THE COLORADO GUIDELINES FOR COVID19 for non-essential travel. Extremely disappointing. Unprofessional, unhelpful, just wanting to take your money.

I feel like I consistently get the worst customer service from this company.

The place is nice but dang the music couldn’t be louder. I come to the salon the relax and left deaf.

I love going to this store. The staff are all very friendly, and some even know me by name when I walk in. They explain everything to me before I agree to purchase or sign anything. They are good about giving me advice when it comes to how long I should tan in each bed and which lotions and products would be best with the different level beds. I would prefer tanning to be a little cheaper, but I make it work.

I got a groupon and didnt know what to expect going in- Cheyenne was so sweet and so helpful she had great suggestions on what beds and lotions to use and explained each one to me.. (the red light is amazing) i was having a rough day and my experience at the salon really turned that around.

Not great customer service. Walked in 15 minutes before they closed and they won't allow any sessions. I asked if I could do a shorter 5 minute session and they said no.

This location is a nightmare. Half the time their computer system is down, meaning no one can tan. This happens about 50% of the time I go there. It's absolutely absurd this is a continual problem. The manager needs to take responsibility for his/her store and be more proactive about fixing problems. This is the worst location and a disgrace to the company.

First and foremost, the spray tan was amazing! Super natural looking and quick. Josh was super helpful, and knows the ins and outs about the beds and products. Super knowledgeable and very nice! Found my new tanning salon.

Can't recommend this location enough! All of the staff are very friendly and quick to answer any questions I have. All of their products and equipment are nice and the store is always clean when I arrive. Personally I love using the poly red-light machine and sauna which you can't find at other locations.
