Rob came to my parents house in Chautauqua County to look at some silver and other items they wanted to sell. He was so polite and respectful to my parents and it was a very easy and pleasant experience. They were very happy with the prices he offered then. Highly recommend.

He bought some jewelry, silver, and lamps from us, and helped us price a number of things that he wasn’t interested in buying . When I got there I wasn’t sure how the process went or how everything worked and he explained it to me step by step as well as being very straight forward and honest with me about some pieces he wasn’t interested in and others he was.
