Among four mosques of seminary, newly constructed Jam-e-Rashid is distinguished and worth noting. The beautiful Masjid with charming dome and sky-scraping splendid towers attract the visitors. At first look, one can consider it as constructed in Islamic advent. Vast ground, long gallery of either sides of central gate and enough space at outside made it more attractive.

Adobe of Allah. you will find peace here. The masjid is beautifully build. But it needs renovation as per my last visit. Huge dome looks perfect. It can accomodate several thousand people. The architecture is so huge that it stands out in the city and is visible to anyone passing by this city. May Allah keep peace in this city, country, and our hearts.

Darul Uloom Deoband was established on 31 May 1866 by Muhammad Qasim Nanotawi and other scholars in his circle. The founders include Aabid Hussain, Mehtab Ali and Nehal Ahmad (brother-in-law of Muhammad Qasim Nanautavi).Mahmud Deobandi was appointed as the first teacher, and Mahmud Hasan Deobandi was the first student who enrolled in the seminary. In 1982, during the Vice Chancellorship of Muhammad Tayyib Qasmi, administrative disputes occurred in the seminary which led to the formation of Darul Uloom Waqf. [3][4] The spread of the Deobandi movement in the United Kingdom has produced some criticism concerning their views on interfaith dialogue and values including democracy, secularism, and the rule of law.[citation needed] In September 2007 Andrew Norfolk of The Times published an article titled "Hardline takeover of British mosques" about the influence of the Deobandis whom the author called a "hardline islamic sect". In February 2008, an anti-terrorism conference organized by the seminary denounced all forms of terrorism. Alhamdulliah

In moonlit night, white stone tiles used in mosque present scene of Taj Mahal which calls visitors to sit there for sometimes. A small but neat cistern and garden with carefully tended flowers outside make this very beautiful. Not to speak about students, a sizable number of people are always found there who come to see the mosque from far and wide. When administration of Darul Uloom decided to build this mosque they did not even think that mosque would end up such beautiful but no sooner the construction began than community started to donate to unexpected amount which caused them to change the earlier plan. However, it took 20 years and much money to arrive at present structure. The mosque has 120 feet soaring dome, 180 feet tall minarates and five doors. It has space for 20 thousands namazis at a time. Late president of Jamia’t Ulema -e- Hind Maulana Asad Madni, had been doing etakaf (meditation with seclusion) with his hundreds of disciple during the Ramadan till his death. Now his son Maulana Mahmood Madani is doing the same. MASJID-E-RASHEED is one of the most monument looking like a Masjid situated at Deoband UP built in the large space in the centre of Deoband City information of the world famous Islamic university Darul Uloom Deoband where the World Scholar's students and most of the Muslim community follow their precautions all the following Islam and and their religious matters. This is also the wall of the most prominent place where freedom fight first originated in India from The Scholars of Darul Uloom Deoband India.

Impotence of the exploited classes in their struggle against the exploiters just as inevitably gives rise to the belief in a better life after death as impotence of the savage in his battle with nature gives rise to belief in gods, devils, miracles, and the like. Those who toil and live in want all their lives are taught by religion to be submissive and patient while here on earth, and to take comfort in the hope of a heavenly reward. But those who live by the labour of others are taught by religion to practise charity while on earth, thus offering them a very cheap way of justifying their entire existence as exploiters and selling them at a moderate price tickets to well-being in heaven. Religion is opium for the people. Religion is a sort of spiritual booze, in which the slaves of capital drown their human image, their demand for a life more or less worthy of man.- vladimir ilyiç lenin

In 1893, during the annual congregation of the Madrasa Faiz-e-Aam in Kanpur, a group of Muslim scholars unanimously formed a council, Nadwatul Ulama, and agreed to schedule its first meet the upcoming year. This congregation was attended by Mahmud Hasan Deobandi, Ashraf Ali Thanwi, Khalil Ahmad Saharanpuri, Muhammad Ali Mungeri, Sanaullah Amritsari, Fakhrul Hasan Gangohi, Aḥmad Ḥasan Kanpuri and others.[1] The motive behind the formation of this council was "to reform the prevalent educational system and to eliminate the differences among Muslim groups on different religious issues."[2] Muhammad Ali Mungeri, who was appointed its first manager, is thought to be the prime founder.[3] The first general congregation of the council of Nadwatul Ulama took place between 22 and 24 April 1894 in the Madrasa Faiz-e-Aam.[4] Muhammad Ali Mungeri gave the idea of starting a Darul Uloom under the umbrella of Nadwatul Ulama and presented its draft on 12 Muharram 1313 AH as the "Musawwada-e Darul Uloom".[5] This draft was approved on 11 April 1896 in the third general meet of Nadwatul Ulama in Bareilly.[6] The Darul Uloom established under the Nadwatul Ulama is the Darul Uloom Nadwatul Ulama.

    (Translated by Google) Darul Uloom Deoband (Hindi: दारुल उलूम देवबंद, Arabic and Urdu: دارالعلوم دیوبند) is a madrasa in India. From here the Deobandi movement started. Saharanpur district of Uttar Pradesh The location of this madrasa is at a place called Deoband. It was founded in 18 by a number of eminent Islamic scholars. Maulana Muhammad Qasim Nanutubi was their chief. Among others were Maulana Rashid Ahmed Ganguhi and Haji Saeed Abid Hussain. It has played an important role in the world. Students of this madrasa are contributing all over the world. Eid-ul-Fitr was the in-laws of Muhammad Qasim Nanutubi. When he went there, he used to offer prayers at Satta Mosque. Haji Abed Hossain was the Imam of Satta Mosque. Maulana Zulfiqar Ali and Maulana Fazlur Rahman were residents of the area. These persons used to gather in Haji Abed Hossain's hujra for prayers. Such a situation in the country made them think terribly. They thought the most about the future of Islamic education! But no one could find an alternative. Long 7/8 years passed like this. In 18 Maulana Qasim Nanutubi came to visit his father-in-law's house in Dewan Mahalla of Deoband. After a long discussion with Imam Haji Abid Hossain of the Satta Mosque adjacent to his house about madrasa education, he expressed his opinion about establishing a madrasa there. One day, Haji Abed Hossain, the Imam of Satta Mosque, was praying in the mosque waiting for the Ishraq prayers after the Fajr prayers. Suddenly he gave up meditation and made a bag with four corners of a handkerchief on his shoulder and put three rupees in it on his behalf. Then he left with Maulana Mahtab Ali. He enthusiastically gave the money and prayed. Maulana Fazlur Rahman gave 12 rupees, Haji Fazlul Haque gave 8 rupees. From there he got up and went to Maulana Zulfiqar Ali. This knowledge-loving person gave 12 rupees. From there, the saint emperor "Abul Barakat" left for the mahalla. Thus 200 rupees was deposited and 300 rupees was deposited till evening. In this way, a lot of money is saved from practicing the subject in public. Seeing the enthusiasm of the people, he wrote a letter to Maulana Qasim Nanutubi working in Meerut to the effect that we have started the work of the madrasa. After receiving the letter, Nanutubi sent Mollah Mahmud as a teacher and wrote a letter mentioning that he would continue the work of the madrasa through him. This is how the Deoband Madrasa was founded under a small pomegranate tree based on Ganachandar. Mollah Mahmud was the first to teach the first student Mahmud. Who later became widely known as Shaykhul Hind Mahmudul Hasan Deobandi.

Darul Uloom Deoband, often referred to as Darul Uloom Deoband, is one of the most influential Islamic seminaries in the world. It was founded in 1866 in Deoband, India, by a group of Islamic scholars led by Maulana Muhammad Qasim Nanotvi. The seminary follows the Sunni Deobandi school of thought, which is a conservative and traditionalist branch of Sunni Islam. Darul Uloom Deoband is renowned for its rigorous Islamic education system, which includes the study of Quranic sciences, Hadith (traditions of Prophet Muhammad), Islamic jurisprudence, theology, and Arabic literature. Graduates from this institution often become scholars, teachers, and leaders in Islamic communities around the world. The seminary has played a significant role in shaping the religious and social fabric of the Muslim community in the Indian subcontinent. It is known for promoting traditional Islamic teachings and values, emphasizing religious scholarship, and fostering a deep understanding of Islamic texts and traditions.
