Had an online order canceled, so I passed by to ask if I could get the same deal in store. Customer service wasn't sure, so a manager was called. The manager checked and said all good go and get the tools. Took a while to gather all 4 tools in the deal cause they had everything locked away. Go to pay... full price... call manager again... this time, the second manager called bryan came, he didn't even look in the computer and said it was an online only deal. I can even try to understand the whole online vs store, still dumb cause it's the same company but let's say I understand that, why make a customer go pick up tools if you are not even sure if it's going to work. Awesome waste of my time being thrown around from people to people. Terrible customer service.

Trying to find someone to help with a speciality faster. Asked the cashier to call someone. Waited about ten minutes and an associate walks into the aisle and starts helping someone else. I explained I am the customer requesting assistance. I was told very curt to wait it will be a minute. No thank you. Lowes is close by.

Customer service here is not great - except Kolton, he rocks. We ordered a grill online and in the box and when we got to the store they rolled out an assembled, dusty, rain spotted grill. When we told them it wouldn't fit in the car (which was why we ordered it in the box in the first place) they were less than helpful. They shuffled around seemingly confused and we eventually had to be the ones to help locate the product.

Terrible customer service, got rudely brushed off by 3 different employees for simply trying to get a base board cut. One of them wouldn't even let me finish talking before he snapped and cut me off saying "sorry bruh can't talk got earphones in." Seriously? How rude and unprofessional. For a store with so many employees just walking around doing nothing you'd think they'd be more willing to help a customer out. I tried to speak to a manager and they didn't even seem to care about the terrible service. One employee, Alan, an older gentleman was the saving grace of the trip. He was very courteous, polite, and extremely helpful. Thank you Alan

Not sure what happened to this store but employees don’t care about the customers anymore. It took me over 2 hours to place the order in the store, and to find out the next day that they didn’t have the product in the inventory. Shawn, the manager, refused to provide his last name and simply hang up the phone. Way to go Home Depot!! One star!

I spent over $11K at this location. The service manager Susan was very rude and unprofessional. We asked that we be contacted for a redelivery of our washer and dryer and instead of her calling she had one of her employees call. We asked that we receive a call from the store manager Connie and we still have not received a call. On our second delivery attempt both our washer, dryer and two pedestals arrived damaged. Terrible service at this location. Don't spend your money here.

Worst Home Depot ever. Even though there seems to be 4 employees for every customer not one could stop and help me find what I needed or get it off the top shelf without waiting over an hour. Well, most employees just stand around or claim to be new or didn’t know what they were doing. It’s amazing to watch the entire store full of employees walking around aimlessly without helping any customers. And just chatting it up like they were at the bar. I would give you zero stars If I could worst hardware store I’ve ever been to in my life.

Didn't deliver all the windows ordered. Delivery guy said they'd come later.. Didn't. They scheduled new delivery day on my day off ( so i wouldn't miso work) Bailed on the last minute of the delivery window. So I've lost my day off . Thanks! A simple call earlier would have avoided the whole ordeal.

This was the worst experience I’ve had with Home Depot, I picked up my package from the store to arrive home and find out one of the boxes was damaged, and I’ll take credit for not looking at the box, but I had two packages and the were kind of big, but I opened one package and one of the items was broken, I contacted customer service text expressed my concerns, I asked why they handed me a broken box and didn’t check to see if anything was broken. He said they don’t open packages at the store, yet my other package was opened and re-taped with tape that said inspected. He straight up tried to lie to me. I would never recommend this Home Depot or their customer service to anyone. What poor customer service!

Exhausted & just needed help…I sure got it! 3 different employees were able to assist in each section of the store. John was at the service desk & assisted with my military discount. Really patient and kind. Made me feel so welcome to CO!

Tool rental is a very frustrating experience. Rented 2 different machines from here and both were no good. First machine was incredibly difficult to turn and made the job harder and longer to complete. The second machine overheated every 2 buckets and the mechanic was in able to make it out. Management made very little effort to compensate. When renting said machines my card got charged a $1500 deposit which is standard but there was no record of it happening and is still pending in my bank account 3 days later. Very upsetting.

Such a better experience than I had a Lowe's. I spent over an hour looking for something at Lowe's. Gave up went to Home Depot, and was out of there in less than 10 minutes. I won't make that mistake again.

I purchased blinds and install from the Castle Rock Home Depot and after email and calling the Home Depot, calling the install company multiple times, and even calling the installer directly, my blinds continue to sit in their boxes for weeks after delivery because the installer and the install company refuse to call back and provide and install date. This on top of the cabinet install that took almost as long as my entire basement being finished. The cabinet company closed our the order without coming back a second time to fix/repair the cabinets. Again, emailed the cabinet install company with pics. No response. I will NEVER used Home Depot or their contractors for anything again. In a word.......unreliable.

I really enjoy shopping at this location. I want to personally thank Chris and his assistant manager (didn't catch her name), who work up front in the returns section, for all of their hard work today in helping me obtain a refund from an online order. They went above and beyond in order to help me with a difficult problem that was all due to the online sales department. You guys deserve a cash bonus for having to fix the online departments problems. It took quite a while for this to get resolved, as I was waiting, I watched Chris assist difficult customers and he did it flawlessly with charismatic skill. I look forward to shopping at this location in the future as I know they will take care of my customer service needs!

I've shopped a lot of Home Depot stores and this is hands down the worst managed. The place is a mess. The help is poor. Isles constantly shut down for long periods of time with no workers doing anything in the closed down area. A few months ago I tried to check out in the garden center. I was third in line. I waited for about 15 minutes and the clerk still hadn't gotten the first person checked out and he only had about 4 items. The women in front of me got so frustrated she left her cart right where it was in line and walked out. Since it didn't look like I was going to get checked out any time soon I hauled my items up to the main registers in the store. When I got there I thought it would be helpful to let the clerk know that the woman running the check stand in the garden center was struggling and needed some help. She said "Oh, that's XXXX. She's incompetent." Verbatim. No attempt to hide it and not attempt to try to make it better. This store is the only one close to my house and I do a lot of remodeling so I'm there often. Have several stories like this one. My advice: Avoid this store if you can.

We went in to get paint and a few other things to finish off the basement. The two men in the paint department were awesome. One of the gentlemen kept us entertained with some humorous stories while we waited on the paint to be mixed. He helped us load the 5 gallon bucket in our cart and was just very helpful overall. We usually have a great experience at the Home Depot location. Definitely recommend.

Pretty good service, the employees here are always helpful so far so good, they deliver big wood orders and always have what I need.

3-4 employees stood around watching while a customer got harassed by a stranger who was yelling slurs at her, menacing her and mocking her for wearing a medical mask. Regardless of how you feel about masks, it's really not okay to allow random people to chase customers out of a store. The man should've been asked to leave immediately.

Lived in Meadows for 20 years. Been to this store, maybe 200 times. Overall, prives are better than Lowes. I've had many REALLY helpful service folks assit me there, and a few times not so much. But, that's Human Beings for you. Overall, I find this store gets it done and keeps me coming back. Mostly, items are in stock. Paint section can get backed up so get there early. Same if you need cuts with lumber. Plan in advance.

Ordered concrete to be delivered. 40% of the order was missing with no discrepancy noted. Called and asked if a pallet was missing. Promised a call back in a few minutes. No call back in over 2 hours. Emailed GM, will see if I get a response.

The location at Castle Rock has a ton of things that are normally out of stock in Denver metro area. And they had some great deals. My business partner snagged the M18 multi tool for 99. That's a great deal. And the tool seemed strong . Barely any vibration through the tool. Only in the blade chuck.

Keith at returns kept my husband and I waiting for 20+ minutes to fulfill a 2 item return because he did not know how to look up a receipt with credit card. After sending numerous employees around the store for SKUs of items to return he finally called the manager to look up my receipt. When I asked him why he didn't call for help 20 min ago, he told me to "not give him attitude". Keith should not be customer facing if he is rude and unable to do his basic duties.

Have been to several Home Depot stores in different cities and states. Always receive good help inside the store. But the Castle Rock employees seemed to be the friendliest and helpful of any store I've been in. Standing in an aisle looking at various products and an employee walks by and asks if I need any help; observing employees asking other customers the same question; having an employee leading me to an aisle where a product is that I asked about and along the way he asks another customer if he needs help.

Just wanted to give credit to Gary and Paris for doing such a great job helping my husband and me in the store the other night! We were struggling to problem solve an issue with a project we were working on and Gary helped us come up with a great solution. Paris helped us size the wood just how we needed it! Both guys were so very helpful, kind and professional which is hard to come by these days. We were so impressed by these two employees that I went up to the service desk as I was leaving to ask if I could fill out a survey or customer comment card which they didn’t have available for me. I truly hope management sees my review and gives them the credit they deserve. They offered outstanding customer service as well as knowledge and skills in their departments which is exactly what customers need at a place like Home Depot! Thanks again for the help! We will definitely be back to this location!

😐 Walmart employees always think people are doing sketchy things and are always trying to kick my friends and I out of the store after not doing anything. Other then the disrespectful workers, the store is well put together and clean.

👍👍 It was a great place, open space and plenty of wood, of course. We had a pleasant experience, especially working with Casey and Zach. They made it fun both working hard for us while accommodating all needs while making it entertaining and as speedily as possible.
