Despite decent staff, this is still a part of the UCH system which is terrible. I had some tests ran here, paid my bill and it was removed from my account and all. Well, today I went to pay another bill and the balance was off so I had to call. Found out part of the last bill was sent to collections and the other part I had paid with it was showing on this other bill. Nothing can be done once it goes to collections and they did not care that it was a problem with their system and now will impact my credit score. It is unfortunate I had even tried to pay these at the office. The services do not make up for these issue as they are always rushed and really I never fully get to understand what's going on with my health.

Dr. Christopher Russell is an excellent physician. This was my first visit and I felt at ease and confident in his diagnosis and suggested treatment.

I told Dr. Russel that I was intending on joining the military in a few months. I have 4 young kids and am having difficulty do to hormone imbalance. He told me that it is the woman's job to stay home with the children and the man's job to provide from outside the home. He said he guesses he was lucky that he had a wife who wanted to stay home with their kids. He then told me that he thinks my issues are because I am trying to overachieve by having a career and a family and that I should reevaluate my goals and be more realistic. Then he said there wasn't anything else he could do for me. I am seeking a new Dr and I suggest you do the same.

Care was mediocre but the billing department is abhorrent. I received 3 bills from them asking me to pay the full amount while showing what my insurance was going to pay. Then several months later, I received another bill asking me to pay a copay (which had already been paid) but this time, they billed my both my primary and secondary insurance, which my secondary should not have been billed and asked for another copay. I will not be returning and will be calling both my insurance companies about their discrepancy.

Honestly best overall medical office i’ve been too. The nurses are very caring, and attentive. Mostly been seen by Cathleen Failla and Dr Russell. From birth control to other life events, I was comfortable asking questions when I needed and didn’t feel brushed off. I trust each medical professional here with my care, never had to second guess anything. I honestly only recommend this place to people.

Dr. Russell and the nurses, Vickie and I can't remember the name of the other nurse, were all very understanding and helpful.

Very caring, respectful, knowledgeable, and most of all, trustworthy. Will listen carefully to what you have to say, and address all of your concerns. Priceless!

Dr.Vetter and Dr.Moseman are the most knowledgeable, caring, and competent surgeons I could have ever hoped to have for my procedure. From start to finish my experience with UC Health has been seamless and excellent.

I was terrified to have this minor procedure done. The young lady who performed the procedure as well as her MA assured me it wouldn't be painful. The PA explained everything she was going to do. She did a great job and I didn't even feel it.

Such a friendly place with very caring staff members! I feel very well cared for here. No matter what you are going through, there is someone there that can hold your hand through the whole process! Dr Russell is THE best! He takes the time to listen to the patient and takes the best care possible of YOU!

The provider I saw at this practice should not be advising women on hormone supplementation. When I inquired about testosterone supplementation her response was "you won't like it." When my tests came back low, and I asked to try it, she over-prescribed the testosterone causing a significant hair loss. She didn't follow up and didn't monitor my levels. I decided to get a second opinion. The new practice indicated that the dose she started me on was higher than they would ever start a patient on. (No wonder her patients don't like it- she is causing avoidable symptoms with her prescribing practices). My E1 levels were through the roof which is dangerous (oral supplementation) as was my progesterone (she increased this dose without checking my blood levels). I'm really glad I went somewhere else. Beware of the practice holding themselves out as experts in hormone replacement. I had hoped a UC Health practice would have been more knowledgeable about supporting women in mid-life. Very disappointed.

I was a patient of Dr. Moseman for several years. She is kind, thorough, and genuinely cares about her patients. I truly think she’s one of the most personable and friendly doctors I have ever had. She diagnosed me with PCOS and was so helpful in all my follow ups, always giving me her full attention and time. However, my last few appointments made me realize that Dr. Moseman is probably not the right doctor for someone with PCOS or other metabolic/endocrine disorders. Despite good lab results, Dr Moseman continually expressed concerns about my weight to me (admittedly, I am overweight due to PCOS, but work hard to not gain more weight). Upon expressing my restricted calorie diet to her and overall health goals that I had achieved, she offhandedly recommended lowering my calorie intake to sub-900 calories per day… That’s less than a toddler should consume and not something to say to someone with a history of disordered eating, which I had disclosed before. She also referred me out to a fertility clinic, saying that Letrozole wouldn’t work for me due to my weight. Then, the first thing my fertility clinic wanted to start me on was Letrozole… Unfortunately I think anything involving weight loss/diet advice is outside her scope of practice and there might be a sprinkle of fat bias in the mix too.

Dr Vetter is absolutely wonderful. She hears your concerns and doesn't minimize pain or symptoms. She's a partner with you on your care. 10/10 would recommend!

The experience with the staff was excellent. However, the continued mask mandate for this particular network conveys a confusing message. Publicly we have been told C19 is no longer a major threat, while UCHealth is conveying an unspoken message that 1) the vaccine/boosters, antivirals, nor natural or induced antibodies can be trusted, and 2) that it’s still not safe to seek even routine medical care. Overall, 5 stars for staff, 1 star for the confusing message, so I put a 3.

Dr Cher Moseman and her team are professional, caring, and patient. All my questions and concerns were answered. I never felt rushed. I am now 12 weeks post - op for total hysterectomy with reconstruction with excellent outcomes and results. I am following up with pelvic floor PT. 10/10 would highly recommend Dr. Moseman and will take my daughter to her as well

Dr. Christopher Russell is beyond exceptional in bedside, knowledge and care. He takes the time to discuss the “difficult” topics of women’s health and makes you feel like a priority. I have never met a doctor who takes the time to individualize a plan of care like he does. I am somewhat reluctant to write this review because he is truly a “secret” to the medical field and I know he is incredibly busy but still gives you every second of his time. Feel very lucky to have him as my doctor. His staff goes beyond to make you feel comfortable and a priority.

I have been going to Dr Russell for over 10 years. The staff was so attentive to my pregnancy, labor and delivery. My OB care is always phenomenal. They truly care for their patients. I won't go anywhere else.
