Great techs and doctors. Had to make a very hard decision on short notice and they were helpful through the whole process. Very compassionate and thoughtful. We are getting cats soon and we will be taking them here for all their needs.

Dr. Medbury has been amazing help for my senior dogs and cat. It can be scary dealing with all the ailments of age and she has helped us navigate their transitions in a compassionate way. For that, we are very grateful.

Love them so far! They are super quick with the visits so my dogs didn't even have time to get all anxious like they usually do. They weren't shy about treats either so my dogs had a great experience and so did I!

Dr. Medbury helped me in a pinch when my cat suddenly started having diarrhea during a heat wave/wildfire smoke week. She assessed my cat and figured out next steps so my cat could get back to regularity. Definitely a fellow cat lady and very kind and understanding.

One of the first vets I have been to in a long time where I felt heard and respected. My cat Merlyn was treated with such care and gentleness. This place has compassionate, caring people who knew what they were doing. The techs and the vet got down on the floor with Merlyn because that was where he felt the most comfortable. This will be the place my animals come for sure!

This is my new go-to vet. My cat started limping a few days, so I decided to make an appointment. They were able to get me in right away. The facility is clean, and everyone is friendly. The communication is great, they text you with updates and potential options.

Best place ever! My boxer broke a nail and they were able to get her in same day and took great care of her! Samantha was very friendly and cared about my dog just as much as I did and made sure everything was ok, she even checked in a couple days later to see how it was healing! Also went in a couple days later to get some x-rays done and my dog was more then happy to see them again and get some belly rubs!

We are traveling from out of state and were able to be seen same day we called! Knowledgeable, sweet with our golden and gave us peace of mind. Would be my preferred vet if we were in town!

I’ve been there two times with my two cats. Both times they got me in right away and took great care of my babies. They answered all of my questions and there online pharmacy was great! Super easy to use and it took PayPal! I will recommend them to everyone.

I would highly recommend Convenience Pet Hospital. I took my 15 year old best friend to Dr. Medbury today for a health check and shots. I couldn't have been more impressed with her, the staff, or the facility. Top notch all the way around. Not only did they take time to listen, they offered a pragmatic approach to health care for my aging dog vs a bunch of expensive and unrealistic approaches. On top of that, the "treat"ment using treat distractions to keep my dog calm and happy during his exam was great. I've never seen that approach and I my dog loved it. If you are looking for a new vet, I would encourage you to try out Convenience.

I used to think these people were friendly and knowledgeable until they tried to beat me out of thousands in a bogus dental bill for my large cat "Harley". Upon a wellness visit I was told he had a cavity and the tooth needed to be pulled. So I brought him back in for that visit and then after the tooth was pulled I was told they pulled two teeth. They were supposed to call me if other things had to be done first BEFORE conducting more work, but they never did. They just went ahead and pulled the second tooth without my consent. The vet had just returned to work after a recent surgery on herself and I questioned her authority and that sent the staff into a tizzy...defending the vet on every move she made. I will not EVER GO BACK TO THIS PRACTICE!

We were visiting Golden from out of state and on our last day, our dog Obi developed a small abscess between his toes on his front paw. He is reactive to other dogs and nervous around new people. All of the staff were amazing with him - working to make him as comfortable as possible, lots of treats, being on the floor, etc. This was our first fear-free clinic experience and we absolutely loved it. Thank you again for getting us in so quickly and helping our fur baby!!

I’ve been taking both of my dogs to this Vet for about 8 months, and every time I visit they provide exceptional care. I have a 7 and 14 year old who can both be nervous in new environments and this team always finds a way to put them at ease, which puts this mama at ease too. They are communicative, thoughtful and truly care about their patients. My old lady is having some health struggles these past few months, and Dr. Medbury and Samantha both make a point of it to touch base with me (even outside of regular business hours) to check on my girl and make sure any recommendations or medications they provided are helping and see if any positive progress is made. I never have trouble booking visits even at the last minute, which is a lifesaver when unexpected things happen! I highly recommend this team for any pets in need.

An amazing group of vet professionals. They were able to schedule me on a last-minute visit for 9:30 am, when my cat and I had to depart for the airport at 11:15 am. The facility is very clean and nice, with barriers between the dog and cat sides. The interior layout and the way they handle the paperwork, cat assessment, and billing is all carefully organized to minimize stress to the pet. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at a time when I was as equally stressed out as the cat.

The first weekday after a grand opening and they only have one vet on staff, a very rude and unhelpful vet tech, a "practice manager" that doesn't help resolve a problem – then the customer service person left to deal with what they won't. If you give them feedback about what they're doing poorly, they'll make up a story that didn't happen to give themselves excuses for having terrible customer service skills. We feel bad for the veterinarian with staff this unhelpful to her practice. We'll never know if she's a good vet or not.

Very nice staff, helped me when I brought in a wild baby rabbit. Staff did not hesitate to help me and guide me to the right place to help a wild animal. Staff is absolutely amazing and very nice.
