If I could give this place 0 stars I would. When the food was delivered, I could already tell it did not look right. I ordered a Southwest bowl which I was very excited to eat but it left me disappointed. The wild rice was raw, and my chicken was black… Not burned but BLACK, it tastes old. Also, the salad already came mixed which is a little sketchy; I took two bites and had to throw it out. Sad :(

Out of the 6 items we ordered 2 were messed up. I've eaten at a different MAD Greens location before but I remembered the food being better. This time around I thought it was just mediocre. I don't think I will ever eat at another MAD Greens again.

I love MAD Greens. The workers are so awesome and the salads are great. I like to just pick one of the already made ones and then customize it a little more. They're happy to do anything, sometimes at an extra charge. Hey you got to get the way you like it right? This location is always clean and they're always really fast. I love me some Mad Greens.

This place was delicious. If you are needing a break from fast food and look for a healthy meal full of flavor this is your spot. Can’t wait to try a detox juice next time!

The first impression I received when walking into this joint was how clean the place is! The staff was a bunch of young bloods that were a little shy when approaching the guests. But other than that they were very helpful and professional. All of the food looked fresh and delicious! My toco salad was actually very delicious I love that my toco meat was warm! Would I come here again ? Yes. Most definitely! Mad greens also has a reward program if you download the app!

This is a funky little restaurant off union blvd. I was attempting to get to the arc store and walked past this place and kept walking and finally realized it was too far and headed back to the lightrail station. I stopped because my kid was hungry but decided to have a salad while i fed them. It vibes cool wirh literacy greats with dishes being called the edgar allen poe or mark twain and industrial art theme. The staff however professional had not one clue what i was talking about when i started talking about allen poe died drunk. Honestly if you're gonna name dishes after literacy great the least the staff could do is be somewhat familiar with literary authors and characters. At $14 for a salad and a cup of chicken im not likely to be back

The food is good enough. The concept of healthier fast food is great! They have a cool selection of gourmet sodas on the fountain! The food has good flavor and you can get it with some spice. There were two things I didn't like. The check out process had a pretty prominent screen for tipping. The guy checking me out is right there looking at it. These people aren't waiting on you and probably aren't being paid wait staff wages. The second thing is related. The people who waited on us weren't friendly! I understand. You're at work and apparently don't want to be there. I'm just just trying to get something for lunch. So let's be mildly friendly and treat each other like humans. We're all kind of in this together. 😁

WOW, do I love a good salad place. MAD Greens has so many options and so many of them are too good to pass up! Honestly, I ate there twice this week and wish I could've been there a third time.

Friendly staff, very nice and helpful. They will get you in and out when you're in a hurry, but will also take the time to answer questions if needed. My salad was amazing! I did the Ty Cobb with shrimp and it was soo good! I love that they had multiple fresh brewed iced teas to choose from (all either unsweetened stevia sweetened). I went with the Mountain Mint and it was so refreshing.

Generally love mad greens but this location is disorganized. The parking shares 20 spots for 5-6 business's and is never available. Inside the store is so crammed full of random stuff. The line blocks the bathroom, so you have to asked 20+ people to move to get to it. Supposed to be fast casual but this can take liitle longer than I'd like. Great food as always, could just use a lil love <3

Food is decent but every time we order online and ask for dressing on the side, they forget to include the dressing. We’ve wound up eating some very dry food. Good food but the staff just isn’t paying attention to the orders, or there’s something wrong with their system’s ability to flag that dressing should be included on the side.

I was very specific about being a vegetarian when I placed my Uber eats order and I found chicken in my food. I don’t know why the restaurant keeps their tofu and their chicken right next to each other but clearly they have cross contamination issues. Extremely disappointed with this place

The service was great. The food was amazing, but the parking is hard to get and find. I would diffently go again, but owners need to think of a better location more accessible.

This is one of my go-to lunch places. It's pretty consistently good with quality ingredients. I love the Edgar Allan Poe with a goat cheese substitution.

I ordered a Athena salad. I get home and I eat the salad and there is NO chicken. I called 3 times and get a recording. I am watching the nuggets championship game. I have to go back and get the order right. The women working there was RUDE! She didn't acknowledge me. Didn't say ONE word to me. She turns to kid and I guess he starts to make it again. No apologies. Nothing! I asked for my money back. They were dead! No customers in line. Poor customer service!!! I will NEVER come back. I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY REFUND ON MY DEBIT CARD!

Not impressed with the meal I had here vs other locations. The lettuce didn't look or taste fresh and I had 5 tiny pieces of diced chicken that were mushy and flavorless. I picked through eating the tomatoes and tossed the meal out. I know it's a good company and usually love their offerings, but the food quality and stingy amount of protein at this location was so far off from what I've had before.

I asked for a mixture of romaine, spinach, and kale, but all I got was a bunch of spinach and a few leaves of kale. The salad here is usually great, but it didn't taste right today. The hummus wasn't very good. UPDATE: The Manager made it right the next day and remade the salad for me.

Usually get good service and food here. Sometimes the service is off, sometimes I run into issues with not very fresh produce being used which is a bit concerning. Worth a shot if you enjoy salads.

This location is stingy with the ingredients and the parking lot sucks. The staff is hardly that friendly either. If you order online, you might want to see if you'd like to request more soup or salad. Ordered big, but got a regular amount in it. Consistently have sub-par experiences with this place.
